This is to bring to your notice that the Indane gas cylinder that I purchased for household use contains water. Even though the gas cylinder is heavy but it is not burning any flames as it is containing water and there is no way that it can be checked at the time of purchasing the gas cylinder. Moreover as you may look into the matter a photo proof cannot be added for the above complaint. Please look into the matter as it is a problem for us and all the other consumers.     i have got a new gas connection of indane on dt. 27.01.15 with consumer no.[protected] from rajendra gas agency jaipur. code 123862. Agency said deliver 2 gas cylinder in 2 working days in your home but yet after 7 working days i have not received the cylinder & agency already full payment of all thiong like cylender gas chulaa etc.

        i have booked my cylinder on27.01.2015 and got booking no.323854, and as per sms cash memo genereted is [protected], again i have tried for again on 4.2.2015 and got booking no.330698 but again i got another message for delivering the cylinder cash memo no.[protected]. but in actual i have not got any cylinder from the agency.

BINDUSREE INDANE SERVICE, AGANAMPUDI, VISAKHAPATNAM" INSTEAD OF THE CORRECT TEL. NO. (3) DUE TO THIS WRONG TELEPHONE NO. IN THE PORTAL, THE CUSTOMERS OF "BINDUSREE INDANE SERVICE" ARE UNABLE TO REGISTER FOR MOBILE / SMS BOOKING OF REFILLS. (4) WHEN TRYING TO REGISTER THE MOBILE, THE CUSTOMERS ARE GETTING THE MESSAGE AS "YOU ARE THE CUSTOMER OF GOVARDHAN GAS AGENCY", WHICH IS WRONG.             Hi Sir/Madam, I am the consumer of INDANE gas and my gas agent is SHEEL GAS SERVICE which is located in 21 B, POOTH KALAN RITHALA MOD NEW DELHI 110086.I have booked the refilling request on 23rd Jan 2015 and cash memo generated on 25th JAN-15 but today is 5th FEB-2015 and I still waiting for getting delivered the cylinder, When I speak with agency as per him gas will delivered after election may be 10th Feb-2015, i don't understand what is relation between election and gas delivery system. why we are waiting 15-20 days for delivery of gas cylinder. i m also trying to connect with other toll free number many-many times but that number does not exist. if given number does not exist why showing in bold letter's in online home page. Could you please take a strike action against the distributor as well as toll free number ([protected]).

I have registered more than 3 complaints in Indane site but not received a positive response from anyone.                 Dear Sir, I am your LPG gas costumer holder since last 10 year and my connection no is 31652. Agency name Lansdowne Gas Service Lansdowne Pouri garhwal Ph. No.-[protected]. First I am asked to you very sincerely that your franchisee no treat our costumer sincerely. In past time gas agency do self verification of my LPG connection This time once again gas agency doing verification of all gas connection so I go to agency and Demanding for our verification but he say that your connection is locked no any Record maintain by gas agency of my connection. And finally he say that take new connection I am given all legal paper scan copy of my gas connection. So its my request to you that pls take some action on it. Because I am BPL family so I am not capable for purchase new connection.

                    I am Mr D.R.BiswaS having Customer no 07309 & LPGID no[protected] yet to receive the subsidy till today (04.02.2015) against payment of Rupees Seven Hundred Forty six only (Rs746/-) on 07.01.2015 for Gas Cylinder supplied by Indane Distributor M/S Survey Park Gas service, C-215, Survey Park Kolkata 700075 vide their Bill no [protected]. While checking with both Central Bank of India Santoshpur Branch as well as Distributor office the have simply raised their hand in this respect. It is worthwhile to mention here that permanent advance of Rs 568/- was credited to Central Bank of India Santoshpur Kolkata branch which is my linked bank. Request to look into the matter and do the needful. Further, please note, I have followed the process as per your guide line as laid down in absence of Aadhaar card alternatively.                       I would like to inform you that since morning I was trying to call customer care to know about the update of my complaint No. 1840593dated 31 Jan 2015 but I was not able to talk your customer care. I am one of your old customer of your esteemed organization my consumer No. VR7234 in the name of Data Ram. I submitted all the documents in connection with change the name of consumer (from myself to Younger brother) but the distributor (O.P.Agency, Nirman Vihar, Delhi-92) charges the addl. Amount (i.e new security amount + New regulator charges etc) for change of name. I made a complaint against this issue. The purpose of this mail to request you to please look into the matter an take necessary action so that I can change the name of consumer without any charges

