I am an unlucky customer of Indane. I booked my cylinder on March 13, 2015 through the IVRS. My consumer number is 18826641 and booking number is 572728. I used to check the IVRS everyday to know the status of my booking. Since the cylinder is empty, we brought the same from my husband's place. Today when I checked the IVRS, it gives a message that Booking till May 14 is delivered. I called up Pooja gas [protected] and the lady who picked my call told me that since the Aadhar is not linked in Bank, this delay happened. I asked again about the Aadhar delay as I had already gave all the documents to Federal Bank, Vazhakkala for this.Then she changed her word.Again, I reminded her that in IVRS, it is clearly mentioned that booking till May 14th had been delivered . She told me bluntly that IVRS of Indane is wrong and it's producing a wrong message. My doubt is that, a company like Indane is very irresponsible towards customer's if they are ignoring such type of important informations. Pls be little more genuine in generating messages as common people like us are very much listening your IVRS for our basic need like gas cylinder. I don't know whether anyone will take care of my greivance. I am also working in a service industry where we consider our customer greivance in high priority. Thank you.
