Dear Sir, I am having my LPG connection of Indane with Registration No. 142002. Supplier is Divya Gas Agency, Chhani Road Barod. I have booked my refill / cylinder on[protected]. Registration Ref. No. is 258754. As per the sms dated[protected], cash memo [protected] is generated on[protected]. However, Cylinder is not delivered to me till date inspite of lapse of 14 days after booking. This is not for the first time that it is delayed. I never get delivery of gas cylinder before 10 days though the cash memo is generated on next day of booking. Moreover, there are two land line numbers[protected] and[protected]. Whenever we call on these numbers, we never get any response. They never attend the phone calls on these two numbers. Therefore, we never know when it is going to be delivered. You may verify the details of delivery of gas cylinders to my residence and you will observe that it has never been delivered before 10 days of booking whereas it is said that we will get delivery in 2-3 days. I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and inquire about the reality. I have my own doubts that the dealer is making mischief by non delivering the booked cylinders for 15-20 days and selling the same in black. I anticipate your early response in the matter.     My name is Gracia M Warjri having LPG ID:[protected] from Meghalaya Shillong.Every detail has been done by the gas agency namely Khasi Pnar, Gas Agency, Barabazar, Shillong giving every detail like bank account ( along with copy of the bank passbook) and online process already finished, but till date no money has been credited to my bank account.On enquiry the distributor ask me to consult the bank, but the bank officials told me to contact the gas distributor. Every now and then I received a message stating that money transfer with the SBI, Burra Bazar Br. 01589 at Shillong ( A/C No [protected], CIF No: [protected]) failed. It may be mentioned that even the first subsidy since inception of the scheme has not been received by me. Kindly help please.

          From last few months onwards we are facing continuous problems from distributors as well as Company side. No one is taking responsibility and provide proper solution, Vide Booking no.618813 on 14/04/2015 but still not yet received. I have also complained against it vide complain no.-2114695 but there is no response properly...At the distributor also side there is no response, at any time phone is busy or not receiving up calls.               My Distributor is DEOBAND gas agency he did not give me gas from February 2015 he sad to me that gas is not available/your booking is canceled etc at last he told to me that your bank detail is not given so your connection is blocked but I have given him my bank detail in case DBTL at 31 December 2014 I have also DBTL recipt given by him.He do not agree from that. He has take KYC from me in that I have given him all my detail again in 1may2015 but he did not active my connection he told me a online gas booking no. [protected] in this no. I listen that your request for booking cannot complete.plese reactivate my connection.

                  i m resident of mohalla benta laheriasarai darbhanga bihar . i several times lodge complain to engineers gas services to refill my cyllinder on time but they never take response .they only harassh the customer and dont take response of complain .After complaining time to time their delivery boys never take response.what is the reason i dont know i also submitted all the documents on time required by the dealer.Please take urgent response.whats the fact please solve. im waiting.thanks

                    Dear sir, This complain is regarding the unfair trade practice of petrol filling station in Gwalior, M.P. I have a Hero Pleasure Scooty on my name Adv.S.D.Varshney vehicle no. MP07 SA 6825 . It has fuel tank of 5 ltrs as prescribed in the manual. When the fuel gauge enters the red band the fuel left in the tank is approximately 1.2 ltrs which means that the remaining tank has the capacity of approximately 3.8 ltr(5 ltr-1.2ltr). I everytime fill the tank when it enters the red band. Everytime when i full the tank it is 3.5, 3.8, or hardly 4 ltrs sometime. On[protected] when the fuel gauge was on red band i went to Indian Oil Police Welfare Filling Station, Kampoo, Gwalior, M.P., India and asked to full the tank. They gave me bill of 5.7 ltr amounting Rs. 369.87. When the tank capacity provided by company manual is 5 ltr and upto red band it has approx 1.2 ltr . The fuel tank capacity provided by the company is 5 ltr then how can it be possible they filled 5.7ltr+ 1.2 ltr= 6.9ltr. When i filled it again in[protected] when it enterd the red band it was filled 4 ltr amounting to Rs.259.56 which shows 4 ltr+ 1.2ltr= 5.2 ltr which is considerable but 6.9 ltr which is approximately 7 ltr is not considerable. Everytime when i full the tank it is 3.5, 3.8, or hardly 4 ltrs sometime how it could be filled by 5.7 ltr on date[protected]. I complained regarding it to the filling station manager. He took my mobile no. and assured me to call and short out the issue but i never got any call from his side. How can the filling station fill the quantity which is not supported by the tank? The filling station have been found practicing unfair means while filling the fuel they are found adding the previous customers fuel balance to the later customers. And i too have doubt regarding the same that my quantity was added to some other previous customer's filling amount. Such practices are against public welfare and comes under unfair trade practice so it should be stopped immediately. I kindly request u to generate such order that the filling station correct the bill from 5.7 ltr to 3.8 ltr and refund the excess amount and pass such rules that discourage such fraud and unfair practice.                       I write to lodge a formal complaint against the dealer " Vikas distributor" with whom my new LPG connection consumer number is allotted by number CX19326786 .I would like to mention categorically to following failures and deficiency in costumer services and the harassment I he gone through because of there deliberate and will pool denial in discharge of their part of responsibilities . 1. After registration and deposit of money I was delivered the gas cylinder 2. Consequently I booked my gas vide IVR booking number 495357on 30th March but the LPG cylinder was never delivered to me nor did I receive any communication from the Indane distributor 3. After waiting for than 15 days I further booked the gas with the IVR system on 17th of April with the booking number been 499420.on 27lth April I received the message from distributor that cash memo vide number [protected] generated and cylinder shall be delivered shortly .surprisingly on 2nd April I received a message from distributor that my booking has been cancelled, without assigning any reason and advising to rebook the gas 4. Accordingly I further booked the gas on 4th May and made the visit to the distributor office on person to know the reason for not delivering the gas and making me run from pillar to post. There I was given the number of Mr Swapan to follow up as the system was down as per their information at that point of time I have been following with the concerned distributor and person regularly and being assured that gas will be delivered but nothing is happening till date . It is very unbecoming for the company of your size, reputation to harass the consumers in this way.it is also pertinent to mention here that this is distributor is very arrogant and deals with customer very badly In view of the further circumstances I urge upon you to kindly to redress my above grievance immediately and intimidate me the action you have taken . I will also appreciate if you change my distributor to some other one who is better equipped to serve the customer causes.

