extra charges for cylinder

i am a customer of prathana gas agencies- nanganallur., chennai every time the person who delivers cylinder charges a sum of 650 rs but the net amt is 608 rs only. when i called the company and informed them they give me irresponsible answers. already the cylinder price is high but these people charge an extra of 42 rs....

Delay in refill

Delivery boys asking extra charges for cylinder delivery.
