It is intimated that I have already submitted Aadhar card bearing no.[protected] to Sharan gas company(patiala consumer no. 26382 ) office for transferring subsidy onto my bank a/c but they have entered wrong Aadhar Card into my registered account. Due to this reason credit of the subsidy amount goes into Punjab & Sind Bank a/c no. ***2804 as per SMS received to me. In view of above I request to suggest me the way that how should I get above error be corrected so that subsidy amount may be transferred to my bank above mentioned account no.

    Dear Sir, I reside in Faridabd ( Haryana) and am Registered with your Agency, namely, M/s Udaydeep Gas Service situated at 194, Shopping Complex, Sector - 7 Faridabad NIT, Haryana My Customer ID is [protected](17005) I had ordered a Refill at IOCL Booking no [protected] and subsequently received a message on 29.01.2015 that Cash Memo No [protected] has been generated against my order . Thereafter I had received a message stating that the Delivery has been made against my order on 29.01.2015 INSPITEOF the fact that the delivery has not been made till date. I have visited the Agency 3 (THREE) times thereafter and each time I was promised that the Deliver will be made the next day . But the delivery has not been effected till date ie. 06.02.2015 Surprisingly when I visited them last time, I was told that the Subsidy against this transaction has already been transferred to my Bank A/c which I cannot confirm at the moment as I have to stay at home to receive delivery of the Cylinder . I am at a loss to understand as to what to do now to get my Cylinder . The Personnel manning the Agency ( Including the Owner, Mr Uday Lamba) are very rude and not at all sympathetic to their customers' plight Will somebody at your office take necessary steps to set things right . While on the subject, want to bring to your kind notice that Both I and my wife are in Service and have been taking Leave from Office on alternet days expecting the delivery which is causing great damage to our Service Records due to Callousness of your agency & no fault of Ours.       Sir . I received the following msg on booking cylinder on 29.12.2014 . . " Booking for consumer no. CX10700541 is registered with ref no.498317. If you have Aadhaar no.pl link with your distributor and bank to become CTC customer." I received the following msg on 3.1.2015 . "Cash memo [protected] generated for booking no. 498317, shall be delivered shortly.You can handover your AADHAR card Xerox along with Form-2 to Delivery boy" But when I enquired the agency they replied that booking was cancelled as door locked which is a false information since my family members always available in my home.a A female worker in the Pattammamal Gas Agency, Tamabaram chennai to book new cylin der on 28.1.2015.but I yet not received cylinder. It makes dificult to manage with my new born baby.pls arrange me to get cylinder ang give necessary warning to the gas agency for providing false informations. Errarly action solicited.Thank your

          i booked refill on 29jan 2015. booking no. is 200176. cash memo is [protected] on 2nd feb 15. subsidy is came in my account also. but cylinder not recevied till date (5.2.15) con. no. is cx7472791. agency person say we delivered the cyclinder. contact the delivery boy for cylinder. pls take action as soon as possible.it is all publc problem they face every day .pls do some good action. thanks

            1. When I book cylinder online, always cancelled my booking. 2. Recently I book my cylinder online 04/02/2015, then I talk to distributor for delivering. He denied for delivering the cylinder and says you have take cylinder at 20/01/2015, then you talk to me after 20 february. 3. When I ask to that why not give you cylinder then he says don't teach me lesson of law. 4. He never delivered the cylinder at home but charge the same. 5. Many times I had complaint on there complaint no. [protected], but no any action taken against my complaint.               Cylinder refil booking done on 22/12/14, till date cylinder not received, feed back given in transparency portal. It shows that matter resolved though it is still not resolved. After contacting in online booking system it does not acept complaint option and in next option replied that cylinder delivered on 23/01/15 while cylinder not supplied till date.

