I am a regular customer of IndaneGas Service in Kolkata. My Distributor's Name is "Amar Enterprises"located at 9, Sardar Sankar Road, Kolkata-700026.
My Customer No. is [protected](14433).
I have registered my gas connection for gas subsidy.I have submitted all required documents to my Indane Gas Distributor "Amar Enterprises" for linkage with my Adhaar Card.
I had booked for refill of gas cylinder on 01.02.2014. The Order No. is [protected] dated 01.02.2014. I had paid Rs. 1169/- vide Cash Memo no. [protected] dated 05.02.2014 towards there fill of my cylinder. Please note that I have not received any subsidy amount.The subsidy amount has not been credited to my Bank Account yet. More than one month and half month have passed. I had visited my Gas distributor but they did not provide any help regarding the refund of my subsidy. Request you to do the needful and kindly credit my balance subsidy amount for LPG at the earliest.

    I, Samir pal Indane LPG consumer ( No : 15086) booked gas cylinder to B.T.P.Employees Co-Opt.Stores Ltd of B.T.P.S Township, Tribeni, Hooghly on 03.02.2014 . The same was supplied on 9.2.2014 vide cash memo No : [protected] at cost of Rs. 1169/- and you have already transfer subisdy on 21.01.2014 Ref No : [protected] Rs. 435/- to my SB A/C No : [protected] but the balance amount of subisdy not transfered to said SB Account . [protected] still to day.Therefore I request to please deactive my Aadhaar ( Aadhar No :[protected] linking and it is not possible for me to purchase gas cylinder at High Price and please transfer the balance amount subsidy to my SB Account from your end. Your best co-operation is highly needed.

        My SBI Account No. [protected] Bapatla Branch is not being linked with my Aadhaar Card no.[protected] and IOCL is not showing link with my account. Thus, subsidy refund amount is not coming to my account. When checked with the SBI bank, they tell that it is already linked with said Adhaar on 04 Jan 14 and I have really received a SMS confirmation on my mobile [protected] on same date. But after almost 42 days, IOCL tells that my SBI account is not linked with Aadhaar and therefore they are not able to transfer the subsidy amount for the LPG cylinder drawn on 10 Jan 14 vide cash mem no. [protected]. There is some problem either with IOCL or with SBI bank. IOCL website page and SBI mobile message photo is attached. Kindly look into it to solve my problem.

            My Consumer No is 33913 . I have booked on line gas refilling request on 12.02.2014 and got reference no 355940. Now 08 days are already over . But Till date the Cylinder has not been delivered . Gas Agency Name - M/s JAI JAWAN, Ramphal Chowk, Dwarka, DELHI. Tel No.[protected] Consumer Name : P K Choudhary, Q no 197, Sector -19, Dwarka, Delhi They are nohem delivering the cylinder on due time. After booking the same, you have to give a ring to them or contact their delivery man. Then, you would be in the position to receive the cylinder. Is it esiest procedure to get fill up your empty cylinder periodically .               I have purchased a Sr.No. 9 Gas cyclinder from Shresth Gas Service, West Delhi, amounting to Rs. 1134/- on 07/02/2014. Shresth Gas Agency told me that your subsidy Rs. 720/- will be transferred to your bank account ( link with aadhar Card) . Gas Cyclinder sili vide cash memo no. [protected] dated 06/02/2014, Order No. [protected]. But only Rs. 435/- was credited to my IDBI bank account on 10/02/2014.                 This is inform to your that i have not received my remaining
                subsidiary cylinder remaining amount in my bank account .This was my 8
                subsidiary cylinder.After i have contacted to my D.S.gas service distributor
                more than one time but he told me that i can not received the said amount, also I
                got my previous cylinder in one week or in more days. I am attaching the photo
                copy of my gas pass book as well last receipt of cylinder, i have received my 8th cylinder on[protected] and till not received my remaining amount.
                I am attaching some document regarding this.

                My LPG consumer number is 3355, GLOBAL INDANE, Plot No-H7/1, Panchasakha Nagar, behind ITER CollegernDumduma, Bhubaneswar.LPG I.D. No. is[protected] .Gas was delivered on[protected], but subsidy amount is not yet transferred to the bank. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to credit subsidy amount as soon as possible.

I want to new gas connection so i have paid Rs.8000 to our gas supplier Mr. Kamleshbhai Batalavala in Balol nagar, Ranip gam, Ahemdabad. i paid money to him 22 days ago but he doenst give me Receipt and Gas connection. when i call to Mr.Kamlesh he doesnt receive my phone. when i meet hi face to face his behiviour is very bad with me. Mr. Kamlesh sales Gas bottle in Black but doesnt give to his costomer so please take action and help to get my gas connection. please help me.                     On contact with tge agency i was advised to get my gas connection transferred to other gas agency with a reason that they do not deliver the gas cylinder in the area i reside i.e. vivek vihar roorkee road meerut.
                    My concern is that this information should have been conveyed to me prior b4 getting connection.
                    I expect from you that Arrangement will be made so that i could get my gas cylinder at residence.

