    I have booked cylinder for refill on 27th feb2015 but cash memo generated on 02th march, today is 3rd march. They are not delivery cylinder every time let let and let if i go again they will say it will deliver 2-3 days every time 6-7 days over, pls help me agency name: sb gas malwari road bhopal .Dis complaint last time also registrated those have not taken any action

            My consumer number is 40172 and my indane gas cylinder distributor is M/s.Venkateswara Gas service, 415, Near Roundana, Gorimedu, Kannankurichi, Salem and the contact number is[protected] and 2400660. I have booked a refill under automated booking system on 9.2.2015 which was registered with Ref No.273925. I got a message on 11.2.2015 stating that cash memo [protected] generated for my booking number and will be delivered shortly. I regret to note that as on date 3.3.2015, I have not received the gas cylinder. I request you to kindly arrange to delivery the gas cylinder immediately, please.

This is the every time practise they have day the delivery. Also we are only 5 person in my family, but my LPG cylinder running only 26 to 30 day only. I feel misused by distributor, Please into this matter &amp. Please take any suitable action as soon as possible against this gas agency. I got this msg after book my gas against booking no, Booking for consumer no. CX3244442 is registered with ref no.448611. THRICE THEY PREPARED THE CASH MEMO AND CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY REASON. WHEN I WENT THERE, I WAS TOLD BY THE STAFF LIKE THIS. It is seen that in last two occasion the refill order booked through on line has been cancelled. the reason for the same is not understood. I have two go to the distributor get it booked manually.                           I have booked for refilling LPG Cylinder to M/s Jogindar Enterprises B-3, C-Block, Community Centre, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi-10028 for Consumer number 23044 through IVRS vide reference number 491895 on 05/02/2015 and rebooked the same vide reference number 503977 on 26/02/2015. No LPG Cylinder was supplied to me since 05/02/2015. It difficult to cokk food without LPG. It was raised on 26/02/2015 through yor Forum yet no action has been taken as so far. Neither have received any reply from your Forum nor from Indane nor from IOC nor from M/o Petroleum and Natural Gas nor Gas Agency nor from any other Institution It is requested take appropriate action so that they may not hinder it again.                                 I had registered for INDANE refill on 30/01/2015 and received booking No. 226799 but even after 32 days there is no supply of the cylinder. I tried to contact the Distributor on telephone Nos [protected]/ [protected] NO BODY PICKS THE PHONE. I tried then to contact the toll free No[protected] & 155233 it was disgusting experience. Then tried state In charge at BENGALURU it was a futile effort because no body picked up the phone. Then I tried Area Manager at BELGAUM the experience was NO different.
