I have submitted my application of new gas connection through online portal of Indane gas service. But now my local Distributor(Anupam Indane Service, Gopalnagar, North 24 parganas, WB) is not accepting online submitted form and giving some lame excuse. They are telling to apply in fresh and also demanding 6000 if I want the connection within 2 months. And in another case if I pay 8000, within 10 days I will get the connection whereas we know that charge for new connection is around 2000. They are also saying if you don't give that amount of money we have to wait for uncountable days to get connection.

    Dear Sir I am a regular customer to M/S Kumar auto care, petrol bunk 28 SD Road .The IOC office is located in next building all the officers and staff park their Cars in this bunk from morning 0900 to 1900 hrs causing inconvenience to all customers as this cars are all around in petrol bunk .I own a Mercedes E 270 and Verna which are big cars which cannot be turned inside due to this cars parked even near air filling point Repeated complaints yielded no results.I am attaching the photographs showing all cars . On 13 March at about 1600 hrs I couldn't turn my car as one car totally blocked passage as I was complaining one Mr Swarup understand an Engineer was parking his car I told already so many cars of IOC are parked and I am not able to turn my car he said who are you this is our IOC bunk we leave the keys If the owner wants he can move my car and he was very rude and was arguing i told him if you park your car I will complaint to your bosses in your office he said you can complaint to anyone I will park my car here only. Its horrifying that if all cars are parked in small bunk buses and lorries are not able to come as cars are parked every where, The arrogance of this officer Mr Swarup shows that in a public sector organisation one can get away with a murder if this issue is not solved I will complain to local press and Mr Piosh Goel central Minister and to PM Mr Modi.Then sales officer N Vijay kumar of this region comes in his car and informs me i will take up your complaint and instructs the owner of bunk to forward the complaint and walks away with his car parked there blocking the bunk shamelessly.if this is the attitude of sales officer who is supposed to resolve God save IOC.Request take action and ensure no cars are parked on the lands of bunk as IOC cannot keep the customer intrests at bay.My phone number is [protected].email Id is [protected]@gmail.com
    Dear sir,
    I am enclosing the photographs of the cars parked on all sides of bunk by IOC staff.the best part is that the concern sales officer
    Mr N Vijay Kumar who comes their who is supposed to make sure consumers don't suffer parks his car and shamelessly walking away even though I was insisting he shouldt park thier right in front of office blocking the way his car is in the first photograph God save IOC.
    I there fore Request the highest authourity to intervene and stop this high handedness arrogance of MR Swarup like officers and others who also are parking as if this is their right. Please stop this immediately.the photo number of mr N Vijay kumar is[protected]

[protected] and on the same day i received another sms alert that my cylinder is delivered against cash memo no.         I Rakesh Sharma belongs from uttam nagar delhi my consumer no. 29941 LPG I'd[protected] customer n. [protected] . my gas agency name trimurati gas service delhi. My gas cylinder 3.5 kg low delivered on 15.3.15 by mr. Umesh Kumar. He is not doing weight cylinder and he is gave already 3-4 times low weight cylinder. I already complain related this matter but not solution. No attend call any consumer no. Please solve my problem otherwise I complain in police against froad.

          I had booked gas cylinder via IVR (using no [protected]) on 1st March, the ref/booking no. of which is 202125. It has been 12 days and I haven't received the cylinder yet. This happens every month and delay of 2-3 weeks is very normal and sometimes even a month. I've been calling my zirakpur indane distributor for the last 5 days continuously and have done more than 500 calls till date but no one ever attends the call. I do call them (on [protected], [protected], [protected]) almost on daily basis but every time I find all the numbers busy and if it rings no one ever attends the call. This is the case of every month and we have to do numerous no of calls for booking/confirm about the delivery and have to continuously call them for 1 week to get the call connected and talk to them. If they ever talk after trying 1000 calls they talk extremely rudely like illiterates and disconnect the call without answering any question. About all these incidents i.e. "Delay in refill supply" and "Telephone not attended", I personally went there and described all this which is happening with me since ages but they never listen anything and contrarily threats us that they would disconnect our connection if I would again do any complaint. These all issues are with almost all the people living in our or near by societies and everybody complains them but they never listen to anyone. We are eating food from outside for the last 1 week continuously but till when we'll do like this and have food from hotels and restaurants?? I had lodged a complaint earlier too on Indane wesite but haven't received any respond till date. I opted for "Inform me on email". So please do respond this time. It's really very very very urgent and critical situation for us to survive. It has already been so late (15 days) and we are facing extreme harassment and humiliation but no one has called us till now. Finally, I myself called Indane helpline no today in the morning to verify about this complaint and to confirm how quick this be resolved we can get our cylinder but they also said it will 48 hours to resolve this and I'll have to call them again to verify the status as submitting/posting complaint on the Internet doesn't work. What the crap system is this?? Why should I call them again and again to take the follow up if the mistake is their only?? Their whole system is crap.             I have applied for new gas connection(DBC) at Panchkula gas service on 7th Feb 2015. After repeatedly visiting the distributor office and calling them over phone, finally yesterday on 14th March'2015, they provided me with gas connection but just one cylinder instead of DBC for which i had asked them no. of times. And the explanation given was that it is year end so we cannot give you DBC connection. And they insisted me for purchasing hot plate from them, without which they were not giving me gas connection, even though i have my own hot plate. And they charged me a total of Rs 4270, out of which the cash memo given to me was for only Rs 2245 (Rs 1975 for hot plate, Rs 170 for rubber tube and Rs 50 for Installation). I am attaching the cas memo i received as an image, for your reference. For Rs 1600 (security deposit of one cylinder) and balance Rs 425 (subsidized rate of one cylinder), I wasnt provided any receipt/cash memo. And i was told that the person delivering the cylinder will provide the receipt. But i was not provided any receipt/cash memo by the vendor who delivered the gas cylinder and rather asked me to contact the distributor only. I do not understand what kind of joke is being done with the customers. The gas distributor has harassed me for over a month and now they are not even giving the receipt for cash they have taken from me. Kindly take immediate action against the distributor and please intimate me on my email and phone. Please help me get the cash receipt for entire amount i have paid. Your action in this case will prove the promptness of IOC company. Hoping for positive response at the earliest. Please take prompt response in this case and help me get DBC connection as soon as possible. I applied for as connection at Indane, because of its reputation and customer service. But the treatment i have received at Panchkula Gas Service has proved otherwise. I still believe that my concern will be acknowledged and due action will be taken. Hoping for prompt response.                       Dear sir, I am a consumer of INDANE, and my consumer number is 02288B. My LPG ID is[protected]. My domestic non subsidised cylinder was delivered on[protected]. Cash memo no. [protected], paying rupees 652.00. But I have no received the subsidy amount till the date. Where as my SBI account has already been linked with adhar on[protected]. I am seventy years old living with my wife of age sixty five. So please realise the problem and oblized me.

