    Name : M.A Baby, Mangalath House, Avalookunnu.P.O, ALAPPUZHA Consumer No. : 11159 Gas agency : Guru Kripa Agency, Alappuzha As per the norms, I had linked my adhaar card with the Andhra bank, Alleppey A/C No.[protected] and submitted KYC with all the relevant documents as demanded by the agency on 04.06.2013 ( KYC receipt No. GKO 11159 ). We have booked and have received cylinders earlier. I am now working in Muscat. My daughter and servants are still there in Kerala. They had booked a cylinder couple of months ago but have not received the cylinder. They have again registered for a cylinder. A message was received from the agency that adhaar is not linked. I send my representative to the gas agency to enquire the facts. Now they are telling that the account number is not linked to adhaar and have asked to submit the KYC form again. We have already the receipt number of the KYC submitted, we have received cylinders after that, we have checked and ensured that my adhaar is linked with the bank account.       FROM RAMA SERVICE STATION ISBT ANAND VIHAR DELHI EAST pin 110092 whose tin no is [protected] is petrol pump of INDIAN OIL CORPORATION .I went to fill the petrol in car brand Hyundai model centro registration no UP14 BH 0098 color white some of executive filled the petrol from the same pump the total amt they received from me is INR2351 but there were cheating in filling the petrol, when i asked for bill he provide me the bill of different pumps ie one pump no 19 and second pump no 23 when i raise the issue they misbehave and asked to leave there premises .here i am attaching the copy of both bills please help me and prevent the center so the common people would not be cheated by them .             All my online LPG bookings are getting cancelled

            Hi, My LPG consumer ID is "CX13629484." I booked for refilling my LPG cylinder via online more than 5 times. Everytime it is generating a booking ID; after few days I am getting another message saying Cash memo generated for that booking ID and my cylinder will get delivered shortly. Again after 2 to 3 days I am getting a message saying my booking got cancelled and check with my dealer to find out the reason. The same sequence happend...

            My cust no is [protected](02315) and registered ph no is [protected]. i am not getting any subsidy yet however the link of LPG id to bank account established. then i came to know the problem then they told the spelling is mistake of my name.thats why i am not getting. Then i again resubmit the form with supporting document on 2 months ago. my age is now about 80 years. Till now i am not getting any confirmation. My question is that who is the responsible for the mistake of name. If it is happen then how the time i wait for this problem?

              sir, i had submitted regarding my change of address to my distributor BALASORE GAS AGENCY and duly received by them on 25.04.2015 but the dealer is not giving me delivery of cyllinders to my changed address on the plea that the address given by me comes under commercial use but i had mentioned that my address is above MAA ELECTRICALS, indira gandhi marg balasore in the house of sri dn mohanty and delivered my cyllinder at issan nagar, central school square, balasore in the house of sri dn mohanty and my repeated requests to the dealer has not yielded any result. plz do the needful iinto the matter so that the cyllinder is delivered to me to my changed address. my consumer no is A16320 THANKS

                While connecting gas regulator to the newly supplied LPG cylinder the gas started leaking which continued forcing us to disconnect and close the valve. Kindly get the cylinder replaced as it is not possible to operate. Also the cylinder is very old and fully corroded. The present cylinder dangerous to operate and may cause fire. Please take action at the earliest. I had tried consumer complain ph. no.[protected] but straight reply repeatedly coming is that you can not process. Pl. help in replacement.

                          HI i have purchased diesel 200 ltrs for farmaing usage i found that it more smells like kerosene mixed and upon visual inspection in transparent glass looks blue it shows that the diesel is having mixed distrabutable kerosene oil which comes to blue couloured THIS IS THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED CONSIDERING THE NECESSARY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN FOR BETTER QUALITY MATERIAL AND THE SUBCIDY MONEY FOR KEROSENE IS UTILISED IN FALSE MANNER CAN BE CONTROLLED.                             Sir; Satyanarayan mour & co.IOC distrubotor.Simlaguri.Po- Barpeta Road .Dist- Barpeta ( Assam). This distributor provide low quality/ mixup diesel during 1st week of every month .eg 2nd day of every month.kindly take necessary action . instrument is not available in this distributor to measure the quality of fuel. Thanks.

                              I have booked for a cylinder through Pooja Gas on[protected] as ref.no. 579935 and on 15-05-15 I have received a message on my phone showing "Cash memo [protected] generated for booking
                              no. 579935, shall be delivered shortly.You can handover your AADHAR card Xerox along with
                              Form-2 to Delivery boy " but up to 19-05-15 I waited for the cylinder and by 4:30 pm I went to Pooja Gas ( Edappally ) to enquire about this cash memo .. they said the message was mistakenly forwarded so on the same day I have registered a complaint in Indane feed back form ( on line ) as docket no.2138768 then up to 25-05-15 I have repeated the same as docket nos. 2143626, 2150761, 2152007 & 2153946. In Indane reply mails they have mentioned that they have instructed the distributor to supply the refill cylinder as earliest, but sorry to say that up to 27-05-15 evening I didn't received my cylinder.

                              I am also facing the same issue here. Since April 16th, I didn't receive my cylinder and bookings got cancelled five times.

                                Respected Officer, For the last 8 to 10 months, it has become a normal practice that cooking gas cylinders are delivered unless 1 or 2 complaints are booked against them and that delivery too after 28 to 30 days from booking date. The porters are arrogant and argues on demands of extra tips. What is the solution to this and how and when ?? Same this month, already 22 days had passed and still cylinder is undelivered and over the phone Distri. said booking cancelled; whereas, online details are "Cash memo generated" with refill booking no. 900322. The distri. promised delivery in next 2 days on 25/May/2015 which they didn't keep. Now I do not have enough fuel left in my last-second cylinder. Please, help me by taking necessary actions as URGENT and arrange to smooth delivery of the cooking gas cylinder from now on.                                   I am Rejithamol KR D/o Mr KA Raman, Kochanencheril House Palluruthy PO, Cochin 682006, My father applied for getting Second gas cylinder on 04 May 2015 Our consumer No is 14727 my agencies name is Aiswyarya Gas Agencies Kazhuthumuttu Thoppumpady, cochin-05 my agencies phone no[protected].Our second gas cylinder not passed yet now.reason for that recordically We have two gas cylinder now.we are not applied before for second gas cylinder we will just applied on 04 May 2015.I will get a receipt received at the time of new gas connection. they will shows only one Cylinder.we are not applied before second Gas cylinder.how they passed second gas cylinder in my Father Name ? who applied second gas cylinder my father Name? Which Consumer Number.? if that true agency and IOCL liable for shows the proof of passing the second Gas cylinder document. Where is that ? My Contact No is [protected] and [protected].

                                    Booked a cylinder refill 51 days back at "Anugraha indane services" at muvattupuzha on 6/4/2015. Even after contacting them on phone several times. We even told them that we are going to register a complaint to which they did not deem a response was necessary. It's also brought to your notice that they never give us a bill for the actual amount and the distributor is collecting any amount as they like.
