I am Ranjan Baruah, from Dhemaji Tiniali Ward no -2 Assam.Consumer no-20256.This is to inform you that our Indane gas distributor DHEMAJI GAS AGENCY, DHEMAJI CHARIALI DHEMAJI DIST : DHEMAJI (ASSAM), (Name of Proprietor : Sri Rajiv Pait) [protected]@ymail.com, Emergency No-[protected], Area Office-Guwahati Area Office is not serious in delivery of refilled gas, I have deposited cash money for purchasing of refilled gas cylinder on 06/03/2015; but I have not able to received the cylinder till 08/03.2015. .I have asked the manager of the gas agency regarding non delivered cylinder on 7th march-2015 at 1 p.m ; but the manager replied that there are no stock of gas cylinder and advised to call letter. What they had done the cylinder purchased on 06/03/2015 by me against booking no-75835. The home delivery is regularly delayed. Even THEY NEVER ISSUE ANY COUPAN TO THE CUSTOMER AGAINST HOME DELEVERY for which there have no evidence with the customer to complain at agency regarding delay of delivery. They do not respond to the booking request. Even the employees of the dealer misbehave with the customers. They don't even pick the phone of customer. Every time you call them on their telephone no. [protected] they put the phone hang on. So it is requested to you to kindly do rather needful action against this distributor Thanks and regards

Dear team. Qutab gas Agency show my gas Cylinder book on date 26/02/2015 this cylinder not delivered.. On date but 7/03/2015 my meg received .Cylinder delivered ...know cylinder delivered.. Show plaza urgent require my cylinder as soon as possible... Regards standee

Sir, I am Tapan Mukherjee, my consumer no is 02930.Address-Bhuinpara, Belun in district Hooghly.I have booked cylinder on 20/2/2015 and received a message that booking for consumer no. 02930 is registered with ref no. 301453.Also a message has received that cash memo has been generated & cash memo no is [protected] on 25/02/2015. Our Gas distributor is Pandua Indane Service.But till now I don't have receive my cylinder. So please if take any action on my complaint I really great full to you.

I, Shri Nirmal Chandra Mandal, Retd. Sr. Supdt. of P.O’s, settled at Village- Hari Royer Chawk (Ghoshpara) P.O. Bhagwangola, Dist.- Murshidabad, PIN-742135, for the Gas Connection on transfer handover the Original Gas Voucher along with KYC documents and cash of Rs.3750/- to Dakshin Hanumantanagar Indane Gramin Vitrak on 24/02/2015 but the same has been returned back on 03/03/2015 on the ground “TV Data not found”.Supply of Gas stopped since 20/02/2015. Distributor refusing to accept the Termination Voucher as a result I am not getting the supply of cooking Gas.

Today at appx. 9.30 p.m. i went to M/s AMAR FILLING STATION, Sector-28-29 Dividing Road, Faridabad to get filled petrol in my HERO HF DAWN new bike of Rs. 500-00. The operator started filling petrol to fix an amount of Rs 500-00 in machine and as the machine filled 5 lts. petrol, then suddenly he stopped filling and told me that he has filled 5 lts. petrol. I told him that i requested you to fill Rs. 500-00 petrol, why you stopped, while you set the m/c to fill Rs.500-00 petrol. Then he again started filling, with in a second the reading jumped from Rs. 325-00 to Rs. 485-00. I made a complaint to operator, then he replied that to fill Rs 500-00 petrol he fastened the filling, so the reading reached to an amount of Rs. 485-00, while it was done intentionally. After filling i reached my house at sector-3 Fbd, which is 10-12 kms from the said Filling Station. I got the entire Tank petrol empty to measure the whole fuel in it. I found it only appx. 5 lts. only, while i drive my bike only 10-12 kms after filling and for Rs. 500-00 amount his m/c was showing filling of 7.71 lts. So it indicated that the operator intentionally did so, perhaps there is any manipulation in m/c. This act means- A major fault being done intentionally by operator at the time of filling. Which is not fair and according the norms of consumer rights. The receipt issued by filling station contains Sr. No.59132 dtd. 7/03/15 amount Rs. 500-00 Petrol Filled 7.71 lts. Kindly investigate the matter & inspect the m/c, so that other customers rights be safe and no violation of rules be performed by operator or filling station.

