My consumer number is 06674 booking id : [protected] dated 16/01/2015 but the same was originally booked on 8/1 or 9/1/ which was renumbered on submission of my adhar details. I do not understand when the hp gas & other distributors in kolkata are also supplying the cylinders in time why m/s pryojini the distributor is taking so much of time....

sir, i am an indane gas consumer and i had booked my gas on 30rd january, 2015. i got a message that cash memo generated cylinder shall be delivered shortly. but till now no cylinder has been delivered. on calling the distributor, they never receive our call and on sending our person to verify they say we can't deliver it to home. we have two cylinder and one has got empty and the other one is about to get. please help...raju gas agency...

I had booked a gas cylinder by Jan 1st week 2015 and still haven’t got it delivered to me. Now when I check the status I could see that the status is showing as delivered (delivered by 10th January, see the attached proof); I had tried to lodge a complaint in the booking Gas agency (named Cooking Gas Agency) but they are not accepting my problem/worries; so still the issue seems to be bothering and at the end of the day I am suffering...

As I was shocked to note that my gas connection was misused by some body else for which NO sms message were received to my mobile number which was registered in the IVRS system. Hence, I need a details of booking made during the year 2013-14 with complete particulars of mobile number registered in IVRS and the numbers in which the request made in the subject period. Whether the confirmation and the delivery details are sent to the same number...

Is 33421 i have ordered my gas in 1 of february and not got it even today when i called them they told us that the gas has been already delivered in 9 of february .I think that the delivery man has stollen our gas as once he have requested us to give a cylinder to him but we refused & he might thought that we have ordered this gas for him.Our distributer name is sreema (Indane) distributors .
