my consumer no is 13762 and i booked for refill on 30th Jan'15 with ref no. 557118 . i got a confirmation massage for booking and cash mamo " [protected]"has also generated for same on 31st Jan'15 . it should be delivered on same day but still it is not deliver. i tried to contact my gas agency but they don't pick my phone. pls do needful

      Sir With ref. to above, I submit that, I booked cylinder on 16.01.2015 after submission of related forms to the said dealer and got the cylinder on 19.01.2015 and paid the delivery boy Rs.746/.But a lot of time elapsed, no subsidy is credited till date. Once I enquired personally, then the person concerned checked all the matter, but could not detect the reason why it cannot be done, only said"hope within 2-3 days matter will be solved, but it is in vain. Hence I requested You to look into the matter on a top priority basis.I am aworking lady in a responsible post, so cant go personally frequently.I submit below all my particulars for your kind perusal.         I cannot book my refill cylinder through IVRS or IOCL web portal, Every time it shows that my refill request is pending since July 2011. At present I am doing manually booking from my dealer which is very problematic.           Myself A.K. Roy, Varanasi, Consumer I.D. No. 11376 would like to inform you that post on-line booking system, we have never received cylinders without making repeated complaints to our Distributor The Indane Gas Service, Lanka, Varanasi. and about all the time they used to deliver it within 10 to 15 days. However, after initiation of on-line booking system, we hoped that now they should deliver within one or two days. But to our utter surprise, they have started delivery after long long delay. I have booked on 22 Jan., 2015, however, about 15 days nearing, there is no response. Even we have not received coupon generation message till date. Moreover, every time the trollymen bring the cylinder with much much less weight, say about > 1 to 1.5 KG less. Earlier when we do not have a weighing machine, they used to deliver even up-to 4 to 5 Kg. less weight (we randomly checked it from outside balance machine). But presently we have electronic balance and every time after long debate they deliver a cylinder still up-to more than 500 gm. less weight (600 gm to 900 gm) < 1 Kg. that too after repeated replacement from his trolley. Some times, they used to bring only one or two cylinder, so that we may not have much option of replacement. So under the circumstances, after long waiting, I have to complaint here. Pl. make a permanent remedy of this corruption.

              myself mehulkumar.p.patel my lpg id no[protected].i m stay at Reliance greens at Moti khavadi, jamnagar, gujarat my gas cylinder agency name is Mahadev gas agency at jamnagar.and distance between jamnagar to Reliance Greens Moti khavadi is at least 30 km .so delivery charges 35 Rupees taken .some time in colony he is taken 30 rupee so how much current charge given to him .

                I am a consumer of Indane LPG, Consumer No.[protected], under Distributor Code[protected], M/s Swati Indian Gas Service, Kolkata-36. Since I had to stay away from my residence for 4 months I could not take any LPG refill for a long time. After my return, I booked a refill online vide Booking No.521781, dt. 21.12.14. Since the gas was not delivered even after a month, on enquiry from the Distributor I came to know that my consumership has been deactivated ( without any intimation to me ) for long non-drawal of LPG. To reactivate, I had to give fresh KYC form with documents, as advised by him. Even after that I have not been given any refill. I came to know from the Distributor that they are in dark about how to reactivate my account and are helpless in this matter. Also they could not advise me what to do to get my refill. I have been suffering for nearly 2 months for want of a refill.
                oh god!! so sad!! how can they do so...they shud get some temporary option till then atleast so tht u can get lpg for fw months till then they can solve this issue..(if they actually want to solve)

My Distributor Name: is SATYAM INDANE SERVICE is & Distributor Code is 140471 From last 2 years I am facing problem in booking through IVRS system also through Indane Website. Now I have to approach my distributor every time for refill booking it is very time taking and problematic. Every time I request for refill a message shown that my refill request is already pending in the system. I several time lodged complaint with My distributor, Mr. P.K.Ghosh, Area Manager, Indane (North 24 Parganas) and customer care of Indane but my complaint has not been addressed. I therefore request you to take the step so that I can book my gas over by mobile phone No [protected] or through website of indane.                       My name is Arun T J. My LPG ID[protected] and consumer Number is 9272. My Indane agency is Alinkeel Gas Mangad, Kannur. I booked my cylinder on 4/12/2014. But they have not yet issued my cylinders. My two cylinders are already empty. As both o[censored]s are employees it is very difficult to manage without cooking gas. Even though, I can not book the fresh Cylinders as they are not issued the booked cylinders. When I tried to contact the agency over phone, they don't take that. Today I went to the agency to know the details. At that time I saw a lot of people demanding for their cylinders and thee agency people are behaving indecently to them. There are people who booked Cylinders even in November 2014. When asked about my issue they are saying that my turn has not yet come. Even he can not say when will my turn come.The agency people are behaving very indecently to people. Sir, so I request you please look into the matter and take necessary steps to get my cylinders immediately and allow me to book the other cylinder which is already exhausted.

                          Hi Sir/Madam, I am the consumer of INDANE gas and my gas agent is VIDYASAGAR GAS AGENCY which is located in 12-B, RAMA MARKET, PITAM PURA NEW DELHI.I have booked the refilling request on 28 Jan 2015 and cash memo generated on 31st JAN but I still waiting for getting delivered the cylinder, When I try to speak with agency they do not pick up the phone and other contact no always get busy, I tried to dial n number of times. They always do like this way. I have also logged the complaint in last year but no action has been taken and no improvement has been done in services. Even I tried to reach customer care of IOL which is mentioned on their home page of the website but that number does not exist. Could you please take a strike action against the distributor.

                            Hi Sir/Madam, I am one consumer of INDANE gas and my gas agent is SHRI VISHNU GAS AGENCY which is in address 1113, Vijai Complex, FCI Main Rd, Kadugodi Post, Bengaluru, Karnataka[protected] I have booked my indane gas refilling request 12jan 2015 I Have booked for refilling on 12 jan 2015 and cash memo generated on 19th JAN but i didn't receive any cylinder after that when i went after 5days, they told the order has been cancelled.I asked the reason they told some useless reason even they didn't send any sms for cancellation so how user will know that his/her booking has been canceelled, Again they regenerated the cash memo on 29th Jan as per my request and told me your gas will be delivered withing 1day, still till now i have not got. I am frustrated and again i have booked for refilling from my phone on 1st Feb, don't know when i will get. Please sir take necessery action on them for it, i am suffering a lot for this kindly irresponsible duty.

                                I am a Indane Gas Customer having Customer No. 30839 and my agency is Gemini Enterprises, Next to Tehsil, Najafgarh, New Delhi-110043. I had booked a Indane Gas Cylinder (Domestic) on 18/01/2015 vide booking no. 639939. But even after passing of 16 days I have not received my cylinder and there is no one in the agency to pick the phone or resolve my query. It is totally deficiency in service due to which I am suffering a lot.

                                  Sir /Madam, I am an Indane gas consumer (Consumer No. E 21585) from Dehradun (Uttarakhand) Our authorised gas agency is 'Eureka Gas Service, Panditwari, Dehradun. I have booked my gas on 09/01/2015 (Booking number 239219) and till today (03/02/2015) I have not supplied the cylinder. Though we have reminded the Agency several times and we were assured of supplying the cylinder a day or two but all failed. Within a day or two the cylinder currently in use is expected to be exhausted. Another cylinder is also lying unfilled. Thus, there will not be cooking gas availability in my house in next few days. Irregular and delayed supply has caused great inconvenience to me and my family. It is requested to kindly look at the matter and direct the gas agency to ensure the delivery of the cylinder within a day or two for which i shall be thankful to you. With regards Dr. V.K.
