I am Naresh Gupta, i have a indane gas Cunsumer no.CX9754256 and my address is A/203 2nd floor SpringwoodResidency, Behind Nand Bunglows, Old Padra Road, Vadodara. I have a complaint against that someone refil cylinderthrough booking every month and using my mobail number.i got msg every month onmobail no-[protected] but i didnt booked it.In Currunt month again i gotmsg for bokking 30/01/2015, Cunsumer no-203144 but ihave not booked anycylinder from mobail no-[protected], I got this msg evry month from last 3monthand i was try to complaint but it will not i want to know who use my mobailnumber for booking these cylinder, I Complaint in customer care but not getappropriate reply after 5 to 6 days continue fllowup they said that it wasbooked in Jalaram Gas Agency but address or Contact no not provide. I want that only when booking is done though my no. is onlyrefill otherwise not.My registerd mobail no is -[protected] & MyConsumer no-CX9754256, Gas agency name & address as given as below Agency Name-Shreenrusinh krupa gas agency, Address :- A-1, Akshardham appartment, near Akota Garden, BPC road, Baroda-390020
I booked complaint on 19 th feb'15 for misuse of my mobail no-[protected] for booking gas cylinder. I contact to indane customer care but its worthless.
In current month again booked gas cylinder cash memo no-[protected] & Booking No - [protected] .
Now i will not responsible to any consequence in last.
I requested again please block my no for registration of gas cylinder.

        Technical complaint- consumer no.[protected]. Sir, I have booked a refill cylinder on 10.01.15(booking no.447860) and delivery was received on 05.02.15 cash memo no.[protected] and delivery message was received on 05.02.15. But I am not able to book the new refill as the system says that the booking of 10.01.15 already exists. Several times I have taken up the matter with the agency and made complaint to Indane through online many times. But still the issue is not solved. Since this is a technical issue request your involvement to remove the existing booking, so that I can book the new refill.

              I have linked my Aadhaar Card Number :[protected] with my UCO Bank A/C. Number :[protected] of B T Road Branch but DBTL is being credited to my another Bank A/C Number :[protected] of Corporation Bank, Sinthee More Branch which is not at all linked with my Aadhaar Number. So my DBTL facilities or subsidy facilities are being credited to the A/C. Number Number of Corporation Bank. I hope this DBTL facilities are to be credited to my UCO Bank A/C Number of the said branch. This is my earnest request to you to do the needful at your earliest possible opportunities.                 my connection no is 01766 of m/s swagat gas service muzaffar nagar ( u p ). i booked a cylinder on[protected] which was delivered on[protected] but its susidy has not been received in the account so far due to wrong IFSC code. the correct code is PUNB0033300 WHEREAS SENDER HAS USED PUNB0244200.                       I sri Girish kumar digal, Qrs no-1R/70, Road -6, Unit-9, Bhubaneswar, Odisha hv applied for new gas connection during the month october 2014 and my relevant documents hv also verified by noble indane, Rasulgarh Bhubaneswar odisha distribitor and thereafter all requisite documents hv been uploaded by distributor in central server for new connection.but central server not provided consumer number infavour of me . sir why am deprived to get new connection. Wht is the problem it is a technical error or something else ??? Plz short out the issue.early reply is highly soliciated.
                      I sri girish kumar digal, Qrsno-1R/70, road-6, unit-9, Bhubaneswar, odisha hv applied for new gas connection during october 2014and my all the requsite document hv been verified by the noble indane gas distributor, Rasulgarh Bhubaneswar Odisha and documents hv been uploaded on central server by distributor for issue of new gas connection but till date no confirmation has been received despite of two / three attempts.sir why am deprived to get new connection .wht is the problem, it is a technical error or something else. Sir plz let me know reason why am deprived and when i will get my new connection. Early reply is highly solicited.

                          As i am a consumer of indane gas agency-uddipak indane, padampur, bargarh, odisha, having consumer id-1077 applied for transfer my connection to nilachakra gas agency, boudh, odisha. Uddipak gas agency transfered my a/c to nilachakra gas agency through "ttv" mode whose validation period is one month. As per nilackakra gas agency i submitted all relevant documents along with new affidafit on dt-25/12/2014. As they have no knowledge about ttv they kept pending my doc/kyc without updating and at last returned my documents on 10/02/2015 and said your will not be done at our end.It was transfer on 10/12/2014.So my complaint is why i will be sufferer because of their lack of knowledge. As i am an employee of psu have no time to run here and there everytime.My family is suffering a lot .Wh they didn't tell me before about this that this beyond their knowledge ?

                          Kindly see this matter urgent otherwise i will proceed legal action.

                            Reference our complaint no 1878356 and 1884871, and 1899557 online Gas cylinder booking dated 31.01.2015 but not receive gas cylinder, I am many time mail and by phone contact your but not response your side or not distributor side, why delay gas delivery what is problem please conform, I am many time gas booking gas through online details attached, but not facing any problem, but this time why problem create your side, matter is very serious please solve matter as soon possible, not possible please conform than I filed RTI .

                              I book my gas on 06/01/15 for consumer no cx8511652 of halisahar gas sevice, 24 parganas(N), W.B
                              my booking no -[protected].cash memo ([protected]) generation SMS received on 11/02/15. since then i have visited gas distributor office twice but they told me cylinder shall be delivered shortly.but till now no cylider is delivered.

                                    dear sir / madam i am regular customer of indan gas . my customer no is 32623 . my agency name is ponni co op super market, salem district, tamilnadu state now a days i am facing this problem last 6 month i booked my refill on 2.2.15 via sms . till date gas not delivered . agency person say gas will delivered only 15 days from date of booking and also rebooking of gas after 30 days from the date of delivery. one booking to another booking it will take 45 to 50 days .how it is possible. please solve this problem kindly do needful thanks selvaraj

                                      We are facing a several problems by the distributor, like
                                      1.Very poor gas service by the distributor. Booked a gas nearly a month
                                      ago(02 feb, 2015) but not received yet till now.
                                      2.When we call the branch office( chandbarh bhopal branch, ph no : [protected])
                                      at office hour for the delivery status, they even do not receive the
                                      call. We try repeatedly but yet they don't receive the call.

                                      Please look into this. Online booking system..