                        My gas no is PG 51940 for name of Meenakshi. I booked the complaint on 03-march-2015 gas not received till date. I have the Sms of Receiving the gas cash memo [protected]. but the gas not received till date. When I call the agency no one pick the phone.                             I had booked online, consumer no S-35608, Anantharamakrishnan, Nature View Residency, 23 1st cross gopallappa layout RT Nagar Banglaore. As per the schedule, the refill should bave been cleared last week six days back, when called, Sudheendra representation, has denied delivery, stating that they want us to submit bank account Aadar details, Though i have done online, taken printout of the form, I am unable to register the print form with sudeendra, as they are closed on sundays. They claim that Indane has instructed not to deliver till this form is sumitted We are in trouble

                                Consumer no 24304, reference booking no 213961, booking date 2 Mar 2015, complaint date 7 Mar 2015. How disappointing is this? Agency distributor don't answer calls as the landline reciever is kept away. Got to click pic too. Customer Care number gets disconnected after being in queue for 10 minutes and the moment you are caller number one it automatically gets disconnected. Feedback n complaint send a generic reply stating it would be resolved with no dates and confirmation. How you guys fool people? The know people to agency and distributors have der refills. But as we common man are still waiting since last two weeks without a cylinder. How difficult it gets at our home? Even we can't have a new connection for backup due to such inconvenience caused from you. I am upset hence writing this here. Jesher [protected].

                                  Dear Sir, My Name is Umesh Singla from Hisar, I have one connection in Indian Gas with my mom name but my agency distributor used another one connection with my name and papers without my knowledge and concern. Agency used and black marketing this connection for more money. when i know this fraud and ask about this from Agency's owner . he abused me and failed to give me original papers for that fraud connection and also told me (jo chee ker lo. i will not give u papers and donot argue with me) . Delivery Boy come to my home and say sir your LPG cylinder whn i saw that slip. i shocked and i ask also that i dnt have connection with Indian Gas. and after that delivery boy run. away.. i noted that consumer number and ask to agency'owner but he also refused me to tell and show any details Consumer No. - 17545 (fraud Connection) Name - Umesh Singla S/o Sh. N.K. Singla Address - 108, M.C. colony, Hisar (Haryana) Contact No.[protected] Distributer(Agency) - Gurang Indian Gas Agency, Urban Estate-II, Hisar Sir, i have my real and clear connection with HP Gas . i do not have any Indian Gas Connection with my name but this Agency's owner or may be some other person used my name and ID for this fake connection. i request you to please look into this matter and check this problem and solve this fraud connection ASAP

                                    Consumer number 62581 (Distributor KK Enterprises, Bangalore). I booked a refill on 11th Feb. It has been more than a month and the refill is not yet delivered. I have tried to call on all the avaiable contact numbers of the dealer. Even on working days, there is no response on the phone. I called on the indane toll free number [protected] to lodge a complaint three times - every time, application was down and so far they have not given me a complaint number. How can consumers be put through such horrible experiences ? The website http://indane.co.in/new_offices.php lists an 8 digit mobile number for escalation - this again is an invalid number. Basically, nobody takes ownership for LPG consumers problems. Need resolution immediately,

Now I want to change the name from Late Ganga Prasad Banerjee to my wife’s name Mrs Sipra Banerjee. Moreover whenever I requested my Indane Dealer, named United Novelties & Gas Supply Co (Distributor Code No:[protected]; Address: Bagbazar Station Road, Chandannagore -712136, Hooghly, West Bengal, he has directly or indirectly asked for money. I will be highly obliged if you kindly inform me the procedure to change the name at the earliest otherwise as per distributor’s information the Indane connection will be disconnected by 31st March 2015.
