I got transferred my connection, while charging they asked me additional 100/- plus in the name of documentation fees. I asked for receipt. they said there is no receipt for the same. when I insisted on receipt staff started arguing with me. I demanded either give me a receipt or return my additional money. staff made me wait for 30-45 min and continued arguing till then. finally staff returned my money saying that it is her pocket money. I purchased one gas hose for which they charged me 175/- but didn't give receipt.

      I booked my cylinder on 16th April & got message of cancellation on 7th May. On 8th May again I booked and visited the gas agency 6 times. Every time there was some excuse and till today i.e. 20th May I haven't received the cylinder. I am very much frustrated as I have single cylinder. Kindly help me in getting out of this situation.         Booking Reference Number - 900106 ON[protected]. Cash Memo Number - [protected] Cash Memo Date - 15 May, 2015. The refill cylinder gas as per the above details has NOT YET been delivered. We are SENIOR CITIZENS. Both cylinders exhausted long ago. We are in a very awkward and suffering miserable situation for want of domestic fuel(lpg). KINDLY take action against the culprits and arrange to deliver lpg to us immediately.

                  Dear Sir, My name is Yaman Kalyan Bhaumik. My mobile number : [protected] Address : flat 3a/ block b, swagat chinar, chinar park, teghoria, kolkata -700059. Beside space circle. Last 26/12/2014, I applied for a gas connection through a guy who used to supply indane gas here in our complex. I paid 7000 rs in front of 2/3 witness. He promised me to give valid connection papers within 2 months. He installed a new oven, indane gas cylinder next day (I hope Indane has a way to track the cylinder and oven numbers). But it is now 20th of may, i have not received any paper from them. If I ask for official paper he still is giving me excuses like his boss was out of station or it will be made by next week. I am helpless. He demanded 300 rs more when he would deliver the papers(which seems to be eternity). More over I came to know, Indane connection comes with a lighter. I didn't receive any lighter. The guy who supplies gas cylinders in our complex(a regular visitor to our complex), his name is Babloo and his number is : [protected]. I think he is easily traceable. As a consumer I am helpless now. I am thinking of lodging an FIR and applying for a fresh cooking gas connection from HP. Also note the whole proof is there in the form of a cylinder and a fresh new oven at our place. And also please take a note that, the guy behaves extremely rudely with us whenever we call him. I dont like his attitude. I dont know if these guys are total fraud. Regards, Yaman.

I WANT TO KNOW WHERE MY SUBSIDY AMOUNT HAS BEEN TFR BY THE RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITY FOR THE PURPOSE EST BY GOVT OF INDIA, This info reqd for info and to raise question at parliament house during next session by my MP Mr ARJUNRAM MEGHWAL as per govt of indias order your company is not doing and not giving msg to the consumer also concern gas agency is not responding in regard, you give mail reply at where the consumer have to go for this matter. ver very poor shows.                           Hello, After demise of my father (consumer no. 17413 ID : [protected]) my mother Vidya Verma had applied for name change as legal heir at Jayant Gas company, Ranchi jharkhand on 15th april 2015. after that they are telling that the SV was showing wrong deposit amount, so they cancelled it. C-Indsoft is not showing the old record of the consumer in the booking screen. they are saying the have mailed to Mr Shuvam Koley on 17.04.15, again suvam koley and Mr uday kumar on 23/04/15, then again to Mr shuvam koley on 28/04/15, Mr. saroj rakesh on 30/04/15 & 05/05/15 respectively but still no result. Every time my mother enqiures and get the same answer that its the fault of regional office and the officers are on leave or transferred Please let me know if a lady leaving alone then what will happen to her, just imagine the mental agony & pain. please do the needful

                              sir the below mentioned residents are staying in joint family in single house, undivided and they applied nearly for 5 connections of indian gas per head 2 cylinders with 10 cylinders per house.as these persons are misusing these cylinders by selling to others at higher cost with out using them for there house hold purposes.they have obtained the connections by changing just the house numbers in which the present teenants stay.i request you to kindly take action and cessate the illegal connections, they are residents of ONGOLE, PRAKASHAM DISTRICT, ANDHRA PRADESH.                                 Cylinder being misdelivered and subsidy not transferred to account

                                Our consumer no. is 1354580. Our distributor 'Agarwal Indane Service' has delivered our cylinder to someone else even though we had booked it, and this has happened thrice already. Also eversince January 2015, the govt subsidy has been transferred to our account only once....

                                Dear Sir / Ma'am, I Jatinder Singh resident o[censored]day Vihar Nilothi Extn, I have given refilling request twice but it had cancelled again & again. I have put refilling request against Ref No. 690800 on dated 4th May & after three days i have received sms that it has been cancelled then again i have given request Ref No. 693656 on 7th May & now i have received msg on 18th May that again it has been cancelled. Please provide the reason because it happens everytime when i have give the request.In this way, we will not get Gas cylinder then how can we cook the food & survive. Now today i.e 19th May i have again given refilling request against Ref No. 700990. I hope you will process this request ASAP as we don't have gas cylinder.                                       I have booked booked a gas refill on 20.04.15.under Automated System with Ref.No.494878. I have received an SMS on 28.04.15 that Cash Memo No.[protected] has been generated & refill shall be delivered shortly.Although a period of one month has elapsed I am yet to get delivery of gas refill. Every Time the problem of delayed delivery happens with Harsiddhi Gas - Ahmedabad. I do not get gas refill unless I follow up with them telephonically for 3/4 times. TD Gohel
