I am registered consumer of Indane Gas and my consumer no. 13936. However I had booked gas on 7th Jan but still the cylinder has not been delivered and it happens very often. I have complained to you people several times but all in vain. So why you people sitting in complain forum and what is the necessity of complain forum ????? Why make make fool o[censored]s ???? If not, please take immediate step to stop the hooliganism. Agency Name - Anjali Flames Location - Bihar, Patna. 7th Jan - 2015 Booking no:- 782480.

Still now not delivered Refill which booked dated- 07.01.2015, it was past 20 days. It was very disappointed to me that I have loddged complain dated- 18.01.2015 instead of that not solved the matter. So, I am again asking you people that this complain forum only for formality or any appropriate action have taken by forum ??? I don't know what result will come after that follow up but after this if not resolved, I will go for legal action.

    I am registered consumer of Indane gas and my consumer number is 18990. However, I had booked gas on 5th January, 2015 and day before yesterday i.e. 16.01.2015, for supply of refill, receipt also issued but refill has not been supply today i.e. 18.01.2015 (7.00 PM). In this regard, I had also discussed with the agency i.e. C. Lal & Sonce, Kashere Gate, with Mr. Shyam Lal but gas refill has not been supplied. Since the gas surrender hadbeen empty day before yesterday and I am using electric heater for preparing of food.       sir, My connection No. is PUPG-26476 with LPG id [protected]. As per SMS received by me, subsidy of Rs. 290.68 has been credited inBank account number XX 607728 which is not my account.         I am ramreddy kolani residing in at annapurna colony, NTPC, karimnagar district, telangana state. I have indane gas connection with no.cx8941053 @ srimayi gas agencies. My gas distributor is collecting Rs. 40 to 50 whenever they delivery the cylendar. Please save us from extra charges.

              Consumer No 23553, Refill No - 411189, Refill Booking date - 4 Jan 2014 Its been 14 days that refill has not been delivered. My Gas Agency - Alok Gas, Model Town, Delhi - they never pick up their phones. Even Indane hotline does not work. I was getting LPG subsidy in my account when it had started last year, so there is problem with ADHAAR linkage either. Its getting very inconvenient. Please help -Harpreet

                Dear Sir/Mam I had an account with the account no of KS-29401 a LPG connection to our nearest dealer KESHRI GAS SERVICE in Jamshedpur Saraikela Kharsawan district. His code is 177230. Due to some reason I was unable to take/consume a LPG cylinder so I will not book. So my connection is stop and need to fill a KYC with proof of identification / address. Which is I was fill on dated.10.01.15 with the all relative document & they charge on me Rs 75/-. Till date they had not verified my address. Now I am unable to use my LPG connection.                   shortage of fuel(diesel) refilling

                  Last 3years I refilling my car fuel(diesel) from your dealer JAL H. INDOREWALLA & SONS, 33/2, B. T. ROAD, KOLKATA-700002. But today after I refilled, I find something going wrong. I already complain to the manager of that outlet but he ignore the matter. Please take right step as early as possible....

                    my consumer no-01991.samarjit memorial agency, city centre sector-4 bokaro steel city is my distributor.my address is je-11, vastu vihar-1 road no-2.on cash memo it is je-11 vastu vihar road no-2chirachas, there are 4vastu vihar in chira chas.most of the time gas is not delivered due to lack of proper address, i have complaint so many times but nothing happend, kindly take corrective action

                      My LPG ID is[protected] I had booked for LPG cylinder on 30.11.2014 vide booking no.647639. my distributor is Modergas Agency, at Bally Howrah. As per practice, my gas is delivered after more than one month from booking date. Accordingly, I was waiting for one month. Since upto 16.1.2015, I did not get gas I called at IVR No, [protected] & learnt that my order has been cancelled. It has also been learnt that gas booked upto 07.12.2014 has been delivered by distributor. I did neither receive any message nor any call from my distributor. Since, more than one month has passed I, being a serving woman, am facing much trouble. I contacted my distributor for supply of gas. But they refused to supply gas and directed me to book again on 16.1.2015.So, I was compelled to make another booking no.66519 on 16.1.15.                         Sir, I have booked my cylinder on 02/01/2015 but not yet recieved the cylinder. Even they have turned off their landline number and mobile numbers. No response I am getting from their side till today. So please take necessary action so that this will not be happened in future.

                              Hi All, My name is Dr. Vijay Patrikar. I am from Nagpur and is a Indian gas user. I want to file a complaint against my Gas distributor agency named Bhende Gas Agency, Dhantoli, Nagpur, Maharashtra. Every time we booked gas number we has issue in getting cylinder on time. We get very bad experience with Agency members as they also didn't stay on their words for delivery and sending cylinders at least 10-12 days after booking.

                                It is a case of purnea, indane popular gas distributor .The employee mistaken my dad's name in updating his while name is correctly written in the owner book of cylinder and written laxmi kant mishra instead of laxmi kant sharma and when my mom asked to correct it he told that there will be no problem in it and for it my mom told them many times but they didn't listened to her and the cash memo is still in the name of laxmi kant mishra and during DBTL registration when we asked that will it create any problem in this registration than he told yes and asked for 1500 rs to change my dad's name which was a mistake of your employee and now on cylinder we are paying 827 rs but no getting the subsidy

                                  I have not been receiving any subsidy even after linking my Aadhar & Bank account. I checked the DBTL status and Aadhar seeding status in the Transparency portal of IOC, but in the feed back column the Aadhar is seeded correctly and the Bank account no. against is entered wrongly. According to the instruction from the feed back page I contacted my dealer to correct the mistake. So far there is no progress. The dealer is not able to convince with a satisfied replay. I therefore request your complaint cell to let me know how can I get the bank account no amended correctly.

                                      "Astha Indane" is not able to handle the consumers spreaded upon a large area of Surat and there is a long time needed to get the refill. At times, consumers need to wait for a month or more after booking the refill. The delivery person do not deliver the refill in the area "Mota Varachha" and arround and the consumers are forced to take up their empty cylinders and stand in the line in the scorching sun for minutes together at the place where the cylinders are unloaded for door to door distribution and carry the filled cyinder back. If a person is not ready to go and get the refill from the so called "Godown", the distributor cancels the booking with a handy reason saying "he could not find the address". AND THE WHOLE CYCLE REPEATS. Further the distributor demands for 20 to 50 Rs. above the refill bill at the time of handing over the refill, and this depends on where the delivery is done.Upon all this, refusal toward the "DEMANDED TIP" he threatens us by taking back the refill or delay in the next one.
