I am a consumer of Indane gas from Sambalpur, Odisha under LIPI Gas Services and my consumer no is 213302. I have booked for a refill cylinder on Dt 09.01.2015 and also I have received a message from IK-INDANE on Dt 21.01.2015, stating that, my cash memo no is [protected] and it will be delivered shortly. But as on 21.02.2015 I have not received the refill cylinder. I have already lodged a complaint on ONGC help line with comp no 1871356, but it is really frustating that no body is responding or acting on the issue.

    I have been using LPG Indane since 2010. Everything was perfect. Last year after the delivery of cylinder we could smell the gas. Our consumption is only 4 cylinders per year. As such after the delivery of the cylinder we will keep it for at least for 2 months before use. We requested our agencies to check the cylinder and they assured it is fine. At least 4 times we would have called the agency. Ultimately when the smell was unbearable we requested them to check the cylinder and we found more than half the capacity of the cylinder has evaporated. Hence we decided to book for cylinder 2 months after the cylinder is empty. As such in December 2014 the cylinder was consumed. We booked and got the cylinder delivered yesterday 20th February. Again the same problem. We can sense the leakage of gas. Again we have to call our agency several times for replacement. I think Indane gas filling section should take sufficient precaution prior to sending them for delivery. Agency cannot do anything in this issue. Since we often read about cylinder explosion we are very much worried. Kindly do the needful. My consumer number 32864. email: [protected]@gmail.com

      Sir, I am Motilal Manikchand Jain, a 67 year old senior citizen, having very trouble from Belgaum (karnataka) area Office. Due to my personal problem, i was staying In Bangalore for HEALTH ISSUES, meanwhile my gas connection was disconnected . Now i came back to my native place and On January 20 2015, i have submitted all my documents to Belgaum Area office ( Ph : [protected]) for activation of my connection .Calling from 1 month still connection not activated . YOU CAN NOT TROUBLE/HARASS A SENIOR CITIZEN AT THIS AGE. We agree that we had not used for some time ago, but YOU CAN SUPPORT YOUR CUSTOMERS when they come back. From Sindhanur delaer also not getting any update from Belgaum office. The concerned person - [protected] and [protected] are not giving any update to us .         Dear sir/madam I am indane gas customer with popular gas agency purnea, bihar since 23/4/14 but only once i hv got the home delivery facility, after the telephonic booking the delivery boy always return the memo to the agency they always deliver the cylinder to the illigel customer on the high price. So we the legal customer always facing the problem with getting the cylinder on time.after the returning of memo the booking been canceled from the agency side and we need to re-book the cylinder and wait for the long so please do the needful action against the irregular delivery process as soon as possible.             Gas booked on 31.12.14 is not delivered till date. This is not the first time its happening. The last gas we received is in the month of Nov'14. so far we have booked twice after that. Due to some reasons our booking got cancelled repeatedly on many occasions. When we called the customer care they reply stating that our booking was done only on 19th of Feb'15 whereas we have booked on 31.12.15 itself.               Dear sir / Madam, I am using indent gas service since 2007, My dealer – SAI SEWA ENTERPRISE, SOUTH DELHI, CONTACT NO -[protected]) since 1-2 years I am following that our service provider are provide lot of poor service . They not able to deliver cylinder in house. They charge Rs 20 extra for provide cylinder in House. They are not carrying any waiting machine. They are not changing cylinder if it have any lick age . They provide a lot a of delay service. In 19th January I am booked any cylinder (Booking No -630270) Till Not getting any cylinder. Several times I contacted him. He never picked phone any number. In 11th Feb He told me you have to book again. But he not able to discuss the reason of booking. In 11th Feb again I am booking (Booking no-646927) till now I am not gating any cylinder. If I approach to sale in Black they are easily agreed for that. If it was happening in Delhi than can you imagine what happened in other rural part of India.                 I had booked a refill on 30 dec and it was cancelled without any notice stating a server issue so I had to book another refill on 15 jan and till now, 20 feb I havent got a refill. I have already raised a complaint on 10 feb - 1876520 after lot of follow ups on the Indabe IVR, I have just got no reasonable response. The KK gas agencies people never pick up their calls. so finally After calling the area manager I was informed that KK Indane has decided not to deliver refills until the adhar documentation is not provided or I do not opt out of subsidy. My question is simply that is the agency allowed to force the consumers in this way to submit the documentation. I have enquired about all policies and laws from govt of India regarding this and there is no policy which states that the distributor can stop supplying refills if the adhar paper work is not provided. Neither can they threat the customers to opt out of subsidy. Why is KK Indane trying to justify its SLA breach by blaming it on the consumer Agencies: KK Indane enterprises

On[protected], I got second SMS from - Indane, saying…cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking with cash memo [protected]. My Customer No. is CX[protected]. My family is always available in our House. But Refill has not been delivered so far ?. Pls let me know what to do. How far will i have to wait? Plzz solve my problem as early as possible……

I have my aadhar nunmber linked to my account and also registered with the distributor online via https://rasf.uidai.gov.in/seeding/user/residentselfseedingpds.aspx. now i am running out of cylinder and need it on urgent basis. I have booked my gas on 27.01.2015 but till date i have not received the cylinder, When I checked my online profile I found that my cylinder that I have booked, delivered on 16.02.2015 and cash memo no. is [protected] dt .14.02.2015. But I don't know where they delivered my cylinder from the date I am continous caliing on your customer care [protected] but it is busy continously . even I have called on my Gas Agency. that is also continous busy.                         dear sir, i have booked my sylinder on 30/01/2015 (30 january 2015) and my customner no. is 16570and booking reference no is 545845 today is 20 february 2015 and 21 days all ready have passed my still i have not got my sylinder indane gas agency is AMBICA GAS SERVICE ISANPUR the service of ambica gas is worst in all india pure desh me itni kharab serivece kahi nahi dekhi please sir look into my mattter and take action against respoisilbe persons and agency please tell me how long i have to wait for my sylinder thanking yours

                            Gas cylinder not deliver at my home ever while the registered home delivery in agency register but not respond by agency per month plaza soleved my home delivery problem, and deliverdy person not any response any angle hame nahi pata, mai nahi jaanta, etc etc says.