                  It has become usual practice of Gas agency to book cylinder in the name of Consumer ID 49790 Name Naghma Abedi residing at 80/51 A 2nd floor Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. Time and again I get messages on my mobile that the cylinder is being booked in your name and then after few days I get message that cash memo is generated and it is being delivered. But in reality I have not booked any such cylinder. I have contacted customer care earlier with same complaint and they responded that it is booked by some IVRS method or what so ever. I request you to please look into the matter and stop these kind of fraudulent practice and delete all the booking details from my ID as it is not booked by me. Regards Naghma Abedi

                    My Consumer Number is 05642 and LPG ID is 3 [protected] Distributor Code : 107235 Agency : MEENAKSHI GAS SERVICE i have booked my cylinder on 31.01.2015 and got booking no.300793, and as per sms cash memo generated Number is [protected] on 2/2/2015 I received a sms on same date 2-2-2015 that your Cylinder is dilivered but till today morning we are not received any cylinder. I am complain in Gas agency office in today morning but agency staff misbehave with me and say its in our system hum apne aap us cylinder ko delivered dikha dete hai kyonki hume cylinder 24 hrs main delivevred karna hota hai, aap se jo hota hai wo kar lo I am very shocked to hera this type of word. Owner Mr. Chopra not take any action.

                      Sir, My Customer No is 21131 and LPG ID is[protected] My agency is M/s. Sathyam Indane Services, Thottakkara, Ottappalam, Palakkad District. I had booked for refill cylinder on 19.12.2014 vide No: 900071. Message received on 29.01.2014 that Cash memo vide No:[protected], but delivery had not made till date. On contacting the Agency office, they stated that delivery may be made by next wednessday (11.02.2015). I had double cylider connection and the second cylinder is also empty. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest

                        Dear Sir, I had given my KARNATAKA BANK ACCOUNT to Indane gas distributor (SRI RAMA AGENCIES, BANGALORE URB) but after few days I received SMS stating "your bank is snot ready receive subsidy". Hence I resubmitted my CANARA BANK ACCOUNT to distributor. But they have not updated yet (even after 20 days of submission). I booked my cylinder and delivered also. But Subsidy not received. Please help in this regard. Thanks & regards RAghuveer

                          This is to bring to your notice that the Indane gas cylinder that I purchased for household use contains water. Even though the gas cylinder is heavy but it is not burning any flames as it is containing water and there is no way that it can be checked at the time of purchasing the gas cylinder. Moreover as you may look into the matter a photo proof cannot be added for the above complaint. Please look into the matter as it is a problem for us and all the other consumers.                             i have got a new gas connection of indane on dt. 27.01.15 with consumer no.[protected] from rajendra gas agency jaipur. code 123862. Agency said deliver 2 gas cylinder in 2 working days in your home but yet after 7 working days i have not received the cylinder & agency already full payment of all thiong like cylender gas chulaa etc.

                                i have booked my cylinder on27.01.2015 and got booking no.323854, and as per sms cash memo genereted is [protected], again i have tried for again on 4.2.2015 and got booking no.330698 but again i got another message for delivering the cylinder cash memo no.[protected]. but in actual i have not got any cylinder from the agency.

                                    Hi Sir/Madam, I am the consumer of INDANE gas and my gas agent is SHEEL GAS SERVICE which is located in 21 B, POOTH KALAN RITHALA MOD NEW DELHI 110086.I have booked the refilling request on 23rd Jan 2015 and cash memo generated on 25th JAN-15 but today is 5th FEB-2015 and I still waiting for getting delivered the cylinder, When I speak with agency as per him gas will delivered after election may be 10th Feb-2015, i don't understand what is relation between election and gas delivery system. why we are waiting 15-20 days for delivery of gas cylinder. i m also trying to connect with other toll free number many-many times but that number does not exist. if given number does not exist why showing in bold letter's in online home page. Could you please take a strike action against the distributor as well as toll free number ([protected]).

                                        Dear Sir, I am your LPG gas costumer holder since last 10 year and my connection no is 31652. Agency name Lansdowne Gas Service Lansdowne Pouri garhwal Ph. No.-[protected]. First I am asked to you very sincerely that your franchisee no treat our costumer sincerely. In past time gas agency do self verification of my LPG connection This time once again gas agency doing verification of all gas connection so I go to agency and Demanding for our verification but he say that your connection is locked no any Record maintain by gas agency of my connection. And finally he say that take new connection I am given all legal paper scan copy of my gas connection. So its my request to you that pls take some action on it. Because I am BPL family so I am not capable for purchase new connection.