                        I am very dissapointed . My gas agency is charging more amount of money from me when the delivery boy comes to deliver the gas cylinder. It is clearly mentioned on the cash memo that I am liable to pay only Rs 688.80 but the delivery boy talks like a "HAFTA VASOOLI" man and says you have to pay Rs 700 otherwise I am taking the cylinder back and will inform at the agency that you were not there at home. So it is just like a that he is doing, because it is his duties to deliver the cylinder at home moreover he says that from the next time I will deliver a deffective cylinder and if anything happens then you will see and also will not deliver the checked cylinder . He sounds like a typical gunda. I have complained at the agency about the same but no action has been taken and again the delivery boy did the same thing. It is possible that some body's earning would not allow one to even give Rs 10 extra. Thus, please do something about this and this is from Binod gas agency sindri .

                          Qualified Technician has not come for mandatory checking. Delivery boy(who doesn't have any sort of experience about this) only checked regulator, stove, and pipe even though two years have not completed for our home consumption.He did not inform the same before paying the bill but took extra Rs.70 just informing that these extra charges are Mandate. He checked only upon our insistence after reading the bill. Kindly check this and take appropriate action against the Gas agency. Below I am disclosing the details of the Gas Agency. Sampelly Gas Agency, Erragadda, Hyderabad. Telanagana.

                            Sir, This is for your kind consideration that, we are taking gas cylinders from indane gas agency(orient) kottarakara, Now a days the personnel coming from the gas agency for distributing the cylinders, asking for extra money rather than the bill amount .We are living with in the 5Km distance from the agency.Several times they are asking money we denied to give . They are not issuing the cylinders on a timely manner.if we call they will say not ready now, but from the messages from the online services its ready. Please do the needful things to help us fro the unauthorised money they are taking from the customers

                                Dear Sir, My Gas Refill Consumer ID CX19811922 has been blocked/ deactivated by Indane agency unnecessarily by giving a lame reason of internal Distributor transfer. I had never requested for any Transfer of distributor. My current subscription is with Uday shankar Gas agency, Tumkur city. They have unilaterally transferred to a new distributor by name BR gas agency without my consent. Now my account is Suspended. Neither active nor transferred. I wish to continue my subscription ONLY with Uday shankar gas agencies as my distributor for my Location convenience. I DO NOT WISH to go to any other agency for any reason what so ever. So, please revoke this unnecessary deactivation and let me avail my services without FURTHER DELAY. QUICK ACTION TAKEN WILL BE APPRECIATED.

                                  Dear Sir I have got a new gas connection from Indane gas distributor and the his address is as below: Indane Gas Sohna Road, Badshahpur, Gurgaon - 122101 (Haryana), Opp. Sai Hospital Ph #:[protected] For the last couple of moths I have been observing that our gas cylinder lasts for lesser time. There is no change in our cooking pattern, In fact due the summer season it should consume less even then the cylinder last for lesser days than it used to exhaust previously. Earlier I used to get Indane gas from a different Indane distributor with the same category but that time it exhausted after one month but now it exhausts in 25 Days. As I mentioned earlier there is no change in our cooking patterns it seems that the provider is either filling less gas or there is theft of the gas and it being sold in some other smaller cylinder.
