SIR I WANT TO KNOW THAT MY FATHER IS EXPIRED AND NOW TO I WANT TO TRANFER OWNERSHIP OF INDANE GAS TO ME BUT INDANE GAS EMPLOYEE DEMANDS RS.1800 FOR THAT. I DONE ALL PROCEDURE AND PREPARE AFFIDAVIT, GIVE DEATH CERTIFICATE OF MY FATHER. PLEASE DO NEED FULL.

Dear sir/madam, I am a consumer of the indane and my registration no(consumer no) is cx-1219399. I am being harrashed by the Indane/Indane agency by not delivering my cylinder despite the confirmation of the same on my mobile no.I had complained in past also after the same delivery service was good but it happened only 3-4 months. But now i am facing the same problem as in past.I got the delivery message on my mob on 30 jan 2015 that "your cylinder has been delivered", but till now i did'nt get the same.To draw your attention writing to you because It seems major manipulation of the stock and involvement agency staff wrong activity in the "kala bazari" Request your intervention to find out the permanent solution of the same.I will be great thankful to you for your kind attention. Dear Sir / Madam, I want to inform you that subsidy not refund to my ICICI account NO.[protected]. I had checked with bank & they confirmed that my Adhar card & LPG ID is linked as received refund earlier also. Not only this today i checked in Indane site, it shows Bank name as SBI, though i had linked my connection with ICICI only. My LPG ID[protected]. Shoba gas services, Chennai, Consumer no 39118.My aadhar no[protected]. I had two accounts with Canara bank, Nungambakkam, Chennai, IFSC Code CNRB0000926. The accounts are[protected] and[protected]. The first account was linked for the purpose of direct bank transfer of gas subsdy .Subsequently that account was closed on 21-01-15. I requested the bank to link my account[protected].Now I find that this account is linked with aadhar and my LPG is linked with aadhar. But the Bank account is not linked for the drect bank transfer of subsidy .Please do the needful for this linkage and credit the subsidy pending for the cylinder delivered on 20-01-15.

Sir I hereby stated you that i Satish kumar S/o Sh. Mani Ram have a gas copy to my name.I want to connect my gas connection with aadhar card and bank according to the government guidelines.I requested to the agengy officials to do so and gave him my ID"s and other necessary papers but they refuse to do so and said that my father's name in their Indane Customer Subscription Voucher and in their Domestic Gas Customer casr are different as i also attached these copy to you.then i said to them that this is your mistake not mine, then they asked that whatever this is and refused my complaint.So i requested you to do the needfull steps under this matter and do the needfull as soon as possible.

Dear sir/madam I am a consumer of IOCL OF LPG in Gopalganj Bihar. My dealer details and address is given below- M/S UMAR INDANE GAS AGENCY near chirai ghar Gopalganj, Bihar pin- 841428 the actual rate of a non subsidised cylinder in bihar is rupees 717 INR My dealer is taking 860 rupees instead of 717rupees. please kindly solve the problem so that i will get more convinience and save my money too. i am having indane gas connection at peoples gas service lucknow and my consumer nummber is 22377 .i have booked gas twice in last twon months and both time it has not been delivered. last time i booked on 13 the january and the booking number is 634681 on calling IVRS booking number it is saying has been delivered on 15th jan but no such delivery has been made in reality same might have happened to previous delivery .kindly do something in this regard

Sir, My name is vandana Lohia and I am from kolakata.My consumer number is 15549 and my distributor is Prayojani in Burdwan road, kolkata.I had booked my cylinder on 22/11/14 and done all paper work and linked my account with my bank.My bank confirmed the same and all papers were submitted to Prayojani.Still my gas cylinder has not been delivered and again they are asking me to fill a form which I have already done.This distributor is always harassing and not only me but there are other customers in my building who are complaining the same.I also have a copy saying that "We hereby confirm receipt of duly filled in KYC form along with copy relevant documents of proof and ID proof ".Still they have not given me cylinder and i am in distress and i am a housewife cooking for family of 10 people. I was receiving the gas subsidy untill 31 dec: 2013. After that i am not getting the subsidy without any reason.
My kyc form is submitted to the distributer on[protected].
So please take necessary action to continue the subsidy.

