Respected Sir.

I am Director of Shree Hari Roadlines Pvt.Ltd. We are in transport business since last 4 years.As being in a transportation firm, fuel is our basic necessity. But since last few months we are facing difficulty in dealing with this. we purchase diesel from " Shree Vinayak Petrolium" -Mundra (kutch- Gujarat) .From last several time, we asses that we are not getting the demanded quantity of fuel in our trucks at the same price.after requesting to check whether the quantity was exact as shown in the metres or not. We did not get any response. Even the owner (Chirag Agrawal) itself replied us in a very abusive manner.

You may aware that we are your regular customers and at the end its the concern of you rotation and goodwill, we thought communicating to you will give us results, we will be waiting for your positives reply.

    CONSUMER NO-29272 in the name of Manotosh bhattachryya, r/o 41/15 shantiram rasta, bally, howrah, wb-711201
    has booked online (automated rifil booking system) on 12/12/2014 and has got booking no as 651689 while inquired for position of delivery the system informs that the booking date is postpone to 01/01/2015.and the supplier mordern gas agency has yet delivered upto 29/11/2014.As the date is unilaterally changed to later date, the supply of gas to me has been delayed abnormaly resulting in convenience to cook for myself and family members.Though personally my wife visited and inquired the supplier could not give any assurance then i have talked over toll free no on 07/01/2015 and on 08/01/2015 and also on 09/01/2015 in all occasions at the receiving end the call attended has to bribed the whole story again and again and lastly given the compliant no with an assurance of supply of gas by 7 working days.so if it goes ok and fulfilled i have to wait no later than 16/01/2015.so ultimately the gas is supplied to me nearly after 35 days but still in system it is informed delivery is over upto 29/11/2014.Not in a single occasion gas was supplied to me before 40days is it fair while customer care service informs that within 7 days it must be delivered from booking date.I secure intervention to minimise my difficulties now and for future.

      Highly dissatisfied with behavior and unethical working condition of Shiv Shakti Gas Agency Udaipur,

      Dear Sir,

      My Name is Dr. Sunil Chugh, my Customer No is 14251 and is with shiv shakti gas agency, i have been running after them and sent my person for more then 25 times in last 1 month to rectifies the mistake which they have done and i m suffering because of it, They have fed my name as Sunita Chugh instead of Sunil chugh in there system and are making me suffer for it, Its there mistake, Its there wrong doing, they fed wrong name in there system, i have all the supporting document which says the customer name is Sunil chugh and not sunita chugh but still they are adamant not to correct the name. The problem is with the management of the agency, Every time they will say come next day or will give a next date, bring this document, get this affidavit done, if they require 10 document they will not tell it at once, but they will make sure u have run 10 times for each and every document one by one, i[censored] have to get two affidavit they will make sure u have to run twice to get it done, and there timing they close there agency for Lunch at 1:00 PM and reopens it at 2:30 PM. Please do something about it because they are diluting the name of Indian Gas and are creating a very bad name in the market. Looking for a suitable response from your side.

              The complaint is reagrding LPG Id:[protected] Consumer No: CX10021610 My wife Mousumi Nandi went to Khirpai Indane Gas service as she was unable to book gas through her mobile (which is mandatory now). Though she did book earlier through the same mobile surprisingly the same was not working now a days. First she went to Ghatal local office they said they can neither book nor help with the problem. They directed her to their Khirpai main GAS office near Halder Dighi. The concerned person in the gas office took her mobile and made two SMSs - one for mobile registration another for booking. Indane Officer charged me Rs 100/- as mobile registration without providing me a bill telling that whatever he has done is company process. When she told about this charge of money to me over phone in Kolkata; I went through internet and found that this is not chargeable instead this is a process change and anybody could send an SMS to register a mobile as website has clear processes as mentioned. The Khirpai gas service is sucking our money like this to a novice consumer. We have now realized how Khirpai Gas service is making thousands of rupees by cheating customer like this. She has seen there and she was told that they are doing the same thing for others. There are many novice people in that locality about the new process of Indane cylindar booking by mobile. Indane distributor instead of making aware about the change system to consumers, they have decided to make money unethically. This must be stopped and all money must be refunded. Moreover, we have recently undergone Aadhar linking process and my phone no and account nu is updated. Istead of expediting this registration process they have chosen the path of making unethical income. In addition to that in spite of taking money they did not update my current mobile: [protected] submitted to them on 08/01/2015 yet; which is really unfortunate. I am appealing to IOCL to look into these matters and stop their licensing and stop making distribution companies unethical black money like this by cheating consumer. If IOCL is not returing my Rs 100/- only I will unite all Khirpai people and made a social campaign against IOCL about this malpractices. Complainant's Phone: [protected].

I submitted all my documents to M/ s Khongnang Gas Agrncy on 23/12/2015. It is 15 days passed, but no any information is given to me till date. CX13071280 hai, jo ki Aadi Gas Agency District Lalitpur U.P. me hai aur maine apna yah connection Neeta indane Grameen Vikreta V&P Bansi District Lalipur U.P. mai karaya hai jiske kagaj nirman hetu Neeta Gas Agency dwara Atirikt Shulk 300 rs manga jaa raha hai..jab is sambandh me atirikt charge lene k bare me unse puchha gaya to unka kahna hai ki aapka connection Terminate kiya gaya hai isliye yah atirikt charge liya jaa raha hai yadi aapka connection transfer hota to yah atirikt charge nahi liya jata.jab mere dwara toll free no [protected] par jankari ki gayi to unka kahna hai ki is prakar ka koi charge nahi liya jata hai.jab is sambandh me complaint darj karne ki bat ki gayi nto unhone kaha ki aap atirikt bhugtan kar chuke hai isliye shikayat darj karna sambhav nahi hai.Shikayat darj karne hetu yah website batai gayi h jis par mai shikayat kar raha hu...Shikayat darj kar karyavahi darj karne ki krapa kare aur is karyavahi se upbhokta ko avgat karane ki krapa kare...                     Sorry to inform you that i had booked cylinder for my consumer no 7297576 on 7 / 11/ 2014 and the reference no was 370256 with SURYA GAS PACHALAM.But i was shocked to find that cash memo [protected] was generated on 2/12/2014 in my name without supplying cylinder till date. today i went to surya gas office and enquired about my cylinder. they where keeping silence and told me that they will supply cylinder tomorrow itself . this type of practice is always happen with this agency I request you to take action immediately. regards B I VIMALA

                      Dear Sir, I have Register Refill booking on 23.12.2014 with ref no. 383004 & against this booking cash memo genrated [protected] . but now case memo cancelled on 28.12.2014 without any reason show, when I personnaly visited on gas agency (Deepti Enterprises ) on 1 jan 2015 then the present person ask him due to some ADDHAR Card Related issue, but you already enter in this service so I again booked your refill & he return the my Consumer No. on Register CX5257926 & say within 2 days gas deliver in your house but now till date no gas cylinder delivred in my house & when I called the given distributor no. then ask me it’s wrong no . I Request to you Please Send the cylinder on urgent basis I asked one question :- Where Is my December Month Cylinder, I did’nt claim it .
