      Date - 5th June 2015 I asked fuel for Rs 1000. There were two person, one was collecting money and other was filling the fuel. The first one asked for the money before starting the machine. I gave him Rs 1000 and while I was busy dealing with first one, the other person started filling without showing 0 on the machine. I assumed that he must have set to 0. Now he stopped when Rs 300 was shown on the meter. I asked him that I paid Rs 1000, so he again started filling, he didn't reset the machine to 0 this time. So I thought he would be filling till machine shows Rs 1000, but he stopped again when it shows Rs 700. I asked him again but he says he had reset it to 0. However I exactly remember he didn't reset. I tried to talk to other guys but no one was willing to listen. They have started filling to the next car in queue. So I had no other options but to leave. I dont know if any actions would be taken against them based on this complaint. But if people see this and be careful at this petrol pump next time, it would be great.

But still i have not received The cylender. Today i went to gas agency Bhakt Gas Agency Haridwar and they denied to issue a cylebder Also do the rude behave Pl.               On June 5, 2015 at 8.50 I wend Indian oil petrol pump near Sachin Tower, Shyamal cross road, Ahmedabad. I demanded to fuel for 300 Rs. They filled fuel of 230 Rs only. and immediately did 0 on the machine. Being a routine customer of Indian Oil, I did not doubt and thought they might have did their job. But fuel indicator was showing less fuel. While complaining, one of the person at petrol pump, immediately filled Rs 50 fuel in the bike without any argument. This shows that they are having this practice routinely. I am very shocked with this incidence.

                Sir, There was no air at Varappoth fuels, Oottimattam, Ernakulam dist since last two months.please take immediate measures.Pump manager told that they have already informed this matter to IOC but there was no action from IOC side.Who take action in this matte ? I already complainted this matter in the complaint book kept at pump.There was no phone number displayed for complaint. regards, reji.m.s

                  Dear Sirs, I was delivered by the IOL authority a domestic LPG cylinder which was marked with D11 ( means the LPG cylinder expired by Dec.2011 but it is half past 2015.) I asked the delivery man to change the cylinder. My booking was cancelled and again against my fresh booking I was delivered with the LPG cylinder marked with C11 (The Cylinder was to be used up to Sept.2011.older than supplied earlier) I complained through my mail to IOL Kolkata LPG in charge also the IOL Kolkata area Manager. Nothing solved and replied. Also tried to contact the said offices over telephone provided at the IOL site, but all the telephones were non responsive. I tried to contact through mail and also over telephone to the distributor it also non responsive. Being at the age of 72 where to go to solve the problem that is to exchange the long expired to be used cylinder with full load?

                      Respected sir/madam, I hereby submitting a complaint that the delivery man of gas exorting us to pay extra amount in addition with the gas amount as delivery charges. Delivery man getting 640 rs as gas charges. Though we are denying to pay, they are forcing us to pay. We know the actual amount is 600rs but they are compelling us to extra pay. Even though they are getting salary from government, they are getting extra amount for delivery.

                          My self working under special bureau, cabinet secretariet, govt of india transferred from patiala to kolkata in public interst and presently residing in sonarpur.
                          My nearest gas agency on sonarpur gas service, when i approach my t.V to this agency alongwith voter card, adhar card, pass book xerox, they are say if you have no ration card then notary affidavit is necessary,
                          1) adhar card, voter card, pass book xerox is not necessary, or ration card is nceessary . They are continious harrase me and by written they are given to me without ration card notray is neceesary.
                          I think as a central govt employee having a adhar card, voter card is necessary for i.D proof
                          Secondly after my connection from indane from the yer 1998, i was transfer all over india minimum 7 times and 1st time i had face such type of misbehave as well as illeterate talk to customer. They are treated to customer as a begger .

                          I strictly complaint against this agency (Sonarpur gas service) for drop license

                            I want a New LPG Gas Connection so Submit Online Form & My Registration no: N150521112629385259616 is this. After I go to Gurukrupa Gas Service, Karelibaug, Vadodara Dealer Office & He Say to me please submit 8800 Rs. For tow cylinder, otherwise you can’t want Gas Stove, we less 1400 and please you write your puggestion letter for any accident case Gurukrupa Gas Agency & IOC Company & Insurance Company's not any kind of responsibilities. when i call first time customer care he told me new connection for two cylinder charges is 4100, & tell me please you go to Dealer office & talk with me, When I go to dealer office & call customer care no. & he says we will not talk with any dealer. I call second time to customer care, he notes my complaint but I can’t get my Complaint number. After second days i call customer care but he can’t any reply me. I attached with this Payment sleep of 8800 rs. To Gurukrupa Gas Service Dealer Karelibaug Vadodara Please solve my Problem soon as possible. and tell me what is the amount of new connection & which type of charges taken by company.                                       hello! m a honest user of this company last 15 to 17 years. but i verbly telling dat its services is just worst and each and every person is just delay every work my distributer is dankuni n i went to there for change my name from the book. but after 5 maonts i get my new book and during that preiod i took every cylinder with extra paid (250 buck) so now i get my new book n i want tie up with my nearest bak so can i have my extra money back which i spent during the delay of the distributor??????????? coz i had no information from our distributor so i want to knw wat i do at the time
