ooO[protected] while I was going to my home as a pillion rider of my brother`s motor cycle entered in to IOC petrol pump situated at mannantgala for fillIng petrol in the motor cyCle, my got down from the vehicle and standed near the platform adjecent to the northern boundary wall of the pump.There is someearthern veSsels with plants, in a situation that it would be fallen on the floor at any time.These eartherrn vessels will be fallen bY a single touch of a bird, cat or any type of small creature or wind at any time.some branches of a plant growned in to the inner side of the pump. When filling of fuel completed my brother I moved to sit back oF the motor cycle some employees of the pump manager too loudly said do not go.manager told me thwy won`t allow me to go unless put the soil in Vessel with plant in the platform and remove the soil from the floor and clean there, with high pressure exerted by the manager I had been forced to put the soil into earthen essel with plant in the platform infront of several people with high gravity of humiliation, defamation, mental stress and mental agony.please take action against the manager and concerned employees

    My consumer number is CX7296845. I have booked the GAS refill on Jan 8th and cash memo is generated on Jan 9th. From that day onwards we are trying to reach the Distributor but no one is picking the call. Some times they are picking the phone but they are not taking/responding to the customer. They are placing the receiver at side. This is what happening always. Today is Jan 19th, Still the gas refill was not delivered and not responding to the customer calls.       We have booked Gas Cylinder against consumer No CX11808013 on 5 th Jan 2015 against booking ref No 214961. It has been neither delivered so far nor we are getting any update on this. On status enquiry the message says the delivery up to 11th jan 2015 booking has been delivered. We would like to know when the cylinder against our booking will be delivered. We have been contacting the agency but no proper response on delivery schedule.         Dear Sir, I am an Indane Gas customer, based in Gurgaon, Haryana. Customer number assigned to me is 853738 and the agency assigned to my connection is Golden Gas Agency based in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon-122017 with owners mobile no. [protected]. My problem is the unprofessional Gas Agency.It never gives any re-fill before 20 days to a months time.It takes it's customers in a very casual manner. When we call them to make a booking, they never pick up the phone. When we want to make a booking by email they never acknowledge. Whenever we request them to provide us the telephone no of the area manager from the Indane Gas, they say they don't have, whereas I cannot believe this. For long delivery period they always say that their is a big backlog and once it is cleared we will deliver. I would like to know is it correct. My parents in Delhi never face this problem and their Indane Gas Ageny never takes more than a week's time from booking to deliver the re-filled cylinder. Then why this agency" Golden Gas"in Gurgaon ? I would request you to please take a note of it and take action against this rogue Gas Agency Owner who is taking the public for big ride. Even the IVR number for the complaints ie;[protected] is never picked manually. I tried 10 times today and every time it goes on automated voice. Could you please sort this out as well ? Waiting for an update from the company.             I have been a customer of your Company Owned & Company Run Petrol outlet on Josip Broz Tito Marg New Delhi 110017 for the last 37 years I suspect that the petrol pump attendants are either cheating the company or the Customers or both by refusing to give machine printed receipts for petrol delivered. They tell the customers that they can issue a hand written Receipt if required. Some one needs to look at the reason behind this hesitation in issuing Macine printed Bills. WHAT IS GOING ON ?

