Dear SIR / MADAM,
My name is ANUJ PATHANIA and my customer number is :CX1215732, and on 03-Feb-2015, i booked my LPG refill, registered with ref. no. 444031. Till date i didn't received my LPG refill, and today on 17-Feb-2105 i visited distributor's office, to check the whereabouts, but there i saw number of people, also enquiring about the same (refill delivery). When i asked him, he answered the same thing and behaved the same way, as he was behaving with others (rude and manner-less). I was shocked and surprised too, when he threatened all by saying, do whatever you want to do, unless and until, you won't link your aadhaar and bank details, you won't get your refill deliveries (and he was saying these things with confidence, as he is President or Prime Minister). Please kindly, deliver my refill, since 09-Feb-2015, i am out of LPG, i am eating outside since then.
It is/was declared that consumers get subsidised refill till 31-March-2015, so why is this happening, why am i suffering, i don't know what other people will do or what are they doing.
I also checked with my neighbours, some are consumers of Bharat gas and some are consumers of Hindustan petroleum, they are timely and regularly getting their refills, without these kind of tension/suffering.
My distributor is :JAGAN ENTERPRISES, Madangir, New Delhi-110062.
Please, kindly, resolve this quickly.
