I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the seeding of aadhar number in the www.rasf.uiadai.gov.in (aadhar no.[protected] in the DBTL scheme of Indane my consumer no is 18292, (distributor name is RadhaRaman Gas Service of West Bengal), on 20th of December 2014, I have submitted the aadhar number through the portal RASF, but till today no confirmation received, even my aadhar number was also not updated against my consumer ID, for this reason I am not being able to enjoy the DBTL Scheme, as well as regarding the same have made a complaint in the call center but, one of the executive said it will be updated within 25 days, but a month has turned and till today no updates no coordination received, even from the number which I used to call in the call center, now shows rejected whenever I call. So, will request you to do the needful against the same, your earlier action is highly solicited.

Respected sir/maam, There are following complain regarding my distributor ( Gauri Enterprise code - 910719 new delhi - 45) sir, my consumer no CX2634476. 1) I had booked my cylinder on 9/01/2015 still it did not deliver to my address. 2) None of the land ph no. of distributor in a working condition and one of the cell no provided by the distributor ([protected]) no one receive the call. 3) Some how i get the no of field officer but he can not resolve the my problem no is [protected]. 4) Delivery boy did not bring weight equipment. It is my request to resolve these problem as soon as possible and please me mail address of appellate or mobile/land line no those are able to take serious action these distributor. R/Sir, Madam I there for request you that I have some problem in my LPG connection. I have submitted all document that needed but My Aadhar card number wrongly entered by the agency. After that i check it on the Internet. It showed wrong aadhar number then I went to agency two times and submitted aadhar number and they entered both times but not updated. But other aadhar no is linked to syndicate bank whereas my bank a/c is in Prathama bank branch dhanaura. Please solve my problem. Order Id: [protected] My Father has ordered a cylinder on 1st of January. A cylinder was delivered on 3rd January whereas it is registered to be delivered on 19th January. Worst part of that is, that no subsidy has been credited for that till now.(31st Jan) Worst Process of their so call Adhar Linked Subsidy System I don't know If they have any process or timeline which they follow. No availability on their Toll Free Number, Don't know If we have a way to reach them. If yes, how??

Hi, This Is to complaint about Image Filling Station - Mayur Vihar Phase 1 New Delhi. I went there on 30 Jan 2015 to get tank filled with Petrol The person standing ther to fill the tank made sure that car is parked in a way that you can not view the meter in time that I came out of my car he was already in mode to fill the car when I asked I want to check he said its your job to check not there job to wait for consumer when I asked about the Manager in the Petrol pump I was told he is not there. Then I asked about the complaint book they said its again not there. After I became adamant and I said I am not moving the my Car. I was told that I can go in one of the cabin to log a complaint. Suddenly when I went inside there was one guy sitting there and I was introduced to him as a manager. This guy told to me log a complaint in the complaint book and do what I want to do As I was just pissing him with my complaint. he was not even ready to share the name of the employee who was at filling point( I asked the name of employee as the employee card wore by this guy does not have name printed on it only Kumar was visible in the card). 1. Please help me understand is there any way this Owner could be informed that customer has all the right to check the petrol meter before the start of filling ( I mean to check Zero) 2. Can These people in petrol deny you complaint book. 3. my consumer number is 37956 from distributor zaildar gas service in north delhi. i booked online cylinder and received confirmation by mail. transaction number is R[protected]. when cylinder has not come i gone to distributor, i was shocked to see that status showing no booking... inconvenience caused to me...who pays

Sir, M a consumer of Indane LPG. coustomer no. 27228. LEO GAS SERVICE Near Ayurvedic College Lower Mall Patiala. i hv booked cyl. on 15 jan with ref no. 213742 and i hv recvd msg from ursite on 20 jan fr delivery of cyll but they did not deliverd cyll to us. when i complaint online then they deliver cyll on 21 jan n dnt give recept of tht cyll. now again i booked cyll on25 ja. with ref no 215168. i hv recved msg frm ursite now on 29 jan wide recpt no [protected] fr delivery of cyll. but now they give us recpt but did not supply the cyll. always they r doing as such. plz registerd my complaint against ageny n do proper enquiry. my self SURJIT SINGH and my mob no is [protected]. we have a Indane gas connection with Distributor Indane Sandhyasikha at Hooghly dist and consumer no is: 12192 in names of Bivash Nandy.We want to transfer the name and gone to distributor for 5-6 times.every time he is telling to come after 15 days and not doing this.We confirmed that name transfer using Annx A & B is valid.what to do?

I booked gas cylender on 03 jan 2015 and take 800 rupees by distributor that time, there after i sumitted my adhar no. On lpg distributor and bank before 9 jan both are linked but subsidy money not credit in my account even now . my lpg id is 375 [protected]. Hi, This is regarding the Akash agency for indane gas distribution(Durgapur, 54Ft road, West Bengal), they never deliver the gas cylinder on time and to the home location, . We always need to go and collect the cylinder but why is this so? When the service is provided to book online so that all customers get the service provided at the doorstep but in vain. Booked for the next cylinder on 14th Jan 2015 still no status... if we are asking for the cylinder they revert and say come and collect . If this is the service type really its frustrating ... We need the problem to be resolved as soon as possible and need urgent cylinder to be delivered at my home address within 2 days. Moreover the staffs at the distributor site are really rude ... Dear Indane Team, I am very sorry to say that the service of M/s Riddhi Indane Gas Agency is very pathetic, we are not getting home delivery of cylinders since last one year.My Age is 73YRS PLUS and at this age i have to bring down the cylinder from 2nd floor and carry it all the way to agency office and then to godown and carry back filled cylinder back to home, which is very painful experiance for me at this age.This is happening since more then last one year. Hello Sir/Madem, My name is Ramesh P, my consumer number is CX9175057 form Kalpana Indane Gas Agency. I have booked a Gas on 4th December with booking ID 419524 and cash memo generated message on 31st December with - cash memo # [protected]. Still today (29th January 2015) we have not received the cylinder. I logged a compliant with customer care and the compliant number is 1810356. But it is almost a week i have not got any response fro the customer care. Looks like there is no point in contacting customer care. Hence logging the compliant in this forum. Our gas is closed for past two days and now my family have to depend on the hotel for food.
