indian oil petrolup Sorathiyawadi, Rajkot District, Rajkot, Gujarat i been cheated by a petrol abandonded while fueling a petrol in my car.He asked for a change of 1000 rs while fuiling a petrol that is easy for him to give other.so just i try help him by giving a change as petrol fueling is on but at time while i taking out change he completed his fueling.when i ask he said it had been completed but i said it not showing in the board. he said it is automatic process. ok i said i want more 200rs petrol he putted it again and than i watch it. i said it is seeing 200 in board than why not in 1000rs.so i make complian to his boss that your abandoanded had cheated me.so i ask him give me the data how much he fill in my car by revoling meter back. i found 350rs less in my 1000 rs petrol

      I have already Aadharcard and bank account no. submit in November-2014, after that I taken two or three cylinder... I spend 720 per cylinder.. after three months not subsidise amount credit in my band account... my dealer name I Dhaval gas agency, Anand- Sojitra road, Chikhodra chowkdi, Anand (Gujarat) also not answer properly... I complain again to Agency.. they not delever bottle in time to time... they also bottles are give in black. not home to home delevery.         I booked for a refilled LPG cylinder on 17/01/2015 with my Dealer M/s. Green Indane, Kaikhali, Ghosh Para, Kaikhali Kolkata 700052(Dealer Code245510). My Consumer No. is CX11968928 with the said Dealer. Since the Gas was not coming for delivery and I had to go out of station, I intimated the Dealer on 31/1/15 that I would be going out of Kolkata for one week (from 03/02/15). They noted down the same in their records. I came back on 09/02/15 and intimated the Dealer that I had come back. On the same date the computer generated msg from IOC sent to me on 09/02/15 me that Cash Memo No, .[protected] was generated and the cylinder would be delivered to me shortly. Thereafter, there was no delivery of the refilled cylinder till date of writing this complaint letter (16/02/15). I have been visiting the dealer's office regularly since the msg for generation of cash memo received. Everyday they are intimating me that the cylinder would be delivered the day itself. However, I have not received supply of the cylinder even after expiry of one week from the date of generation of cash memo. The Dealer every time is misbehaving when I am visiting their office.I do not know the reason of so much of backlog of orders not being delivered even after one month of booking. Will you kindly look into the complaint and advise the Dealer to delivery the refilled cylinder without any further delay and stop harassing customers like me.           My self is krunal. Customer num: CX10782663, 17 digit num: [protected] As i had enough no of cylinder available with me, i havnt register for new cylinder. When requirement has vcome to me, i have raise request for new cylinder at gurukrupa gas agency, vadodara. They told me, my account has been de activated as i havnt use service since last 6 months. To activate i have to submit KYC form and refill all the details with proof. As a private company employee i dont have time to go to Gurukrupa office and submit the form. My question is with out any notification or intimation why my account has made deactivate. Why no alert mesg or mail when i have provided all communication detials. WHat kind of the service is this? This gurukrupa agency service is worst and not valued the customer. How to procede further. I wants to activate my account by filling details online or via mail only. Plz guide accordingly.               Sir/ madam I am working at NIT Calicut and my gas distribution agency is Kunnamangalam indane gas agency. The connection is in my mother's name. (consumer no.-28616) The booking made on 9-December-2014, with the booking number - 498271 was cancelled without any notice. On contacting the agency they say it was because of some software problem. This has become a regular issue with this agency. We are forced to go to the agency by an auto, stand in the queue and get the new cylinder by ourselves. I request the authorities to please take stringent action in this regard. It is highly inconvenient to waste one whole working day standing in the queue there. I do suspect some malpractice there.                 dear sir, I am the consumer of indiane gas consumer no-AI2977 .I booked my LPG cylinder on 20th JAN 2015 on telephone at no:-[protected] .after week i called to my dealer Anushka Indian, they request to registered bank details & Addhar card detail at them, i registered all details on 5th feb 2015, But still they don't deliver my LPG cylinder, today morning when i call them they tell me you will get delivery on tomorrow, the delivery vehicle is not arrive today, still have two LPG cylinder both are empty on toady's date so i request you to look in this matter on urgent basis & resolve my problem, thanking you from sachin Shinde

                  Dear Sir, Consumer : 25577 Consumer Name : Dr. Lizy Mathew Registration number & date : 528942, 28 Dec 2014 (booked date) Cash Bill Number & SMS : [protected], , 09 Feb 2015 (SMS) Mobile : [protected] Agency : Ashok Gas Agency Kannamoola (Indane) I had booked for LPG on 28th December 2014 and on 9th February 2015 received a cash Bill SMS. But its disappointing to note that, till today, we did not receive the Gas. Each time we call the Ashok Gas Agency at Kannamoola they claim, we will bill, not there are no cylinders available. We had already raised multiple complaints earlier regarding previous delays, each & every supply they purposely delayed with false justifications, as a matter of revenge. Its wired, to note that Billing is done when the Item is unavailable. Agency claim to say, this is the procedure. I am sure you are aware of the difficulties we face in the non availability of LPG Gas. Kindly make sure to investigate the issue and help in resolving such indecent and unprofessional dealings and to ensure that such practices are not repeated.                     Sir, We are facing severe dificulty as we don't have alternate fuel for daily cooking and currently using electricity. So kindly arrange to credit the subsidy amount in my bank account and to send the cylinder refill at the earliest.                     Still LPG refill cylinder not delivered
                    I am Kuntal Dey my LPG ID[protected] and consumer no is CX20345508 and distibutor name Mehrangarh Gas Agency and code no 123475. Erroneously I booked on 13/05/2015 LPG cylinder reference no 900858. Please cancelled my booking and give information of cancellation.
                    I booked for a LPG Connection on 19/8/2016 by mistake through Indane IVRS facility. My Consumer No is TG43842 and the distributor is Sri Kalarani Indane Gas Agency, Mylapore, Chennai. My Booking no is 500127 and the SMS received for cash memo generated on 20/8/2016 evening is [protected]. Kindly have the booking cancelled before dispatch of Gas cylinder by the gas agency.