                              Dear Sir, I am a customer of domestic gas, SRI VISHNU INDANE GAS AGENCY1113, VIJAY COMPLEX F.C.I ROADKADAUGADI POST.BANGALORE-6 No :[protected]/9448286 This Gas Agency supplier is not at all delivering the GAS timely & to the proper location, they will give disgusting reasons for not delivering. (i.e. We cannot give delivery for one single person in your location). what does that mean? Are we not paying them to deliver the GAS cylinders to us On top to that people who deliver the GAS (i.e. Delivery boys) doesnt even have minimum manners on how to speak with the WOMEN this is what the GAS agencies are taking care of . We are even paying extra amount apart from the gas bill. After all this if we are not getting proper deliveries what is use of taking GAS distribution. I need someone to call me on this ASAP.

                                Sir, I NIDHI KUMARI, consumer no. 19825A, CHANDRA GAS SERVICES, THANA ROAD NAZAFGRAH, NEW DELHI 110043, booked the cylinder on 10th February 2015. but at the moment agency not delivered my cylinder. From One week I am very much disturb for this. I am going in Agency from three days. but no person interested in taking complain. Agency man say "No cylinder available, Shortage of cylinder, not coming cylinder from Head office etc. I have call many time from my mobile phone but no person attend the phone. Sir, my phone no. is [protected]. Sir, I request to you, please take necessary action to delivered my booked cylinder as soon as possible.For this I always obliged to you.

I had booked my refill cylinder of Indian gas. from Indian gas agency Ambica gas service . isanpur ahmedabad. my consumer no 0s 11064137. my booking refill cylinder no is 549011.                                     I AM HAVING A GAS CONNECTION NO.444237 WITH GURUDATTA GAS AGENCY SITUATED AT GREEN HILLS COLONY, KOTHAPET, HYDERABAD. I HAVE BOOKED FOR REFILL OF GAS CYLINDER ABOUT 10 DAYS BACK AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFILL TILL DATA. ON ENQUIRY FROM THE GAS AGENCY YESTERDAY I.E., 19.02.2015, THEY HAVE INFORMED THAT THERE IS SHORTAGE OF DELIVERY BOYS AS SUCH, THE REFILL WILL BE SENT TODAY I.E., 20.02.2015. TODAY, AFTER TRYING FOR THE ABOVE AGENCYFOR ABOUT AN HOUR OR SO, I GOT A RESPONSE FROM THEM "THAT THE REFILL HAS ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED ON 16.02.2015. THE LADY WHO IS TAKING THE CALLS IS REFUSING TO GIVE HER NAME, SINCE BOTH THE INFORMATION HAS BEEN PASSED TO ME BY HER ONLY. AS CAN BEEN SEEN FROM THE ABOVE, I THINK MISCHIEF IS BEING PLAYED BY THE ABOVE GAS AGENCY. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM. PREVIOUSLY ALSO I HAD FACED THIS PROBLEM AND THEY DELIVERED A REFILL ONLY AFTER A LOT OF PERSUASION TO THE ABOVE GAS AGENCY. THERE ARE OTHER CUSTOMERS ALSO WHO ARE FACING THIS KIND OF PROBLEMS. IF YOU DO NOT TAKE ANY ACTION NOW ALSO, YOUR GOODWILL WILL BE SPOILT IN THE MARKET BECAUSE OF THIS GAS AGENCY. I, THEREFORE, REQUEST YOUR GOOD OFFICE TO KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THIS GAS AGENCY AND PERSUADE THEM TO IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Phone:[protected] Address: Aligarh Road - 202390-Landmark: Near Aligarh Bus Stand, I always book gas by telephonically call but i always received cylinder by agency up to 20 days i again and again facing kind of this problems with this agency and always his landline phone number not work for customer inquiry. So now i requesting to you please take action against his working and cheating misbehavior with customers.
                                      I have booked my cylinder on 09 Feb and till date didn't get delivered. So i poorely wish you to look into my matter.
                                      Indane gas consumer no. 26044.
                                      sir, my local LPG dealer always provide open seal cylinder and after complaint not taking any action. I faced this problem with 2 month. Please resolve my problem my gas no. is 15300 Mamta gas service, and my mob. no. is [protected]

                                      The cash memo [protected] was generated for booking no 484652. the message was received on[protected]. But the cylinder is still not delivered. Even after repeated calls to the supplier the cylinder is not being supplied.

                                      Please take immediate actions.

                                        Sir, I am consumer of domestic gas cylinder registered under Freedom Gas Agency Loni, Gzbd (UP) vide Registration No. 4464369. I booked on line gas cylinder dt. 12.02.2015 and take delivery from its go down because there is no provision home delivery. As per screen message cash memo No. [protected] depicted for booking no.[protected], but subsidy not credited in my bank account.
