This is the second time in 2 months that I have to complain for non/delayed delivery of cylinder. We are customers of Sri Rama Gas Agency, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore Latest complaint is on booking No. 610365, booked on 4-Mar-2015. Its been 23 days still the gas cylinder is not delivered. We are not able to reach them via there customer care. I have also raised a complaint through Indane.co.in and it seems because of my complaint they cancelled the booking. I have to again make a booking on 27-Mar-2015. It's pathetic, very pathetic. Who will care for us!

    My Gas connection no. is V -669 Pardeep Gupta. Refill booking was requested on 13.03.15 vide booking no. 235224. Messge regarding cash memo no. [protected] generated was received on 21.03.15 and while personally visiting the dealer on 25.03.15, no proper reply regarding delivery of refill cyclinder. Reply from the attending girl at counter was rude and showing ignorant regarding delivery of cylinder. Poorest service I got. Today I tried several times at your Customer care no. 155233 and the response from them was so poor that can not be explained in words. Customer care attending girl was Ms. Sunita and time was 5.35 P.M. around on 27.03.15, she instead of lodging my complaint my call disconnected. The same story was repeated in my earlier call at the same number, but that time I have not asked the name of the attending person and now this time I first asked the name of the attending girl. Pl look into the matter and please advise the action taken in the matter to me also.

      sir, i applied for a new gas connection on 12 mar 2015, at mani, majra gas agency, chandigarh, They took full payment i.e rs.6400/- cash and didnt gave me any receipt. when i asked for the receipt they said the cylinder with other documents will be send at your home within 3-4 days.But today its been more than 14 days that i havent got gas connection.And i visited that office 4 times, everytime they make irrelevant excuses and just tells me to wait for 1-2 days saying that they will call themselves.But since now i havent got any call from them neither my gas connection.

        Resp. Sir, My gas consumer no is cx1910696. 1. I booked gas on dated 10/03/2015 and got booking reference no [protected]. 2. Cash memo generated on dated 18/03/2015 no is [protected]. 3. On date 23/03/2015 I got booking message no [protected] and cash memo generated no [protected] 4. On dated 27/03/2015 again got message of gas booking no [protected] and cash memo generated no [protected]. Sir, Sorry to say that I have booked gas only on dated 10/03/2015 but did not get supply till date 27/03/2015 Kindly look in matter and resolve the problem of supply.

          I am Mohan from Bengaluru Customer ID:36645 & my agency is DEVAGANGA Associates. Am having single cylinder connection, I got my last cylinder delivered on 16/01/2015 against d date of 13/01/2015. Then I booked for Cylinder on 03/03/2015 ref:451165. Booking has been cancelled on 18/03/2015 again rebooked on same day & visited agency on 22/03/2015 but they not given any valid reason for cancellation but told me that Bill has been generated will be delivered in a day but it was not. When again visited today 27/03/2015 they are telling me will be delivered tomorrow. Imagine how can I manage with single cylinder for 3 months having 4 family members. Request you to support me in getting double cylinder connection & delivery in on time without delay.

Now it is informed to you that I submit non Adhar cash transfer mandate (Form-3) in the main branch of SBI, Court compound Burdwan (IFSC 00048) on 07/01/2015 and Form-4 also submitted to the Distributor on 20/12/2014. ...

            Company has been launched online booking and other facility for customer .There are many icons on the portal. By mistake any one goes to' give up subsidy' then he is nominated for scroll of honour .There is no facility to deactivate this option . It is harmful to those people who are poor and by mistake they click it.               This is a complaint against Gajanana Enterprises, Bangalore (Indane gas agency). First thing first they are really stupid. 2. I have booked for a refill, went to the gas agency on 14th March and booked it personally. Its 27th March, No delivery of cylinder. Irritating part is I called them up on 18th march and asked what is the status, they said it will be delivered in 2-3 days. Now i called them up again on 27th march and they are saying the system is showing the booking day as 18th March and it will take 5 more days. The waiting period is 15 days. How is it possible. I went to the gas agency personally to book it. Did they lie at that time and nothing was done. Please refrain giving franchise to people who cannot deliver proper services. To know if i am the only one who is suffering from their poor service, no.. there are so many consumers. When i went personally to their agency they said my account got suspended as i haven't given bank details for subsidy and have opted for subsidy. Can you believe this? Then for what reason i gave my bank details in the initial form itself. We are not asking for favour, rather expecting a good service for which we are paying taxes to the govt, and price for the cylinder.

