We're Indane's LPG customers in Mayur Vihar Phase 1 extension, Delhi. Consumer number 09429 registered in the name P Venugopal. Our LPG dealer is Tanushree Gas Service. We booked an LPG cylinder on Feb. 5. It's Feb. 21 today and we haven't yet received delivery of the cylinder.

    My Indane consumer number is 09732. I have booked my cylinder on 12 Febuary 2015. My Refill booking number is 501652. Normally cylinder delivers in within 2 days max. but this time it has already become too late and i have not recieved my cylinder. Last cylinder is about to finish, may be it will be over today only, then whole cooking system will be effected. I have tried calling customer care and other relevant numbers to get the cylinder but no action has been taken yet. Please provide a cylinder as soon as possible on above mentioned booking number.

      This crusade for getting a legitimate gas connection from Agnihotri Gas Agency I have been trying to get a LPG Gas connection, but that seems to be not less than an Army mission. I had applied for the LPG connection on 7th February, 15 but because I didn’t want to buy a gas stove from the agency, as I already have one I was ORDERED to come & check next week. My next visit, I was asked to pay Rs. 250 cash to the agency, for getting my existing gas stove checked. I paid for it, but was surprised to know that I’ll not get a receipt against it. The person began to get rude when I asked for a reason. I withdrew to save myself from being embarrassed in front of other people. I was summoned after 2 days. Next visit was on 11 Feb, 15. I went there taking a leave from my office, fearing that weather I’ll be able to I’ll be able to get my gas connection respectfully. The gentleman at the desk took me to a nearby tea stall, and explained me that gas connections are available, but the delay was because of my arrogance. “MY ARROGANCE” but when did I …. He explained that don’t be adamant, and it is not possible to get a gas connection without bribing them by buying the over-priced stove from them. When he saw that I want to be idealistic, he went back & I was asked to pay another visit after 3 days. My next visit was on today, and the inspection guy did not come. When I inquired, I was asked to follow up with him. My gas connection is now not dependent on the date of application, but on the inspection person. Since one week now I have been trying to get in touch with Renuka Shukla, the area manager for Noida, but am not able to get in touch with her, nor am I getting any response from any of the complaint numbers. Because of this, I’m thinking it’s better to take a LPG cylinder in black, which I’m getting for a higher price, but it will save me from all this crusade. Please suggest if you have any suggestions.

        My consumer number is 27588 and I have booked an cylinder on 7th of Feb. People have started receiving cylinder booked after 7th Feb, but I haven't. As a justification to the I have been told by the distributor that I can get a cylinder since I haven't linked my account with Adahar or bank yet. This is an complete insult as to my knowledge as of now there is no such rule from Govt. of India that a individual can't receive a cylinder in absence of Adhar or Bank Account or no such rule to prioritized the distribution of cylinder based on the availability of Adahr or Bank Account. I am not sure the how Indian Govt or Indane can author the distributor to make such remarks. As a citizen of this country I understand my responsibility and will link my bank account. But this kind of decision or statement by a distributor is completely against the law. I would like to know the authenticity of the rule also would like to take Indane the appropriate step so that I can receive my due cylinder

            Purchased Rs.2000/- Petrol from M/S KOMAL & BROS. INDIAN OIL DEALERS PLOT NO.10, COMMUNITY CENTRE, MANDAWALI FAZALPUR, PARPARGANJ DELHI on[protected] through ICICI Bank Credit card 4xxxxxx3001. They swapped my credit card two times however only one slip was given to me. After I got two messages from credit card company I came to know this. Please reverse the wrong entry and return my Rs.2000/-.

              I am Deepak Kumar bearing Indane LPG Customer No- 93654, subscription no- [protected] and LPG ID[protected]. My Indane Gas distributor name is Gajanana Enterprises, #30B, 16th Main Road, 4th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore-560034, Karnataka. I booked the cylinder on 23rd Jan 2015 using IVRS, with booking reference no- 315035 and generated cash memo- [protected]. The subsidy amount of Rs. 568.00 has been credited in Aadhar card linked bank account. But the cylinder has not been delivered till date. I tried to contact the distributor office but no action has been taken yet. Please do the needful.

                Dear Sir, We have a connection with KASNA INDANE GAS SERVICE at Greater Noida. Our consumer number is 30619. We are not happy with the service and therefore would like to bring the following to your notice. After booking the gas there is total uncertainty on its delivery. In spite of visiting the agency we are not sure when it will be delivered. It takes even one month between booking and delivery. If by chance we are not at home the booking gets cancelled. It happened on[protected]. If we know the tentative delivery time, we can wait; waiting for the gas indefinitely is not logical. Something can be done to improve the situation. This time the booking on our consumer number 30619 was registered with reference number 500327 dated[protected]. Cash memo number [protected] was generated vide SMS dated[protected]. The gas is still not delivered. Since 6th Feb we are waiting at home with the fear that if it is missed the booking will get cancelled. We are visiting the agency every alternate day to get a correct picture of delivery but get a unsatisfactory reply from the customer care desk. The standard reply from the customer care desk is that "the cash memo is given to godown and deliver boy and we have no control on delivery date."                       Dear Sir In this town, the Gas agent and Delivery Boys having lot of adjustment with all hotels and others they will make money and percentage will giving to distributors. because they will sell the cylinder which "we booked", and again they will said, "Book Once Again" for cylinders. already we lost 20 to 25 days, again they will give next month booked cylinder later, like this they are cheating the people here.we don't know which month cylinder that!!! Also any quires we will call, they are not pickup the phone, if we gone there they will say your online mistakes and etc; plz. take our feedback and analize the problem which we facing the problems often especially in this particular agency. Again i received a new ref.no[protected] on 4th feb'15 against the same booking. On 15th feb i gat the msg that cashmemo generated no. [protected] but till today gas has not been delivered to me. plz. look in to the matter as more than one half month passed

