    on 04/03/15 i went to my distributer, patuli indane, kolkata for converting my single cylinder to double cylinder.they were compelled me to buy an apron, a strolly and a package of cleaning material worth of Rs1000.wthen i denied to take all those things, they cancelled my double cylinder . why should i pay for the things that i dont want? my need demands Rs 1400 approx then why should i have to pay Rs 2500 approx?

      I want to draw your attention towards the problem that I am facing right now. I (Anoj Kumar Thapliyal) am a customer of your Shaheed Omprakash Indane Gas Service Agency in Loni. Many times I tried to book cylender by your contact no.[protected] and [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] but was unssuccessful. Afterthat gas was not at all booked. My aadhaar no[protected]. and my mobile no. [protected] are already registered as per Gas Booking Consumer No. S 13528. So I request to you kindly book my gas accordingly ASAP.

        I am having my gas booked in PARK TOWN CO-operative Stores ltd (INDANE GAS) Broadway

        every month i am booking gas and getting the booking receipt sms in a week but the gas i am not getting its coming after 15 days after the sms this is happening every month of booking and when i go to the booking office they say load has not come irequest u to reslve my problem my CONSUMER NO IS 22119

            My LPG Consumer number is 3621 in Gemini Enterprises, Najafgarh, New Delhi
            During the last month, we faced problem due to delay supply after my visit to the agency.
            Even after all the KYC detailed have been provided since last 1 year, now again we are facing difficulties for supply against online booking.

            We have booked for LPG Cylinder on 25th Feb.2015 and still the LPG cylinder is not supplied.
            It has also came to my notice that they are now demanding photocopy of the Bank Pass book, the reason is not known, when all the details are provided/mentioned in KYC form, then it should not happen again and again. Either they should demand all documentation formalities at once.

            Like a Capital of India, Delhi City there is no fax, email facilities through which we could provide such more and more documents instead of troubling to the consumers. We don't have the time to visit every time to the Agency and stand in que for such a long time without any reason.

                I booked on 20-Feb-15..till date as 11-Mar after 19 days i did not receive delivery of cylinder...Called Trimurti Gas service Vikas Puri new delhi...on 8Mar and people sitting on desk advise, will be delivered next day...called again and again and advised will be deliver (KAL)...but don`t when their (KAL) will be come... Very worst service...no positive response...Making fool to consumer...

                          I have a single gas cylinder n booked for the cylinder in the month of January and haven't received yet as we had to update the adhar and bank details that's been updated now and the agency said they would give us the cylinder in 3 working days but it's been for almost 8 days now and other consumers around are getting cylinders for the same price without the bill and when we asked the gas delivery guy rudely behaves and says it's not my problem.have made several calls to the agency and it is unanswered also have visited them regarding the same and they just say wait for 3 more days, for today it's been 1 n half months .plz do take action

                                Hi, My Consumer number is CX3107342. I got last cylinder delivered on 22nd January, 2015. I booked several times starting from 28th Feb, 2015 and got auto-cancellation sms. Last Friday (6th March, 2015) i visited the distributor, Sudheendra Indane Gas Agency, Bangalore and told that the booking is locked and told to try after two working days. I booked again yesterday and got SMS as usual and later Cancellation SMS also after...

                                Serving in Min. of defence and presently posted to Kolkata from varanasi cantt. My gas connection was also transferred by army gas agency to tollygunj kolkata. Approaching Indane gas dealer Chayanika gas agency tollygunj since last one month. Till not issued for one or other reason every time and said that print on voucher are overlapping

                                  Sir, With due respect it is to intimate that i have submitted my Adhar LPG Linking Form to my gas agency namely R V Enterprises (Patel Nagar, Patna) on dated 10.01.2015, which receiving no. is 4162. But they have not updated the same with my LPG Consumer No. 13715. When i requested to update this they told me to re-submit this form and consequently i have re-submitted the same on dated 10.03.2015, which receiving no. is 6376. Kindly look into the matter and initiate for linking my Adhar No. with my LPG consumer no. Thanks & Regards Sunil Kumar LPG Con. No. 13715

In February My LPG Subsidy Is 12. Then Again Kamothe Indane Distributer Get Rs.730 Unauthorized Charge From Me.The Rs.730 Charge Give For Those Whose LPG Subsidy Is End Means 12 Months = 12 LPG Subsidy. My LPG Subsidy Is End In March But Before Ending Subsidy How Can He Charge Me Rs.730. Non Subsidy Cylinder Charges Is Rs. 730 And Subsidy Cylinder Charge Is Rs.460, So How Can He Charge Extra Of Rs.270. Tell Me Sir. I Want Legal Action Against Kamothe Indane Gas Agency.

                                      Myself Anuja Rusiya, Single working women, my consumer no. is 401382, i booked cylinder on 14 Feb thorough IVRS, after 10 dys we received message that your booking stand cancel please book again or contact your distributor, After that we booked three times & every time booking cancelled in between that we contacted our distributor SRI SAI PRASANNA INDANE SERVICES Distributor Code: 023591, ph.[protected], there are message in his system that your booking blocked, but from what reason he don't know, he sent two times email but till now my problem not solved please take action urgently.