                To, Dharmendra Pradhan, The Petroleum Minister Government of India, NewDelhi, Respected Sir, dtd:27.03.2015 I am an Indian citizen residing at Kolkata(W.B) herewith drawing your kind attention to the fact that I booked for an LPG cylinder on 18.02.2015 to IOC over phone, vide my Booking No 693830, and Cash Memo No:[protected].My Consumer No:07709 in the Name of BIMAN BEHARI PODDAR. But it is unfortunate to say that due to several requests and so many complaint to IOc vide my SRN No:2005104 dtd 23.03.2015 and several enquiry over phone they said that my booking is still alive and the Distributor "HAPPY HOME, Jessore Road, Kolkata is delivered upto 9th March 2015 but my booked Refil have not yet being delivered. Neither IOC, nor the Distributor (happy Home) taking any care about this.Now I am in a position neither receive of my Cylinder nor can Book a new Cylinder.What shall I do Sir ? it is already 1 month 9 days passed. No one is caring about my complain. Please Sir take some action against such irregularities, as for instance all of my residents booked on the same or nearby dates have received their cylinder. Please Sir do something at your earliest & oblige.                   Off lately there is delay in receiving gas refill. City: Bangalore Agency: Sheela Agency, JP Nagar Booking No.:322876 and Booking Date is 13 Mar, 2015 It is really challenging as consumers if we do not receive gas within 1 week of booking. 1 month is not acceptable

                    I am S. Govindan, was having my LPG connection with no.30430 with Rose Gas Agencies, Chennai 600 088. On transfer of my Connection by IOC for administrative reasons, I got my connection transferred to Veera Anjaneya Gas Services, Nanganallur, Chennai with the number being CX 2019 1132 i.e.[protected]. I joined the PAHAL Scheme in December 2014 itself. After joining the PAHAL Scheme, I booked my gas refill for the very first time on 24.3.2015.                         I, T.M Asokan, Consumer no-J17068, Jo Agencies, Indane distributor, Irinjalakkuda may inform that i have booked LPG on 20/1/2015 vide register no-266122. Now a telephone message received on 20/3/2015 that cash memo on booking number 266122 has been generated and LPG shall be delivered shortly.But the delivery has not been done so far.At the same time counter delivery is going on very well. Being a handicapped person it is very difficult to me to make spare arrangements. So I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action to settle my grievance early.

                          Respected sir, I, the undersigned, have the honor to bring to your notice that our local LPG distributor (Khumbong Indane Gramin Vitrak) is not accepting my application for transferring name of our household LPG connection. The connection is originally in the name of my younger sister (Rama Shandhya). Her consumer number is CX13832278 and S.V No. is[protected]. She has got married and now she does not need the connection so she gave her consent to transfer it in our mother's name. However when I approached the distributor they rejected my application saying that the time period given by IOCL for transferring name is already over and they cannot help me.                               our consumer no 02448 and dealer name Circular agency we are very old customer but the delivery man thread us with a bad behaviour that you can make a complain against me, no body do anything, if this is happening we from our location everybody shifted to other.please take a action or either we have to do another process

Still i am not received money from govt side i am registered my bank details successfully. I am many time asks delaer side no response.Pls take necessary action for my money regarding.Ouragency is Veera Anjaneya Gas Agency is very very worst behaviour for customer service, i am many times asks no body resoponse wait one month reply.

                                  My consumer no.is 633320. I was out of station more than 3 months. On returning I made refill booking on 26/12/2014, but the supply was not made. I reported to my distributor at Naihati, west Bengal "Satyam Indane Gas Service" where I came tio know that my service had been deactivated for the time being. The gave me a set of form to fill up and submit. I filled up the form and submit the form to the distributor alongwith a application on 07/03/2015. No action was taken till date. I am a senior citizen of 75 years old. It is impossible for me to go personnally to the office of distributor for chasing. They do not attend telephone call.

                                    Sir, I have booked refill for my Con.No: 67491 with Rose Gas Agency, Medavakkam on- line on 17/3/2015 vide registration Ref. No: 301018 . I have recd. a SMS from IA- INDANE that my gas connection is moved from M/S.ROSE GAS to M/s.SREE JAYAM INDANE, TEYNAMPET, Ch 18 due to administrative reasons without giving any address or phone number of the new gas agency .Kindly let me know how I can get the New Cons.No so as to enable me to make a fresh booking.Hope Indian Oil will see to that the existing bookings made under the previous Cons.No. Is honoured without putting the consumers in a suspense as my present cylinder got over yesterday and I have only one connection.TREAT THE MATTER AS URGENT.                                       Respected sir, I Sujan Bhowmik a consumer of indian oil, my consumer no. is 28399. I live in Madhyamgram North 24 Parganas Kolkata, West Bengal and distributor name is Sankar Gas Service. I deposited my AADHAR to my distributor and to my bank. My bank linked my account with my aadhar as on 20/12/14. The bank name is Central Bank. But after booking my gas I found that my subsidy was entered in another persons a/c named Anita Biswas, the bank is AXIS Bank and the a/c no. is [protected]. My aadhar no. is[protected]. So I am requesting you to kindly link my aadhar with my bank a/c as I can get back my subsidy amounts early as possible I will be highly oblige. Thanking You.