                Convert Single cylinder to double gas cylinder connection

                Dear Sir, I have asked my LPG distributor named CONTAI Indane, Code no -181063 located at Sherpur, At&PO - Contai, Dist - Purba Medinipur, for conversation of single cylinder to double cylinder gas for several times but he denied to take my application and told me the above connection not available.                 I am registered consumer of Indane gas and my consumer number is 32236. However, I had booked (Booking NO. 449339) gas on 02/01/2015 and a cash memo ([protected]) generated on 06/01/2015 against the booking (449339). Again on 13/01/2015 another cash memo generated ([protected]) against the same booking (449339). On 16/01/2015 I got a sms ‘cylinder has been delivered’, but refill has not been supply till today i.e. 19/01/2015. In this regard, I had also wrote to the agency “Sondhi Gas Services”, Shop 3, block J, CSC market, Saket, New Delhi, Delhi 110017 but gas refill has not been supplied.                   My Aadhar number is properly linked with Bank as well as indane gas agency but my LPG Advance subsidy credited in wrong A/C No and wrong bank name(bank of india) Again I went to state bank india And tally With my account no and adhaar no is properly updated also Indane Gas agency.Whenever i intially updated i got correct SMS .but now recd sms A/C no and bank name is wrong. subsidy Wrong credited. My Cust No: LPG ID[protected]. Bank A/C [protected]. So pls Rectify the problem and give possitive answer.And adv subsidy to credited my acct no .Mention in above. Thanking you Sir,

                    I booked my gas on 16/01/2015 .and my consumer no. is 41282 and gas agency is vikram gas agency new delhi the delivery boy came for deliver the cylinder on 19/01/2015, when i said to the cylinder boy to weight the cylinder then i receive he returned the cylinder saying that it is not possible.

                      I have gone to Indian Oil, Sri Visakan Agencies, E.C.R, Vasavasamuthiram Village, Pudupattinam, Kalpakkam-603102 on 19.01.2015, at 9.30 am. I have paid Rs. 1000/- and the man over there was filling petrol in my vehicle. When it reached around 8 litres, he told me to go to the bill counter to collect the bill. I just turned back to see where the bill counter was and decided to take it after filling the petrol. But by this time, the man who was pouring the petrol has reset the machine and said that he has poured 16.32 litres. My vehicle is showing only 3 lines, i.e, i have got only 8 litres. And I am sure he cannot pour the rest of the 8 litres within a few seconds. I have asked him, but he is not ready to accept what he did. Kindly look into the matter and do justice to me. I have attached the bill where he has falsely written that he has given me 16.32 litres of petrol at Rs. 1000/- Kindly do the needful.

                        I am registered consumer of Indane Gas and my consumer no. 13936. However I had booked gas on 7th Jan but still the cylinder has not been delivered and it happens very often. I have complained to you people several times but all in vain. So why you people sitting in complain forum and what is the necessity of complain forum ????? Why make make fool o[censored]s ????                         Still now not delivered Refill which booked dated- 07.01.2015, it was past 20 days. It was very disappointed to me that I have loddged complain dated- 18.01.2015 instead of that not solved the matter. So, I am again asking you people that this complain forum only for formality or any appropriate action have taken by forum ??? I don't know what result will come after that follow up but after this if not resolved, I will go for legal action.

                          I am registered consumer of Indane gas and my consumer number is 18990. However, I had booked gas on 5th January, 2015 and day before yesterday i.e. 16.01.2015, for supply of refill, receipt also issued but refill has not been supply today i.e. 18.01.2015 (7.00 PM). In this regard, I had also discussed with the agency i.e. C. Lal & Sonce, Kashere Gate, with Mr. Shyam Lal but gas refill has not been supplied. Since the gas surrender hadbeen empty day before yesterday and I am using electric heater for preparing of food.                                     Consumer No 23553, Refill No - 411189, Refill Booking date - 4 Jan 2014 Its been 14 days that refill has not been delivered. My Gas Agency - Alok Gas, Model Town, Delhi - they never pick up their phones. Even Indane hotline does not work. I was getting LPG subsidy in my account when it had started last year, so there is problem with ADHAAR linkage either. Its getting very inconvenient. Please help -Harpreet

                                      Dear Sir/Mam I had an account with the account no of KS-29401 a LPG connection to our nearest dealer KESHRI GAS SERVICE in Jamshedpur Saraikela Kharsawan district. His code is 177230. Due to some reason I was unable to take/consume a LPG cylinder so I will not book. So my connection is stop and need to fill a KYC with proof of identification / address. Which is I was fill on dated.10.01.15 with the all relative document & they charge on me Rs 75/-. Till date they had not verified my address. Now I am unable to use my LPG connection.
