    We as a consumer are very harassed with the service of the Dealer(SRISADGURU INDANE SERVICES) we have to waste our Time 10 to 12 days time for gas indane refill.my consumer number CX8464708 i have book the gas trough SMS by 31/01/2015 and i got booking reference([protected]) and cashmemo number ([protected]) but past 12days i am not received the refill cylinder and when i gone for asking sadguru indane services harassed to me and misbehave talk with my mother past 12days without gas entire family get struggle.

      i am a registered consumer of indane with customer id MA06264 in faridabad haryana. and my distributor's name is MOHAN AND MOHAN INDANE DISTRIBUTOR. I lodged a complaint against a leakaged cylinder delivered at my home in January. hence i complained on number [protected]. they registerd my complaint with complaint number 3420062, and 3420069 and so on at every alternate day. but nobody is sent from indane automated services till now. even my distributor is not picking my calls on these numbers [protected] [protected] [protected]. i am totally frustrated. now am cooking food on a borrowed cylinder from my neighbour. please do something regarding this. if you really can.       Dear concern, My consumer number is 03919 and Gas agency name is Raghav GasService.

      I got the defective Gas Cylinder, gas is leaking and also the Nob of the cylinder is not fitting in pipe properly.. it's a very critical issue and dangerous as well, I called many times to register the complained since yesterday but still i did not get any resolution on same...i would request you to please look into this a.s.a.p.

      I have booked a cylinder on 24th of april 2015..it is leaking...I noticed it today approximately 6 to 7 kg of gas is leaked..I complaint it to the dealer but he didn't listened to me..

        My last ref. No. 2006468, In that ref. You told that aadhar card no has been updated and you will get your gas subsidy in your account. But still we did not get our subsidy in our account. Last 3 subsidy are pending. our counster no. is 21561, (Sanik Gas- Ambala cantt) Rumali Devi, aadhar Card no.[protected].

          I have a LPG connection of indane Company. My Consumer No. is 17648 & My LPG ID is 3 [protected]. My distributer name is K.B. Gas service Barnala (Punjab). I have Aadhar no. which is linked with My LPG I.D. as well as My old bank account of Kotak Mahindra Bank. I have close my kotak Bank account. My aadhar No. is also Linked with SBI Bank Of NGM Barnala Branch. But in My LPG ID shows My Aadhar no. is linked with my old bank account i.e Kotak bank. I have requested many times and given form no 1(Bank linking Form) & form No. 2 (LPG Linking form) to my distributor to link my LPG ID or AAdhar No.with my SBI Bank Account. But when I check my LPG ID online with the help of login, my DBTL (CTC ) status shows Aadhar linking status with Kotak Mahindra Bank.plz link my LPG ID And my aadhar no with SBI Bank, so that I receive my subsidy amount. I refill my last six cylinders on market price. but my subsidy not credit in my account yet. Regarding this matter my distributor not co operate with me. So plz help me regarding this matter.             I am Deepmala Karmakar but before marriage I was as known Deepmala Das, while I receive this LPG connection. Now I change my surname and link up with Adhaar ID. But the distibuter office by Name Devdeep require money for this purpose, even the office staffs of this office demand different type of money from everybody who suffers for this matter. Please take necessary action as per Govt. Rules.

                  Dear sir/madam, We as a consumer are very harresed with the service of the Dealer. we have to waste our Time 3 to 4 days time for purchasing the indane gas. For details below tention we got to take 1 cylinder. 1. First day we have stand in long queue for getting booking date. 2. Second is the booking date which comes after 4 to 5 days after taking serial no of booking. This date may change afterwards due to Computer problems or concern authority mind changed to provide booking date. 3. Third after coming again we have to stand in long queue from day start till Afternoon. Which is very harrising time as this is a wasting of time. Because at this procudere we didnt get Cylinder rather than a booking receipt. 4. Finally the day comes. But still its also a very difficult day. Here also we have to stand in a long queue from the day begin till Afternoon. Above all the procedure is created by the dealer to harrased the consumers. We have to disturbed our daily activities or job going schedule and have to listen very much from our employeer as we got very late on this day to office. So sir madam pls suggest what kind of services we are getting from your product. Or what kind of facility u r providing to retain customers or jpin new customer. With this dealer i dont think that consumer will prefer ur cylinder.

For correction of My SB A/C No. I contaced to my above named dealer two times but he did not given any attention towards above problems My account No. has not been corrected so far resulting non-transferring of Gas subsidy Emao. I am being harrashed by the Indane/Indane agency by not delivering my cylinder despite the confirmation of the same on my mobile no.I had complained in past also after the same delivery service was good but it happened only 3-4 months. But now i am facing the same problem as in past.I got the delivery message on my mob on 30 jan 2015 that "your cylinder has been delivered", but till now i did'nt get the same.To draw your attention writing to you because It seems major manipulation of the stock and involvement agency staff wrong activity in the "kala bazari" Request your intervention to find out the permanent solution of the same.I will be great thankful to you for your kind attention.                                   My LPG ID[protected]. Shoba gas services, Chennai, Consumer no 39118.My aadhar no[protected]. I had two accounts with Canara bank, Nungambakkam, Chennai, IFSC Code CNRB0000926. The accounts are[protected] and[protected]. The first account was linked for the purpose of direct bank transfer of gas subsdy .Subsequently that account was closed on 21-01-15. I requested the bank to link my account[protected].Now I find that this account is linked with aadhar and my LPG is linked with aadhar. But the Bank account is not linked for the drect bank transfer of subsidy .Please do the needful for this linkage and credit the subsidy pending for the cylinder delivered on 20-01-15.

Mani Ram have a gas copy to my name.I want to connect my gas connection with aadhar card and bank according to the government guidelines.I requested to the agengy officials to do so and gave him my ID"s and other necessary papers but they refuse to do so and said that my father's name in their Indane Customer Subscription Voucher and in their Domestic Gas Customer casr are different as i also attached these copy to you.then i said to them that this is your mistake not mine, then they asked that whatever this is and refused my complaint.So i requested you to do the needfull steps under this matter and do the needfull as soon as possible.

                                        i am having indane gas connection at peoples gas service lucknow and my consumer nummber is 22377 .i have booked gas twice in last twon months and both time it has not been delivered. last time i booked on 13 the january and the booking number is 634681 on calling IVRS booking number it is saying has been delivered on 15th jan but no such delivery has been made in reality same might have happened to previous delivery .kindly do something in this regard
