    I had booked thro IVR No.[protected] on[protected] under no. 237141 (booking No.)and got message of Cash memo on[protected] but till date I have not received gas - My connection is at OMKARAM, OACHIRA, Customer No. 14355, SV No. [protected], distributers id MVR B-4988881.i am a govt servant and cant go and enquire everytime..they minimise their phone volume and avoid taking any calls..wen i went there to enquire i was said they wont take call for some days..they spoke very rudely.even after 2 weeks after going there they didnt distribute gas.on enquiring to similar customers we came to know that he is mismanaging the entire process..many complaints are against their service at vigilance.. Action may please be taken to deliver the gas within 15 days after booking and take necessary action immediately

      Dear Sir/Madam Would Like to draw your kind attention regarding Non Receipt of LPG Subsidy. LPG No. 44867 17-Digit No. 3 [protected] Distributor Rose Gas Agency 117562 District Chennai I do not have Adhar Number I booked my details with Indian oil by net, and I received duly filled Form-4 from you. I submit the form to my distributor with necessary enclosure by last week of December'14 On 12/01/2015, I book cylinder and I got the cylinder by 14/01/2015. Bill came without subsidy and I pay full amount. But Regret to say that, I did not receive First Payment of Rs.568/- and second amount of Rs.299/- Still I am getting Mail from Indane saying that Submit bank details to LPG Distributor, but it was already submitted. My distributor Rose Gas Agency Says, my LPG account already connect for subsidy. Really do not understand, what is the reason for not getting credit in my bank account. Kindly do the needful.       Dear Sir,

      As is required, I had linked my Indane LPG ID[protected] with my Aadhar card No.[protected] and Bank of Maharashtra (BOM) bank account and its confirmation were received via SMS from AD IODBTL on 31ST Dec 2014-. In this connection please note that

      1. Recently I have received an Indane LPG cylinder from M/s Urvarshi Enterprises but its subsidy could not be credited as earlier link of Aadhar No with bank a/c has become in-activated.as intimated via SMS by DD-IOBTL on 19th Feb 2015
      2. As suggested, I once again contacted Indane LPG distributer and Maharashtra bank and got re-linked my Aadhar cad with Indane LPG ID and BOM a/c on 20th Feb 2015
      3. However, I have neither received any confirmation from DD-IOBTL regarding necessary linking of Aadhar card with LPG ID and bank a/c nor subsidy is credited in my above mentioned BOM a/c No. [protected].
      .
      You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter and arrange to credit admissible LPG subsidy in my BOM a/c and oblige.

      Even after delivery of gas cylinder, I have not received subsidy.Feedback center & my customer console shows that Bank Account not linked to LPG.I contact the customer care center of company, they told me that U r linked to DBTL scheme but due to wrong spellinng of name or data not updated by the agency, subsidy could not be credited, thereafter I visited to gas agency on dtd.4-3-2015, they refused to update data & Correct spelling of my Name as B.S.KALURA as on AADHAAR.Inspite They advice me to go through new connection.What should I do ?

      I am a customer of Indane Distributor Prathana Gas Agency, Moovarasanpet, Chennai-600091 My customer number is 22482

      . My 17 digit number is[protected] I have not received my Indane gas subsidy for the last three supplies.This in

      spite of my repeated reminders.In between I received a mail saying that the subsidy for the second supply was remitted to a

      wrong customer.My request for the mistake to be rectified and my account credited has not been answered.

      A PSU can not act with such insensitivity to customer needs.I consider this as deficiency of service. If the

      problem is not satisfied within 10 days and the subsidy for the three supplies credited to my SB Account[protected] with

      the Velachery Branch of the State Bank Of India in Chennai, I will be constrained to look for other means of having my dues

      recovered.

        Ref : Consumer No. K17851 Gas Refill Booking No. 495840 dt. 3.1.15 Dealer : Kasna Gas Services, Sector Alpha – 2, Greater Noida I have booked refilling of gas cylinder vide Booking No. 495840 dt. 3.1.15 but till date I have not received the delivery of gas at my residence. On the other hand I have received SMS that Cash Memo No.[protected] on 20.1.15 issued but still gas not delivered at my residence. Kindly look into the matter and instruct the concerned agency immediately delivery of gas cylinder.

          Hi there, Please find below the details of complaint: Date: 25th Jan 2015 Location: IOCL outlet in Domlur Incidence: I requested for a full tank diesel. Once filled, one of the attendant on the outlet told me that my tyre pressure is less, in the meanwhile the other attendant changed the total amount to Rs. 2245 and told me to pay. I reconfirmed the amount and he said 2245. Since my car tank capacity is below Rs. 2000, I suspected a foul play. I demanded a bill and it showed an amount of Rs.1650. I don't know how many people are fooled this way on a daily basis. Please assist. Thanks & regards, Amit

                Regulator not fixing properly

                I have tried to fit new re-fill cylinder and regulator is not fixing properly. Till now there was no issue and this is first time I am facing this problem. Tried to contact dealer for help, but may be due to holidays he didn't respond. How come such a critical part like cylinder nozzle be non-standard??...

