I pratima patwari.my consumer no-07144 dealer-pal enterprise district howrah(wb).my last booking no-656630 dated on-13/01/2015 at21.01.47.steel now i do not recieved cylinder aganst my booking, yet dealer says that they already send me a cylinder.please inform me the right solution. with greeting.

i had booked refill LPG cylinder on feb, 19 2015 vide booking no.788112 for consumer no76857., the cash memo was generated on 24th feb 2015 vide cash memo no.[protected] but no cylinder delivered kindly check the pilferage of the booking.you are requested to investigate and inform undersign on email id [protected]@gmail.com or mobile no. [protected]

i had booked refill LPG cylinder on jan, 29 2015 vide reference no. 588784 for consumer no. 15490, the cash memo was generated on 5th feb 2015 vide cash memo no.[protected] but no cylinder delivered kindly check the pilferage of the booking.you are requested to investigate and inform undersign on email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in or mobile no. [protected].

I had booked for cylinder on 29th january 2015 and regestration no. is 228708 and the cylinder has not yet been received. Whenever call is made on the number provided no one answers the call. No response is made from the delivery center. Kindly see into the matter. No cash memo has been generated. Kindly look into the matter with urgency.

I have booked a refill on 20th. January, 2015 but the cylinder has not yet been delivered. . In this connection it may be mentioned that I have submitted the copy of Adhar card and one cancelled cheque to the Distributor on 6 th January, 2015 and to the State Bank on 7 th. January, 2015. I have the visited Distributor twice when they assured me that cylinder will be delivered within three days. But the cylinder has not yet been delivered. I had a Gas Connection at Aluva in the address of my House, which was used my mother, who is presently 84 years old Cons No.43215, P.R.Ramachandran Nair, Chandralayam, VII/127, Aduvathuruth, W Veliyathunad P.O, PIN 683511. From M/S Bindu Gas Agencies, Code 117350, ( Distributor Code:4557770), Thottakkattukara P.O, Aluva-683108). The Connection was dormant hence I submitted ID and Address Prrof along with Photo and copy of Adhar Card and got activated on return to my present Residence given below Gokulam, H NO 268/5, Narasimha Road -1, Near Narasimha Temple, E. Kadungallur, Aluva(via), Ernakulam-683102 As I was employed as CM, SBT, I had another Gas connection with Indane at the place of my posting at Trivandrum from M/S Aravind Gas Agencies, Code 117352( SY.No 2236/1-2-3-4, Thirumala, Trivandrum) in following address, which was surrendered on 30/1/15( No.[protected]) Cons No: 19686, P.R.Ramachandran Nair, Ramagiri, PRA 21 A, Pathirapally Road, Poojapura P.O, Trivandrum- 695012 To day I have been informed by M/S Bindu Gas Agency that though my Previous Connection No 19686 with M/S. Aravind Gas Agency was closed on 30/1/15( No.[protected])it is not yet delinked from ADhar No[protected] and Linking Adhar with my Present Connection No 43215 cannot be effected and I am advised to Contact Indane Office to get it rectified, In view of the above, I humbly request you to examine the case and arrange to delink my closed gas Connection No 19686 from my Adhar Card No[protected] and also for linkage of same Adhar with my Present Live Consumer No 43215 and enable me to get Gas Subsidy to be credited to my SB Account No.[protected]( linked to Adhar Card No.[protected] with SBT, Santhi nagar Branch. why don't you cancel the dealership of such distribution agencies which cant provide proper services for public, i would like compalint on Indane Distributor named: Sri Saila Gas Agency which is located in Telangana State, Rangareddy District, INDANE DISTRIBUTORS, SHOP NO.15, BLOCK NO.3 KALYANI, , HYDERABAD DIST HYDERABA, TELANGANA I request you take serios action on the above mentioned distributor as lot of customers are suffering

Gas not delivered by Vaishali Enterprizes, Danapur, Patna, Bihar, PIN- 801503 to consumer no.4050 against booking reference no.871297 dated 15.02.2015. While the said agency has delivered today against booking dated 13.02.2015. I have confirm information that the agency has sold my in black market and the said agency is doing regular black marketing of cylinder, .

