Hello, My name is Sandip Saha, My INDANE consumer number is 59003.In 2nd feb'15 I have booked a refill with booking number 540671 but I am yet to receive any update from distributor.I tried to reach distributor(Fuel Center) but looks they dont bother to pickup consumer phone.I tried INDANE toll free([protected]) but that does not work from last three days. Please help to get my riffled cycliner as I am suffering with my 1.5 years baby you know how difficult to manage food for a small baby without gas.Your help is needed for me. during home delivery of cylinder, the DLY. man refills the empty cylinder in the DLY. vehicle from one cylinder to another.this is done by the DLY. man of saini indane, abhinav homes, shopping complex . the vehicle no. is GA7256 .PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINGST THEM.

I am a Indane consumer from Panipat -132103 Haryana. My indane consumer no is S3777(Smt. Hardevi w/o Lt. Sh. Jagan Nath) and Indane Distributor is Shalini Gas Services Noorwala Barsat Road Panipat-132103.

My complaint is i don't received my first advance subsidy. I got only 299.18 Rs into Rs 720 which i paid on the time of delivery of first LPG Refill so i want to know why i don't received my advance subsidy.

I hope you kind pay attention on my request and resolve this query soon.

i am having mishra indane gas connection at gwalior and my consumer nummber is M06095 .i have booked gas on 31/01/2015 and booking reference number is 450760. I received an sms on [protected] saying it has been delivered on 03/02 /2015 . Its 17 digit id no is[protected] and cash memo no "[protected]" in name of akash garg ( m.p. Nagar gwalior) But i did not receive any delivery till now and aslo have not any transaction with mishra indane gwalior kindly do something in this regard Thank you Akash garg 73-maharana pratap nagar, lashkar, gwalior (m.p.) It accepts all the inputs but on trying to submit, I see an error and all the entered data is lost. Please fix it; without this, no body will be able to submit any grievance on your website. Please provide an alternate email to which the queries / grievances can be sent in case the web form is not functional.

My name is dharm jain and my gas agency is Jai Jawan Gas Agency Sector 7 Dwarka. I booked my gas cyulinder on 25.01.2015 but till date the same has not been supplied. We as a consumer are very harassed with the service of the Dealer(SRISADGURU INDANE SERVICES) we have to waste our Time 10 to 12 days time for gas indane refill.my consumer number CX8464708 i have book the gas trough SMS by 31/01/2015 and i got booking reference([protected]) and cashmemo number ([protected]) but past 12days i am not received the refill cylinder and when i gone for asking sadguru indane services harassed to me and misbehave talk with my mother past 12days without gas entire family get struggle.

i am a registered consumer of indane with customer id MA06264 in faridabad haryana. and my distributor's name is MOHAN AND MOHAN INDANE DISTRIBUTOR. I have a LPG connection of indane Company. My Consumer No. is 17648 & My LPG ID is 3 [protected]. My distributer name is K.B. Gas service Barnala (Punjab). I have Aadhar no. which is linked with My LPG I.D. as well as My old bank account of Kotak Mahindra Bank. I have close my kotak Bank account. My aadhar No. is also Linked with SBI Bank Of NGM Barnala Branch. But in My LPG ID shows My Aadhar no. is linked with my old bank account i.e Kotak bank. I have requested many times and given form no 1(Bank linking Form) & form No. 2 (LPG Linking form) to my distributor to link my LPG ID or AAdhar No.with my SBI Bank Account. But when I check my LPG ID online with the help of login, my DBTL (CTC ) status shows Aadhar linking status with Kotak Mahindra Bank.plz link my LPG ID And my aadhar no with SBI Bank, so that I receive my subsidy amount. I refill my last six cylinders on market price. but my subsidy not credit in my account yet. Regarding this matter my distributor not co operate with me. So plz help me regarding this matter. I am Deepmala Karmakar but before marriage I was as known Deepmala Das, while I receive this LPG connection. Now I change my surname and link up with Adhaar ID. But the distibuter office by Name Devdeep require money for this purpose, even the office staffs of this office demand different type of money from everybody who suffers for this matter. Please take necessary action as per Govt. Rules.