                Hi Sir, This is Sheik Abdul kader, I’m using an “Indane LPG Domestic Cylinder” from the distributor “Sri Selvi Indane Gas Agency, Karambakkam, porur, Chennai-116, Tamil Nadu. I have booked a refill cylinder on[protected]. I called the distributor through phone to get the status of my booking. The phone rings-up, but there is no body answering the phone for 4 days. At last I went directly to the distributors office to get the status. They casually told me that they have delivered the cylinder through the delivery man “Mr. Anbu Raj”. I told that I still have not received the cylinder. In Reply I got the mobile number of the delivery man “Mr. Anbu Raj”[protected]. And I finally catched him on [protected] by his mobile number after calling more than 3 times, and received the cylinder on[protected]pm. I just asked why it has been late to deliver the cylinder. He was shouted at me, that he can deliver the cylinder whenever he receive from the distributor and collected the amount 740 rupees. I have asked why I need to pay more than the bill and I’m also nearby to the distributor. Then again he shouted like a barbarian and told that he will put the cylinder on the road, and asked me to take the cylinder, if you don’t wish to pay more than the bill. Finally I gave him the amount 740 and got my cylinder. My request is as a consumer, what is the actual amount that we need to pay for a refill cylinder even the distributor is near by of about 1km. Also, the behavior of the delivery man and the response of the distributor is very worse. I have attached the photo copy of the Gas book signed by the delivery man. After a long conversation/fight the delivery man entered the delivery date & amount in the “cash memo” column. Can you please resolve this issue. Thanks for your help on this.

                  I got an sms on 27.12.2014 "Cash memo [protected] generated for booking no. 239517, shall be delivered shortly. You can handover your AADHAR Card Xerox along with form-2 to Delivery boy". I also enquired 4 times directly to the distributor. But till today I didn't get the cylinder.

Whose complaint no is 1809303. but after some time my booking is cancelled.Reason give due to shshrtage.but my friend book clynder on 21 jan whose clylinder is delivered afer 3 days.                         I have booked a refill gas cylinder on 07.01.2015 for consumer number 192 vide booking reference number 900322. On 14.01.2015 an amount of Rs.568/- has been credited in my saving account in SBI account No.[protected] but after lapse of 19 days till date delivery not given by the Gas agency(Lalmani Indane, Raipur, Chhattisgarh) due to which i am facing a lot of problem. Kindly arrange to deliver the same immediately.
                        I have requested a refill on 12/01/15 and the refill order no is 900867, the distributor numbers are not working and no one is responding, when i check the status online, it says "Bookings cancelled in DBTL changeover will be automatically rebooked"
                        My indane consumer no is : CX10598563, and the distributor is "Sri Gurukrupa Indane Distributors"
                        I request you look into this matter

                          In all my documents my name is Samir Kumar Mandal but unfortunately in my LPG connection it was Samir Mondal. My distributor, Champadanga Indane, Hooghly, W.B has corrected my name as a result my consumer no has been changed. My Adhar no was linked to my old consumer no and it needed removal immediately in order to link it to my new consumer no.Finding no other alternative my Distributor has linked my Bank A/C to new consumer no. My other details are given here. Old consumer no-5525, new consumer no CX16110249, SBI A/c no-[protected], Adhar no.[protected].

My gas agency name is gurukrupa gas, karelibaug, Vadodara I linked my adhar no in both SBI bank and gas office My consumer no is 28254 Now on date 5/1/2015 I issue on gas cylinder...but unfortunately it's subsidies amount transfer in 3rd party icici bank a/c... I cecked in Bank but it was ok by bank ...then I checked in gas agency they reply they transfer Rs. In 3rd party icici a/c...and they not give satisfied answer so now what can I do ...please help me as soon as possible.

                                Sir, With ref to IOC Ref No. BNK[protected] dated 06 Jan 2015, I am down loaded Form No.4 from IOC website and tried two times to handed over to the Dealer i.e.Coral Agencies, Puthiyacavu Mavelikara. But they are denied to accept form No.4 from my side and said that, My Gas connection also linked with aadhar and Bank account.On that I could not handed over to them with Bank details. However, I have to submit that My Aadhar no,[protected] already linked with Bank details i.e account No, [protected] with SBT Kochalummodu (SBTR0000449) and regularly credited subsidy since.16/7/2013. except subsidy of Gas Bill No.[protected] dated[protected]. It is therefore requested that, the subsidy pertaining to my above LPG ID No.[protected], Consumer No.5334 may be rearranged to my above Aadharbased Bank account i.e. [protected] with SBT Kochalummodu, so that I could continue your valuable service without any hassile and puzzle.                                   We booked refill on Dt. 10-Jan-2015 vide order no. 437517 / Cash Memo No. [protected], but the cylinder has not yet been delivered till date (25-Jan-2015) whereas we have received an SMS from Indane on our registered mobile no. confirming delivery of cylinder. Such a pethetic service is provided to consumers at Hardev Gas Jalandhar Cantt Punjab. Moreover, No one picks up the calls at Hardev Gas Jalandhar Cantt. Tried to submit feedback on Indane portal but of no use as you are able to update your details on portal but cannot submit because no submit key has been provided to make us fool. Never ever come across such a poor service ! Is this customer service or avoiding customers ? Need immediate action from concerned authorities.

As suggestion ginen by the Indane customer care when try to register again then massage shows that you have already registered. I do not know that how to verify account detail so i can able to login.                                     My LPG-ID[protected] and my Adhar Card No[protected] both are linked to my Bank Account No [protected] of Indian Overseas Bank, C Scheme, Jaipur. I Booked the reffil on 13.01.2015 and got the message on 15.01.2015 that the advance LPG Subsidy of Rs 568.00 has been failed in my account. The cylinder is also supplied vide bill No. [protected] dated 16.01.2015 of M/S Asal Durg Enterprises, Jaipur.My Consumer No is 15100. I Could not understand the reason of failing subsidy.
