सर, मेरे पास इंडेन का गैस सिलेंडर है, जिसका कंप्जूमर नंबर-97090 और गैस एजेंसी कैप्टन गैस एजेंसी प्रताप विहार, गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश है। मैं दिसंबर, 2014 में अपना आधार नंबर गैस एजेंसी और बैंक को दे चुका हूं। इसके बावजूद मुझे अभी तक गैस सब्सिडी नहीं मिली तो मैंने सात मार्च, 2015 को गैस एजेंसी को अपना बैक खाता नंबर भी दिया। फिर भी सब्सिडी नहीं मिली तो नौ मार्च, 2015 को नाम बदलवाने के लिए आवेदन किया। मगर एक सप्ताह बीत जाने के बाद भी न तो मेरा नाम चेंज हुआ है, न ही मुझे गैस के मेन कागज मिले हैं और न ही सब्सिडी मिली है। जब भी मैं फोन करता हूं तो कोई भी उसे उठाना मुनासिब नहीं समझता है। जब वहां जाता हूं तो कह दिया जाता है, ठीक है काम हो जाएगा, न हो तो फिर आ जाना। अब आप ही बताएं कि मैं अपना काम-काज देखूं या गैस एजेंसी के चक्कर ही काटता रहूं। सचिन मिश्रा मोबाइल नंबरः [protected]

    Our LPG Cylinder was booked by LPG gas agency them self & sold also as per their preference.Below is the details Consumer no is - 25658 Cylinder - Indian Gas agency - Mohinil, Hauz Khas, South Delhi Cash Memo no - [protected] on 12/3/15 Booking No [protected] Delivery (to other person) on 12/3/15 We neither book & nor received this cylinder. When we get the massage on phone for delivery than we contact the agency on 16/3/2015, than they send us cylinder at our home without our request & requirement & by putting pressure to my child & wife they deliver it & got sign also.

      Sir, I am a resident of Adyar, Gandhi Nagar, Adyar, Chennai 600020. My LPG consumer no. is 46718. My gas supply agency was changed to Kalairani (which is 10 km away) from the erstwhile Trilok Gas Agency, Adyar. Like me, there are various other consumers, in Adyar, whose gas supply agency was shifted to Kalairani Indane Gas Agency, in Mylapore, Chennai. When a refill is booked, in Kalairani there is inordinate delay in making the supply; sometimes the delay extends to weeks, or almost a month. The reason is: Kalairani is located far away from Adyar - about ten kilometers. When there are other Indane Gas agencies located nearby in Adyar, the logic and rationale of shifting so many consumers in Adyar area to Kalairani in Mylapore are not clear. 1. Staff in Kalairani are not picking up telephone calls or are not answering. 2. I visited Kalairani twice.to find out about delivery. They promise and promise. But nothing happens. It is not possible to contact Kalairani on telephone. They do not answer telephone calls or pick up incoming customer calls. 3. It appears Kalairani does not have adequate number of manpower and transport vehicles to effect delivery of cylinders to customers in Adyar area which is far away, in addition to servicing the number of customers located in and around Mylapore. Request you to transfer all Adyar located customers back to any Indane gas agency which is located nearly in Adyar, This will ensure timely delivery of gas refills to Adyar customers, who are now facing extreme delay in getting gas refills from Kalairani in Mylapore. If you feel sercvicing Adyar located customers with gas refills promptly is important, I am sure, you will not allow such a unsatisfactory situation to prevail to the extreme disadvantage of Adyar located customers.         Hi My Indane Consumer ID is 51645. I booked for refilling the Gas on 2nd JAn'15 vide cash memo No is [protected]- . I paid 708 Rs towards refil. The amount transferred to my account is Rs. 187.18. When I will receive the rest amount in account. Indande Distributor is Sona Enterprises.

          i have booked a gas cylinder with booking No. 838786 dated 17.02.15. Till date(i.e. 16.03.15) i did not receive the gas cylinder. Itis further informed that lat time i booked my cylinder on 08.01.15 with booking no. [protected] and the cylinder was delivered to me on 29.01.15. But till date the subsidy amount is not yet credited in my account. please help.