                      Sir,
                      I have paid Rs.1176.50/ for gas cylinder supplied on 03/02/2014. Even after two weeks iI have not yet receive my subsidy credit in my SB a/c. While people not register aadhar card and bank account details with indane gas dealers pay only normal amount, those customers who filed aadhar and bank a/c details find too hardship in getting subsidy. Is it a punishment for those who get registered with indane? Also, there is a toll free number given in transparancy portal. It is also too much hard to get connection with those people designated. Even it will take more than 5 - 6 hours after redial again and again. Please arrange more toll free numbers fo customers.

                      Please do the needful to get my subsidy credit without delay further .

                      I procured cylinder on 6.2.14 at then current market price. But no subsidy has yet been credited to my bank a/c yet. Incidentally I got subsidy in my bank a/c within 4 days of supply of my first cylinder after linking my Aadhar No. I lodge complaint with Indane's Transparency Portal but without any outcome. On phone call to the requested mobile No of Indane Officer, I only received a curt reply that every one in such position is experiencing delay. The contact helpline No. remains busy for indefinite time and will be beyond your time or patience. I wonder why on complying with Govt notification the consumers will be punished while others not registering their Aadhar No. are left free to get supply at subsidised price without hassle.

                        Hi, this complaint is regarding petrol pump of shalimar bagh near monday market in new delhi, I went to petrol pump today and asked the staff to fill the petrol in my scooter for Rs 200, the petrol pump staff started filling the petrol and while filing he asked me to check your scooter tyres that whether they are diffused & by that time he came in front of the meter and then suddenly pressed the some button in the meter, i asked what he is doing he said that the electricity of the petrol pump got failed and that is why he was restarting it, I observed that it was he has short filled the petrol by almost 120 Rs, I asked the manager to re-measure the petrol filled and he also refused, he refused to give me the complaint book and is not listing to my complaint.

                        Guys they all are the cheaters, Please look carefully to the meter while filling the petrol and avoid any disturbances which they create to divert your attention

I had transferred my connection on 25.01.14 from Shyam Gas Service, Khatauli & i had submitted my all documents to Shri Darshan Gas Service, Pallav Puram, Meerut for trasnfer & running my connection. But till date my connection is not being transfer and i am in very trouble because i have no Gas Cylinder due to Cylinder surrendering to old Dealer.

                          You are requested to please do the needful in my problem because Dealer is saying that your data is showing in our system.

                            I had given my Aadhar card details and it was linked to my
                            Consumer number. As well as it is linked with bank and processed from NPCI end.
                            Though IOCL are generating non-subsidy bills. Hence subsidy amount is credit to
                            my bank account. Since the past 6 months I have been facing this problem. LPG

                              Dear All I am consumer (SH36040) of INDANE LPG at TRIMURTI GAS SERVICE. The agency never delivers gas cylinder on time, when we call to them they never picks up the phone or the phone lines are continuous busy. I have booked gas cylinder via web booking on 30th jan 2014 but they booked it on 7th FEB 2014& Reference no : - R[protected], but till date they have not delivered the cylinder. I have tried to contact customer care no / Are In charge / state in charge. but i am sorry to say that no body is available for resolve customer Grievances At INDIAN OIL. I really regret & feel that Consumer is fool in view of IOCL & This is not first time but in every month i am facing same problem & the same was mailed to you. till now i had purchase 7 kg gas Rs. 120/k.g & i had paid for the same. who will compensate ?????????                                 I ma trying your customer care no from the last 10 days but its not responding, i am having a problem, my consumer no is 20995 dinesh cahnder tiwari form jatin gas kapashaera new delhi 110037.My cylinder deliverd from 10 days but that delivery boy has charged me rs 1140 and given me the slip as well .But i have checked from bank its not credites and jatin gas is saying its already being credited. I am actually fed up with your service and i will comliant to consumer court.I want feedback on this asap.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your attention that today on 15th Feb'14 at 22;30 hrs. I went to fuel my two wheelers at Utkarsh Service Station IOC dealer, Karelibaug Main Road, Vadodara 390018, Gujarat. I had parked vehicle near the filling stations and requested him to fill the tank, since the Attendant and co-staffs was drunken they started misbehaving and ready to fight with me about the parking of the Vehicles apart from that they used the bad words also which we never expect from c ompany like IOCL. The on duty staffs were speaking arrogantly to distant. I also tried to contact the In- charge \ Manager of fuel stations to report the misbehaviour of their staffs but I have been told that nobody is available at this time. Moreover I also tried the IOCL complaint number to log my complaint but there was no response on complaint number too. Please take the some concrete action agent and their staff members since it upset me lot.                                     I have got my LPG Gas refill from Shanti Indane Gas Company, Suth-West New Delhi-110045 on 06 Feb 2014. I have to pay Rs. 1134/- for the refill. I have been told by the gas agency that subsidy of Rs. 720/- will be transferred to my bank account which is linked to Aadhar. But till the date I have not received my subsidy yet. Please do the needful to transfer my LPG gas subsidy to my Aadhar linked bank account.                                     Every time u have to follow up um, teen time to get yo9ur subsidy to your bank and that too after prolonged time

                                    Unless it is fully prepared to meet the requirement it should not be made compulsory. Even other wise there is no use of this card.
