Please note that I (Ms Sarbani Deb, Consumer No. T09146) made a refill booking (booking No. 546779) on 8.2.2015. Without any notice the gasman came and delivered me a refilled cylinder. At that point of time I was not at home and the delivery man dropped the cylinder at my residence (I 203, Green View, 27/1 B.T.Road) and collected the payment of Rs 650.00 from my maid servant. Neither he signed my consumer book, nor he left any receipt. I went to the distributer (Fuel Centre, Rathtala) but they were not ready to talk with me, ignoring my repeated request. I tried to call them, but they were not attending the telephone.
I am an working lady, so I always request to drop my cylinder before 10AM or any other holiday, including Saturday Sunday, or with prior SMS intimation.
I would request the authority to take action and return my receipt so that it is in record.

I have booked an cylinder on 7th of Feb. People have started receiving cylinder booked after 7th Feb, but I haven't. As a justification to the I have been told by the distributor that I can get a cylinder since I haven't linked my account with Adahar or bank yet.
This is an complete insult as to my knowledge as of now there is no such rule from Govt. of India that a individual can't receive a cylinder in absence of Adhar or Bank Account or no such rule to prioritized the distribution of cylinder based on the availability of Adahr or Bank Account.
I am not sure the how Indian Govt or Indane can author the distributor to make such remarks.
As a citizen of this country I understand my responsibility and will link my bank account. But this kind of decision or statement by a distributor is completely against the law. I would like to know the authenticity of the rule also would like to take Indane the appropriate step so that I can receive my due cylinder.
312. I have also received the message on 16 Feb 2015 that cylinder has been delivered with cash memo [protected] but I have not received the cylinder till date.
I have contact the distributor for the same but I have not received any satisfactory response so far from their side for the delay in delivery.
You are requested to take the prompt action and deliver the cylinder asap.
