sir /madam this is to bring to your notice that my mother is 69 years of age and the connection was in my fathers name who passed away 6 year ago. the connection no. is SIG1874 dtd 15.07.86 which was with M/S SWATI INDANE GAS SERVICES 240 B.T.ROAD KOL -36 PH: 25781745/1736.when we asked for transfer the gas in my mothers name they charges RS 350 for ( MR. MONOJIT MTRA swati gas services employe)now they have not transferred the GAS . He is not giving the connection no. although all the documents have been submitted. They want original documents. But we have one original document(1ST booking paper NO: 235997 DTD 15.07.86) & 2 is Xerox ( 2nd cylinder booking paper RS 900/=) .Now they demand us rs 2000/- because of paper. Can u tell is it possible to keep original paper before 30 years back. My mother lives alone 69 years age .i would be grateful if you could help me .     I have LPG connection in my father 's name (Matadin Sharma) and want to transfer it to my name. I have no LPG connection but when I approched to Distributor Kanchan Gas Service Nagda for transfering in to my name, he replied that there is no rule for name transfer.       Sir, I have booked for the cylinder about 25 days ago and I was advised that I have to link with the bank and again booked about 15 days ago. My booking was accepted and Ihave received an SMS to say that the Cash memo No.[protected] has been generated on 4.3.2015 for the booking no.[protected] and will be delivered soon. Today when I called the distributor he informs me to say that the booking was wrong and it will be postponed the time he has not been able to tell. We were made to wait indefinitely which is not right. I have a single cylinder and you know the difficulty of a single cylinder holder. Please do the needful. Thanks. Jeyabalan A.

          hello sir /madam this is to bring to your notice that my mother is 75 years of age and the connection was in my fathers name who passed away a year ago.the connection no. is J12468.which was with javed gas agency.now they have transferred the no. to joy gas agency.but he is not giving the new connection no. although all the documents have been submitted .my mother lives alone and he is not giving anycylinder, she has to borrow it from neighbours.i would be grateful if you could help me . thanx zeba

            i the consumer of indian gas at raichur karnataka with sumunth flamogen agency customer no 11821 hv bkd cylinder in the month of 23rd jan 15 with booking no278529 on the enquiry at agency was for delay the reply the booking has bn postponed to 19th feb 15 without any information further on 4 times call to coustomer care with complaint no 1924127 the reply was very poor & irrevelnt stating there was strike & u vill receive the cylinder 2day r 2mrow without bill raising in this postion sir i want 2 know when i vil recieve the cylinder as its almost 45days over do look into the matter & do the needfull

              Respected Sir, With due respect to inform to you that I am an IOC consumer from Sonebhadra district UP, my consumer details as below:- LPG ID:[protected], CONSUMER NO:-17263 DITRIBUTOR WITH CODE:-RENUKOOT GAS SERVICE, 155652. My some problem which I faced from my distributor’s end, consign your kind notice. Some problem arise from my distributor only for me not only today but also from last December 2014.Last I received my LPG with subsidy on 08.02.2015, after that on 02.03.2015 I booked for refilling but on 03.03.15 one message delivered my mob. no. that “dear Indane customer, your refill booking ref no.261460 stands cancelled. Kindly book again or contact your distributor to know the reason of cancellation”. I contact my distributor (Mr. Dinesh Singh) & he was advised me to again booking, as per his advised I rebooked for refill dated on 04.03.15 which booking ref no.262098.To day at 05.15 pm one message received as same as previous. As early as possible I contact with LPG customer no.[protected] & they informed me that “the main reason of booking cancellation is de-activated your connection & contract your distributor to re active “. As early as possible I contract to Mr. Dinesh ji & told him the total fact but he told me now I am at leave, please contact me on 11-03-15 at 11 am. Another problem which arise by me through Transparency portal by my mistake as below:- The eligibility for the current FINANCIAL year is 12 and subsidy availed till date is . I am voluntarily giving up LPG subsidy to join the Nation building initiative. I am fully aware that henceforth I will receive LPG supplies at non-subsidised rates only. I have no objection to my name being put in the ‘Scroll of Honour’ for opting out of Subsidy. I do not wish to have my name put in the ‘Scroll of Honour’ for opting out of Subsidy. You have already opted out of Subsidy. Status: Transaction Failed : Consumer - [protected] is not Active..Please Check. Now my earnest request to you please solve my problem as earliest.                 I am Ranjan Baruah, from Dhemaji Tiniali Ward no -2 Assam.Consumer no-20256.This is to inform you that our Indane gas distributor DHEMAJI GAS AGENCY, DHEMAJI CHARIALI DHEMAJI DIST : DHEMAJI (ASSAM), (Name of Proprietor : Sri Rajiv Pait) [protected]@ymail.com, Emergency No-[protected], Area Office-Guwahati Area Office is not serious in delivery of refilled gas, I have deposited cash money for purchasing of refilled gas cylinder on 06/03/2015; but I have not able to received the cylinder till 08/03.2015. .I have asked the manager of the gas agency regarding non delivered cylinder on 7th march-2015 at 1 p.m ; but the manager replied that there are no stock of gas cylinder and advised to call letter. What they had done the cylinder purchased on 06/03/2015 by me against booking no-75835. The home delivery is regularly delayed. Even THEY NEVER ISSUE ANY COUPAN TO THE CUSTOMER AGAINST HOME DELEVERY for which there have no evidence with the customer to complain at agency regarding delay of delivery. They do not respond to the booking request. Even the employees of the dealer misbehave with the customers. They don't even pick the phone of customer. Every time you call them on their telephone no. [protected] they put the phone hang on. So it is requested to you to kindly do rather needful action against this distributor Thanks and regards

