Dear Sir, Please take note that I am a bonafide consumer of Indian Oil Corporation being Con. No. 25876 and registered with Kisor Gas Service at Kolkata. I had booked for delivery of Gas lastly on 05/02/2014. On 21/02/2015, Pending the delivery of Gas against the said booking, I connected my Bank Account with your distributor Kishor Gas Service at Kolkata, by submitting FORM-4 meant for Non- Aadhaar Based LPG subsidy. Now on telephonic query from my registered mobile no. [protected] and over your mobile no. [protected], I learnt that the LPG against my booking on 05/02/2015, has already been delivered. In this regard I would like to assure you that no such delivery has been made to me by your Distributor, Kisor Gas. Thus, I firmly believe that there might be some fraudulant delivery or fraudulant act done by some one or by your distributor Kisor Gas Service at Kolkata. Please investigate in to matter. Dear Concern, I'am a consumer of Indane Gas and my Connection No. is 30651 (Service Provider - Rudrapur Gas Service, Rudrapur. Uttarakhand). I had done all the formalities and submitted the form for Gas subsidy by 09.12.14 and after that I have procured one LPG and booked one LPG but, still I hav'nt received my subsidised Money. Dear Sir or Madam, We have been getting gas cylinder from our distributor. It was registered under Veena however, now my name changed back when I got married we showed him the affidavit and certificates to prove that veena and kanchan is the same person. He is asking us to pay 2300 for no reason. He is saying that affidavit can be made like this so we don't consider affidavit. I would like you educate him what an affidavit means first.. Hello Sir aim using indane gas 2001 Onwards on my uncle name v.subramani gas number is 73431 on tirlok gas agency, I book to refill the gas on feb 5 and conformation massage has came on feb 6 till now gas not delivery to my home yesterday I call tirlok gas agency one lady has taken I saw this matter not delivery gas to my home she did not ask booking number roughly told hey give bank book Xerox and I say already I book the gas and conformation also came why did not delivery, she say wait and cut the phone, after few minuets again I call her I say the consumer and name changeing form and money also submit you, she say I don't know ok wait wait roughly say and cut the phone, today I call the number ([protected]-[protected]) is out of service what can I do this problem, (important things: Gas consumer name is v.subramani no is 73431 Dress no 4/23, 1cross st, thiruvalluvar salai, kandanchavadi, ch: 600096. Name change to j.jaya kumar, Dress : Same as above, relation ship uncle ) I submit kyc form and 3500 Rs money to tirlok gas agency adayar chennai, please solve my problem and my wife also sad and feelings about this matter we are poor family please concerto solve this Problem thank you sir.

I am trying to fill the form online for a new gas cylinder connection from INDANE. Even though I had followed all the instructions given by system, I am not able to complete my online filling of form. Attachments were either in jpg/jpeg format or png format but still they are not uploaded in system.

My Mom n Dad stays at Nagpur, Maharashtra. They are always facing the problem with the distributor. Not receiving the cylinder on time. Not getting proper response from them. My parents always suffers. I keep on calling on the [protected] to log my complained but even calling on that number I just realised that even customer care is making us fool by keeping on hold for long time. So, in this case the customer is facing the issue from the distributor for not delivering the cylinder on time and not even able to connected the customer care by calling them on the mentioned number. Now I got connected to [protected], spoke to one lady and then got transfred to Mr. Abuzar. He gave me another number[protected] to log the complaint. I told him that I am 100% sure that no one will pick up the call and here it is. My words came true. I tried on that number twice but no one picked up the call. I been given assured by Mr, Abuzar that not worry and your complaint will be attended on the given number. Here is again disappointing. Thanks to Indane Gas for a lovely customer service. If not getting help from the customer service then what customer will expect from the distributor and other staff. I'll Deffinately bring this issue in notice to a social network so all the people comes to know about your customer service.

I am an Indane LPG customer. My consumer no. is 38254.I booked my LPG cylinder on 19.01.2015 with booking no.776633. My cash memo. no. was [protected] dated 08.02.2015. I received my LPG cylinder on 16.02.2015. But when I am trying to book my LPG again on 20.02.2015, the IVRS says that I have already booked an LPG cylinder on 19.01.2015 i.e. my old booking which I have already received on 16.02.2015. So I cannot book my new LPG cylinder as my distributor did not update the cylinder delivery report. I repeatedly made a contact to my distributor and told him this but he did not take any action till then. Kindly also note that for this reason I also have not received my LPG subsidy to my bank account after delivery of refill.I contacted Indian Oil company for this but they told me the same thing that as the distributor did not update the cylinder delivery report, so I can not receive the subsidy. I am a consumer no.24944, lpgid no.[protected] of Gupta Gas, Motihari.I have submitted form 4 with my Bank details to my abovesaid agency but till today I have not recieved any subsidy amount in my account.I got knowledge that in place of my account no. the agency abovesaid has entered the account no. of mohan prasad gupta someone else and all my subsidy amount has been transfered in the a/c of mohan prasad gupta .On 8.1.15 & 30.1.15 I take two cylinders also @Rs.825/- & 720/- . I approached my agency and also talked with customer care but all went invain.It is an example of illegal act and malafide intention of gas agency.Pls help me to get recovery of my subsidy amount in my account.

I had booked for cylinder on 29th january 2015 and regestration no. is 228708 and the cylinder has not yet been received. Whenever call is made on the number provided no one answers the call. No response is made from the delivery center. Kindly see into the matter. No cash memo has been generated. Kindly look into the matter with urgency.

I have booked a refill on 20th. January, 2015 but the cylinder has not yet been delivered. . In this connection it may be mentioned that I have submitted the copy of Adhar card and one cancelled cheque to the Distributor on 6 th January, 2015 and to the State Bank on 7 th. January, 2015. I have the visited Distributor twice when they assured me that cylinder will be delivered within three days. But the cylinder has not yet been delivered. I had a Gas Connection at Aluva in the address of my House, which was used my mother, who is presently 84 years old Cons No.43215, P.R.Ramachandran Nair, Chandralayam, VII/127, Aduvathuruth, W Veliyathunad P.O, PIN 683511. The Connection was dormant hence I submitted ID and Address Prrof along with Photo and copy of Adhar Card and got activated on return to my present Residence given below Gokulam, H NO 268/5, Narasimha Road -1, Near Narasimha Temple, E. Kadungallur, Aluva(via), Ernakulam-683102 As I was employed as CM, SBT, I had another Gas connection with Indane at the place of my posting at Trivandrum from M/S Aravind Gas Agencies, Code 117352( SY.No 2236/1-2-3-4, Thirumala, Trivandrum) in following address, which was surrendered on 30/1/15( No.[protected]) Cons No: 19686, P.R.Ramachandran Nair, Ramagiri, PRA 21 A, Pathirapally Road, Poojapura P.O, Trivandrum- 695012 To day I have been informed by M/S Bindu Gas Agency that though my Previous Connection No 19686 with M/S. Aravind Gas Agency was closed on 30/1/15( No.[protected])it is not yet delinked from ADhar No[protected] and Linking Adhar with my Present Connection No 43215 cannot be effected and I am advised to Contact Indane Office to get it rectified, In view of the above, I humbly request you to examine the case and arrange to delink my closed gas Connection No 19686 from my Adhar Card No[protected] and also for linkage of same Adhar with my Present Live Consumer No 43215 and enable me to get Gas Subsidy to be credited to my SB Account No.[protected]( linked to Adhar Card No.[protected] with SBT, Santhi nagar Branch.