              Dear Sir/Madam, I request you to kindly take action on Veeresh gas agency, Nagashetty halli, Bangalore. Beause they are busy in lifting their landline and replying in good manner with consumers they are saying that to take delivery of cylinders from their agency lack of delivery boys. Also inform you that are having over loaded consumers where they can provide the best services. I have booked the cylinder on 26th Jan 2015. till date I have not received my cylinder. Am facing this problem for past 2 years. I never get the cylinder on time.                       Sir, In our native really we nearly 5000 gas connection are there, but they are not delivering to home instead the vehicle standing in out for someother area. People are taking their 2 wheelers or other vehicle to get the cylinder. Ladies are suffering alot to get cylinder. They are carrying cylinder for nearly 1Km to get it. So, please kindly please kindly take necessary step to get cylinder easy for us or give sub dealers in my native itself to get it.                         respected sir, i am the customer of goodwill gas service which is located in f block sultan puri area delhi -110086 ireceived a refill before 3, 4 days and its total weight if cyl is 29.4kg but empty weigth is17.1kg it means cylinder is underweight by 2 kg. i informed agency and suplier also but cylinder is never change still now. pls look up the metter and give me positive response. thanks regard dharmendra E-4/69 sultan puri new delhi-110086 [protected]

                          I have submitted my application of new gas connection through online portal of Indane gas service. But now my local Distributor(Anupam Indane Service, Gopalnagar, North 24 parganas, WB) is not accepting online submitted form and giving some lame excuse. They are telling to apply in fresh and also demanding 6000 if I want the connection within 2 months. And in another case if I pay 8000, within 10 days I will get the connection whereas we know that charge for new connection is around 2000. They are also saying if you don't give that amount of money we have to wait for uncountable days to get connection.

                            Dear Sir I am a regular customer to M/S Kumar auto care, petrol bunk 28 SD Road .The IOC office is located in next building all the officers and staff park their Cars in this bunk from morning 0900 to 1900 hrs causing inconvenience to all customers as this cars are all around in petrol bunk .I own a Mercedes E 270 and Verna which are big cars which cannot be turned inside due to this cars parked even near air filling point Repeated complaints yielded no results.I am attaching the photographs showing all cars . On 13 March at about 1600 hrs I couldn't turn my car as one car totally blocked passage as I was complaining one Mr Swarup understand an Engineer was parking his car I told already so many cars of IOC are parked and I am not able to turn my car he said who are you this is our IOC bunk we leave the keys If the owner wants he can move my car and he was very rude and was arguing i told him if you park your car I will complaint to your bosses in your office he said you can complaint to anyone I will park my car here only. Its horrifying that if all cars are parked in small bunk buses and lorries are not able to come as cars are parked every where, The arrogance of this officer Mr Swarup shows that in a public sector organisation one can get away with a murder if this issue is not solved I will complain to local press and Mr Piosh Goel central Minister and to PM Mr Modi.Then sales officer N Vijay kumar of this region comes in his car and informs me i will take up your complaint and instructs the owner of bunk to forward the complaint and walks away with his car parked there blocking the bunk shamelessly.if this is the attitude of sales officer who is supposed to resolve God save IOC.Request take action and ensure no cars are parked on the lands of bunk as IOC cannot keep the customer intrests at bay.My phone number is [protected].email Id is [protected]@gmail.com

                            I am enclosing the photographs of the cars parked on all sides of bunk by IOC staff.the best part is that the concern sales officer
                            Mr N Vijay Kumar who comes their who is supposed to make sure consumers don't suffer parks his car and shamelessly walking away even though I was insisting he shouldt park thier right in front of office blocking the way his car is in the first photograph God save IOC.
                            I there fore Request the highest authourity to intervene and stop this high handedness arrogance of MR Swarup like officers and others who also are parking as if this is their right. Please stop this immediately.the photo number of mr N Vijay kumar is[protected]

My gas cylinder 3.5 kg low delivered on 15.3.15 by mr. Umesh Kumar. He is not doing weight cylinder and he is gave already 3-4 times low weight cylinder. I already complain related this matter but not solution. No attend call any consumer no. Please solve my problem otherwise I complain in police against froad.