                    Sir, I am Tapan Mukherjee, my consumer no is 02930.Address-Bhuinpara, Belun in district Hooghly.I have booked cylinder on 20/2/2015 and received a message that booking for consumer no. 02930 is registered with ref no. 301453.Also a message has received that cash memo has been generated & cash memo no is [protected] on 25/02/2015. Our Gas distributor is Pandua Indane Service.But till now I don't have receive my cylinder. So please if take any action on my complaint I really great full to you.

                      I, Shri Nirmal Chandra Mandal, Retd. Sr. Supdt. of P.O’s, settled at Village- Hari Royer Chawk (Ghoshpara) P.O. Bhagwangola, Dist.- Murshidabad, PIN-742135, for the Gas Connection on transfer handover the Original Gas Voucher along with KYC documents and cash of Rs.3750/- to Dakshin Hanumantanagar Indane Gramin Vitrak on 24/02/2015 but the same has been returned back on 03/03/2015 on the ground “TV Data not found”.Supply of Gas stopped since 20/02/2015. Distributor refusing to accept the Termination Voucher as a result I am not getting the supply of cooking Gas.

                        Today at appx. 9.30 p.m. i went to M/s AMAR FILLING STATION, Sector-28-29 Dividing Road, Faridabad to get filled petrol in my HERO HF DAWN new bike of Rs. 500-00. The operator started filling petrol to fix an amount of Rs 500-00 in machine and as the machine filled 5 lts. petrol, then suddenly he stopped filling and told me that he has filled 5 lts. petrol. I told him that i requested you to fill Rs. 500-00 petrol, why you stopped, while you set the m/c to fill Rs.500-00 petrol. Then he again started filling, with in a second the reading jumped from Rs. 325-00 to Rs. 485-00. I made a complaint to operator, then he replied that to fill Rs 500-00 petrol he fastened the filling, so the reading reached to an amount of Rs. 485-00, while it was done intentionally. After filling i reached my house at sector-3 Fbd, which is 10-12 kms from the said Filling Station. I got the entire Tank petrol empty to measure the whole fuel in it. I found it only appx. 5 lts. only, while i drive my bike only 10-12 kms after filling and for Rs. 500-00 amount his m/c was showing filling of 7.71 lts. So it indicated that the operator intentionally did so, perhaps there is any manipulation in m/c. This act means- A major fault being done intentionally by operator at the time of filling. Which is not fair and according the norms of consumer rights. The receipt issued by filling station contains Sr. No.59132 dtd. 7/03/15 amount Rs. 500-00 Petrol Filled 7.71 lts. Kindly investigate the matter & inspect the m/c, so that other customers rights be safe and no violation of rules be performed by operator or filling station.

                          Sir, I have LPG Id. 3 [protected] Consumer No. 18434 Distributor Code 140937 Tillai & Co., Pondicherry I had SMS message "My LPG cylinder Bill No.[protected]/20.12.2014 [protected] has TRANSFER OF LPG SUBSIDY RS.369.31 FAILED WITH MY A/C XXX IN XXXX PLEASE CONTACT YOUR DISTRIBUTOR " on 04/01/2015 02:23:39 p.m and the same on 15/01/2015 12:34:19 p.m. Later I had purchased another cylinder on 27.02.2015 No.[protected] got the subsidy. Hence you are requested to get Bill No.[protected]/20.12.2014 [protected] has TRANSFER OF LPG SUBSIDY RS.369.31 as earlier as possible and communicate the same by e.mail: [protected]@bsnl.in S.MuruganBabu

                                        I am a customer of INDANE, Oil India Corporation. We want to register a complaint against our GAS AGENCY in our area. Agency Name – Abhinandan Gas Agency, Tangla. Distributors no. – 5400001 Agency Phone no. – [protected] Address – Tangla, Dist.- Udalguri, B.T.A.D., Post Office – Tangla, Police station – Tangla, PIN- 784521 Dear sir, We like you to inform you, as a last option to get our rights as per FAQ’S of INDANE, that we are barred of many facilities that is given by our Govt. Here are some complaints we want to inform in a faith that they will be solved – 1. No corrections is done in the Passbook, like Name (middle & surname also), Address, i.e. KYC is not provided. Agency directly refuses the matter saying it’s impossible, for that reason we don’t get the Subsidy from the Bank. 2. Home delivery was never done in our area, since the establishment of the Abhinandan Gas Agency. 3. If Regulator or any part is damaged we had to pay a huge amount to replace the same. 4. If we complain about the matters to the agency no step was ever taken by the Authorities, we are always been dominated by the Agency. Therefore we want to conclude and request you that please help us by taking some action against the Agency and help us to get our proper right.