                      हमने गैस की बुकिंग दिनाँक 3 फरबरी 2015 को ऑनलाइन कराई थी जिसका बुकिंग नंबर 218872 है और कैनेक्शन नंबर JT 11975 है । लेकिन आज दिनाँक 16 फरबरी 2015 तक गैस सिलेंडर नहीं मिल पाया है ।

                        Dear Sir I am a Indane customer. and i belongs to mahendergarh haryana.my consumer no. is 27513 and my LPG ID is[protected] registered on the name Krishan Kumar. I book my cylinder on 31-jan-2015. and i received my booking no. by message is 212549 and on dated 12-feb-2015 i received my cash memo no. that is [protected] and on dated 14-feb-2015 i received the message by the company that your cylinder against booking no. 212549 is delivered but till dated 15-feb-2015 there is no cylinder is deliver at my address and the company send me message of delivery and close my booking no. but till yet cylinder is not delivered to the registered address. By doing so company will doing black marketing of cylinder. and not giving the cylinder to the consumer on time.so the consumer will got disappoint by this type of behavior of the company.i also request a complain about this at company Toll Free no. ([protected]). My complaint no. is 1894165. i request you please take some strict action against the company and help me as soon as possible. So i can get my cylinder as soon as.                           Today evening i got an bitter experience from one of your pumps, located in moorkkattilpady, peruva, kottayam disrict, kerala. I was waiting in the queue to fill the petrol in my vehicle, in one side of the pumping machine, the supplier who was very near to me. After filling the vehicle standing in front of me, suddenly he went to other direction and he started filling the other vehicle he came after me. then i asked him about this, why did u do like this. Suddenly he scolded me and called me such a bad words in front of others. then i asked the pump manager also, but he was very silent about this. i never get such a bitter experience in my life any time.his name is damodaran (Ramu) he was the supplier. i hope you understand my feelings and i am expecting a good news from you. thanking you inanticipaton yours faithfully sajjai ps [protected] [protected]

                            Name of the consumer Dulu Rani Roy aged about 73 my mother Consumer no 55025 / Type SL 69 Number [protected] Date 18/04/2010 Company IOC Subscription no [protected] Date 25/04/2010 Primary Distributor P K Music Stores Pvt Ltd at Budge Budge, Kolkata-700137 As the consumer had shifted other place in 2014, she opted for M/s South End Distributor and the P K Music Stores shifted that but as per the location the shop should be as one M/s Sreema (Indane) Distributor . As the shop of the two Distributors were very nearer to each other, the transfer was made wrongfully and moreover, M/s P K Music Stores also did not advice correctly. However, latter to rectify the mismatch, the undersigned / son of the consumer had to attend the two Distributors and also the customer care office of IOCL / INDANE at Nirmal Chandra Street, Kolkata for more than 10 times . And for that purpose, me had to take leave in several times very miserably from my office. But all in vain and till date no solution is found . Thereafter, getting frightened my old aged mother has shifted again at Budge Budge permanently, the area of M/s P K Music Stores Pvt Ltd.                               Dear sir/Madam, I am using Indane Gas.My gas distributor is ORIENT GAS SERVICE KANPUR.My customer no.is 06883 and LPGID:[protected].I have completed all the formalities, but my Aadhar card is still awaited.In the mean time I have submitted the requisite form duly completed alongwith a cancelled cheque of my Punjab National Bank Niralanagar Kanpur savings account, to my distributor as per his Acknowledgement No.1043 dated[protected]. As I was in need of a gas refill, so I gave my requisition to my distributor and thereafter the refill was supplied to me as per order no.[protected] dated[protected] for Rupees 646/-, by the distributor.But as yet the subsidy of the gas Refill has not been credited in my aforesaid bank account. Please investigate the matter and arrange to credit the subsidy amount in my bank account at the earliest or Intimate the procedure and delay on it. MOTHER DAIRYSUKHDEV VIHARNEW DELHI-110025 Distributor Phone 26310291 I have submitted all documents including KYC to change my address within the same distributor one month ago. Three days ago I again visited the distributed office and they assured they will do on the same day but they did not change my address. I am having great trouble. Kindly help.

                                        Sir, my cust no. 26683. Gas is leaking from the cylinder supplied to us once we put in the regulator for consumption. we have been trying to reach the supplier (L. T Distributors, Kolkata) but no one would attending the call after picking up the phone on the 14th Feb 2015 . This morning (12.44pm) some one did respond on the telephone and a complaint was given at 12.30pm. Inspite of repeated request for a complaint number none was given. We waited till 4.45pm and again called the agency. Their only response is "our staff will come and attend" Again our request for a complaint number was unanswered. Any accident may occur. How do we sort out this problem? My Phone number [protected].
