Sir, This is regarding complaint of distibuter P C Gas services who is not giving services and delivery of cylinders on time, not even pick their land line and mobile phones of their outlet. we have booked cylinder two times on this month (04/02/2015) but till date they are not able to deliver cylinder on time

But in INDIAN GAS Customer CARD GAS Customer no 08637 my name is S.DEVI. when I visited to Distributer’s office of GAS Agency for this issues. He has told me rs.2450/- will be charged for name changed. And also he has taken by me… Sir when I call to Indian GAS Customer care he told me rs.50/- only charged for name change. Then why distributer taken rs.2450/- to me.. Requested to you that please help me about this issues and refund rs.2450/- ASAP…. NAME: SANGITA TIWARI Customer no 08637 Mob:- [protected]

      My consumer no.27595 in the name of Deepak Kumar. I booked for refilling on 2nd Feb 2015 booking no. 454539. Cash memo was generated on 11th feb 2015. cash memo no. [protected]. But still now it is not delivered. My Indane distributor is C.Lal & Son's Gas Agency, Kashmiri Gate, New Delhi. When i call to their no. they don't response properly. I went to their office on 19th Feb & I was informed it would be delivered on the same day but not delivered. When I am calling them they are giving assurance it would be delivered on that day but false commitment. I have only single cylinder & the previous cylinder is empty & we are not able to cook food & bringing food from outside & it is very difficult for us to manage. It is a very worst experience. We are thinking to switch over to other LPG provider. Please take action.

        Sir, I am a subscriber of L.P.G. connection from Sandhan Gas / Chatri Bari/ Guwahati Ph no[protected], 2601358 services against consumer no CX5436581. I am informing you that I have received my LPG cylinder last on[protected] and subsequently I have booked another cylinder on[protected] and against this booking generated the cash memo no-[protected] for booking no-[protected] on[protected] but I am yet to be received the same. Moreover I would like to inform you that such type of delay happening with me against my every booking/delivery and for that I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to deliver my cylinder by 24th of Feb'15 positively as it''s too late.           I am the customer of indane gas, my consumer id is cx5096239. after booking never get in proper time. This time booked on 22.01.2015 not yet got. if i ask to delivery person he will be telling you have to buy in black. this is happening couple of yrs with me., office do not give any proper answer. it is a big blackmarket chain.Office did not link my dbtl form. also complained in caustomercare number but no use at all.thre months gap I book cylinder but not get properly please take necessary action this matter so that i can get cylinder immediately. ditributor--- perfect indane, barasat, hathkhola, kolkata 124.west bengal.

            My Indane consumer No is OP39372. I booked for refill on 05.02.2015 but have not been delivered on 20.02.15 date. I on 19.02.15 visited OP Agency. The person on the window advised that booking has been cancelled but reason of cancellation not advised. I then contacted the person in the name of Sahid and he advised such query has to be dealt by front window. Mr. Sahid very reluctantly advised that my account was not linked with the Bank then. When further requested when it was linked his reply was curt and rude that he is not prepared to reveal more than that, that he has to daily deal with 400 customers . He further advised angrily that I should meet the owner, who he advised is available at 2 P.M. The behavior of the person on earlier occasions has also been rude. The Petroleum Ministry in advertisements has been advising that either provide AAdhar Card and Bank detail to the dealer or link through Bank, nowhere it has been advised that not doing so will entitle cancellation of booking. Moreover about 6 months back, I had given copy of Aadhar and Bank Account details to the dealer. Pl advised whether cancellation of booking was as per policy of Indane and that too without advising the customer. It is being advertised that delivery person will accompany with weighing scale but no person of this Agency has ever brought weighing instrument. I have returned most of the time Refill, which were under-weight. The Petroleum Ministry says that delivery of refill will be delivered the next day but I have been delivered generally after more than a week. J B Goel D-258 Nirman Vihar Delhi-92

              Dear sir as they have asked for submit the bank detail of my bank at the first itself I have submitted, again they asked for the bank pass book Xerox copy k again I have submitted, then after few days a call from my distributor to submit the Xerox of my bank pass book i went and asked to my agency they said u have to give the Xerox even if we ask for 20 times then i asked them what have happened to my old Xerox then they said dont talk too much or i will cancel your connection my agency name is s.e.muthu gas agency in velachery and my consumer no 1221

