Last two month i have booked two times cylinder but distributer not deliver me. So as soon as possible for you solve my problem immediately Thanks M.M.Desai

    I am an unlucky customer of Indane. I booked my cylinder on March 13, 2015 through the IVRS. My consumer number is 18826641 and booking number is 572728. I used to check the IVRS everyday to know the status of my booking. Since the cylinder is empty, we brought the same from my husband's place. Today when I checked the IVRS, it gives a message that Booking till May 14 is delivered. I called up Pooja gas [protected] and the lady who picked my call told me that since the Aadhar is not linked in Bank, this delay happened. I asked again about the Aadhar delay as I had already gave all the documents to Federal Bank, Vazhakkala for this.Then she changed her word.Again, I reminded her that in IVRS, it is clearly mentioned that booking till May 14th had been delivered . She told me bluntly that IVRS of Indane is wrong and it's producing a wrong message. My doubt is that, a company like Indane is very irresponsible towards customer's if they are ignoring such type of important informations. Pls be little more genuine in generating messages as common people like us are very much listening your IVRS for our basic need like gas cylinder. I don't know whether anyone will take care of my greivance. I am also working in a service industry where we consider our customer greivance in high priority. Thank you.

      I booked a refill from Rai Gas Agency, Shahpura Bhopal on 12.05.15 by SMS and received a booking number 493903. I received a further SMS on 14.05.15 stating that cash memo [protected] has been generated against my booking and that the cylinder will be delivered shortly. No cylinder was delivered that day or the next few days. I called the gas agency on 18.05.15 and was assured it will be delivered the following day. I made my husband take leave and stay at home for the cylinder as I myself had to attend an important clinic that day. Nothing was delivered. I called again yesterday (21.05.15) and asked and was told it will be delivered in the afternoon, and I finally got my refill yesterday with the same cash memo number and dated 13.05.15, one week after getting the SMS that my cylinder was out for delivery The delivery man left in a hurry with the counterfoil without asking for my signature, as is the practice. This is not the first time I have had to face this problem. Each time I get the SMS, but then the cylinder is not delivered till I make repeated calls and complaints. Kindly look into the matter as to why cylinders are diverted elsewhere and not delivered as per the serial number.

        Booking of cylinder was done on 19th March 2015. So, even after 62 days, the new cylinder is not delivered. We should get a new cylinder in 25 - 30 days time as we dont have any other facility for cooking other than LPG. We wont be able to contact the gas agency in telephone, because phone will be engaged all the time. The delivery of new cylinder is always delayed.           my name is ms mohanan. our gas agency is not providing the cylinders at proper time even after 50 days we are not getting the cylinders when we call they are telling that cylinder is not here if you come here tommorrow at the office to get it it is far that we should pay minimum 150 rupees for the auto

            I purchased 19.11 litres of diesel from Indian Oil outlet named "Shyampuria Indian Oil" located on Panipech Pulia, Jhotwara Road, Jaipur at 0837 hours today[protected] morning.There was no one to check tyre pressure and fill air in the tyres of my car.

                I got transferred my connection, while charging they asked me additional 100/- plus in the name of documentation fees. I asked for receipt. they said there is no receipt for the same. when I insisted on receipt staff started arguing with me. I demanded either give me a receipt or return my additional money. staff made me wait for 30-45 min and continued arguing till then. finally staff returned my money saying that it is her pocket money. I purchased one gas hose for which they charged me 175/- but didn't give receipt.

                    I booked my cylinder on 16th April & got message of cancellation on 7th May. On 8th May again I booked and visited the gas agency 6 times. Every time there was some excuse and till today i.e. 20th May I haven't received the cylinder. I am very much frustrated as I have single cylinder. Kindly help me in getting out of this situation. The refill cylinder gas as per the above details has NOT YET been delivered. We are SENIOR CITIZENS. Both cylinders exhausted long ago. We are in a very awkward and suffering miserable situation for want of domestic fuel(lpg). KINDLY take action against the culprits and arrange to deliver lpg to us immediately.

                                Dear Sir, My name is Yaman Kalyan Bhaumik. My mobile number : [protected] Address : flat 3a/ block b, swagat chinar, chinar park, teghoria, kolkata -700059. Beside space circle. Last 26/12/2014, I applied for a gas connection through a guy who used to supply indane gas here in our complex. I paid 7000 rs in front of 2/3 witness. He promised me to give valid connection papers within 2 months. He installed a new oven, indane gas cylinder next day (I hope Indane has a way to track the cylinder and oven numbers). But it is now 20th of may, i have not received any paper from them. If I ask for official paper he still is giving me excuses like his boss was out of station or it will be made by next week. I am helpless. He demanded 300 rs more when he would deliver the papers(which seems to be eternity). More over I came to know, Indane connection comes with a lighter. I didn't receive any lighter. The guy who supplies gas cylinders in our complex(a regular visitor to our complex), his name is Babloo and his number is : [protected]. I think he is easily traceable. As a consumer I am helpless now. I am thinking of lodging an FIR and applying for a fresh cooking gas connection from HP. Also note the whole proof is there in the form of a cylinder and a fresh new oven at our place. And also please take a note that, the guy behaves extremely rudely with us whenever we call him. I dont like his attitude. I dont know if these guys are total fraud. Regards, Yaman.

I WANT TO KNOW WHERE MY SUBSIDY AMOUNT HAS BEEN TFR BY THE RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITY FOR THE PURPOSE EST BY GOVT OF INDIA, This info reqd for info and to raise question at parliament house during next session by my MP Mr ARJUNRAM MEGHWAL as per govt of indias order your company is not doing and not giving msg to the consumer also concern gas agency is not responding in regard, you give mail reply at where the consumer have to go for this matter. ver very poor shows.                                     My LPG ID is-[protected]...though i have submitted my adhaar card (no[protected]at my bank (indian overseas bank, salt lake branch, kolkata) and its showing already linked to the aadhaar no as the updated status, i am still not being able to avail the subsidy facility. i request you to look into the matter and take the required steps and solve it as soon as possible. customer id-4461597 link account no-[protected]

                                        Hello, After demise of my father (consumer no. 17413 ID : [protected]) my mother Vidya Verma had applied for name change as legal heir at Jayant Gas company, Ranchi jharkhand on 15th april 2015. after that they are telling that the SV was showing wrong deposit amount, so they cancelled it. C-Indsoft is not showing the old record of the consumer in the booking screen. they are saying the have mailed to Mr Shuvam Koley on 17.04.15, again suvam koley and Mr uday kumar on 23/04/15, then again to Mr shuvam koley on 28/04/15, Mr. saroj rakesh on 30/04/15 & 05/05/15 respectively but still no result. Every time my mother enqiures and get the same answer that its the fault of regional office and the officers are on leave or transferred Please let me know if a lady leaving alone then what will happen to her, just imagine the mental agony & pain. please do the needful
