My consumer number is 40172 and my indane gas cylinder distributor is M/s.Venkateswara Gas service, 415, Near Roundana, Gorimedu, Kannankurichi, Salem and the contact number is[protected] and 2400660. I have booked a refill under automated booking system on 9.2.2015 which was registered with Ref No.273925. I got a message on 11.2.2015 stating that cash memo [protected] generated for my booking number and will be delivered shortly. I regret to note that as on date 3.3.2015, I have not received the gas cylinder. I request you to kindly arrange to delivery the gas cylinder immediately, please.

This is the every time practise they have day the delivery. Also we are only 5 person in my family, but my LPG cylinder running only 26 to 30 day only. I feel misused by distributor, Please into this matter &amp. Please take any suitable action as soon as possible against this gas agency. I got this msg after book my gas against booking no, Booking for consumer no. CX3244442 is registered with ref no.448611. It is seen that in last two occasion the refill order booked through on line has been cancelled. the reason for the same is not understood. I have two go to the distributor get it booked manually. This is time consuming and against the norms of INDANE. An early reply stating the reasons shall be appreciated. With regards, C.hadury.

I have booked for refilling LPG Cylinder to M/s Jogindar Enterprises B-3, C-Block, Community Centre, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi-10028 for Consumer number 23044 through IVRS vide reference number 491895 on 05/02/2015 and rebooked the same vide reference number 503977 on 26/02/2015. No LPG Cylinder was supplied to me since 05/02/2015. It difficult to cokk food without LPG. It was raised on 26/02/2015 through yor Forum yet no action has been taken as so far. Neither have received any reply from your Forum nor from Indane nor from IOC nor from M/o Petroleum and Natural Gas nor Gas Agency nor from any other Institution It is requested take appropriate action so that they may not hinder it again. I tried to contact the Distributor on telephone Nos [protected]/ [protected] NO BODY PICKS THE PHONE. I tried then to contact the toll free No[protected] & 155233 it was disgusting experience. Then tried state In charge at BENGALURU it was a futile effort because no body picked up the phone. Then I tried Area Manager at BELGAUM the experience was NO different. My name is Ram Dayal Sharera i' ve been book this indane cylinder before one month bt they dont deliver this cylinder to me yet . Address of this banaras gas agency are :- Banaras Gas Service pvt. Ltd.
A 10, DDA Market, Minto Road, Mata Sundri Road, New Delhi, - 110002,[protected], 65289436, 65289437 i was also call in his landline no. lots of time bt its going always busy or if ringing nt pick. Kindly try to sort out this consumer problem its really harass for me. I need this cylinder urgently . i had already gone in this agency work office they commit cylinder will come till tommorow bt its still nt deliver. Kindly its my humble request solve this problem asap . i mention my consumer details below and i was already apply all condition by him to get refill cylinder of indane like dbtl yojna etc.etc. my consumer no :- 10862, Agency :- banaras gas pvt. Sir, I had face 3-4 times a problem of less quantity fuel filled in exchange of the value paid, at IOC petrol pump Rajiv Nagar, Mumbai-Agra highway Nasik city.The service is also not upto the mark where the boys are of argue some nature. my name is harish singh jayada. i have indane gas connection having3 [protected] lpg id and consumer no.CX17884063. this connection holds my mother (bomla devi). this connection is transffered from my father to mother as my father is deasesed i have transferred this connection in the month of february 2015, but the agency's staff inputed my mother's name incorrectly (bimal devi) now i known this mistake i went to agency and ask about this name correction but they answered this problem can be soved if you provide again file documents for name correction. and they asked for some charges that are not applicable. when i transffered this connection first then also they charged 400 INR, 200 INR for new gas copy and 200INR for file submitted. please resolve this problem.agency name is morinda gas service.