                My consumer no. cx5360824 in the name of my wife Ilina Pal. I booked for refilling on 5th Feb 2015 booking no. [protected]. Cash memo was generated on 11th feb 2015. cash memo no.                   the consumer no. is 02925 with Alok Gas Agency, Model Town Delhi-110009. The cyclinder was got booked on 25.1.15. today I enquired from customer care and it was informed that the cash memo generated no. was [protected] but the same is yet to be delivered at ours. Further it has been informed that gas booked upto 29.1.15 have already been delivered Please look into the matter so that I can reveive the cylinder to avoid any inconveninece.                     Sir, Last month I went to BP Agencies Trivandrum (Dealers of Indane Gas) for applying for a new connection. Eventough it is mentioned there that New connections will be across the counter they asked me to come only after 1 week. Due to some personal issues I couldn't visit agency till last Saturday. Last Saturday When I visited They told me that for every new connection it is mandatory to buy a Gas Stove from them. As I was in urgent need I asked them that you have shown here that its not mandatory to buy one. The reply was hilarious "They are asked us to sell these items too. So you must buy stove for new connection" and at last I agreed for the same. Then they asked me to pay Rs 4957/- for the same (I applied for 2 cylinders and they were issueing only 1) including those Stove, Lighter, Pipe and deposit and I paid. But as the are not ready to give invoices for those accessories I refused to buy and called IOC toll free no and as per their direction I given my phone to the Manager and after their conversation, Manager told me that the technician will come and verify the stove on Monday and after the same they will issue the cylinder. Yet now on Monday the 23rd of Feb 2015 I havent got any call from the Agencyregarding the same and they were not collected inspection fee as prescribed in the site. So its my request to you that please do the needful to issue 2 cylinders to me at the earliest possible. Else please guide me to what all the procedure I should take for getting new connection.                       my consumer no is 01766 of m/s swagat gas service muzaffar nagar. IFSC code shown in your system is PUNB0244200 INSTEAD OF PUNB0033300. As a result of it subsidy is not being credited since las two bookings on[protected] and[protected] respectively.                               My self, Mrinmoy chattopadhyay(con no-cx[protected] booked refill cylinder on almost 1 month ago but till now I do not received any cylinder.I asked several time to the distributor and they replied me it would deliver in the next week.on 17.02.2015, Distributor give me the number of delivery boy and also confirm me cylinder delivered on that day.After that I called the delivery boy (Mr Ram-[protected]) and he replied me cylinder delivered with in 2 hours.But it is almost 3 days over no cylinder received by me.on 21.02.2015, I again went to the distributor office for getting update and meet their manager he also confirm me that cylinder will deliver by today but till now I do not received nothing.my details given below Con no-CX10531092 Distributor name-Dumdum gas supply agency. Let me know is going any business with my cylinder.Request you kindly resolve the problem.

                                Hi... My consumer no is 09823 and my customer id is [protected]. Distributor name is Munikrupa Gas Agency. This is to bring in to notice that every time I received the gas bottle is not adequately sealed, if i am asking to the delivery boy then he is starting misbehaving and not respond to my question at all.Aditionally he never comes with the weighing machine and if i ask him to bring it then that weighing machine is also not proper..without hanging the bottle it shows some positive weight... when i ask the delivery boy regarding his details he streight away refuse to give his details...This is continuously going on for more than last six months...now i am totally tired... additionally please let me know that shall i receive unloked bottle or lekage bottle...if it occurs with the blast then who will be responsible. ...please you must answer my question... i am requesting you to please look in to this metter and take strict actions against that delivery boy...

                                  I am indane, s lPG customer at Chennai (TN) having consumer no.35628 in the name of Chandrasekar A. My LPG distibutor is SABHA INDANE GAS SERVICE. I booked cylinder on 3 rd FEB booking no.802917cashmemo ([protected]) generated on 06/02/2015. I received SMS from indane on 6th feb that your cylinder has delivered. when I go to at my distibutor they said we cant able to deliver the cylinder they asking me to take cylinder from the go down its nearly 15 km from my place and also they using abusing words, immediately i have reached IOC customer care on 19 th FEB and talk with PADMAVATHI Distibutor Head she committed the cylinder will deliver on 20 th FEB . But still its not yet delivered . Kindly take necessary action against the distributor they not giving proper response to the customer they using local abused language in front of the customer & deliver my cylinder shortly...

                                    I am indane, s lPG customer at Bah Agra UP having consumer no.6056 in the name of rajeev kumar . My LPG distibutor is RAJU INDANE GAS SERVICE. I booked cylinder on 29th jan booking no.261369 cashmemo ([protected]) generated on 08/02/2015. I recieved SMS from indane on 8th feb that your cylinder has deliverd. when I go to at my distibutor off they told me your booking have cancelled & his behaviour is very poor so pl take necessery action against my distibutor &deliver my cylinder shortly.

                                      Dear Sir I have booked my LPG Cylinder by SMS on 09.01.2015, Booking No. 770201. I had already been received SMS on 18.02.2015 wherein stated cash memo [protected] generated for booking No.770201, shall be delivered shortly. However till date I have not received the Gas Cylinder from Sneha Gas Service, someone refil cylinder through booking and using my mobail number.i got msg. It is requested to you kindly take strick action and help me to get the cylinder at the earliest.                                         Dir Sir, I am Amitabh Chandra Sharma from Sukhbir Nagar, Karala, Delhi, Consumer No."S26460". I booked a refill on 4th of this month, i.e., 4th Feb, 2015, but still my gas agency, which is Shilpa Gas Services", has not delivered the Gas cylinder yet. I am facing a lot of problems and trouble in cooking food for my family. Whenever I call them or talk to them directly they are just saying 2 days more or 3 days more. Kindly do the needful.