Sir, I have LPG Id. 3 [protected] Consumer No. 18434 Distributor Code 140937 Tillai & Co., Pondicherry I had SMS message "My LPG cylinder Bill No.[protected]/20.12.2014 [protected] has TRANSFER OF LPG SUBSIDY RS.369.31 FAILED WITH MY A/C XXX IN XXXX PLEASE CONTACT YOUR DISTRIBUTOR " on 04/01/2015 02:23:39 p.m and the same on 15/01/2015 12:34:19 p.m. Later I had purchased another cylinder on 27.02.2015 No.[protected] got the subsidy. I, Hari Swaran Datta, resident of Kaikhali, Dasodron, Kolkata, West Bengal pin-700136, booked my gas service on 17th January, 2015. But I haven't got any cylinder till now. My consumer id is GG01646 and the Gas Dealer is Rajarhat Gas Service. Code no[protected]. I want a proper gas service and receive my cylinder regularly.

Here are some complaints we want to inform in a faith that they will be solved – 1. No corrections is done in the Passbook, like Name (middle & surname also), Address, i.e. KYC is not provided. Agency directly refuses the matter saying it’s impossible, for that reason we don’t get the Subsidy from the Bank. 2. Home delivery was never done in our area, since the establishment of the Abhinandan Gas Agency. 3. If Regulator or any part is damaged we had to pay a huge amount to replace the same. 4. If we complain about the matters to the agency no step was ever taken by the Authorities, we are always been dominated by the Agency. Therefore we want to conclude and request you that please help us by taking some action against the Agency and help us to get our proper right.

Dear Sir, It is to say that, I Sharique Rais with LPG ID:[protected]; Consumer No: CX3655238; Aadhaar Number :[protected] am DENIED a refill cylinder by my INDANE Distributor: GODAVARI GAS SERVICE with Distributor Code: 177288. Please find below a chronological order of the events that occurred till date: 01. I booked a refill online on 02-February-2015 with Order/Reference No.: 900133 02. On 17th day of booking a refill, on 18-February-2015 a CASH Memo was Genereted with no. [protected]. 03. On 20th day of booking a refill, on 21-February-2015 my request for INDANE refill has been CANCELLED. Reason told is "No Money" I have to say that I have attached snapshots directly from the INDANE Portal that my Aadhaar Card is directly seeded with my Bank as well as with LPG. Best part is that I have received my Indane subsidy in my seeded bank account for the said booking done. Then why would I even care to visit my distributor again for submitting my aadhaar card copy and bank passbook and all to repeat the already done thing. It is just rediculous and waste of time. My grievances are now that: 01. I want my Indane refill rebooked and delivered to me as soon as possible. 02. I want Godavari Gas Service to stop harassing genuine customers like me by cancelling the refill booked on their whims and fancies. 03. I am denied to even COMPLAIN Online as all gas distributors of Darbhanga have deliberately got their names omitted from the dropdown list when complaining online. Dear Sir, I like to inform you that I am a consumer of indan e Gas vi Consumer No. JK00392, Consumer ID[protected], Vill: Joypur PO: Chunpalashi, P.S: Illabamzar, Dist: Birbhum(W.B).I received your Gas cylinder through M.S. Jaikali Indane Distributor, Illambazar, Birbhum, Distributor CODE-175481 The agent does not deliver the gas cylinder timely, after receiving one cylinder to next cylinder deliver by the distributor more than 50 to 60 days above. It appears from the available record which I have collected from my customer Console through indane gas consumer login database.I have received only 4 cylinder in session 2014-15 but refill boking history shown i have received 7 cylinder. But i have not get 7 cylinder. It is clear from the record of my Domestic Gas Consumer Card that quite different from the actual fact. Which Xerox copy of my DGCC and refill delivery status is attached for your evidence. Please take action within 15 days otherwise I’ll put case in Consumer Forum. Thanking you. My consumer No. 39319. I have submitted all the documents and got confirmation acknowledgement. Same has been submitted to Bank. When I book for new refill. Dealer is rejecting it saying, Adhaar is not linked. I am running out of cylinder. Please help.

M/s. Indane Sales Centre, Krishnagar, Nadia, W.B, delivers cylinder after 45 days. Why? Reason unknown. Our consumer no. 214691, booked cylinder on 02/02/2015 vide booking reference no. 285140. On query they give their standard reply, 'you are in que.' When Shri Ashok B, chairman sir, is eyeing for exporting in march, 2015 meeting domestic needs, this particular local dealer has, therefore, made an artificial crisis. The consumers eventually run for gas available from private players who sale gas cylinder at a comparatively higher price. There is every likelihood that there Is a nexus.They are, therefore, not dealing with the customers fairly. Pl, interfere into the matter and arrange for delivery immediately. This is to inform you that our indane gas distributor m/s Gulmohar gas service, Jammu is not serious for delivery of gas refill, He do not respond to the booking request. Even the employes of the dealer misbehave with the customers. They don't even pick the phone of customer.
