      poor service from Bamleshwari gas agency at Baloda Bazar, CG, as because my adhaar card linked with my gas connection was linked wrong. And now when i approach twice for correction they are misbehaving & telling it will be done. Already 1 1/2 month has crossed but still this problem is persisting.             sir my consumer number is 286451 and LPG ID number is[protected] under the distributorship of venkatesh gas and domestic home aplincences, Namakgang, Nagpur.Being a senior citizen and retired employee of central govt.I have been called to collect refill LPG cylender from godown moreover I am also a heart patient.I have registered for refill on 11th Feb-2015 the bill has been generated 17th Feb-2015 but the supply from godown on 26th Feb-2015 arranged inspite the above facts.Please look into the matter and action may please be anitaiated.

              Dear Sir We have booked a gas refill on JAn 31 2015 and the agency claims that they retyrned the gas as no one was there in the house, but we suspect that the gas has been transferred to some other person as there are people 24*7 in the house.                           My consumer number is 40172 and my indane gas cylinder distributor is M/s.Venkateswara Gas service, 415, Near Roundana, Gorimedu, Kannankurichi, Salem and the contact number is[protected] and 2400660. I have booked a refill under automated booking system on 9.2.2015 which was registered with Ref No.273925. I got a message on 11.2.2015 stating that cash memo [protected] generated for my booking number and will be delivered shortly. I regret to note that as on date 3.3.2015, I have not received the gas cylinder. I request you to kindly arrange to delivery the gas cylinder immediately, please.

This is the every time practise they have day the delivery. Also we are only 5 person in my family, but my LPG cylinder running only 26 to 30 day only. I feel misused by distributor, Please into this matter &amp. Please take any suitable action as soon as possible against this gas agency. I got this msg after book my gas against booking no, Booking for consumer no. CX3244442 is registered with ref no.448611. It is seen that in last two occasion the refill order booked through on line has been cancelled. the reason for the same is not understood. I have two go to the distributor get it booked manually.