                                  I had booked gas cylinder via IVR (using no [protected]) on 1st March, the ref/booking no. of which is 202125. It has been 12 days and I haven't received the cylinder yet. This happens every month and delay of 2-3 weeks is very normal and sometimes even a month. I've been calling my zirakpur indane distributor for the last 5 days continuously and have done more than 500 calls till date but no one ever attends the call. I do call them (on [protected], [protected], [protected]) almost on daily basis but every time I find all the numbers busy and if it rings no one ever attends the call. This is the case of every month and we have to do numerous no of calls for booking/confirm about the delivery and have to continuously call them for 1 week to get the call connected and talk to them. If they ever talk after trying 1000 calls they talk extremely rudely like illiterates and disconnect the call without answering any question. About all these incidents i.e. "Delay in refill supply" and "Telephone not attended", I personally went there and described all this which is happening with me since ages but they never listen anything and contrarily threats us that they would disconnect our connection if I would again do any complaint. These all issues are with almost all the people living in our or near by societies and everybody complains them but they never listen to anyone. We are eating food from outside for the last 1 week continuously but till when we'll do like this and have food from hotels and restaurants?? I had lodged a complaint earlier too on Indane wesite but haven't received any respond till date. I opted for "Inform me on email". So please do respond this time. It's really very very very urgent and critical situation for us to survive. It has already been so late (15 days) and we are facing extreme harassment and humiliation but no one has called us till now. Finally, I myself called Indane helpline no today in the morning to verify about this complaint and to confirm how quick this be resolved we can get our cylinder but they also said it will 48 hours to resolve this and I'll have to call them again to verify the status as submitting/posting complaint on the Internet doesn't work. What the crap system is this?? Why should I call them again and again to take the follow up if the mistake is their only?? Their whole system is crap.                                     I have applied for new gas connection(DBC) at Panchkula gas service on 7th Feb 2015. After repeatedly visiting the distributor office and calling them over phone, finally yesterday on 14th March'2015, they provided me with gas connection but just one cylinder instead of DBC for which i had asked them no. of times. And the explanation given was that it is year end so we cannot give you DBC connection. And they insisted me for purchasing hot plate from them, without which they were not giving me gas connection, even though i have my own hot plate. And they charged me a total of Rs 4270, out of which the cash memo given to me was for only Rs 2245 (Rs 1975 for hot plate, Rs 170 for rubber tube and Rs 50 for Installation). I am attaching the cas memo i received as an image, for your reference. For Rs 1600 (security deposit of one cylinder) and balance Rs 425 (subsidized rate of one cylinder), I wasnt provided any receipt/cash memo. And i was told that the person delivering the cylinder will provide the receipt. But i was not provided any receipt/cash memo by the vendor who delivered the gas cylinder and rather asked me to contact the distributor only. I do not understand what kind of joke is being done with the customers. The gas distributor has harassed me for over a month and now they are not even giving the receipt for cash they have taken from me. Kindly take immediate action against the distributor and please intimate me on my email and phone. Please help me get the cash receipt for entire amount i have paid. Your action in this case will prove the promptness of IOC company. Hoping for positive response at the earliest. Please take prompt response in this case and help me get DBC connection as soon as possible. I applied for as connection at Indane, because of its reputation and customer service. But the treatment i have received at Panchkula Gas Service has proved otherwise. I still believe that my concern will be acknowledged and due action will be taken. Hoping for prompt response.
