I am a consumer of Indane gas. I had book my Cooking Gas Cylinder on 31st of January 2015 with a Reference no.209106.
On 4th February 2015 I got an SMS from Indane which stated the cash memo has been generated with no [protected] and within a short period I would get the delivery of my cooking Gas Cylinder.
On 2st feb i booked a cylinder with order reference number [protected], 4th feb i received a message saying that the cylinder has been delivered but actually i didnt get the cylinder. i also raise a complaint on 5th feb with complaint number 1859240.
I had booked my cylinder through online booking portal. The reference no is 900297. But the distributor says that his system does not show booking for the said reference no. He is asking me to book again.While the online portal does not permit me to do so as the previous booking is shown pending. Thus I am not able to get the cylinder. I had booked the cylinder on 29.01.2015 and have yet not received the delivery.
My consumer no is 1728.
My LPG id is 3 [protected]
I had booked my cylinder through online booking portal. The reference no is 900297. But the dealer is saying that his system does not show booking for the said reference no. He is asking me to book again. While the online portal does not permit me to do so as the previous booking is shown pending. Thus I am not able to get the cylinder. The dealer has provided cylinders for booking till 02.02.2015 while my booking date is 29.01.2015. Kindly help.

I have booked an cylinder on 7th of Feb. People have started receiving cylinder booked after 7th Feb, but I haven't. As a justification to the I have been told by the distributor that I can get a cylinder since I haven't linked my account with Adahar or bank yet.
This is an complete insult as to my knowledge as of now there is no such rule from Govt. of India that a individual can't receive a cylinder in absence of Adhar or Bank Account or no such rule to prioritized the distribution of cylinder based on the availability of Adahr or Bank Account.
I am not sure the how Indian Govt or Indane can author the distributor to make such remarks.
As a citizen of this country I understand my responsibility and will link my bank account. But this kind of decision or statement by a distributor is completely against the law. I would like to know the authenticity of the rule also would like to take Indane the appropriate step so that I can receive my due cylinder.
i have booked one cylinder for consumer no 06021T on 11 Feb 2015 for which i have been provided reference no 370
312. I have also received the message on 16 Feb 2015 that cylinder has been delivered with cash memo [protected] but I have not received the cylinder till date.

I have contact the distributor for the same but I have not received any satisfactory response so far from their side for the delay in delivery.

You are requested to take the prompt action and deliver the cylinder asap.

Co has send me a message that your cylinder is delivered on 24/2/2015 vide cash memo no.[protected] lpg id is[protected] but till date I have not received the cylinder.to whom the distributor has given the cylinder.gas is out of stock at home, we are facing problem in cooking due to this.kindly arrange to make timely supply of cylinder, [protected]/[protected]

Also complain this to my distributor on 08.Feb.15 at Chandra GAS Godam where they tell me gas will be delver tomorrow because cash-memo slip has been lost by his emp. & note down my details for delver but till date not not done by him.       Consumer Number CX12818405 Hi, I had applied for the gas connection with the copy of my original documents. My Name on the documents appear as Brajesh Tripathy, However the name published on my gas connection is Brajesh Tripathi. I had objected the moment I saw my incorrect name in the distributor's system. The person preparing my gas paper said its a lengthy process and asked me to come back later. I fail to understand the reason of putting my name incorrect in the first place. Please correct my name in the gas connection and confirm at the earliest. Thanking you in anticipation. Regards

          I have a LPG connection of indane Company. My Consumer No. is 19903 & My LPG ID is 3 [protected]. My distributer name is Rathinasamy indane Gas agencie, thuraiyur(Trichy). I have Aadhar no. which is linked with My LPG I.D. as well as My old bank account of City Union Bank. I have close my City Union Bank account. My aadhar No. is also Linked with IOB Bank Of Mathurapuri Branch. But in My LPG ID My Aadhar no. linked with my old bank account ( City Union Bank). I have requested many times and given form no 1(Bank linking Form) & form No. 2 (LPG Linking form) to my distributer to link my LPG ID or AAdhar No.with my IOB Bank Account. But when I check my LPG ID online with the help of login, my DBTL (CTC ) status shows Aadhar linking status with City Union Bank .plz link my LPG ID And my aadhar no with IOB Bank.so that I receive my subsidy amount. i refill my last two cylinders on market price. but my subsidy not credit in my account yet.

            To whom it may concern Please note that I (Ms Sarbani Deb, Consumer No. T09146) made a refill booking (booking No. 546779) on 8.2.2015. Without any notice the gasman came and delivered me a refilled cylinder. At that point of time I was not at home and the delivery man dropped the cylinder at my residence (I 203, Green View, 27/1 B.T.Road) and collected the payment of Rs 650.00 from my maid servant. Neither he signed my consumer book, nor he left any receipt. I went to the distributer (Fuel Centre, Rathtala) but they were not ready to talk with me, ignoring my repeated request. I tried to call them, but they were not attending the telephone. I am an working lady, so I always request to drop my cylinder before 10AM or any other holiday, including Saturday Sunday, or with prior SMS intimation. I would request the authority to take action and return my receipt so that it is in record.                   Dear Sir I, Sheelamma Jacob, Customer no:D12279, had previously received the subsidised gas cylinder on 03/1/2015 from my Distributor gas agency, M/S Dreams Indane Services, Perunna, Changanacherry, Kerala. I have went to ur offive three times and every time they say that it will be delivered by tommorow but that tommorow never comes.                         We are registered consumer of Shree Nrushinh krupa gas agency, Atladara, Baroda having registration number 170795. I have booked the refill on 31st Morning and got registration confirmation via return sms the same time. Generally the refill is delivered same day if we do booking in morning but to our surprise it is not delivered even after 11 days on various follow ups with agnecy they mentioned that mandatory check of your gas stove and piping is not done hence it will not be delivered.                           To whome so ever it may concern Respected sir/madam I had noticed that improper petrol filling at ioc pump at rampura surat gujarat. They collect exact money but every time not filling exact fuel. Eg. If I pay 100 rs they fill of 99.76 or 99.88 something like that till now I had given more than 500 rs.without getting the fuel so I kindly request you to sort out the above problem other wise I had to do some thing kindly refer the photo.

                          Respected sir/madam I had noticed that improper petrol filling at ioc 3 S pump at manikbag, vadgaon bk sinhgad road pune.
                          when i place my car for fueling & i tell him for petrol of 500/-Rs they stop petrol nozzle at 5.00 ltr & tell that sir ur fueling is done & show us reading on nozzle which is actually 5.00ltr & when i said its qty of fuel not amt then they given some foolish reason to hide their mistake, also at rush hour its happen with me twice everytime i speake with respected pump manager but i dont get any response
                          i m really disappointed why ioc is not taking any action against such petrol pumps

                                Hello, My name is Sandip Saha, My INDANE consumer number is 59003.In 2nd feb'15 I have booked a refill with booking number 540671 but I am yet to receive any update from distributor.I tried to reach distributor(Fuel Center) but looks they dont bother to pickup consumer phone.I tried INDANE toll free([protected]) but that does not work from last three days. Please help to get my riffled cycliner as I am suffering with my 1.5 years baby you know how difficult to manage food for a small baby without gas.Your help is needed for me.                                     during home delivery of cylinder, the DLY. man refills the empty cylinder in the DLY. vehicle from one cylinder to another.this is done by the DLY. man of saini indane, abhinav homes, shopping complex . the vehicle no. is GA7256 .PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINGST THEM.
