I have booked my cylinder on 31st Jan-2015, and till 17th Jan-15, my cylinder has not been delivered ...however I got message in my mobile that the cylinder has been delivered against refill booking with cash memo [protected].

respected sir i am indane gas consumer in navi mumbai my consumer number is DX11836. name of dealer is" atharva gas agency" in sanpada, navi mumbai. dealer phone no is[protected]/66. i have booked cylinder on 26 jan 2015 after that i have given deatils of bank on 8 feb 2015. after completing all formalities related to bank details one person in agency had told me that cylinder will be delivered within 3days. but after passing 10 days cyliner not delivered to my home. when i tried to call to the agency on their landline number nobody even picking up the phone. i tried hundred of time to called but no reply.after that i have sent sms regarding this issue and delayed of getting cylinder on the mobile number of authorised person but he also not giving proper reply. also i would like to say that this agency is proving day by day bad service and not satisfactory service to their customer. every month i m facing this problem.competent authority should look into the matter to take appropriate action so that no consumer in future will face problem like i am facing. this is my humble request to take appropriate action against such dealer thaking, c m dhakite mob no [protected]/[protected]

I am a consumer of Alinkeel Gas Service located at Mangad, kannur, Kerala.My cosumer No. is 5450.I have booked refill cylinder on 23/12/2014 .Till date cylinder not delivered.One has to wait for two or more months to get the booked cylinder.Please look into the matter.

My name is ANUJ PATHANIA and my customer number is :CX1215732, and on 03-Feb-2015, i booked my LPG refill, registered with ref. no. 444031. Till date i didn't received my LPG refill, and today on 17-Feb-2105 i visited distributor's office, to check the whereabouts, but there i saw number of people, also enquiring about the same (refill delivery). When i asked him, he answered the same thing and behaved the same way, as he was behaving with others (rude and manner-less). I was shocked and surprised too, when he threatened all by saying, do whatever you want to do, unless and until, you won't link your aadhaar and bank details, you won't get your refill deliveries (and he was saying these things with confidence, as he is President or Prime Minister). Please kindly, deliver my refill, since 09-Feb-2015, i am out of LPG, i am eating outside since then.


It is/was declared that consumers get subsidised refill till 31-March-2015, so why is this happening, why am i suffering, i don't know what other people will do or what are they doing.


I also checked with my neighbours, some are consumers of Bharat gas and some are consumers of Hindustan petroleum, they are timely and regularly getting their refills, without these kind of tension/suffering.

Hi, With reference to consumer number 10257 we booked to refill our gas cylinder on 2/02/2015 with reference number 640271. But, we are still waiting for the delivery. We even logged a complaint with Indane toll free number (Complaint number: 1885491) but no response till date. We have already visited our distributor( Sai Sewa Enterprises) and came to know that the Invoice has been generated for our booking but he will take time to deliver. It is very unconvinient and frustrating experience with the distributor. And, it has become a regular practice by them which is causing us troubles. Its been more than 10 days that our cylinder is empty and we are unable to cook which everyone can understand this situation. I'm pleading if anyone can look into this. Regards, Rahul Semwal

When enquired the reply is tomorrow. this answer is being given since 14 of this month.Sir the services of this agency are worsen down month after month. Please do the needful. I took the gas connection from Indane, Kalkaji Gas Service in June 2014. I was forced to buy a stove although i didn't need it and wasn't even given reciept for against it. i got 2 cylinders at that time for which i paid and got a receipt. Afterwards in December i needed the cylinder ( i was mostly travelling in between so didn't consume both cylinders) and i logged into the portal. to my shock it listed that 6 cylinders have been delivered...

My Gas Connection Consumer ID is 13708 and my agency name is Yadu Gas Service, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, UP. I did bok my cyllinder on 29/01/2015 vide booking no. 766805 and cash memo no is [protected] dtd 30/01/2015, Cash Memo no. [protected] dtd 31/01/2015. But I have not get the cyllinder. Again I booked cyllinder on 02/02/15 vide booking no 771676 and received Cash memo no. [protected] dtd 14/02/2015 vide my mobile no. Again I book my cyllinder on 15/02/2015 vide booking no 784829 but till date I have not received the cyllinder. Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful so that I can get the cyllinder at the earliest. I am consumer at Indane Gas under the Distributor of PANDUA INDANE SERVICE, STATION ROAD, PANDUA, HOOGHLY.712149 (W.B.), Distributor Code No.99160026 and the name of the Distributor is Smt. Anjali Pal. My Consumer No.09089 dated 08/03/2008. On 05/07/2014 I applied for the facility of double cylinder Serial No.749, but till today no response from my distributo's end.
