As i am a consumer of indane gas agency-uddipak indane, padampur, bargarh, odisha, having consumer id-1077 applied for transfer my connection to nilachakra gas agency, boudh, odisha. Uddipak gas agency transfered my a/c to nilachakra gas agency through "ttv" mode whose validation period is one month. As per nilackakra gas agency i submitted all relevant documents along with new affidafit on dt-25/12/2014. As they have no knowledge about ttv they kept pending my doc/kyc without updating and at last returned my documents on 10/02/2015 and said your will not be done at our end.It was transfer on 10/12/2014.So my complaint is why i will be sufferer because of their lack of knowledge. As i am an employee of psu have no time to run here and there everytime.My family is suffering a lot .Wh they didn't tell me before about this that this beyond their knowledge ?

Kindly see this matter urgent otherwise i will proceed legal action.

    Reference our complaint no 1878356 and 1884871, and 1899557 online Gas cylinder booking dated 31.01.2015 but not receive gas cylinder, I am many time mail and by phone contact your but not response your side or not distributor side, why delay gas delivery what is problem please conform, I am many time gas booking gas through online details attached, but not facing any problem, but this time why problem create your side, matter is very serious please solve matter as soon possible, not possible please conform than I filed RTI .

      I book my gas on 06/01/15 for consumer no cx8511652 of halisahar gas sevice, 24 parganas(N), W.B
      my booking no -[protected].cash memo ([protected]) generation SMS received on 11/02/15. since then i have visited gas distributor office twice but they told me cylinder shall be delivered shortly.but till now no cylider is delivered.

          Dear Sir, I am booking my cylinder as on 28/01/2015 vide ref. no-565591, after 2 week I am enquiry the gas agency about delivery of my cylinder, the agency told me that your booking has been cancelled. Than I am again booked my cylinder as on 14/2/2015 vide ref. no-571508 7 cm. generated no.-[protected].But till date i am not received my cylinder.             dear sir / madam i am regular customer of indan gas . my customer no is 32623 . my agency name is ponni co op super market, salem district, tamilnadu state now a days i am facing this problem last 6 month i booked my refill on 2.2.15 via sms . till date gas not delivered . agency person say gas will delivered only 15 days from date of booking and also rebooking of gas after 30 days from the date of delivery. one booking to another booking it will take 45 to 50 days .how it is possible. please solve this problem kindly do needful thanks selvaraj

              We are facing a several problems by the distributor, like
              1.Very poor gas service by the distributor. Booked a gas nearly a month
              ago(02 feb, 2015) but not received yet till now.
              2.When we call the branch office( chandbarh bhopal branch, ph no : [protected])
              at office hour for the delivery status, they even do not receive the
              call. We try repeatedly but yet they don't receive the call.

                  Dear Sir, My consumer no. is 13064 at Gorakhpur (U.P.) with your distributor KALINDI GAS SERVICE, Buxipur. My last refill was supplied on 07/012/2015 and i have booked for next refill on 28/01/2015, i.e., after expiry of 21 days. Cash memo number [protected] was generated on 06/02/2015. After this I have sent reminders on the personal mobile no. f Mr. Pallav, supposed to be the owner but all in vein. Today on enquiry again, I have been informed by the distributor that cash memo issued by the company is "FORGED" and our system is not showing any such cash memo number. now your cash memo shall be generated only after 3 days and supply shall be made only on or after 25th February, 2015 i.e., after 50 days of last supply is made. Please advice me what to do. Shall we reduce our eating habits or shall go on fast at home or otherwise. ragards, CA. ashok Sureka

                    If you have a Indian Oil gas connection, just to go to INDIAN OIL website (https://www.iocl.com) then go to contact us and choose LPG Distributor under LPG/SKO drop down, and write your grievance to Area Manager first.

                    Hope you must get your issue addressed for sure. If still not go to http://pgportal.gov.in/ and register your complaint.

I have told local services but he has deny for short out this problem plz short out this problem as soon as be possible.                             Years. I booked my lpg refill on 4 feb. 2015, till date lpg gas cylinder not delivered. As i have only one . Cylinder,

                            Without gas my family is suffering a lot. The gas cylider delivered earlier on jan 14, was not compeletly filled.

