Gas no is 20544.We have booked our cylinder & received a message that our cylinder has been booked & on[protected], a message has received that cash memo has been generated & cash memo no is [protected]. Our Gas distributor is Nandi Dist. So please take any action on our complaint.

    I am a customer of INDANE, Oil India Corporation. We want to register a complaint against our GAS AGENCY in our area. Agency Name – Abhinandan Gas Agency, Tangla. Distributors no. – 5400001 Agency Phone no. – [protected] Address – Tangla, Dist.- Udalguri, B.T.A.D., Post Office – Tangla, Police station – Tangla, PIN- 784521 Dear sir, We like you to inform you, as a last option to get our rights as per FAQ’S of INDANE, that we are barred of many facilities that is given by our Govt. Here are some complaints we want to inform in a faith that they will be solved – 1. No corrections is done in the Passbook, like Name (middle & surname also), Address, i.e. KYC is not provided. Agency directly refuses the matter saying it’s impossible, for that reason we don’t get the Subsidy from the Bank. 2. Home delivery was never done in our area, since the establishment of the Abhinandan Gas Agency. 3. If Regulator or any part is damaged we had to pay a huge amount to replace the same. 4. If we complain about the matters to the agency no step was ever taken by the Authorities, we are always been dominated by the Agency. Therefore we want to conclude and request you that please help us by taking some action against the Agency and help us to get our proper right.

      Dear Sir, It is to say that, I Sharique Rais with LPG ID:[protected]; Consumer No: CX3655238; Aadhaar Number :[protected] am DENIED a refill cylinder by my INDANE Distributor: GODAVARI GAS SERVICE with Distributor Code: 177288. Please find below a chronological order of the events that occurred till date: 01. I booked a refill online on 02-February-2015 with Order/Reference No.: 900133 02. On 17th day of booking a refill, on 18-February-2015 a CASH Memo was Genereted with no. [protected]. 03. On 20th day of booking a refill, on 21-February-2015 my request for INDANE refill has been CANCELLED. Reason told is "No Money" I have to say that I have attached snapshots directly from the INDANE Portal that my Aadhaar Card is directly seeded with my Bank as well as with LPG. Best part is that I have received my Indane subsidy in my seeded bank account for the said booking done. Then why would I even care to visit my distributor again for submitting my aadhaar card copy and bank passbook and all to repeat the already done thing. It is just rediculous and waste of time. My grievances are now that: 01. I want my Indane refill rebooked and delivered to me as soon as possible. 02. I want Godavari Gas Service to stop harassing genuine customers like me by cancelling the refill booked on their whims and fancies. 03. I am denied to even COMPLAIN Online as all gas distributors of Darbhanga have deliberately got their names omitted from the dropdown list when complaining online.         hi my name is narasimha murthy i had booked gas on 7/2/2015...but till today gas has not been delivered even cash memo not generated .. i m facing this issue from last 3 months and agency name is j n Enterprise..they don't know how to behave with customer. if i contact to them they will inform no stock what can i do ask the GOVT and will disconnect the call how irresponsible people they are. my last booking number is 571328. and consumer number is 17686. narasimha [protected]

            Dear Sir, I like to inform you that I am a consumer of indan e Gas vi Consumer No. JK00392, Consumer ID[protected], Vill: Joypur PO: Chunpalashi, P.S: Illabamzar, Dist: Birbhum(W.B).I received your Gas cylinder through M.S. Jaikali Indane Distributor, Illambazar, Birbhum, Distributor CODE-175481 The agent does not deliver the gas cylinder timely, after receiving one cylinder to next cylinder deliver by the distributor more than 50 to 60 days above. It appears from the available record which I have collected from my customer Console through indane gas consumer login database.I have received only 4 cylinder in session 2014-15 but refill boking history shown i have received 7 cylinder. But i have not get 7 cylinder. It is clear from the record of my Domestic Gas Consumer Card that quite different from the actual fact. Which Xerox copy of my DGCC and refill delivery status is attached for your evidence. Please take action within 15 days otherwise I’ll put case in Consumer Forum. Thanking you.               My consumer No. 39319. I have submitted all the documents and got confirmation acknowledgement. Same has been submitted to Bank. When I book for new refill. Dealer is rejecting it saying, Adhaar is not linked. I am running out of cylinder. Please help.