I am sr. Central government officer and i have booked for refilling lpg cylinder on 05/02/2015 for comsumer no. 23044 vide reference no 491895. And i have rebooked the same
On 26/02/2015 from consumer no 23044 vide reference no 503977 through ivrs to joginder enterprises b-3, c-bolck, naraina, new delhi - 110028. It further sated that no cylider was deliverd for the above two requests for reference no 491895 and 503977. It is obvious that
The lpg cylinder have black marketed to any other fellow. It is requested to pressurise them for non delivery and what happened to requests and early deliver.

I had booked for Indane Gas on dtd.14.02.2015. Ref. no is 598533 of Indane Gas. I had received a message on dtd.20.02.2015, in which my cash memo no.[protected]. Hi Sir/Madam,
I am a customer of Indane gas. My gas agency name is Tirupati Gas Service, Bulandshahr. My consumer no. is T-007608 of Omkar Nath. I have taken my last delivery from agency in January. In this delivery my hoker has given to me without seal cylinder and not taken weighting machine. In this regarding I have given complaint many times in customer care but they have not given me any satisfactory solution. My complaint no. is 1750810 on dated 8.1.2015 and second is 1807285 on dated 21.1.2015. Every time when I have called at customer care they told me that they are forwarding my complaint at higher priority and when I have called after giving the complete time they told me that my complaint is under process. If I want to new complaint at this they can do. Last time I have called Pooja, Agent on dated 26.2.2015 at 3.30 pm she assured me that my complaint will be resolved in 48 hours. Every time I am receiving time and date regarding my complaint and not finding any solution. Hoker and Gas agency is taking profit of it and giving me without seal cylinder. I want to say that in future I can take any harm from it. I am suffering two type losses from it 1. gas is stealing by hoker and I can take any harm from without seal cylinder.

I had booked my indane LPG refill on 7/2/2015 vide booking No 571009. The refill has not been delivered yet. There is no response on phone. Last month also the same thing happened. After lots of follow up the refill was delivered. My Consumer No. is 41298. The distributor is Jai Jawan Gas Service, Palam Extension, near Dwarka, New Delhi

We are having indane gas connection Registration No.D10596.Our connection is stand transferred from Rajan Gas Agency, Anand to Dhaval Gas Agency, Chikhodara, Aanand.We have given all relevant papers to Dhaval Gas Agency Chikhodara, Anand to open our account and to supply the gas cylender as early as on 17.12.2014.Dhaval Gas Agency, on being contacted time and agains replied that theycould not get opened computisied accunts abd they are trying to restore the same.SSurat (Gujarat) Area, IOCL, is the concenred authority but no response is getting from them. I had surrendered my LPG cylinders and Regulator (against Consumer No. 33921), to M/s RR Enterprises, Vivek Nagar, Bangalore on 09.12.2014 & got connection transferred to Ambala City. While refunding the security deposit, RR Enterprises had recovered the advance DBTL subsidy. In Ambala City, I have taken LPG connection of Bharat Gas from the nearest located LPG distributor and this connection has been linked to my Aadhaar Number under...

I am Indane customer (Customer No: 47254) from banglore with Ananth gas agency as my distributor. I have booked for refill on 11-Feb through IVRS and my booking number 256853. On checking today, I get message that my booking is cancelled. Please look into this

I have a gas connection in Delhi 17820. Since I am presently out of Delhi I have been trying to register with Indane for Pahal online. When I try to log on, I get the message "account deactivated". I have tried all the helpline numbers many many times. If one gets through to someone at all, it then gets cut off before telling the problem. The online feedback form will not take my name etc. I cannot communicate with the dealer since I suspect they have been issuing cylinders on my number for the last few months since once or twice a month I receive a message that a cylinder has been ordered/delivered even though I am myself out of Delhi and have made no such request. I do not have an Aadhar card. Please tell me how to get through to Indane and get my online account activated and so that I may enter my bank details and avail of PAHAL.
