My consumer number CX15151070 AND lPG ID[protected], MY AGENCY : PERIYA PALAYATHAMMAN GAS AGENCY THIRUPORUR. My consumer number has linked with federal bank as per indane rules. I verified my consumer number in MY LPG website, it shows your LPG linked with bank and receive subsidiary from bank. based on that i booked cylinder on 07/01/2015 and cylinder received on 21/01/2015 without subsidiary. I enquired both bank and gas agency and verified my Gas number and Account number. both are correct. but i am not received deposit as well subsidiary. Dear Solutions, There was a Indane gas connection in Chandigarh. Cunsumer no.18977 in Arunita Gas Agerncy in Secter-47 Chandigarh. But i had transfer that connection to Baddi Area (HP). Now at Vikas Gas agency Baddi, I am uable to link my Aadhar number with that connection. Because my Aadhar number not removed by Arunita Gas Agerncy. Dear Sir, i am so upset due to late cylinder delivery. I have booked my cylinder before 27 days but still not deliver the cylinder. whenever i call to distributor he always said today your cylinder will be at your home. but at last cylinder not delivered. i called him at about 30 times but he did not pick my phone. my consumer No. is 30160 and my distributor agency name is Kwic gas agency Shop No-51, Jwala heri market, Paschim Vihar, Near allahabad bank, Delhi - 110063, one more thing sir my cylinder is become automaticly booked without my knowledge. it booked automaticly after every 25 days. When the massage has come to my phone then i got that my cylinder has booked but cylinder did not come to my home. sir i am requesting to you please take hard steps on my complaint.

This is N.senthil kumar, I went for name transfer from my father s.nallusamy to n.senthil kumar for my cylinder and I follow all the procedure at last they asked me bribe amount rs.3000 to transfer. I give complaint to you still no response I went and ask to distributor he told me 'complain kodutha HR enna pudingiya' no one cant do anything and get out of my office. My consumer No.; 35176 My LPG Id : 3 [protected] Adyar Gas Agency Gas refill booking No. :728674 Cash no. :[protected] To day a gas cylinder was delivered to me at 10 a.m. I paid the bill amount Rs. 705//- plus a tip of Rs.20/-. The delivery boy demanded Rs. 25/- as tip. when i refused to pay he shouted at me. When I gave him the form2 for linking the aadhar no to gas along with the relevant document he refused to take it. I hear the delivery boys are demanding as high a tip as Rs 60/- from poor and uneducated people. my cook and maid have complained about this. kindly take necessary action and please make an example so that it deters oyher wrong doers. This is to bring to your kind notice. Today I've approached Shree Raghavendra Gas Agency, Avadi for new Gas connection and they informed me that I need to pay 7600 for single cylinder and 9300 for dual cylinders. They told me that its an package which includes the hot plate also. I have told them I dont need the hot plate since i got one (BIS approved) ... but they are telling that its compulsory to buy hot plate from distributor else they wont give gas connection without that. I've informed them in the website its mentioned as its not compulsory to buy hot plate from distributor but they didnt agree to that and forcing me to pay the above mentioned amount for new gas connection. My Cust. ID is U6356 and I receive my LPG refill from Unique Gas Service, Barrackpore, Kolkata-700122. The refill cylinder delivered to me when connected to the burner lasted for only 7 days, whereas normally it lasts for 40 days. The cylinder though was quite heavy, but no gas was coming out. On asking the delivery man, he said that the cylinder is filled with water. Weight of the cylinder now is 25 kg. I have lodged complaint with distributor but no action as yet.

Sir, my consumer no. is 18833. I have booked the gas on 23/11/2014 with a booking reference no. 426252 and cash memo [protected]. But it got cancelled automatically on 01/01/2015. So i have to book it again.Please look at the problem and try to short it out

We booked the cylinder 2 times and first time it got cancelled automatically after few days(Approx-11 days) and 2 cylinder is booked on 15 Jan 2015 and it has not been delivered yet . 1 Booking number-453306 2 time booking number-[protected] We are not getting even ok services. Please check Address of agency-Rani bagh indance agency.

Consumer No. is 56340 not booked any cylinder for ref No [protected] and same was delivered on the same day to some other person. This happens second time. The booking ref and cash memo no and delivery of cylinder is info to me by SMS. Please look into the matter.

dear sir, / madam i got the cylender booked on 14 and 15th jan, 2015, and also cash memo slip had been issued for delevery cylender on residence customer . But it is telling with sad, deleverer person did not delever the cylender and he sold to another person for their extra income. i kept on wait the delevery of cylender . when i called to complaint in my gas agency, then they don't pick up the phone and keep like engassed. so i am getting worry and anger because or their carelessness and do thier profitability . so, please attention on my complaint. i am requisting you again, please take strict action against such a delever man who sales it like black market for their personal profit. instead of delever the cylender on true customer .
