One week before I had booked for cylinder but I didn't receive till now.When I went to the United gas agency office Rajendra Nager Sahibabad.they said to me that you have to submit your aadhar number or you have to add your account number otherwise you wont get the cylinder .when I asked him give me the cylinder of without subsidy of Rs 622 .He refuses to give

      Dear Sir

      I am customer of indane gas service distributer is Neelam Gas Agency Chheharta in Amritsar. I am very desperate with the services of the Neelam gas agency Chheharta. Their IVR system is not good and if someone call to thier landline number of Chheharta then they have deployed very illitrate persons there they dont give any resolution towards the customers' problems and speak very rough. Sometimes they cancel the booking of gas without any intimation and not providing any good assistance to their customers, their website indane.com is also not working when i try to register after typing accurate information 100 time it shows the message unverified account even i verified it from my email and a link sent to my mail.

      Please do the needful. I shall be very thankful to you.

        Sector 33 chandigarh ioc petrol pump. I asked today for petrol of ₹700 but I saw improper movement of hands of operator and petrol was not coming out while metre was running. I asked operator but he said nothing and I asked to stop metre but till then it cost me ₹ 50. Then I asked for complaint register but instead of giving me register they started abusing me and misbehaved me.please look into the matter.

            Dear Sir/Madam, I have received an sms on 08/12/15 for my refill against cash memo no [protected]. However till 13/02/15 this has not been delivered. Concerned dealer is Seba Fuel, Nimta. The booking no is [protected]. This is happening repeatedly for last few months for reasons unknown to me & inspite of your best efforts such unscrupulous dealers are diverting our cylinders to black market. Pls ensure immediate delivery & cancel the dealership for such malpractices & causing harm to society. thanks Susmita Sil

              I Dudi.nageswara rao, my customer no.54437 and my cell no is [protected].resident of bhimavaram, pin code 534201, west godavari district, andhra pradesh On 18/01/2015 i have booked a gas cylinder and the booking no. is LU002589 with ref.no 255223.On 19/01/2015 i got an sms from INDANE with cash memo no.[protected].since the gas cylinder not delivered.I approached our distributor, they told me that the cylinder was not booked.I did not get proper response from them and told me to book gas cylinder again.Again on 04/02/2015 i have booked a gas cylinder with a booking no.LU002589 with the ref no.261779.After that i have got an sms with cash memo no.[protected], with generation of booking no.261779.On 06/02/2015 i got an sms that my cylinder was delivered on that day with cash memo no.[protected], and LPG ID NO.[protected].Till today cylinder is not delivered. I phoned our indane distributor for details. they told me that the cylinder was not booked .so pls kindly see to deliver the cylinder with cash memo.

                    My consumer number is 06674 booking id : [protected] dated 16/01/2015 but the same was originally booked on 8/1 or 9/1/ which was renumbered on submission of my adhar details. I do not understand when the hp gas & other distributors in kolkata are also supplying the cylinders in time why m/s pryojini the distributor is taking so much of time.

                      Last few days I am separately living with my wife at my father’s
                      home.


                      My father has taken a Indane Gas Connection long time ago, To
                      day I go to the Singur Gas Service
                      for a new connection, as per them I have live at father’s house for that they cannot give a new GAS connection
                      to me.I don’t understand whats the reason they are using and when I protect against
                      them that I am separately and I make daily food in another kitchen what is the
                      problem to giving a new connection, they are totally ignore me for a connection use
                      so much slung language in my front conversation.I suggest them if you have any
                      doubt you can verify at my family and they are answered that we are not doing
                      this job that we don’t any time for this.They are answered that we don’t give two connection at same houseThese Distributor license
                      is such a mistaken given by Indane.


                      I need special investigate against SINGUR GAS SERVICE


                      I am totally hopeless regarding this because they are always
                      do misbehave all around local customer.


                      Creating maximum problem for a new connection
                      Creating problem a more than five years
                      customer for double gas cylinder
                      Creating problem with all customer for gas refile
                      booking.
                      They not provide ontime service with the
                      customer
                      They gives connection hotel as a home customer
                      All of customer who have taken connection from
                      their all are totally unhappy.


                      And much more allegation have against this Distributor…

                                  I had booked a gas cylinder by Jan 1st week 2015 and still haven’t got it delivered to me. Now when I check the status I could see that the status is showing as delivered (delivered by 10th January, see the attached proof); I had tried to lodge a complaint in the booking Gas agency (named Cooking Gas Agency) but they are not accepting my problem/worries; so still the issue seems to be bothering and at the end of the day I am suffering without the cylinder. Now I am borrowing the cylinder from my neighbor for my daily usage; seriously frustrated. Also the booking history shows that they are delivering me one cylinder every month; but for your kind information that I only order cylinders once for every 2.5 to 3 months. There something seems to be terribly wrong here; please help me out to solve this situation and get the cylinders only when I order for them!! I would need one cylinder immediately which was ordered originally by me on Jan 1st week. Also at the agency I was told that the cylinders will be provided without the subsidy coverage (now I have also submitted my AADHAR card as well; please check for me if it is updated in your records) from FEB month 2015 where as the actually rule states that this rule is applicable only from March 2015.                                     As I was shocked to note that my gas connection was misused by some body else for which NO sms message were received to my mobile number which was registered in the IVRS system. Hence, I need a details of booking made during the year 2013-14 with complete particulars of mobile number registered in IVRS and the numbers in which the request made in the subject period. Whether the confirmation and the delivery details are sent to the same number in which they got the booking request or to the one which the consumer registered with them.

                                        Without any prior intimation, on 4th February 2015 at 4.58pm I have received a message that “your
                                        Cylinder shall be delivered shortly, after making me wait for almost 10day’s, on14 Feb 2015 it has been
                                        Cancelled, please note this is not the first time it’s happing to me, from past one & half year
                                        My booking for gas refilling has been cancelled 4time without any reason, I stay in apartment where
                                        24/7 we have security guard, your delivery boy cannot say door lock, my consumption of gas cylinder is
                                        on 7 to 8 per year, which means 2month one cylinder, the rude behavior of the gas agencies & delivery person has forced me to write a letter to the honorable “Prime Minister Sri Modi Ji”, for which I request your self to acknowledge the receipt of letter .falling which I may approach the Indian oil consumer form .