                          I am a consumer of Indane gas from Sambalpur, Odisha under LIPI Gas Services and my consumer no is 213302. I have booked for a refill cylinder on Dt 09.01.2015 and also I have received a message from IK-INDANE on Dt 21.01.2015, stating that, my cash memo no is [protected] and it will be delivered shortly. But as on 21.02.2015 I have not received the refill cylinder. I have already lodged a complaint on ONGC help line with comp no 1871356, but it is really frustating that no body is responding or acting on the issue.

                            I have been using LPG Indane since 2010. Everything was perfect. Last year after the delivery of cylinder we could smell the gas. Our consumption is only 4 cylinders per year. As such after the delivery of the cylinder we will keep it for at least for 2 months before use. We requested our agencies to check the cylinder and they assured it is fine. At least 4 times we would have called the agency. Ultimately when the smell was unbearable we requested them to check the cylinder and we found more than half the capacity of the cylinder has evaporated. Hence we decided to book for cylinder 2 months after the cylinder is empty. As such in December 2014 the cylinder was consumed. We booked and got the cylinder delivered yesterday 20th February. Again the same problem. We can sense the leakage of gas. Again we have to call our agency several times for replacement. I think Indane gas filling section should take sufficient precaution prior to sending them for delivery. Agency cannot do anything in this issue.                               Sir, I am Motilal Manikchand Jain, a 67 year old senior citizen, having very trouble from Belgaum (karnataka) area Office. Due to my personal problem, i was staying In Bangalore for HEALTH ISSUES, meanwhile my gas connection was disconnected . Now i came back to my native place and On January 20 2015, i have submitted all my documents to Belgaum Area office ( Ph : [protected]) for activation of my connection .Calling from 1 month still connection not activated . YOU CAN NOT TROUBLE/HARASS A SENIOR CITIZEN AT THIS AGE. We agree that we had not used for some time ago, but YOU CAN SUPPORT YOUR CUSTOMERS when they come back.                                 Dear sir/madam I am indane gas customer with popular gas agency purnea, bihar since 23/4/14 but only once i hv got the home delivery facility, after the telephonic booking the delivery boy always return the memo to the agency they always deliver the cylinder to the illigel customer on the high price. So we the legal customer always facing the problem with getting the cylinder on time.after the returning of memo the booking been canceled from the agency side and we need to re-book the cylinder and wait for the long so please do the needful action against the irregular delivery process as soon as possible.                                     Gas booked on 31.12.14 is not delivered till date. This is not the first time its happening. The last gas we received is in the month of Nov'14. so far we have booked twice after that. Due to some reasons our booking got cancelled repeatedly on many occasions. When we called the customer care they reply stating that our booking was done only on 19th of Feb'15 whereas we have booked on 31.12.15 itself.                                       Dear sir / Madam, I am using indent gas service since 2007, My dealer – SAI SEWA ENTERPRISE, SOUTH DELHI, CONTACT NO -[protected]) since 1-2 years I am following that our service provider are provide lot of poor service . They not able to deliver cylinder in house. They charge Rs 20 extra for provide cylinder in House. They are not carrying any waiting machine. They are not changing cylinder if it have any lick age . They provide a lot a of delay service. In 19th January I am booked any cylinder (Booking No -630270) Till Not getting any cylinder. Several times I contacted him. He never picked phone any number. In 11th Feb He told me you have to book again. But he not able to discuss the reason of booking. In 11th Feb again I am booking (Booking no-646927) till now I am not gating any cylinder. If I approach to sale in Black they are easily agreed for that. If it was happening in Delhi than can you imagine what happened in other rural part of India.                                         I had booked a refill on 30 dec and it was cancelled without any notice stating a server issue so I had to book another refill on 15 jan and till now, 20 feb I havent got a refill. I have already raised a complaint on 10 feb - 1876520 after lot of follow ups on the Indabe IVR, I have just got no reasonable response. The KK gas agencies people never pick up their calls. so finally After calling the area manager I was informed that KK Indane has decided not to deliver refills until the adhar documentation is not provided or I do not opt out of subsidy. My question is simply that is the agency allowed to force the consumers in this way to submit the documentation. I have enquired about all policies and laws from govt of India regarding this and there is no policy which states that the distributor can stop supplying refills if the adhar paper work is not provided. Neither can they threat the customers to opt out of subsidy. Why is KK Indane trying to justify its SLA breach by blaming it on the consumer Agencies: KK Indane enterprises
