I am residen tof vatwa ahmedabad. I had booked my refill cylinder of Indian gas. from Indian gas agency Ambica gas service . isanpur ahmedabad. my consumer no 0s 11064137. my booking refill cylinder no is 549011. I booked on 6/02/2015. But till date. I have not yet recived my refill cylinder. Pls let me know what to do. How far will i have to wait. Ambica gas service in Insanpur is very very poor.

I AM HAVING A GAS CONNECTION NO.444237 WITH GURUDATTA GAS AGENCY SITUATED AT GREEN HILLS COLONY, KOTHAPET, HYDERABAD. I HAVE BOOKED FOR REFILL OF GAS CYLINDER ABOUT 10 DAYS BACK AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFILL TILL DATA. ON ENQUIRY FROM THE GAS AGENCY YESTERDAY I.E., 19.02.2015, THEY HAVE INFORMED THAT THERE IS SHORTAGE OF DELIVERY BOYS AS SUCH, THE REFILL WILL BE SENT TODAY I.E., 20.02.2015. TODAY, AFTER TRYING FOR THE ABOVE AGENCYFOR ABOUT AN HOUR OR SO, I GOT A RESPONSE FROM THEM "THAT THE REFILL HAS ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED ON 16.02.2015. THE LADY WHO IS TAKING THE CALLS IS REFUSING TO GIVE HER NAME, SINCE BOTH THE INFORMATION HAS BEEN PASSED TO ME BY HER ONLY. AS CAN BEEN SEEN FROM THE ABOVE, I THINK MISCHIEF IS BEING PLAYED BY THE ABOVE GAS AGENCY. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM. PREVIOUSLY ALSO I HAD FACED THIS PROBLEM AND THEY DELIVERED A REFILL ONLY AFTER A LOT OF PERSUASION TO THE ABOVE GAS AGENCY. THERE ARE OTHER CUSTOMERS ALSO WHO ARE FACING THIS KIND OF PROBLEMS. IF YOU DO NOT TAKE ANY ACTION NOW ALSO, YOUR GOODWILL WILL BE SPOILT IN THE MARKET BECAUSE OF THIS GAS AGENCY. I, THEREFORE, REQUEST YOUR GOOD OFFICE TO KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THIS GAS AGENCY AND PERSUADE THEM TO IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Phone:[protected] Address: Aligarh Road - 202390-Landmark: Near Aligarh Bus Stand, I always book gas by telephonically call but i always received cylinder by agency up to 20 days i again and again facing kind of this problems with this agency and always his landline phone number not work for customer inquiry. So now i requesting to you please take action against his working and cheating misbehavior with customers.

Sir, I am consumer of domestic gas cylinder registered under Freedom Gas Agency Loni, Gzbd (UP) vide Registration No. 4464369. I booked on line gas cylinder dt. 12.02.2015 and take delivery from its go down because there is no provision home delivery. I booked for Refill on[protected]. I got SMS fromIA-Indane on[protected], saying Cash Memo generated for BookingNo.347228 and Refill will be delivered shortly. My Customer No. is 31896. My family is always available in our House. But Refill has not been delivered so far ?.

I used to stay at Moolchand Hosp Officers Flats and your customer. My Consumer number was JB 28428A . Dealer is JagJyoti Enterprise ( Code 9107204 ) at Dayanand Colony, Lajpat Nagar -4, Delhi. Since Dec 2013, I have not taken any cooking gas cylinder from you. But strangely since last few weeks I am getting sms that some one is withdrawing cylinders form my account. No information yet. and second Booking on 17.02.2015, Ref: no 901115.Still no information .This is not the first time every time same kind of dirty and poor service I am receiving. Even when I enquiry in Call center for the status I got revert that booking cancelled from company side. Such a useless service. Even Agency don't bother to receive phone continuous we called but not a single time they receive. Please check in your system. Sir, my LPG ID is[protected], in SARNI INDIAN GRAMIN VITRAK in U.P. and I join DBTL by submit my Aadhaar number to distributer and bank in South Indian bank. But there are some problems in my account and my account is closed and I take massage to reactive my Aadhaar in bank. So I request you to join my another account to DBTL and I submit my Aadhaar number[protected]already. and my account details is following Indian Overseas...

I have already submited my aadhar details to the bank and the distributor. After i submited it, I booked a cylinder. Its delivered on 13.feb 2015. but the subsidy amount is not credited.when its credited to my account. Now its one week finished, i received the cylinder. I need the solution to get my subsidy amount.

Booking Done n confirmed from Indian on 06/Feb/2015 with booking number 275597 but till now cylinder not delivered and this is not the first time every time same kind of dirty and poor service I am receiving. Hi, I am not the your customer, but I don't know why I am getting the SMS related to cylander has been delivered and cash memo no. Someone wrongly registered my mobile no. Please remove my no from your database. I will complain it to try if I will get SMS in future. I am Amrutlal panchal from Vadodara.I have Indane gas connection for the last 16 years. every time, i am facing extremely difficult situation for getting the cylinders. The rule with Indane is we are not supposed to book the cylinder before 20 days from the last arrival of the cylinder + after the new booking the cylinder arrives after 15 to 25 days from the booking. Every time my cylinder empties before the new cylinder arrives and every time i have beg to with our neighbours. This is a terrible situation we have been subjected to by the bad rules by the Indane company. I can not understand this ugly rule because of which we are facing a big problem in getting our cylinder in time. Can anybody in Indane start thinking genuinely and help resolve our problem. My gas agency in baroda name: central cons. co-op society ltd, mandvi, Vadodara area. My Indane consumer no. is A-51283 last time i get cylinder after 25 days of booking... so pls do help...

STATUS Cylinder is not received yet & no information yet. and second Booking on 18.02.2015, Ref: no is R[protected] SATUS : REJECTED My i know the reason of delay and rejected.

Dear Sir My LPG subsidy is not credited in my bank accont of 2 months jan and feb.my costumer no.6706 and name is Sharda Devi.My mother is going 2 times in cactus lily enterprises but no result found.
