THEY DEMANDED ME ALL ZEROX OF MY GAS CONNECTION AND ID PROOF ZEROX AND STAMP OF RS.10. I GIVE ALL THIS TO THEM AFTER THIS THEY TELL ME TO GIVE 3300 RS TO TRANSFER THE CONNECTION.

    Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that I have requisitioned for cylinder on 20.05.2015 vide reference no. 652435 . My customer no. is CX20776704 to Ganesha Gas Agencies, No.9, VOC street, Near Mangal Eri Park, Mogapair, Chennai - 37. Till today dated 26.05.2015, I have not received the Filled cylinder. I am calling branch every day after booking - but they are saying I will send tomorrow every day. I have only one cylinder, So let me know How I can Manage without cylinder for six days ? Kindly take action and revert back.

      I have booked for refill cylinder online on the 15/5 2015 . Usually the supply in our area are every Tuesday. Today I checked and found that the order has been cancelled. I rebooked another one today I called my distributor and now he is saying I have to produce my aadhaar card and my ration card. I was the one of the first consumer of Varma Gas Agency since[protected]cant remember the exact year. My address is not changed since then and the supply is at the same place. I didn't ask for any subsidy then why is my distributor refusing to refill my cyclinder. There was a gap for couple of months which I didn't place an order and my status online went inactive but now after signing in all the forms which my distributor gave me, my status is active and I place an order which was cancelled by my distributor for no reason.I kindly request to do the needful as early as possible.         My customer no. is 83134 & I have booked for refill 2 times in a week from K K Indane agency, Halasuru, Bangalore. It got cancelled for no reason. I have the booking reference 254173 & 244339 which was cancelled for no reason & I have tried calling the delivery guy who always delivers at my place. The delivery guy seems to play foul with me whereas the cash memo is generated & the booking gets cancelled in 2 days with no one turning up at my place.

          As per schedule as a consumer.( CX1O352433 ) THRISSUR. i am liable to get 12 cylinder per year, , but the agency issues from 40 to 70 days for 1 cyclinder to issue hence i am able to get only 6 or 7 cylinder a year i am a person who is entirely depending on lpg gas only for cooking purpose..i am badly in need of cooking gas which is a must to me so I earnestly request you to take action against suraj gas ageny(thrissur) who is making lame excuse for for the delay of issuing cylinder..moreever they are not picking up the phone..to hear the pleading... of the customer...my last booking date was 19 march 2015 and their reg no; 255172.. after that till now i didnt get any cylinder... so pls take the necessary action at the earliest.. with out any delay.. pls give us the feed back Ph: [protected]

            Hi I had to take diesel from faridabad shivkiran auto delhi mathura road faridabad. I asked him to fill the diesel for ₹1000, I checked the 0 the meter stopped at 756 and then jumped to 1000 and the liter were not showing. I enquired why it suddenly jumped to 1000 service boy started giving excuse like must have hanged and so on. I asked him to do the corrections and then he again filled the oil for ₹244. I asked for 2 separate receipts for ₹756 and ₹244 which he provided to me. I request you to take the nessesery actions against this dealer. Thanks Swati Chawla

              My Con No 27747 ARVIND GAS, Trivandrum. My booking on 7/4/2015 .I got SMS that the same is billed on 21st May.So far I have not recd supply.Complaints to the dealer has no effect.As the cylinder is not supplied, I am not able to book another cylinder which has become empty.I should be allowed to book second refill as it is delayed by 50 days.

                Dear sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that my Indane gas consumer number is LG8664 and I had provided my aadhar card and other documents for linking for subsidy on 15 may 2015. I was told it will take two days to link. When I called on 23rd may 2015 at 9:45 am to know the status, employee of the agency said we will start computer after one hour and disconnected the phone after 15- 20 minutes I called again he asked me to come on monday ie 25th may 2015. On Monday when I reached the agency carrying the empty cylinder on my shoulders and walking almost one km from my home, they started shouting at me that why I came at 11am instead of coming at 9:30am. I told them that you had called me on Monday so I came as per your instructions and from this moment onward both the employees of the said Major Sudhir Walia Gas Agency started misbehaving with me so I too raised my voice, then one of employee took my consumer number to check whether it was linked to bank subsidy or not and then he said it take six months to link and your number is not linked, you provided documents on 15th may. I said you were the only who told me you can call after two days so this is why I came after ten days. After this they bluntly told me that we will not give you cylinder and do what ever you want to do. I called customer care Shimla from where I got Mr. B L Meena's (Field Officer) contact number I called him 4-5 times but his phone was swiched off. Sir, I request you to kindly look into the matter and take strict action against these employees so that no other customer is misbehaved or I'll treated by this agency people.

                  Respected Sir/Madam I am Ashok Dahiya from sonepat Haryana Sir, Yesterday I have gone to your Authorize Filling Station at JAIN SONS FILLING STATION-SEC-12, NEAR KALI MATA MANDIR, SONEPAT at night 8.30PM, there were two of your representative who are patrol fillers. When I just reached there they make fun of me (due to my weak body), when I asked them to do duty and fulfill petrol of 200/-, He told that I am doing my duty, am I am not filling petrol in your vehicle. After requesting so many times the both completely refused. In fact they were ready to beat me. The both of the person talked very rudely, unsincerely and also threatened me to beat. Even they told that they don’t fear to anyone, they told ‘whom you want to complaint you can.’ When I tried to note down the Contact nos. from the patrol pump that time he also threaten me. It was a shameful offence by them. So it is requested to you kindly look in my matter. Either remove these kind of foolish persons from your groups or do whatever best from your side. As I am a regular user of Indian oil Petrol it is the only name I trust about the quality, purity and quantity, but if this kind of scenario happens to me, how I can be.                     Service provider is Jai Hind Enterprises, Mannarkkad Code 4543242, My Mother is a senior citizen and wife of late PNKutty, an Airforce officer consumer no 49685. She booked the cyclinder on14th April and despite followups no proper response and yesterday they say almost it takes 60 days nowadays to make it available. We would like to know the truth and if it is false why they cant atleast be considerate for a senior citizens like my mother.

