      Respected Sir, I would like to introduce my self as Chandrasekharan Nair and I would like to place before you my grevience regarding the hardship that I have been put to in obtaining refilled cylinder, which is registered in my fathers name, Shri Balakrishnan Nair, Gas Consumer number 485, previously under Sree Kumar agencies, Indane distributors, Haripad, Alappuzha district, Kerala and currently transferred to more than an year back to Kuttikkatt flames, indane services, Aikya junction, Kayamkulam PO, Alappuzha district. From the time the gas connection was transferred to M/s Kuttikkatt flames, we are were receiving the gas cylinders regularly until a serious health problem resulted in my father being hospitalized for 4 to 5 months. During this interval we were unable to refill the cylinder since we had spent most of the time at hospital. After my father was discharged and the need for refilling a new cylinder arose, we submitted refill request using Spell Checkregistered mobile( [protected] ), when we were informed by voice message that we need to contact the agency. Accordingly, when we contacted the as Agency in person, we were informed that due to delay in obtaining the refill cylinder, the gas connection had lapsed and hence it needed to be renewed using Aadhar. Hence, we had submitted the Aadhar and other necessary documents by personally visiting the gas agency. We were then aprised by the gas agency officials that we would receive the cylinder within 2 to 4 days. However since then we did not receive the refill cylinder even after a waiting for a weeks, time. Hence we contacted them over phone several times for the last three months and unfortunately each time we call they gave as some excuse such as lorry strike and so on. We had booked the gas on registered mobile but we dont receive official message from gas agency. I would like to bring to your notice that since my parents are old aged they completely dependent on me to get the gas connection issue resolved. But since I am not staying with them as I am working at Coimbatore for my livelihood I am put to severe hardship trying to resolve the issue over phone.         WE have booked thru telephone on our JE43393, MRS G.JALAJA (am her daughter who raise complaint on said subject) and had booking registration number 285916 - on 21/02/2015. We waited till 10th of March and visited our Agency on 11.03.2015, Jayalakshmi Enterprises office personnel, who told us that due to server problem, all bookings have got cancelled. They booked on our behalf again and as of yesterday we have not received. When we tried to re-book we received a message on phone stating it has booked and number is [protected]. We have been at home without visiting even hospital to receive cylinder. LEt us know when/what date we shall receive cylinder. rgds Vasanthi G [protected]@gmail.com
        I am an Indane Gas Customer at Bhende Gas Agency Nagpur, Consumer number is 10374. We have booked through telephone, and had booking number - 230978 on 24/02/2015. We waited till 11/03/2015 then after visited to Agency on 12/03/2015. There personnel told us that we will be able to receive the cylinder within 2 days. But we have not received. Then again we visited twice after 14/03/2015 but cylider not yet received.

          I am an Indane custome at Bangalore, Customer No.69022. Since about 15 days back I have been trying to book a cylinder through IVRS/SMS/Internet. But every time I try I get a message stating that I have booked a cylinder on[protected] and the same was deliverd on 03-02-15 and it says the cash memo number also. Thats all. I contacted various numbers. The computer at helpline[protected] is always slow. They told me to contact the dealer. I tried the dealer (Anusha Indane Gas Co., Bangalore) over the phone. They have four phones. But they never pick up the phones. Then I placed a feed back compliant in the Indane website. I got a reply to 'furnish bank details' . I again complained that I have furnished the same and had got the subsidy also. Again I got a reply to 'furnish bank details' . I tried the PRO number[protected]. Nobody would lift the phone. Then I tried Indane Head Office phone number[protected]. The person at the other end told me to call[protected]. I called this number. Somebody at the other end told me to call[protected] or[protected]. I tried these numbers. But nobody lifts the phones. Then on 14-03-15, I went to the dealer. A girl at there told me that the previous delivery details have not been entered into the system that is why I am unable to book it. She took my customer number and said she will book it from their end. But today when I tried the IVRS system, it says the old message itself, indicating that booking has not been done. What should I do ? Every time I have to go to the dealer, I have to take half day leave. Just for a two minute talk I have to apply half day leave. I sent an Email also to the dealer. But no response. Why don't the dealer pick up the phone ? Why nobody at Indane (Unity Building) picks up the phone ? Why doesn't the PRO pick up the phone ? Why the helpline doesn't help at all ? What should I do to get my cylinder ?