                            When requested the delivery man, he said "lena ho to lo nahi mat lo " he never delivere complete filled gas . He

                            Has manually tempered lpg gas scale .So, it doesn't work, he demands rs. 900/- to sell lpg cylinder in black

                              My Indane Distributer is Baranagar Gas Service, 44/51, B.T.Rd., Kolkata - 700 050, West Bengal having its Distributer Code 140376. I have booked LPG cylinder (vide booking no.704054 dated 15.01.15) against which cash memo generated vide no.[protected] dated 14.02.15 just one month later from the date of booking. On the date of 16.02.15, a message came to me to my designated mobile no.([protected]) that the desired cylinder has already been delivered against the same cash memo as above, but actually as a bonafide consumer, no cylinder has been delivered to me.Similar incident occurred prior to this, i.e., approx 3 months earlier. As soon as I informed the matter to my Indane Distributer as above mentioned, they left a deaf ear to my complaint. The gas delivery boy (named Bhola)used to sell such booked cylinder in the open market in higher rate and moreover when they actually come to the door of the consumer used to extract forcible money in excess of the actual price of the cylinder.This habits are going on under the umbrella of the registered gas service as mentioned.
                              Please look into the matter and resolved this asap.

                                i am Ramessh Kumar from f-1/11A. I have booked my cylinder on 7th Feb. but till now(13th march) i have not got my cylinder delivered. Many a times this happen and the person does not gives me the slip of gas.my booking no. is 542175.my zone is north west and the gas service is goodwill which is located in F-3/446 Sultanpuri Delhi 110086
                                jatin gas service of indane gas provider is very irregular to provide the cylinders to coustmers.
                                they provide the cylinders after 10-20days after the booking date.
                                there service providers never receive the phone calls.
                                my booking date is 16/03/2015 but till now i will not get my cylinder.my consumer no. is cx8521548 and ref no. is 519641.
                                my consumer no is 18998, we have booked our cylinder on march 10th and till now the agency did'nt supply cylinders. if this continues, we'll be forced to portal the connection to some other company

                                  respected sir i am indane gas consumer in navi mumbai my consumer number is DX11836. name of dealer is" atharva gas agency" in sanpada, navi mumbai. dealer phone no is[protected]/66. i have booked cylinder on 26 jan 2015 after that i have given deatils of bank on 8 feb 2015. after completing all formalities related to bank details one person in agency had told me that cylinder will be delivered within 3days. but after passing 10 days cyliner not delivered to my home. when i tried to call to the agency on their landline number nobody even picking up the phone. i tried hundred of time to called but no reply.after that i have sent sms regarding this issue and delayed of getting cylinder on the mobile number of authorised person but he also not giving proper reply. also i would like to say that this agency is proving day by day bad service and not satisfactory service to their customer. every month i m facing this problem.competent authority should look into the matter to take appropriate action so that no consumer in future will face problem like i am facing. this is my humble request to take appropriate action against such dealer thaking, c m dhakite mob no [protected]/[protected]

                                      Dear SIR / MADAM,


                                      My name is ANUJ PATHANIA and my customer number is :CX1215732, and on 03-Feb-2015, i booked my LPG refill, registered with ref. no. 444031. Till date i didn't received my LPG refill, and today on 17-Feb-2105 i visited distributor's office, to check the whereabouts, but there i saw number of people, also enquiring about the same (refill delivery). When i asked him, he answered the same thing and behaved the same way, as he was behaving with others (rude and manner-less). I was shocked and surprised too, when he threatened all by saying, do whatever you want to do, unless and until, you won't link your aadhaar and bank details, you won't get your refill deliveries (and he was saying these things with confidence, as he is President or Prime Minister). Please kindly, deliver my refill, since 09-Feb-2015, i am out of LPG, i am eating outside since then.


                                      It is/was declared that consumers get subsidised refill till 31-March-2015, so why is this happening, why am i suffering, i don't know what other people will do or what are they doing.


                                      I also checked with my neighbours, some are consumers of Bharat gas and some are consumers of Hindustan petroleum, they are timely and regularly getting their refills, without these kind of tension/suffering.


                                      My distributor is :JAGAN ENTERPRISES, Madangir, New Delhi-110062.


                                      Please, kindly, resolve this quickly.
