I reside in Faridabd ( Haryana) and am Registered with your Agency, namely, M/s Udaydeep Gas Service situated at 194, Shopping Complex, Sector - 7 Faridabad NIT, Haryana

I had ordered a Refill at IOCL Booking no [protected] and subsequently received a message on 29.01.2015 that Cash Memo No [protected] has been generated against my order . Thereafter I had received a message stating that the Delivery has been made against my order on 29.01.2015 INSPITEOF the fact that the delivery has not been made till date.
I have visited the Agency 3 (THREE) times thereafter and each time I was promised that the Deliver will be made the next day . But the delivery has not been effected till date ie. 06.02.2015
Surprisingly when I visited them last time, I was told that the Subsidy against this transaction has already been transferred to my Bank A/c which I cannot confirm at the moment as I have to stay at home to receive delivery of the Cylinder .
I am at a loss to understand as to what to do now to get my Cylinder . The Personnel manning the Agency ( Including the Owner, Mr Uday Lamba) are very rude and not at all sympathetic to their customers' plight
Will somebody at your office take necessary steps to set things right .
While on the subject, want to bring to your kind notice that Both I and my wife are in Service and have been taking Leave from Office on alternet days expecting the delivery which is causing great damage to our Service Records due to Callousness of your agency & no fault of Ours.
Your early cooperation in the matter is sincerely solicited