                  सर, मेरे पास इंडेन का गैस सिलेंडर है, जिसका कंप्जूमर नंबर-97090 और गैस एजेंसी कैप्टन गैस एजेंसी प्रताप विहार, गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश है। मैं दिसंबर, 2014 में अपना आधार नंबर गैस एजेंसी और बैंक को दे चुका हूं। इसके बावजूद मुझे अभी तक गैस सब्सिडी नहीं मिली तो मैंने सात मार्च, 2015 को गैस एजेंसी को अपना बैक खाता नंबर भी दिया। फिर भी सब्सिडी नहीं मिली तो नौ मार्च, 2015 को नाम बदलवाने के लिए आवेदन किया। मगर एक सप्ताह बीत जाने के बाद भी न तो मेरा नाम चेंज हुआ है, न ही मुझे गैस के मेन कागज मिले हैं और न ही सब्सिडी मिली है। जब भी मैं फोन करता हूं तो कोई भी उसे उठाना मुनासिब नहीं समझता है। जब वहां जाता हूं तो कह दिया जाता है, ठीक है काम हो जाएगा, न हो तो फिर आ जाना। अब आप ही बताएं कि मैं अपना काम-काज देखूं या गैस एजेंसी के चक्कर ही काटता रहूं। सचिन मिश्रा मोबाइल नंबरः [protected]

                    Our LPG Cylinder was booked by LPG gas agency them self & sold also as per their preference.Below is the details Consumer no is - 25658 Cylinder - Indian Gas agency - Mohinil, Hauz Khas, South Delhi Cash Memo no - [protected] on 12/3/15 Booking No [protected] Delivery (to other person) on 12/3/15 We neither book & nor received this cylinder. When we get the massage on phone for delivery than we contact the agency on 16/3/2015, than they send us cylinder at our home without our request & requirement & by putting pressure to my child & wife they deliver it & got sign also.

                      Sir, I am a resident of Adyar, Gandhi Nagar, Adyar, Chennai 600020. My LPG consumer no. is 46718. My gas supply agency was changed to Kalairani (which is 10 km away) from the erstwhile Trilok Gas Agency, Adyar. Like me, there are various other consumers, in Adyar, whose gas supply agency was shifted to Kalairani Indane Gas Agency, in Mylapore, Chennai. When a refill is booked, in Kalairani there is inordinate delay in making the supply; sometimes the delay extends to weeks, or almost a month. The reason is: Kalairani is located far away from Adyar - about ten kilometers. When there are other Indane Gas agencies located nearby in Adyar, the logic and rationale of shifting so many consumers in Adyar area to Kalairani in Mylapore are not clear. 1. Staff in Kalairani are not picking up telephone calls or are not answering. 2. I visited Kalairani twice.to find out about delivery. They promise and promise. But nothing happens. It is not possible to contact Kalairani on telephone. They do not answer telephone calls or pick up incoming customer calls. 3. It appears Kalairani does not have adequate number of manpower and transport vehicles to effect delivery of cylinders to customers in Adyar area which is far away, in addition to servicing the number of customers located in and around Mylapore. Request you to transfer all Adyar located customers back to any Indane gas agency which is located nearly in Adyar, This will ensure timely delivery of gas refills to Adyar customers, who are now facing extreme delay in getting gas refills from Kalairani in Mylapore. If you feel sercvicing Adyar located customers with gas refills promptly is important, I am sure, you will not allow such a unsatisfactory situation to prevail to the extreme disadvantage of Adyar located customers.                           i have booked a gas cylinder with booking No. 838786 dated 17.02.15. Till date(i.e. 16.03.15) i did not receive the gas cylinder. Itis further informed that lat time i booked my cylinder on 08.01.15 with booking no. [protected] and the cylinder was delivered to me on 29.01.15. But till date the subsidy amount is not yet credited in my account. please help.

Beause they are busy in lifting their landline and replying in good manner with consumers they are saying that to take delivery of cylinders from their agency lack of delivery boys. Also inform you that are having over loaded consumers where they can provide the best services. I have booked the cylinder on 26th Jan 2015. till date I have not received my cylinder. Am facing this problem for past 2 years. I never get the cylinder on time.                                       Sir, In our native really we nearly 5000 gas connection are there, but they are not delivering to home instead the vehicle standing in out for someother area. People are taking their 2 wheelers or other vehicle to get the cylinder. Ladies are suffering alot to get cylinder. They are carrying cylinder for nearly 1Km to get it. So, please kindly please kindly take necessary step to get cylinder easy for us or give sub dealers in my native itself to get it.                                         respected sir, i am the customer of goodwill gas service which is located in f block sultan puri area delhi -110086 ireceived a refill before 3, 4 days and its total weight if cyl is 29.4kg but empty weigth is17.1kg it means cylinder is underweight by 2 kg. i informed agency and suplier also but cylinder is never change still now. pls look up the metter and give me positive response. thanks regard dharmendra E-4/69 sultan puri new delhi-110086 [protected]
