    Respected Sir, My self is Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Moti Ram resident of Rampura Phul Distt Bathinda (Punjab)-151103 having Lpg card no.S20372. I have applied for attachment of my adhaar card with bank account for subsidy in the local gas agency on 12/01/2015.But still my card is not attached by the agency officers.I have got 4 gas cylinders after that but nothing is deposited in my account.So, I am requesting you kindly do the needful.

      Sir/Madam, With due respect I beg to say that I had applied the new connection of Indane gas online but when I visited the distributor then they told me that I have to send the hard copy of my documents to the head office, but while filling up the online form there were nothing written like that. and due to this they are not providing me the new connection. Actually they want their commission. They are charging Rs 5000/- for single connection. So kindly help me out and provide me the new connection of Indane gas services. Thanking you.         sir I am suresh chand Garg resident of Bari, District Dholpur Rajasthan. sir our indan gas ser vice provider is not providing gas cylinder on time. every cylinder is provided by him is two month late so we got only eight cylinders last year. here is no solution on the gas agency. sir please solve the problem.           Hi, I'm a customer of Indane Gas and my consumer no is CX19274955 and LPG Id is[protected]. I have given my bank details on 02nd March'2015 and submitted Form 4 to the Distributor and after that also I have submitted Form 3 to State Bank of India on 24th April'2015. But still the bank account is not linked with LPG ID. When I went to they Bank they have shown me their system where my consumer no and LPG ID is updated with the Bank Account. Bank Manager said Indane has to update from their end. I've raised several complaints to Indane but nothing has happened. I'm attaching the documents. Please help me out. Thanks Indira Ghosh

The cashmemo no.[protected] against booking no.572718 was not delivered till I went to their office on 22/05/15. The cylinder was delivered to me at counter itself. Please also note that the counter officials posted does not behave decently to the consumers. They not even attend to the complaints/grievances being informed to them. The telephone enquiry with them is impossible, as the phone will be rarely attended.               Respected Sir / Madam I have booked for a new indane gas connection on 17.04.2015 with reference no. N1504171057570483182596 and i have paid payment of rs. 3408/- through Online made through indane website and i have also received a confirmation of my online payment at my registered e-mail id i.e [protected]@gmail.com. Sir, i have already lodged complaint at customer care toll free no. vide complaint no. 2132584 but no response till date from your organisation's end. Sir, please look into the matter personally and issue directions to the distributor M/s Shekhawat Indane gas Service E - 127, Chand Bagh Colony, Wazirabad Road, New Delhi-110094 for acceptance of my payment and deliver my new gas connection.

                I am an holder of consumer no.3357 in Sundaram Indane Services, Vakkom, KadakkavoorP.O, The problem is that my name in gas agency's manual records such as Subscription voucher, Domestic customer card etc is VENU.S .But in their computer records it is wrongly feeded VEENA .So I can't link my bank account to the gas agency.To avail subsidy I request you to kindly change my name as VENU.S in your computer records.I attach my subscription voucher, Domestic gas customer card.                   Distributor Chittorgarh Gas Service, Kumbhanagar Chittorgarh Rajasthan Consumer Number 9727 Name Krishna Gopal Dashora Ideally according to the rule gas cylinder must come within 7 working days from the date of booking and delivery person should inform the consumer before getting the cylinder delivered, but here in our case the distributor refused to deliver the cylinder even after 10 days from the date of booking by saying they already made an attempt to deliver and house was locked, however my entire family was at my home for whole day. I suspect they are involved in black marketing because this is not the first time they are doing this. I want strict action against it. Thanks and Regards, Abhishek Dashora

                    Whenever i boook a cylinder the cylinder reach 20 days after or a month later ...The employees working at Riddhi Indane gas service hari nagar Delhi 110064 are so rude and illiterate that they don't have respect for senior citizens or other people . Everyone is too rude there . after getting the booking done someone has to go at least 5 times to get the delivery at some times they say take it urself we can't deliver it to ur house ... please do something other wise will be forced to change the gas agency only, Is there portability on the gas service ??                       The lpg gas service is delayed here in our area atleast 1 month 10 days to 15 days. after booking this time is taking by the distributor. if we ask them they answer that sufficient cylinder is not provided to them. We the general public could not identify the problem. This is not the first time, this distributor is intolerable by each customer. we need immediate solution as we are facing same problem with this distributor for long time.                         with great regret I am to inform you that consumer no 15440 has not booked gas from my mobile no [protected] but you are sending booking information to me repeatedly. In this regards I have sent SMS for rectification but till today you have not taken any care. .Probably Mobile No of consumer 15440 may be wrongly registered in your end.It is also come to my notice through internet that the name of consumer no 15440 is Gita Sinha &Mobile No [protected] is registered in the name Anupoma Dutta Consumer no SU 13874. So It is my question how information of Gita Sinha Comes to my mobile thats why I could not book my gas through my mobile.                           the gas cylinder had been received on 12-05-15 and kept in separate place.suddenly it was observed that there was smell of gas.at about 9 pm i have contacted in tele no [protected].he took my consumer no 10147 of m/s p.k. music of budge budge.but so far nobody has come to check.

                                    I am an unlucky customer of Indane. I booked my cylinder on March 13, 2015 through the IVRS. My consumer number is 18826641 and booking number is 572728. I used to check the IVRS everyday to know the status of my booking. Since the cylinder is empty, we brought the same from my husband's place. Today when I checked the IVRS, it gives a message that Booking till May 14 is delivered. I called up Pooja gas [protected] and the lady who picked my call told me that since the Aadhar is not linked in Bank, this delay happened. I asked again about the Aadhar delay as I had already gave all the documents to Federal Bank, Vazhakkala for this.Then she changed her word.Again, I reminded her that in IVRS, it is clearly mentioned that booking till May 14th had been delivered . She told me bluntly that IVRS of Indane is wrong and it's producing a wrong message. My doubt is that, a company like Indane is very irresponsible towards customer's if they are ignoring such type of important informations. Pls be little more genuine in generating messages as common people like us are very much listening your IVRS for our basic need like gas cylinder. I don't know whether anyone will take care of my greivance. I am also working in a service industry where we consider our customer greivance in high priority. Thank you.

                                      I booked a refill from Rai Gas Agency, Shahpura Bhopal on 12.05.15 by SMS and received a booking number 493903. I received a further SMS on 14.05.15 stating that cash memo [protected] has been generated against my booking and that the cylinder will be delivered shortly. No cylinder was delivered that day or the next few days. I called the gas agency on 18.05.15 and was assured it will be delivered the following day. I made my husband take leave and stay at home for the cylinder as I myself had to attend an important clinic that day. Nothing was delivered. I called again yesterday (21.05.15) and asked and was told it will be delivered in the afternoon, and I finally got my refill yesterday with the same cash memo number and dated 13.05.15, one week after getting the SMS that my cylinder was out for delivery The delivery man left in a hurry with the counterfoil without asking for my signature, as is the practice. This is not the first time I have had to face this problem. Each time I get the SMS, but then the cylinder is not delivered till I make repeated calls and complaints. Kindly look into the matter as to why cylinders are diverted elsewhere and not delivered as per the serial number.

                                        Booking of cylinder was done on 19th March 2015. So, even after 62 days, the new cylinder is not delivered. We should get a new cylinder in 25 - 30 days time as we dont have any other facility for cooking other than LPG. We wont be able to contact the gas agency in telephone, because phone will be engaged all the time. The delivery of new cylinder is always delayed.
