I have recd LPG refill & it did not connect when connected to regulator. Since it was sunday, I took the cylinder of my neighbour whose is also an IOC Connection. Today from the morning I am ringing my distribution (4 times) M/s Veera Anjaneya Indane Gas Agency Nanganallur, the problem is not rectified. My consumer No is CX13330926 and LPG ID is[protected]. Can u please do the needful to rectify the problem at the earliest?

    Sir, my family had booked our LPG cylinder on 3rd March 2015 but after a lapse of 20 days, we have not received the refill cylinder till date. Our repeated requests to the Agency/distributor have yielded no positive results. It has been going on for the past one year or so. Always we are getting a stereo-type reply i, .e. Delivery cannot be made with in the 3days.., My self waiting an other additional 3 days after that i am giving call to distributor again they will ask to wait 3days until today, I am getting the same kind of answers from distributor, when can i get, i don't know. This is what happened for me (today is the 3rd time i had the same kind of answer from distributor).next week..I don't know where the distributor is delivering the cylinder . Please give the alert to this distributor even they charging more money for new connections( double cylinder new connection they collected from me around Rs.10000). i say don't want trolley and rice cooker but force fully issued and they taken money, those items literally no use at all which are they provided with the new connection.         After Compliments, Sir, my family had booked our LPG cylinder on 6th January.2015 but after a lapse of 75 days, we have not received the refill cylinder till date. Our repeated requests to the Agency/distributor have yielded no positive results. This is not a lone case. It has been going on for the past one year or so. Always we are getting a stereo-type reply i, .e. delivery cannot be made this week..wait until... next week. .. next week..I don't know where the distributor is delivering the cylinder and it's been almost two and half months and we have been forced to cook through other traditional means - The distributor's attitude in this regard is highly deplorable and unpardonable too. For your information, if we talk about the number of refill cylinders received per year, during the past two years, works out to be just six, although the government have notified that consumers are entitled for 12 Nos. of subsidised cylinders per annum. Please look into this issue very seriously. If the distributor cannot cater the needs of the consumers in a satisfactory manner he should get rid of this business and you should appoint a new distributor without any hesitation, Preference should be given to the interest of the consumers and not the distributor. Therefore I would request you to kindly take necessary remedial measures for early delivery of the refill cylinder.               Sir, I am a senior citizen. I have been a consumer of indane gas since 02.07.91through jyothi gas distributor, Mundakayam, kottayam. My consumer no is.1515 and i have booked for gas on 12.01.15. My booking is valid and i havent got a full cylinder till now. I have not got any response from the distributor and i am telephoning them most days to know the status. They say dates and i will be waiting for the delivery all day with out any use. Now i am facing lot of problems as both my cylinders are empty. Please take necessary action against such irresponsibility in delivering the refills.

                Consumer No.3974 Gas Agemcy : Surendra Indane, Sreekrishnapuram, Palakkad. Reference to the above, I would like to inform you that 1) Today the said agency is closed, please check immediately and let me know the reason for closing the office. 2) I hav e been complaining since yesterday i.e. 22.03.2015 and even today also called and informed the delivery boy regarding the leakage when he said that he will inform the concerned person to attend the complain without any delay, bu to my surprise till this time i.e. 11.10 AM (23.03., 2015), NOBODY HAS TURNED UP TO rectify the same. I now request you to check on this issue and take immediate action REPEAT IMMEDIATE ACTION to solve this problem without any further since I cannot use the cylinder and it is inside our Kitchen premises. Your early and immediate action is requested on this matter and await your prompt action today itself. With best regards Rajan

                    I visited AMAR Shaheed Dilwar Filing Station at MAjra MAfi, Mohakampur, Haridwar Road, Dehradun on 17.02.2015. I have two complaints to make about the services of the petrol pump: 1. They refused to accept any card for payment. So, I had to pay in cash. 2. They refused to check the tire pressure in my car, stating that the air unit is not working, but when I insisted for the complaint book, the unit immediately started working and they topped up the tires. However, i was refused the complaint book. This is just one instance of denial of services for which we, as a customer, are entitled to. Company is paying for these facilities for customers, it is the staff of petrol pump which is coming in between Company and customers. Please make sure that the complaint book is always available at the dispensing unit. The customers should not be at the mercy of petrol pump.

                        I am residing at 36/4, 4th.street, Thillai Ganga Nagar, Nanganallur and my consumer no. is JE18181.I booked a gas cylinder on 10.03.2014.Instead of delivering the gas cylinder the Indane Gas had sent an SMS 17.03.2015 stating that" my gas connection is moved from m/s Rose Gas Agency to m/s Parthiban Indane due to administrative reasons, kindly contact your new distributor for more details." The Indane gas had transfered my gas connection to M/S Parthiban gas agency, Pallavaram which is far away from my residence(about 10 km ) without my consent or any intimation to me.It is very difiicult for me to approach M/S Parthiban gas agency in case of any emergency. Hence, I kindly request you to take up this matter with Indane gas to deliver the cylinder already booked and then to transfer the gas agency located either at Nanganallur or at Adambakkam.                             I had booked for LPG refill vide number 868978 dated 11 02 15, but till date as on 21 03 15 the refill is not delivered (even after 40 days). The matter was taken up with Indane vide Service request numbers 1979338, 1955938, 1977035, 1979173, 1989538, 1990655, 1994145, 1997617, 2000633 and 2000918 and taken up to distributor Baghajatin Gas Service but it is not resolved. please deliver the LPG at the earliest.                               I had visited ACME GAS AGENCY-Vadodara(Indane Distributor) two months back for a New Gas Connection. I was told that it was stopped for few weeks and also the forms are not available. After getting sufficient information from Indane call center, I made online request for new gas connection and visited the ACME GAS AGENCY today with the print out of submitted form along with required documents. I visited the the distributor at 4 pm. My application was not accepted. The receptionist said that the new applications are accepted morning 9 to 12 only and behaved very badly. On asking that has such timings been displayed anywhere in their office, they refused to reply. Kindly help in the above matter. Thanking You. AKHILESH P TRIVEDI [protected]

                                This is my third time of complaint registration (excluding telephonic which I have already made on 20.3.15 by complaint No 2003093). So far my consignment has not been materialised. I got a message today stating that" the booking has been cancelled and contact the agency or book again". I have been waiting since one month after releasing my cylinder basing on your message. You will appreciate the philosophy in making the food for family members in home in City like Trivandrum with out getting the LPG which is an essential item for which dependable to you. It is suspected that the delivery boy might have sold out to his favourite person instead of giving deserved. It is regretted that prompt actions are there to resolve the issue still we like people are suffering. Please look in to the matter and instruct the agency and consider this on humanitarian ground. A favourable reply will be highly appreciated in this regard.

                                      २८.२.१५ की बुकिग कितने समय के अदर पहुच जानी चाहिए थी उसने किस तारीख को पहुचायी आपने एजेसी के डीलर का पष बताया है मेरी समसया बात पर आपने कया किया एक सपताह बाद होम डिलीवरी देना कया उपभोकता.केहित.कमपनी के नियमो का उललघन नही है.होम डिलीवरी के फोटो आडियो मै पूवं मे भेज चुका हु उन पर आपनेजाच करना शायद भ्षाटाचार के कारण उचित नही समझा है जिसके कारण यह जागऱ्क गाहक का उतपीडन आपकी देखरेख मे करता आ रहा हैयदि आप इस के विरूद कायॉवाही नही कर पा रहे तो बताने का कसट करे.