                        In Sri Krishna Service Station, Mahadevapura Ring Road, Bangalore the fuel filling persons will swipe credit cards for round figure amount. Today I got petrol filled and it cost Rs. 239.35 and he swiped for Rs. 240. He can swipe exact amount while he is doing on swiping machine which they can. This is repeating incident at this station. They will argue if we insist them to do so and make faces.

                          Dear Sir, I have two bank a/c one is with SBBJ, Durgapura, Jaipur (Rajasthan) and another on is with OBC Ladnun, Nagaur (Rajasthan). I have submitted my SBBJ a/c no to the Indane LPG provider (Ladnu Gas Agency) and they had linked my aadhaar no[protected] with gas connection but failed to link with bank a/c because my SBBJ a/c no is not updated with NPCI.                             I am K. Radhakrishnan, Customer no. 13653. Indane distributor is K.R. Agencies.. No.117492. I have not received subsidy amount in my Bank account after Dec 2013.The last subsidy credited was in Dec. 2013.I sent two complaints on 22/1/2015 and on 31/1/2015 I contacted them personally on 3/2/2015 and on phone on 3/2/2015 and 4/2/2015. Their stock reply is that the file is not available.When al transactions are digitalised/ computerised in Indane it is beyond my comprehension as to how my file has become unavailable. Please look into the matter and credit the subsidy amount due to me in respect of the following 3 cases. Date booking Booking no.                             The last line of my email is mixed up. Here is the correct position. Non receipt of subsidy relates to three cases. The dates of booking were 9/6/2014, 31/8/2014 and 31/12/2014. The booking nos. were 435414, 469425 and 504513. Cylinders were delivered on 26/6/2014, 22/9/2014 and 16/1/2015

                                    Sir With ref. to above, I submit that, I booked cylinder on 16.01.2015 after submission of related forms to the said dealer and got the cylinder on 19.01.2015 and paid the delivery boy Rs.746/.But a lot of time elapsed, no subsidy is credited till date. Once I enquired personally, then the person concerned checked all the matter, but could not detect the reason why it cannot be done, only said"hope within 2-3 days matter will be solved, but it is in vain. At present I am doing manually booking from my dealer which is very problematic.                                         Myself A.K. Roy, Varanasi, Consumer I.D. No. 11376 would like to inform you that post on-line booking system, we have never received cylinders without making repeated complaints to our Distributor The Indane Gas Service, Lanka, Varanasi. and about all the time they used to deliver it within 10 to 15 days. However, after initiation of on-line booking system, we hoped that now they should deliver within one or two days. But to our utter surprise, they have started delivery after long long delay. I have booked on 22 Jan., 2015, however, about 15 days nearing, there is no response. Even we have not received coupon generation message till date. Moreover, every time the trollymen bring the cylinder with much much less weight, say about > 1 to 1.5 KG less. Earlier when we do not have a weighing machine, they used to deliver even up-to 4 to 5 Kg. less weight (we randomly checked it from outside balance machine). But presently we have electronic balance and every time after long debate they deliver a cylinder still up-to more than 500 gm. less weight (600 gm to 900 gm) < 1 Kg. that too after repeated replacement from his trolley. Some times, they used to bring only one or two cylinder, so that we may not have much option of replacement. So under the circumstances, after long waiting, I have to complaint here. Pl. make a permanent remedy of this corruption.
