I am Ashok kumar, consumer no cx11914155 is consumer of singh krishna indane gas agency, Darbhanga. my ref.no 356119 dated 29th april 2015 . After 15 days singh krishna gas agency had not supplied refill cylinder .I tried to contact on his contact number[protected] .He turned a deaf ear and never recieved my phone call.

    I Naresh Miglani have a connection no. sb-10672 indane gas with shalini gas service, noorwala, panipat-132103. I hane not booked any gas. but this is automatic gas booking no. [protected] and after some time cash memo is [protected] and after sometime gas salender delivered against LPG Id[protected]. But i have not received any salender. what is this. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

      My Name is Sandhya P.B and consumer No. is 20148. I have booked gas on 31.03.2015 in the gas agency Manu flames/Aluva in Ernakulam District., TIN No.[protected]. On 04.05.2015 I have received a message in my mobile that Cash memo [protected] generated for booking No.504666 shall be delivered shortly. But so fat it is not delivered. When we contacted yesterday {14.05.2015} they told that will be delivered only on next week. This gas agency is always doing like this. Why is this delay for delivery of10 days even after billing. My house is only One kilometer away from this gas agency. We are staying in the town and we dont have any other means of cooking other than gas stove and fully dependant on INDANE. hoping that necessary action will be taken in this regard., .

          I have booked for a gas cylinder before about 45 days. They didn't deliver the cylinder yet. The agency is Kuttikkatt. We were with Ravindra Gas Agency earlier. Before 3-4 months, we got an inland saying our connection was migrated to Kuttikkatt agency. Why did this happen? My family badly wants a cylinder soon.

            I, Ashok Kumar Dwibedi having LPG ID.[protected]& Addhar Card No.[protected] have been linked with addhar card based in State Bank of India, Raigarh Branch, Raigarh. Chhattisgarh on 22.12.2014 and receiving the subsidy amount twice after delivery of LPG cylinders in my SBI account. For last two deliveries I have not yet received the subsidy amount. After verification I found that my addhar card number has been linked with another bank i.e.Allahabad Bank on 11.02.15 and the subsidy amount has been transferred to Allahabad Bank account which is not my account. Therefore requesting to kindly verify the matter and remove the account in Allahabad Bank from my LPG ID and pay back my subsidy amount to my SBI account.Pl.find an attachment in this regard. How my bank has been changed to Allahabad Bank may please be investigated.

              I HAVE BOOKED GAS ON 6/05/2015 VIA BOOKING NO.-643284, GENERATING THE CASH MEMO NO.[protected], LPG ID[protected].AND AFTER THAT THE GAVE THE OF DELIVBERING THE GAS.BUT THE GAS HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERD YET.THIS IS SHOWING THAT BLACK MARKETING OF LPG GAS.IF GAS IS NOT GEETING DELIVERED WHY THEY ARE SENDING MESSAGE THAT THEY HYAVE DELIVERED.THE GAS AGENCY NAME WHO IS SUPPLYING IN OUR AREA IS Rajdhani enterprises, sri krishna puri.Kindly please take appropriate step to resolve the problem

Checked online status it shows contact to distributor for SV (SL69 released on 30 March 2015). But Distributor told me that they don't have any record apply again for new connection.                     My customer Id no:cx11736580. I came to know that my bookings were cancelled because of my house door closed. I am a homemaker and I stay at home all day long even in my absence my husband will be their at home as he is a retired person. I assure you that no attempt was made to deliver any cylinder whatsoever. I demand a proof from distributor if he thinks a delivery was attempted. This kind of service is pathetic & needs attempting from IOCL'S higher authority. Delivery boy not accepting RS. 10 as tips they demand RS. 30 every time and they also state that they have no salary and surviving only on tips. They annoy me like this and my husband is a retired person. Kindly suggest me suitable solution to avoid recurrence of above problem. I booked gas on 16. 4. 15 the gas memo was generated on 29. 4. 15 after contacting agency several times in person & through phone the booking was cancelled on 8th. I again booked on 8 th, the cash memo was generated on the same day the agency was contacted in person through phone still the gas cylinder was not delivered. Thanks