                        Dear Sir, on 25 May 2015 at 1550 hrs, I went to this INDIAN OIL CORPORATI, KOMPALLY, HYDERABAD, for filling up Diesel in my vehicle. I person filling the same feed the amount on the filling machine and showed me the Zero before filling, BUT THE PERSON WAS HOLDING THE FILLING IN PRESSED POSITION AND TWICE SWITCHED ON & OFF WITH HIS HAND. THIS WAS MANUAL FILLING AND NOT THE AUTOMATIC FILLING WHICH IS DONE AT ALL NORMAL PETROL PUMPS. THIS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT SUCH A THING HAS HAPPENED, THREE INSTANCE HAVE HAPPENED AT THIS VERY PETROL PUMP, THEY ARE AS UNDER - 1. FIRST TIME ZERO WAS NOT SHOWN AND THIS TRICK OF SWITCHING THE MACHINE ON & OFF WAS ALSO DONE, I COMPLAINED THEN EVERY ONE AT THE FILLING POINT STARTED SHOUTING LIKE WILD DOGS ON ME. 2. SECOND TIME ZERO WAS SHOWN BUT THE AMOUNT WAS NOT FED IN THE FILLING MACHINE AND THIS TRICK OF SWITCHING THE MACHINE ON & OFF WAS ALSO DONE, I COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER THEN ALSO EVERY ONE AT THE FILLING POINT STARTED SHOUTING ON ME, HOWEVER, THE MANAGER ON DUTY WAS AN EX SERVICE MAN AND HE HANDLED THE SITUATION AND ASSURED ME THAT SUCH ACT WILL NOT BE REPEATED & ON HIS REQUEST I DID NOT LODGE A COMPLAINT THAT TIME. 3. TODAY IS THE THIRD TIME THAT THIS TRICK OF SWITCHING THE MACHINE ON & OFF WAS ALSO DONE, I ON COMPLAINING EVERY ONE AT THE FILLING POINT AGAIN STARTED SHOUTING LIKE WILD DOGS, WHEN I TOOK THEM TO THE MANAGER ( THE SAME EX SERVICE MAN) THEY STARTED GIVING LAME EXCUSES AND TRIED TO PROVE THAT I AM TRYING TO LIE. This the WORST sort of customer care i have seen and THIS IS UNDOUBTEDLY ONE OF THE WORST petrol pump of IOC, kindly CLOSE DOWN THIS PETROL PUMP. I would also request you to kindly take some disciplanary action againt the FRAUD EMPLOYEES of this petrol pump and REFUND ME BACK MY AMOUNT. I HAD FILLED DIESEL OF RS 500/- AND THE AMOUNT WAS PAID THROUGH CITI BANK CARD. Thanking you and expecting a prompt action. Colonel Rameshwar Gupta

                              My booking number is NG 06779 and my agency is Gurvarinder Gas Agency Majitha Road Amritsar. I received a message from agency that soon a cylinder will be delivered at my home on 21st May and on the same very day I received the cylinder. But the very next day a different delivery boy came with 1 more cylinder to deliver at my place and to my surprise it was told by the boy that the cylinder delivered previous day was duplicate and fake. I was extremely shocked . I handed over my original cylinder to him and in place received a duplicate cylinder. This is really intolerable. How he came to know that a cylinder is to be delivered at my place and the delivery boy who always deliver was on leave on that day. This is ridicules. I request you to please look into the matter and solve it at the earliest as I want my original cylinder back.

                                  Indane Consumer No: 5446 in the name of Praveen Kumar Shetty, Mangalore, with Nutan Enterprise Alake, Mangalore. Cylinder Booked on[protected], Booking No:262137 . Even though Nine days have passed Cash Memo is not generated. Always INDANE cylinder is supplied 3-4 days after Cash Memo is generated. Then the rule of supplying refill within 10 days after Booking is not followed in Mangalore, Why?

                                    A broken seal cylinder was supplied on 21/05/15 for consumer no. 306362 at my residence, flat no. 2, Tansa road, Kadma, Jamshedpur-831005, Jharkhand. Distributor's name & address: Agarwal Indane Service. 2, Vikash Complex, Kadma market, Jamshedpur Ph. no.[protected] After supplying the gas, my wife refused to take the cylinder and asked the delivery boy to replace with another one. But the delivery boy refused to do so. Then my wife herself choose a good one from the tempo and while unloading, the cylinder fell down on the feet of my wife and bone of the leg foot was broken.

                                      sir, with due respect, i would like to have your kind attention to my gas reconnection problem details as i am a central govt servant and due to my transfer of posting from Lumding Assam to Imphal Manipur, my indane coocking gas connection is also get transferred and hence it had benn submitted to the MAHALAKSMI INDANE GAS "P.O: LILONG, Manipur in the month of october 2014. however, it remains not processed in any way for the last seven (7) month. i approached to the distributor and talked to the manager many times, but delayed by giving time and days to come again and again. so i am very frustrated. i therefore request you to kindly take the necessary actions to get me the gas reconnection as soon as possible. thanks for your kind consideration. yours faithfully s premananda lilong chajing mamang leikai
