I am a 72 year old widow living alone at Alwar and my son who is a serving Central Govt. employee visits me on Sundays. I have an Indane LPG connection with Govind Gas Agency, Station Road, Alwar (Rajasthan) having Consumer No. 13042. I had initially booked for a Refill on 25.12.2014 through Indane Automated Refill System against Consumer No.13042 (LPG ID:[protected] and Ref. No. given was 205700 against which Cash Memo No.[protected] was reportedly (as per SMS received) generated on 30.12.2015. However, no refill was delivered and upon approaching the Distributor on 01.12.2015, I was asked to submit Photocopies of Bank Account and Adhaar Card, which was done by me instantly. However, cylinder was not delivered despite assurance resulting in cancellation of the Refill Booking Ref. No.205700. On contacting the Distributor, I was assured fresh Refill and the Distributor retained my Consumer-Book and the Slips for the needful. Subsequently, only on repeated follow-ups, fresh Booking was registered with Reference No.[protected] on 22.01.2015 and Cash Memo No.[protected] was reportedly generated (as per SMS received) against the same on 22.01.2015 itself. However, in spite of repeated follow-ups over telephone neither the Refill has been delivered as yet nor has my Consumer-Book been returned till date. Strict action against the Distributor is solicited.

        Dear sir, I am registered consumer with Cust. No. 29733 with verma gas agency, I.P. Ext. Delhi - 110092. My LPG ID is 3 [protected] . I had booked my Gas for reffiling on 24/01/2015 with Booking No. 551870. I am trying to call to Verma Gas agency from last 2 days, and they are not sending our booked gas for refil and also not receiving phone of our continue call. It's their habit. They always doing same things from last year. Please, take neccesary action and help us.

          Sir, I submit to inform that I am a consumer of M/s Bindusree Enterprises, Door No.3-7-22, Opp MRO Office, Anakapalle - 531001, Visakhapatnam district (Ph No.[protected],[protected] bearing Customer No. 19855. In this connection I have booked cylinder through online on 28.12.2014 (It was cancelled by the Gas agency due to no reason) and also i have booked another cylinder through online on 13.01.2015. I have gone to the Gas agency on 17.01.2015 the receptionist told that "after 10 days you will receive the cylinder". After 10 days i have not yet received the cylinder, again I have gone the Gas agency on 28.01.2015 at 2.40 PM, the receptionist told that "another after 10 days you will receive the cylinder". I have seen the consumers not receiving cylinders even though bills were printed out and cylinders not delivering due to lack of stock / cylinders. The Gas agency have acquiring huge number of connections from villagers around the Anakapalle but they have not providing the cylinders(Full) at in-time. Hence early action may taken in this regard.             Hello, I have lost my register indane gas booking phone number. I want to register a new phone number. I have sent a sms to toll free number using following BPCL (space) dealer no with std code (space) register id and sent it to [protected]. But massage sending showing failed. some one help me about this issue. My dealer is saying you have to go our main office. They are not giving me any solutions.
            I lost my phone which number registered with lpg indan gas connection, hence i want to change registered phone number through online method, so please tell me procedure.

I have submitted documents twice Aadhar Card No[protected] to SBOP, MSC Branch Bathinda and M/S. Mann Gas Service, Bathinda in the month of October 2013 and 17.2.2014. Bank told us that my aadhar card is linked but Dealer told us that NO. Kindly look into the matter personally and solve the problem.                 My name is Pushparaj and my gas id no is 20155, my distributor is KK Indane enterprises cambridge layout, Halasuru Bangalore 560008. I Received my refiffed cylinder on 25th jan 2015 sunday, and when i connected it to the regulator, the gas started leaking making a hissing noise, i immediatly removed it and closed the cap and connected another cylinder which i burrowed from my neighbour, since it was sunday i counld not complain. i verbaelly went to the office and complained them, they told they will send the technician, with in half an hour, but since two days no body has turned up i even mailed to the KK indane mail ID, they have not replied to it either.so pls look in the matter and see that they replace the defective cylinder.before it take some ugly turns

                    Sir, I have booked my cylinder on 16.01.2015 vied Ref No. 548606 but till today I have not recd the cylinder. I have also visited the distributor Gopal Indane Office to know about the delay on 23.01.2015 they denied to deliver the cylinder on or before 28 days from last delivery. In spite of Govt announce that any consumer take delivery any time and no time boundation. They replied that Company not submitted the booking request before 28 days. My adharcard is submitted in bank and it is linked on bank network (Bank of Baroda, gota branch, Ahmedabad, Gujarat). But it is not show online on DBTL (mylpg.in) portal. Please update it.

                                  Respected sir, ma'am, This is to inform you that I have refilled the cylinder from Ankit gas agency, Gotha, Mau, U.P., on 3/Jan/2015 and also already submitted all the documents including aadhar copy at mentioned distributer and also in my bank but 25 days passed I have not received the subsidy amount and when I asked him today regarding this he replied that on that day his system was faulty and I will not get subsidy for this particular cylinder refilled. So this is a humble request to you that please do the needful for this ASAP, or reply me what is my cause if the distributor's system was faulty otherwise I will feel sorry to do this complaint at legal authority.                                     i am himanshu sankhyadhar from moradabad city, having indane gas agency connection no 35440 at cheena gas agency moradabad. i have booked my cylinder on 4th of January 2015, and still on 27th jan i am not getting any gas cylinder from Indane Gas agencies. i am having following complaints against cheena gas agency moradabad. 1) NEVER DELIVER REFILLED CYLINDER ON TIME 2) CHEENA GAS AGENCY PEOPLE NEVER PICS OUR NEITHER FOR BOOKING NOR FOR ANY EMERGENCY NEWS. 3) THEIR DELIVERY BOY OR HOOKER NEVER CARRY WIGHT MEASURING MACHINE AND IF WE ASKS THEN HE SAYS "HUME AGENCY WALO NE NAHI DIA HAI", AND ON EVERY REFILLING THEY CHARGED 30 TO 50RS EXTRA AS DELIVERY CHARGES.                                       I have booked my refill cylinder on 28.12.2014 & received booking confirmation No. 244403 through SMS. I spoke to your Distributor M/s. Arasu Gas Agency, Kailasa Nathar Steet, Natham, Chengalpattu on 20th January 2015. They said no load. After Few minutes I received a SMS stating with ' booking for consumer No. 464 is registered with ref No. [protected]" Simultaneously I received one more SMS stating with Cash memo [protected]. Till (27.1.2015) Now I have not received the refill cylinder. Kindly clarify why cylinder was not delivered according to my registration No. 244403/28.12.2014. Again who was booked in my name (No. [protected]). Why till now not delivered the cylinder. I have a doubt about this distributor they are selling Cylinder to market & accounting in my name. Kindly advised to IOCL for audit for this distributor. The corruption will comes out. I tired many more time file a complaint to IOCL but I can't. There is a problem about their customer care.
