My consumer no is CX894882 AND Distributor is Khan Enterprises-[protected], it is very much surprising that
only in Jan 15 month we received subsidy amt as per detail in below in my bank account as detail provided

ACH C- IOC REF NO[protected][protected] [protected] 03/01/15 Rs 568

ACH C- IOC REF NO[protected][protected] [protected] 12/01/15 Rs 290.68

In Feb and March nothing has been received, therefore kindly let us know the above amt recd for how many months or susbidy recd monthly or quarterly .

Just give calculation for our knowledge . thanks in advance.

also complaint to our distributor that he never pick up his landline no. i.e 23513192/23635460 and as when he
want pcik only his mobile no. [protected] so instruct him that attend customer on phone also.

      My consumer no is 04591 in Gafoor Indane gas at vasudevanallur.I have booked LPG refilling on[protected], booking reference no 243398.The Cash memo has raised that bill no [protected] on 14th of Feb against booking no 243398.Almost One month has completed but the cylinder has not yet delivered for us.But Indane site is showing that delivered to all of them when they booked before 20th of February.If your data is correct, why the cylinder is not yet delivered to me ?

          Hi,

          We went to Tanushree Gas Agency in Mayur Vihar Phase I, New Delhi, 110091 to apply for a new connection in Dec'14 where we were told that new connections are on hold till the time Adhar Cards are getting submitted and we were asked to come in Jan . We went again in Jan mid and submitted all relevant documents and received the acknowledgement receipt from them and were told to wait for 30 - 45 days for the verification to happen .

          Post that we have been following up with them for the status on verification and new connection to which we are asked to wait for another 2 months that is till Apr'15 for the form submitted in Jan'15, else person sitting there is returning our form back if we cant wait .

          Please let us know if we can get help in any way or giving bribe is the only option left . Documents were submitted in the name of Mamta Devi, who is my maid and really cant afford to get the cylinder at high prices. Looking forward for your support.

              I have submitted all the details along with Addhar Card, Ration Card, PAN Card/Voter Card for changing the name as my both Mother & Father died and I need to get the Gas in my name. I have also submitted death Certificates of them on 13.02.2015 to the Sneha Gas service (Distributor Code-140462) yet till to day I didn't get the Confirmation of the name change. In this situation I'm not able to book my Gas and my both of the Cylinder are empty. As me Govt Service Holder and working in out Station even with this Attached with Municipal Election'2015, Several time I went to the Distributors on Saturday but I didn't get any positive response. Even I submitted complaints on[protected] with Complaint ID-1975096. Please solve my matter ASAP.

                This is With Reference to My Gas Connection No: CX4221548 lying with BHAGIRATHI GAS SERVICE, GODOWN - BANDERBILL, RAGHUNATHPUR, MUKUNDA MAJHI ROAD, DANKUNI, HOOGHLY Phone: [protected]. I had booked gas cylinder on dated 26 Jan, 2015 07:01:27 By SMS and the Ref No. is 448217.

                Till 11 March 2015 Gas Cylinder is not delivered by the Gas Agency and when we want to contact agency all phone ringing or busy and no body attending customer calls. Even I visited the agency on 9th March 2015 but as per concern person cylinder will deliver in 40 to 45 days after booking.

                This is happening every month. Why it is taking so much time to deliver the same ?????????????????

                I request you to look into this matter on urgent basis.

Mr A K Tiwari told me that we have cancelled your order due to wrong address, however we are living on that address since last 2 years and no one has visted to my home, please get this checked.
                I, consumer number CX12387087, customer under POOJA Gas Agencies, Eranakulam, has booked my lpg cylinder on 31/01/2015 with booking number 562949. After that I got a call from the delivery people (mob. [protected]) on 12/03/2015 : 1:38 pm. Because of some network coverage problem I rang up back to the number and got the answer that he already left my premises and will deliver the cylinder next week. Same day I got the message for generating cash memo at 8:14 pm.
                Till now I did not receive the cylinder.

I had ask my distributor Paradise Enterprises regarding the same so they had told me all booking made on that date and after that date has been cancelled so you have to make new booking . As I am calling today in automated refill booking system for new booking i am getting the answer that you had already booked a reffil on 20/03/2015 . Kindly tell me what to do as i am suffering from the problem . Kindly take action .

                I have done my refill booking on month April- 8, 2015~ via its toll free number

                Got the booking no as 466958 & Cash memo as [protected]

                Itz been 13 days, i dont know the status of the same. when i try the toll free to check the status/complaint -it say no service available while calling at local distributor he keep his phone always busy while contacting the delivery boy he promise to deliver today i.e. 21st April-2015 now he switch off his mobile.And this is happening regularly not picking of phone and not delivery at home is regular practice of this distributor JHALAK INDANE, Kathpool, Doranda, Ranchi, Jharkhand- 834002.
                I regret to inform you that despite regular going to distibutor is not possible nor it is possible to pick the cylider at unloading site, and he made habit.
                How to track the same ?? How this situation will change? I am thankful to you if you check and solve my problem.

                I had booked refill 1 month ago which was cancelled by the distributor for no reason. I had again booked it on 16 may, 2015 and for that i have also received the cash memo number through message 1 week ago. But the cylinder is not delivered yet. It is causing lot of problems to my family as we are 5 members and have to manage with 1 cylinder which is booked after 21 days and after booking also it takes more than a month for getting delivered.
                Please look in to it. The distributor is not responding and is always ready to fight with the people.

                    on 04/03/15 i went to my distributer, patuli indane, kolkata for converting my single cylinder to double cylinder.they were compelled me to buy an apron, a strolly and a package of cleaning material worth of Rs1000.wthen i denied to take all those things, they cancelled my double cylinder . why should i pay for the things that i dont want? my need demands Rs 1400 approx then why should i have to pay Rs 2500 approx?

                            My LPG Consumer number is 3621 in Gemini Enterprises, Najafgarh, New Delhi
                            During the last month, we faced problem due to delay supply after my visit to the agency.
                            Even after all the KYC detailed have been provided since last 1 year, now again we are facing difficulties for supply against online booking.

                            We have booked for LPG Cylinder on 25th Feb.2015 and still the LPG cylinder is not supplied.
                            It has also came to my notice that they are now demanding photocopy of the Bank Pass book, the reason is not known, when all the details are provided/mentioned in KYC form, then it should not happen again and again. Either they should demand all documentation formalities at once.

                            Like a Capital of India, Delhi City there is no fax, email facilities through which we could provide such more and more documents instead of troubling to the consumers. We don't have the time to visit every time to the Agency and stand in que for such a long time without any reason.

                                I booked on 20-Feb-15..till date as 11-Mar after 19 days i did not receive delivery of cylinder...Called Trimurti Gas service Vikas Puri new delhi...on 8Mar and people sitting on desk advise, will be delivered next day...called again and again and advised will be deliver (KAL)...but don`t when their (KAL) will be come... Very worst service...no positive response...Making fool to consumer...

                                      dear sir my name farida begum i am a seventy two years old lady my lpg consumer no is 83326823 i already submitted my id and my bank account no at Sunbeam gas agency saharanpur.but after two months the says your information is not submitted yet.they gave me a new yellow colour form and said go and fill up this which i have already filled and submit on 7/3/2015 they said you will get the cylinder tomorrow but they did not given any information next day today again i approach them but the said your submission is not updated go to the bank i m confused what to do already submitted information twice in my bank can you imagine my struggle in this age still they are not ready to give me cylinder. i request please do the needful.my details are as follows. name:.frida begum distributor: sunbeam gas services saharanpur up lpg id:[protected] lpg consumer no:83326823
