    Sir, I have made online registration for refilling of gas in Guru gas agencies, MKB Nagar, Chennai, TAmil Nadu on 3o.01.2015. I have submitted Aadhar card etc. details both to agency and to Bank on 27.01.2015 itself.But so far I have not received refill gas cylinder in spite of cash memo generated by second week of Feb, 2015. On enguiry with agency they are not answering properly and rude behaviour also. Now, when I try for making complaint through online from my mobile, I am getting information that I have made registration only on 16.02.2015. I do not know what happened to my registration on 30.01.2015 even after cash memo generation. The gas agency people are telling that the computer has the provision of making registration by itself. But I am doubting that agency people are having provision to make changes in the site. Past one month my home is suffering without gas and mental agony due to irresponsible reply from the Guru gas agency. I need justice in this regard. V.Tamilarasi

      Dear Concern, I herewith bring to your kind notice I have a INDANE GAS consumer no.84175 belongs to KALPANA INDANE GAS AGENCY since 2007 at Bangalore. I have booked gas on dtd.[protected] but till today no delivery received by us, since last week we were following with the agency and they are said that it will be deliver tomorrow but that tomorrow never came so far. And today dtd.[protected] they says your account have been transferred to new agency you go and check with new agency since you are no more our consumer. This is the way the agencies are fooling the public.

For several weeks I have experienced such rude treatment from your Indane Gas. I have submitted bank account & Aadhar card number with LPG dealer(Ranie enterprises Madipakkam) and with Indian overseas bank(Kovilambakkam) but still they are not providing the Cylinder last one month. Simply, they are saying there was a problem with internet. Since one month dealer is telling the same reason. We would like to know the exact reason for the undelivered of cylinder and need the permanent solution on this issue. Kindly look into this urgently. Details provided below.                     Dear Sir, Please take note that I am a bonafide consumer of Indian Oil Corporation being Con. No. 25876 and registered with Kisor Gas Service at Kolkata. I had booked for delivery of Gas lastly on 05/02/2014. On 21/02/2015, Pending the delivery of Gas against the said booking, I connected my Bank Account with your distributor Kishor Gas Service at Kolkata, by submitting FORM-4 meant for Non- Aadhaar Based LPG subsidy. Now on telephonic query from my registered mobile no. [protected] and over your mobile no. [protected], I learnt that the LPG against my booking on 05/02/2015, has already been delivered. In this regard I would like to assure you that no such delivery has been made to me by your Distributor, Kisor Gas. Thus, I firmly believe that there might be some fraudulant delivery or fraudulant act done by some one or by your distributor Kisor Gas Service at Kolkata. Please investigate in to matter.                             Hello Sir aim using indane gas 2001 Onwards on my uncle name v.subramani gas number is 73431 on tirlok gas agency, I book to refill the gas on feb 5 and conformation massage has came on feb 6 till now gas not delivery to my home yesterday I call tirlok gas agency one lady has taken I saw this matter not delivery gas to my home she did not ask booking number roughly told hey give bank book Xerox and I say already I book the gas and conformation also came why did not delivery, she say wait and cut the phone, after few minuets again I call her I say the consumer and name changeing form and money also submit you, she say I don't know ok wait wait roughly say and cut the phone, today I call the number ([protected]-[protected]) is out of service what can I do this problem, (important things: Gas consumer name is v.subramani no is 73431 Dress no 4/23, 1cross st, thiruvalluvar salai, kandanchavadi, ch: 600096. Name change to j.jaya kumar, Dress : Same as above, relation ship uncle ) I submit kyc form and 3500 Rs money to tirlok gas agency adayar chennai, please solve my problem and my wife also sad and feelings about this matter we are poor family please concerto solve this Problem thank you sir.

                                My Mom n Dad stays at Nagpur, Maharashtra. They are always facing the problem with the distributor. Not receiving the cylinder on time. Not getting proper response from them. My parents always suffers. I keep on calling on the [protected] to log my complained but even calling on that number I just realised that even customer care is making us fool by keeping on hold for long time. So, in this case the customer is facing the issue from the distributor for not delivering the cylinder on time and not even able to connected the customer care by calling them on the mentioned number. I hope some one will take the right action against this and resolve this issue today itself by delivering the cylinder. My details are:- Tushar Raut. Mob. Number:- [protected]. Now I got connected to [protected], spoke to one lady and then got transfred to Mr. Abuzar. He gave me another number[protected] to log the complaint. I told him that I am 100% sure that no one will pick up the call and here it is. My words came true. I tried on that number twice but no one picked up the call. I been given assured by Mr, Abuzar that not worry and your complaint will be attended on the given number. Here is again disappointing. Thanks to Indane Gas for a lovely customer service. If not getting help from the customer service then what customer will expect from the distributor and other staff. I'll Deffinately bring this issue in notice to a social network so all the people comes to know about your customer service.

                                    I am an Indane LPG customer. My consumer no. is 38254.I booked my LPG cylinder on 19.01.2015 with booking no.776633. My cash memo. no. was [protected] dated 08.02.2015. I received my LPG cylinder on 16.02.2015. But when I am trying to book my LPG again on 20.02.2015, the IVRS says that I have already booked an LPG cylinder on 19.01.2015 i.e. my old booking which I have already received on 16.02.2015. So I cannot book my new LPG cylinder as my distributor did not update the cylinder delivery report. I repeatedly made a contact to my distributor and told him this but he did not take any action till then. Kindly also note that for this reason I also have not received my LPG subsidy to my bank account after delivery of refill.I contacted Indian Oil company for this but they told me the same thing that as the distributor did not update the cylinder delivery report, so I can not receive the subsidy.
