I had booked for LPG on 28th December 2014 and on 9th February 2015 received a cash Bill SMS.
But its disappointing to note that, till today, we did not receive the Gas.
Each time we call the Ashok Gas Agency at Kannamoola they claim, we will bill, not there are no cylinders available.
We had already raised multiple complaints earlier regarding previous delays, each & every supply they purposely delayed with false justifications, as a matter of revenge.
Its wired, to note that Billing is done when the Item is unavailable. Agency claim to say, this is the procedure.
I am sure you are aware of the difficulties we face in the non availability of LPG Gas.
Kindly make sure to investigate the issue and help in resolving such indecent and unprofessional dealings and to ensure that such practices are not repeated.