                M/s. Indane Sales Centre, Krishnagar, Nadia, W.B, delivers cylinder after 45 days. Why? Reason unknown. Our consumer no. 214691, booked cylinder on 02/02/2015 vide booking reference no. 285140. On query they give their standard reply, 'you are in que.' When Shri Ashok B, chairman sir, is eyeing for exporting in march, 2015 meeting domestic needs, this particular local dealer has, therefore, made an artificial crisis. The consumers eventually run for gas available from private players who sale gas cylinder at a comparatively higher price. There is every likelihood that there Is a nexus.They are, therefore, not dealing with the customers fairly. Pl, interfere into the matter and arrange for delivery immediately.                   This is to inform you that our indane gas distributor m/s Gulmohar gas service, Jammu is not serious for delivery of gas refill, He do not respond to the booking request. Even the employes of the dealer misbehave with the customers. They don't even pick the phone of customer. Every time you call them on their telephone no. 2430835 and 2450835 they put the phone hangon.                     Hi, I have booked my cylinder and cash memo was generated on 20th Feb. Till now delivery has not been done. The delivery guy called up once and asked me do you really need the cylinder delivery or else need later. This is very irresponsible behaviour on the agency part.                         Sir, Against my original booking vide booking no. 473045, the cylinder delivered vide cash memo [protected] turned out to be faulty (regulator not able to be fitted). I had informed the office immediately and followed up a few times. Since no solution was forthcoming, I made a booking for another cylinder vide booking no. 376224. I received a message stating the cylinder had been delivered vide cash memo [protected]. No such cylinder was received at our address. Kindly look into this matter and rectify this problem.                           My con;no is 1830 .I have booked gas on[protected] with ref. no 230402.When I checked delivery status on 5-02-15, I got message that booking date is 27-02-15 and ref no.[protected]. So please clarify my complaint and avail cylinder as soon as possible.

                              Chinthamani Super Market, VOC Ground Complex, Coimbatore, (Consumer No.61278). The delivery man insisted Rs.30/- for delivering the gas cylinder. Is there any standing instructions by IOCL to collect delivery charges from the consumer? Then how is the deliveryman insists? (Finally he took Rs.20/- from us)

                                  Sir, I am Rafi from pakalkuri trivandrum dist . consumer no . 7725 . (gas agency rahmas indane gas agency) february 4 th i booked for cylinder . same day indane took booking, no . 437949 ref no . [protected] and 17 th february i recieved from indane, my cylinder will deliver soon and they made cash bill also . cash memo no. [protected]. but untill, march 4 th, the agency will not deliver my gas cylinder. then i call, same day, they, shout me and said gas still not yet booked. after 5 th march i went there and try to collect gas, but there is not open the agency . somebody told there public holiday. many times they are clossing this way, and they try to sale the allotment gas cylinders for other private party for higher price . this allreday catch many times few customers. sir, will you please enquir about this and take necessaary action . we are facing big problem under this rahmas gas agency . mainly, they are not giving proper supply, if indane will alote gas yours faithfully H.M.                                         My consumer no is 12283 Mayur gas agency, Coimbatore. I have filled form 4 and a printout copy along with xerox copy of Bank passbook 1st page have submitted to the gas agency on 19/01/2015 and acknowledgement copy also given by them. On verification 28/01/2015 no details updated in the above mentioned agency's system. As per their instructions again a print copy along with complaint form given on 28/01/2015. Again on verification on 04/03/2015 the agency told me that no details found. They demanded me to give copy of bank passbook with relevant bank details. What my question is where had gone the two applications given. The agency not responded. Please verify and let me know the details to proceed further.
