We like you to inform you, as a last option to get our rights as per FAQ’S of INDANE, that we are
barred of many facilities that is given by our Govt.
Here are some complaints we want to inform in a faith that they will be solved –
1. No corrections is done in the Passbook, like Name (middle & surname also), Address, i.e. KYC is not provided. Agency directly refuses the matter saying it’s impossible, for that reason we don’t get the Subsidy from the Bank.
2. Home delivery was never done in our area, since the establishment of the Abhinandan Gas Agency.
3. If Regulator or any part is damaged we had to pay a huge amount to replace the same.
4. If we complain about the matters to the agency no step was ever taken by the Authorities, we are always been dominated by the Agency.
Therefore we want to conclude and request you that please help us by taking some action against the Agency and help us to get our proper right.