                        Myself fakaruddin ahmed from Rangia Assam. My LPG id no is[protected] and consumer no 30734. I had booked my cylinder three times on 2015, out of three times i got only one number cylinder and rest of the two bookings were cancelled. In 2015 i got only one number cylinder till date. Recently, i had booked my refill order on 23/04/15 vide reference no 900313 but it is unfortunate that till date i don't get the cylinder after generating the cash memo vide no [protected] dated 07/05/15. Lastly, i move to the my agency 'BINA PANI RANDHAN GAS AGENCY' Rangia to enquired the matter what is happening. But it is so sad that they are not convinced me about the problem which is going on from 2015 and also the agency not responded me for customer conveience.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I am a consumer of IOC with consumer number 12789(Damodharan Nair M.V). Our area gas agency, Kuthuparamba(Code-117718) not delivering the gas cylinder properly. At last they delivered the gas cylinder on 27.2.2015, related to the online booking we made on 19th December 2014. Since one of my gas cylinder is already empty I booked on 28.2.2015 with reference no 266633. But they were not delivered the cylinder yet. My second cylinder is also got empty and I booked again on 30.4.2015 with reference no 285248. Today I have contacted our agency by asking the reason. But they reacted very indecently and told us they are not ready to deliver in the coming days since we made the last booking on May 1st. Now both my gas cylinders are emptied and we are under crisis.                             My customer ID is CX12300809 My Previous two booking IDs which were cancelled were: 721880, 733166 After raising a complaint (SRN: 2123199) I came to know that my bookings were cancelled because of my House door being closed. I'm a home maker and I stay at home all day long. We have a security guard at our apartment as well. I assure you that no attempt was made to deliver any cylinder whatsoever. I demand a proof from distributor if he thinks a delivery was attempted. This kind of service is pathetic and needs attention from IOCL's higher authorities.

                              My indane gas consumer No.cx278522 with Madhavi Gas Agencies, shaikpet, , Hyderabad . Surprisingly an sms msg. from Indane gas recd by me recently intimating that the consumer a/c has been transferred to Siddartha agencies, Koti, hyderabad without my knowledge/necessity on the plea of administrative reasons advising me to contact the new distributor. I don’t understand the mode/fun/logic of customer service rendered by iocl transferring my account to a new distributor located 15kms away from my locality whereas the existing agency is within 2kms from my residence. It practically creates lot of inconvenience/hardship I have to face with uncertainty for the refil to be delivered to me every time after booking . I tried to contact both the distributors for further info but in vain because the phones were not at all lifted. I wonder such a big corporate unable to provide the proper reasons/guidelines to a customer and if it warrants my account can be transferd to other nearby distributor .

                              Same case is with me, I got a sms saying my connection is transferred from Madhavi gas agency to Siddhartha which is very far from my place.

                              Did anyone find solution for this, I just booked my cylinder. But don't know when I can receive the same.

                              Please let me know if any solution is found
                              I aswel recieved the same. When I am trying to login to my online account, I just see transfered account. am not sure on how to proceed further.

                                Hi, Earlier we used to get gas cylinder from RASHMI Enterprises, Mysore Road. There we booked the cylinder on April 20th and received delivered message on April 25th. But, not received the same. Then about enquiring they said our distributor got changed to SNS enterprises RR nagar. Again We went their they said it will take 3 days to active it. After 3days completion when we call them they are keep on saying it will take 3 more days to send. Now almost a week gone nothing done so far. We have been frustrated due to this. I'm not understanding is there any concern person is there to take the necessity action. It as been more than 20 days we are not getting the gas cylinder. Our Consumer number is 22755088

                                        I reeived SMS from IA-Indane on May 7 th informing that my gas connection(01771) transferred from M/s Madhavi Gas Agency to M/s Siddhartha Gas Adhoc due to administtrative reqasons, and I was advised to contact the new Distributor for further query. On 12th May at 11-37 am, when I contacted Siddhartha enterprises on Phone viz.[protected], they suggested me to contact Madhavi Gas Agency only and they have notyhing to do with the SMS and related suggestion. In this connection I request the Indane Gas Company to issue proper directions to the related distributor to publish the lists of customers whose connections are transferred to another distributor so that ther Customers are not put to hardship to go round the two distributors. In the event if the procedure is not streamlined by the Indane, I will be forced to change my Gas connection to HP/Bharat Gas as per my convenience and the regulations of the GOI. I solicit an early and prompt reply.
                                        I too got the same message. When i login to indane online site, i am being forced to accept the siddartha gas agencies as my distributor. Not sure, what will be impact. did you get any response?
                                        Even I got a similar SMS for the same agency. Today I logged in to the online portal and it is prompting to accept the Siddharta gas agency as my distributor.
                                        Is the forum a mute spectator on the complaints against Indane ? Think we are wasting energies by lodging a complaint?
