My complaint is against a Indane gas distributor of Delhi. His detail is... Distributor Code 107307 Distributor Name SUKHDEV VIHAR GAS SERVICE Distributor Address SHOP NO.12, CSC NR. MOTHER DAIRYSUKHDEV VIHARNEW DELHI-110025 Distributor Phone 26310291 I have submitted all documents including KYC to change my address within the same distributor one month ago. Three days ago I again visited the distributed office and they assured they will do on the same day but they did not change my address. I am having great trouble. Kindly help.

I have lodged more than two complaint against non updation of DBTL details since i had submitted all bank details in prescribed form to my concerned distributor but till date the same has been not updated / linked with bank for getting subsidy, I have approached to concerned distributor for than 10 times but they are not giving satisfactory feedback on this, hence i am not getting subsidy of DBTL scheme . Sir, my cust no. 26683. Gas is leaking from the cylinder supplied to us once we put in the regulator for consumption. we have been trying to reach the supplier (L. T Distributors, Kolkata) but no one would attending the call after picking up the phone on the 14th Feb 2015 . This morning (12.44pm) some one did respond on the telephone and a complaint was given at 12.30pm. Inspite of repeated request for a complaint number none was given. We waited till 4.45pm and again called the agency. Their only response is "our staff will come and attend" Again our request for a complaint number was unanswered. Any accident may occur. How do we sort out this problem? My Phone number [protected].

My Aadhar card no.[protected] is already linked with PNB A/c no [protected]. Subsidy already received in this account on 20/12/13, 27/12/13 & 12/02/14.
Then on 26/11/14 subsidy paid to another bank i.e. OBC Which is in other city. I request to Distributor M/s Phillaur Gas Agency ( IOC ) whose Telephone No.[protected] subsidy paid to my PNB a/c which is already linked with Aadhar Card.
Last LPG cylinder delivery on 23/01/2015 but subsidy not refunded to me up till now.
I have approach distributor so many times for subsidy paid to my PNB a/c my which is already linked with Aadhar Card. They suggest me to delete the Aadhar card no. from OBC a/c then it is automatically linked with PNB a/c. More than 20 days past no subsidy paid to my PNB a/c. At last you are requested to please subsidy amount paid to my PNB a/c & oblige.

My indane consumer no.is RG08215. I had received a leaked cylinder on 6th jan and I had also shown that cylinder to delievery boy but he said its not a leaked cylinder its ok. Now despite of not using cylinder also due to leakage cylinder got empty earlier than usual and now on complaining to company at rohini naharpur branch they are saying that since there is no gas in the cylinder how we can check. We cant check whether this cylinder is faulty or not. I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible since past 3 days we don't have cylinder gas at home.

HI,

Sree Rama Agency (Indane Distributor) Ramamurthynagar, Bengaluru is keeping the phone engaged always by by keeping the receiver aside, when asked the manager is arrogantly telling us to contact the Indane head office i dont care.

Please try to understand that just for some small clarifications we cannot be applying whole day leave and go to their office to check the status, i think this is completely non-value added activity. Instead if they have the phone then the problem can be resolved within few minutes.

My suggestion is if you develop a system to check the customer satisfaction level of all the distributors and rate their performane. If the performane is poor then you can take a call the discontinue if it not satisfactory

subsidy not received in my account held in Union Bank of India, Yadamari, District - Chittoor (AP) bank a/c No.[protected], IFSC Code UBIN0542334 till date. My Aadhaar No is[protected]. Earlier I had an account in Punjab National Bank, Aurora Towers, Pune which was linked with Gas for receiving subsidy and the account was closed in the month of Novermber/December 2014. You are requested to kindly remit the subsidy in my new account (Union Bank of India, Yadamari) at the ealriest and oblige.

Since there was a delay, i enquired the dealer and they said that due to out of stock, the inspection will be done next month only. Why is there a delay as I have applied in advance?

Dear Sir

I am customer of indane gas service distributer is Neelam Gas Agency Chheharta in Amritsar. I am very desperate with the services of the Neelam gas agency Chheharta. Their IVR system is not good and if someone call to thier landline number of Chheharta then they have deployed very illitrate persons there they dont give any resolution towards the customers' problems and speak very rough. Sometimes they cancel the booking of gas without any intimation and not providing any good assistance to their customers, their website indane.com is also not working when i try to register after typing accurate information 100 time it shows the message unverified account even i verified it from my email and a link sent to my mail.

Please do the needful. I shall be very thankful to you.