I booked one Refill LPG Cylinder through online (http://indane.co.in/) i.e.900019 dtd. 18012015. But now, Silchar Indane Service told me that the above mentioned reference no. is not available on their system. So, they will not deliver the refill LPG cylinder against my reference no. Please take necessary steps for getting my cylinder as early as possible against the reference no.-900019 & reply me the exact solution on my mail [protected]@YAHOO.IN. I Mrs Anima Mitra. I was collecting gas or gas service to any number [protected]} {gabardanga}. I had applied for my gasera on 20/12/2014. To the gas was received but not yet in the gas water 05/02/2015 still today. I said many times that if he sold the gas may have been said about this with us. But it did not give any answers. I will come to you today to take a step.

I had ordered for LPG Refilling and had received Ref No 292756 dt 24.01.2015 against the same . Thereafter I received a messagage stating that Cash memo no[protected] has been generated against the same . After another day I received a message that my LPG Delivery was done on 29.01.2015 while it has not been delivered to me till date (06.02.2015) I paid 3 Visits to the Indane Distributor ( UDAYDEEP GAS SERVICE, 194, Shopping Complex, Sector - 7, NIT, Faridabad) after receipt of the message and each time was told the delivery will be made the very next day . But the delivery has not been made till date . Now I am at a loss to find a way to get the delivery . Will somebody please help me out in the matter . Look forward to receiving the LPG Refill done at the earliest

Dear Manager, I was many time problem face in the delivery process. And my distributer is not timely my delivery at my home. It is intimated that I have already submitted Aadhar card bearing no.[protected] to Sharan gas company(patiala consumer no. 26382 ) office for transferring subsidy onto my bank a/c but they have entered wrong Aadhar Card into my registered account. Due to this reason credit of the subsidy amount goes into Punjab & Sind Bank a/c no. ***2804 as per SMS received to me. In view of above I request to suggest me the way that how should I get above error be corrected so that subsidy amount may be transferred to my bank above mentioned account no.

Dear Sir, I reside in Faridabd ( Haryana) and am Registered with your Agency, namely, M/s Udaydeep Gas Service situated at 194, Shopping Complex, Sector - 7 Faridabad NIT, Haryana My Customer ID is [protected](17005) I had ordered a Refill at IOCL Booking no [protected] and subsequently received a message on 29.01.2015 that Cash Memo No [protected] has been generated against my order . Thereafter I had received a message stating that the Delivery has been made against my order on 29.01.2015 INSPITEOF the fact that the delivery has not been made till date. I have visited the Agency 3 (THREE) times thereafter and each time I was promised that the Deliver will be made the next day . But the delivery has not been effected till date ie. 06.02.2015 Surprisingly when I visited them last time, I was told that the Subsidy against this transaction has already been transferred to my Bank A/c which I cannot confirm at the moment as I have to stay at home to receive delivery of the Cylinder . I am at a loss to understand as to what to do now to get my Cylinder . The Personnel manning the Agency ( Including the Owner, Mr Uday Lamba) are very rude and not at all sympathetic to their customers' plight Will somebody at your office take necessary steps to set things right . While on the subject, want to bring to your kind notice that Both I and my wife are in Service and have been taking Leave from Office on alternet days expecting the delivery which is causing great damage to our Service Records due to Callousness of your agency & no fault of Ours. Sir . I received the following msg on booking cylinder on 29.12.2014 . . " Booking for consumer no. CX10700541 is registered with ref no.498317. If you have Aadhaar no.pl link with your distributor and bank to become CTC customer." I received the following msg on 3.1.2015 . "Cash memo [protected] generated for booking no. 498317, shall be delivered shortly.You can handover your AADHAR card Xerox along with Form-2 to Delivery boy" But when I enquired the agency they replied that booking was cancelled as door locked which is a false information since my family members always available in my home.a A female worker in the Pattammamal Gas Agency, Tamabaram chennai to book new cylin der on 28.1.2015.but I yet not received cylinder. It makes dificult to manage with my new born baby.pls arrange me to get cylinder ang give necessary warning to the gas agency for providing false informations. Errarly action solicited.Thank your

After many days the gas not being delievered I enquired Kishen gas agency at yadu indane gas seva My consumer number is 67581 In need o[censored]rgent solution.
