I had submitted a requests for new gas connection in month of Jan 1st week, now I have got a call from distributor HINDON GAS SERVICE III-E, GREEN BELTNEHRU NAGAR, GHAZIABAD (U.P) on 17th of March that come take out your new connection. from 17th to Till I am continue going to HINDON GAS SERVICE but they are saying that IOCL Main Server is not working therefore they are not able to do the process for new connection . I am very surprised that IOCL Main Server is not working from last 4 days . @Sir, could please take a update from distributor on behalf of me, it will really a great help to me .     २८.२.१५ की बुकिग कितने समय के अदर पहुच जानी चाहिए थी उसने किस तारीख को पहुचायी आपने एजेसी के डीलर का पष बताया है मेरी समसया बात पर आपने कया किया एक सपताह बाद होम डिलीवरी देना कया उपभोकता.केहित.कमपनी के नियमो का उललघन नही है.होम डिलीवरी के फोटो आडियो मै पूवं मे भेज चुका हु उन पर आपनेजाच करना शायद भ्षाटाचार के कारण उचित नही समझा है जिसके कारण यह जागऱ्क गाहक का उतपीडन आपकी देखरेख मे करता आ रहा हैयदि आप इस के विरूद कायॉवाही नही कर पा रहे तो बताने का कसट करे.

      I am Amit Kumar Pal and my Consumer number is 42944. I booked a Gas Cylinder on 8th Feb 2015 with ref number 574866 and subsequently on 26 Feb 2015 with reference number 581375. I have not received the gas cylinders till 21st March for any of the above mentioned bookings. My Gas Agency Details are Pandit Gas Agency Jaipur, Rajasthan
      Dear I am booking my gas cylinder on 3rd july 2015 but today date is 12th july cylinder not delivered so we are facing problem so do the need full.

        Complaint no. 2004680 dated 21.03.2015 of consumer no. D-11040 against distributor no. 155065(Domestic Gas Service, Aliganj, Lucknow) says : I got SMS on 19.3.15 saying that the cylinder shall be delivered & I got another SMS saying gas cylinder is delivered on 20.03.15 at 23.56 But it is not delivered yet. Earlier, I got messages stating that my cylinders were booked and delivered without my doing it.The status of my Aadhar linkage keeps on fluctuating on the distributor's website . It showed a green dot depicing that my Aadhar was linked . And the next day, it showed a red dot depicting no linkage . I got 3 cylinders without subsidy, however I have submitted Form 1, Form 2 and Form 4(on recommendation of the distributor) to their respective places . But, it is not still done . Please do the needful.

          Dear Sir/Madam I am consumer of indane gas having consumer no 55669. I have submitted all paper to our distributor for availaing subsidised gas. but our distributor Shree Vignesh Indane, Dhanbad, Jharkhand (Ph[protected]does not take any action, They forced me to take non subsidised gas saying your bank account has not been linked. After complain to owner.They misbehaved with me and all customer. Please do the needful and take appropriate action so that consumer should not be sufferered such harassment. I am getting Cylinder from Mahaganapathy Gas Agency last few years. and i have booked and paid the amount of Rs.2500/- for additional Cylinder 45 days before. They did not give receipt of the amount I have not yet get cylinder till now. We have asked them daily about what is the stage of additional Cylinder. They does not say proper reply.                   Hi, I have Indane Gas connection in Pune in area kothrud from Siddhivinayak Indane Gas. Previously my gas consumer no was provided in my gas booking diary and on cash memo they suddenly changed my consumer no without informing me that my consumer no has changed and suddenly today i need to register my account online then i am not able to register on site and i called them, ask about this issue then they told me that your consumer no has been changed. Why they are not informing me at that time only when my number has changed. And From last 5 months i have not refilled my gas so Can it be possible to locked my account. They told me that my account gets locked but this thing i heard first time.

                    I booked a Cylinder from Tej Gas Agency of Indane at Jaipur through IVPS. The booking was confirmed. Later I received a message that cash memo has been generated and thereafter next day I received that booking cancelled. How painful this can be to a customer whose cylinder is empty for 15 days and cooking food on heater. my customer no is 5090826 at Tej Gas Agency of Indane at Jaipur

                          I have submitted application to transfer gas agency from Netaji Agency, Nedumangad to Shelly gas gancy Nettayam. But Netaji agency transferred the connection with wrong code. So that Sheelly agency could not register our connection. so again we resubmitted the application to Netaji agency. But Upto this time they didn't made any correction in the code. (Consumer No.40409)

                              My Consumer No.is CX1784564, from Jyoti Distributor, Surat. I have booked cylinder before one month ago, and get message of Cash Memo No.also, but not get any cylinder. Further we inquired to dealer they reply your cylinder is despatched from here, but I didn't get it. Meanwhile we got message that your booking is cancelled and for further inquiry go to your dealer. Dealer reply that it is server problem and we could not do anything for this, you better way to go book cylinder again and wait for some days. Now what should we do?

                                Dear Sir My gas agency is seetharama Indane gas service Jigani, Bangalore urban .recently there has been inconsistancy in theri services and it is getting worse. On[protected] i had booked my gas cylinder vide consumer no [protected](CX[protected]and the same has not been delivered yet inspite of several reminders.They dont even bother to pick up the phone. Because of this i am facing a lot of problems please guide me what action can be taken against the agency.

                                  I had booked the cylinder before 25 days. Within these days, I inquired many times for the cylinder but no proper answer I get. They booked cylinder again and again. But not getting the cylinder till date. I submit documents like aadhar and bank passbook 3 times. But the problem remains as it is. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

                                    I, Sukanta Das, am writing on behave of my sister Asha Das, Consumer ID :[protected] Consumer No. 27132. We want to transfer the connection in the name of my mother, Sandhya Das. So I went to my Dealer Sonarpur Gas Service but their services are workless and hopeless. The employees behaved very very bad. They refused to receive my documents and returned me back day after day. I have also complained against this matter on 19.3.15 and 25.3.15 in your toll free number and my complain no. is 1999545. But I could not get any positive response from them.

                                    I hope you will take an action immediately as soon as possible.
                                    मेरा नाम सुमन गोयल है।मेरी उम्र 60 है।निवासी wz- 241 b ff inderpuri new delhi. मेरा गैस कनेक्शन है जिसका नंबर 9677 है जोकि मेरे सुवर्गीय पति नाम पर है। उनकी मिर्त्यु हो गई है। अब मैं यह कनेक्शन मेरे नाम पर हो।लेकिन जोगिन्दर गैस एजेंसी, नारायणा नई दिल्ली। मुझे पिछले दो महीने से चक्कर लगवा रहे है। कभी कहते है पेपेर पुरे नहीं है कभी कहते है एफिडेविट लेकर आओ जबकि मैं अपना आधार कार्ड, पहचान पत्र और मेरे पति का मिर्त्यु प्रमाण पत्र जमा करवा दिया है।फिर भी मुझे गैस उपलब्ध नहीं हो पा रहा है मुझे बहुत परेशानी हो रही है।

                                      My name is M.Saraswathi. I am an Indane consumer for over 40 years. Currently I am getting supply from M/s.Uday gas[protected]. I booked for a refill on February 12th 2015. I still have not recieved a cylinder. This kind of delay has happened the last couple of bookings also. I have contacted them in person and on phone regarding this. They keep replying us saying that the cylinder will be delivered shortly. I am very unhappy with this distributor. I have never had such a bitter experience with Indane ever before. I DON'T want to deal with this distributor anymore. Kindly move my service to some other Indane distributor. If that is not possible I am willing to surrender my books to you and choose another provider. Thanks
