My gas never comes on time from "seetharama agency". The actual date of booking, the automated phone, and the agency always differs in the date of booking. This is extremely frustrating for a vital service like gas. To top it all last time the agency did not even give the gas receipt during delivery. Isn't it a clear sign of the LPG getting in the black market? I don't have hopes but in case this complaint works I would like you guys to take very strict action against this "SEETHARAMA AGENCY" . My consumer no is cx12781497.

      Dear Sir, I belong to a bonafied consumer of Indian GAS Corporation bearing Consumer No. - 5408 in the District of Jagatsinghpur, Odisha. Sir I had booked my cylinder through telephonic massage with refill No - 217241, on Dated - 26.10.2014. I have received the telephonic massage from corporation on dated. 7.11.2014 with cash memo no - [protected]. but I have not received the refill cylinder till today that is in 16.11.2014. I am the consumer under the distributor Kuntala Devi SHG in the district of Jagatsinghpur DRDA ORMAS. When I said for the cylinder, she replied me your refill has not been received on dt.11.11.2014. further I approach for GAS she replayed you take your GAS but Cash Memo is not available. I Questioned her why, he answered cylinder refill has been received but without cash memo from DRDA ORMAS, Jagatsinghpur. So I have not received My refill without Cash Memo till today that it on 16.11.2014. Therefore I request you that to consider the matter and answer about the facts.         Dear Sir I had taken my Hyundai Eon KA01ML2434 car at around 21:10Pm on 15/11/2014 Saturday to fill petrol at this outlet. They called me to one end of the petrol bunk where petrol was being filled for 2 wheelers ...one guy approached me and informed me to open the remote fuel lid, I informed him to fill full tank, and walked towards my fuel tank inlet...another guy stopped me and asked me if I had Citibank Indian Oil Credit Card...and informed me that there is an offer...(Attention Diversion Tactic) ... when I was talking to him... the other guy started filling fuel...I tried to stop him since I had not seen Zero but he said fuel was already filled for Rs 300...i told him that I had asked for full tank...so asked him to revert to 0 and then fill it full tank...full tank was reached at INR 1676.W hile paying they informed me that I had to pay INR 1676 + INR 300 ( Fair enough) but only later did I realize that these guys had defrauded me. Rs. 300 was filled by the 2 wheeler most probably, my fuel tank capacity is 32 Litres (Eon) and INR 1976 comes to 28 Lts (approx) while around 9-10 litres was already in the fuel tank...as per my fuel meter reading. Hence it was impossible to fill 28 litres.Further while paying when I asked for the Citibank Offer he said my card doesnt have this offer.Since I was in a hurry didnot want to create a scene. He had defrauded me of Rs.300/-. I would request you to go through the CCTV footage at that time so that my complaint can be taken up and the outlet be blacklisted.           Regularly i will go Yousufguda Service Station ( Indian Oil Corporation) always they say card machine is not working even card machine is working they wil say it snot working if we aurgive If i have a Citi bank they will swipe in icici bank why they do like this i am not understanding, And all the employ yes will speak the mobile in the bunk, KIndly look into this and do needful.             My consumer no. is 06013 at sunam gas service, Sunam, Dist. Sangrur, Punjab. I have booked a cylinder wide reference no. 200130 and a cash memo no.[protected] is generated against it. I have received a message that cylinder has been deleivered at your home address, but I still don't get the cylinder. I have tried to talk to the representatives at sunam gas agency several times but they didn't respond. After listening my problem they disconnect my phone every time I called them.               I booked indane cylinder via amazon on 22 april 2022.till 2may I did not get cylinder than I made complaint to indane for delivering my cylinder but did not get cylinder till today.now on today 15 may I received a msg that your cylinder is delivered but I didnot get cylinder.feeling cheated by indane.it been almost one month but I did not get cylinder yet.mobile [protected]

                Sir, I went to AGENCY FOR MANY TIME FOR submit KYC FORM NO. [protected] WAITING LIST NUMBER [protected] form on 17.09.14 according to your instructions but the above said LAXMI GAS AGENCY ETAWAH U.P. PIN CODE 206001 denied to take the KYC form saying that give Affidavit, Which is not as per your instructions. As you know as per your instructions each and every customer will have to submit KYC forms along with at least one proof (List of documents) of residence and one proof of identity. As per instructions I went to submit KYC form along with Copy of Voter ID and one photo pasted on the duly filled form but same was refused to accept by the LAXMI GAS Agency. Now let me know whether we are bound to submit KYC form as per your guidelines or as per self made guidelines of that gas agency. It seems that customers are raising their voice but no improvement is seen in the gas services. Kindly look into above the matters personally and take appropriate action in this regard.

                  my consumer no is 19673 with capital Gas agency Trivandrum. I have booked my refill on 30 sep2014. As per recorded information, the dealer had delivered bookings upto 12/10/14.Also 30 sep booking had cleared on 02/oct as per the portal. But I have received cash memo generation sms on 10/oct. In spite of repeated request made to the dealer, no cylinder was delivered till to date. today I have visited the dealer to take delivery in person and found that no memo has generated against my booking. They have informed me that all the recorded information available regarding status of booking and cash memo generation etc are not sacrosanct and are bogus as they haven't received enough cylinders to distribute for bookings on 30 Sep 2014 till to date. It is mentioned here that, as can be seen from your portal, the dealer has provided 10-12 cylinders to many consumers, where as they are unable to provide me my 05 refills of the year. in this regard my complaint on portal reg nos. 1638832 dt 12/11/14 and 1641832 dt 14/11/14 are relevant. However, unfortunately no action has been taken neither by the company or the dealer.                     I had booked a refill on 27.10.2014 for my consumer number CX11698766. My booking reference is 200535. I was promised the refill will be done in less than 1 week time, however it did not come. I tried to dial their nos.[protected] and[protected] atleast more than 50 times in 2 to 3 days, but the response is either it is switched off or number does not exist. Then i visited their office. the lady told me that our phones are working and my refill will be done tomorrow. Then i got the sms tomorrow morning i.e. on 11.11.2014 that cash memo no. [protected] has been generated and cylinder will be delivered shortly today. However till today i.e. 15.11.2014, I have not received the cylinder and thier phone numbers are not connecting. This is the way Indane treat their consumers. I am thinking of changing the connection to HP or BP. My advice to all that please do not buy Indane connection.

                      I am feeling very sory to inform you that your indane gas distributor in shastri nagar gas service, jaipur (Raj.) is pursuing his duty in very irresponsible manner...Sir my indane gas connection no. Is cx1970107. And both the gas have booked in 23 / 10 / 2014 by me... But we do not received / supplied gas refill till date... Due to this i suffering with trouble... When i goes for inquiry in indane office their response is not satisfactory and non co - operative... Sir please help me urgent.. And take immediate action against this indane distributor...                       Individual — horrible response by the distributer

                      i booked my gas refill on the 16th march and got cancelled and then again on 25th march and then again got cancelled and now it says its been booked on 3rd april which i have not booked. meanwhile nearly 3 weeks have gone. already it is taking 3 weeks for refill and now no mistake from our side i hav eto wait for how long i do not know. is there there some one to see to the probles of senior citizens like me.

                        I have been a customer of Indane for more than 30 years. KYC number not issued by Vasanth Enterprises even after 15 days of submission of forms: My consumer nubmer is CX2770412 (Consumer ID: [protected]) and the Distributor for us is Vasanth Enterprises, Indira Nagar, Bangalore I had submitted KYC application form to Vasanth Enterprises Bangalore. This according to Indane was needed because I had not booked for a refill for 6 months. The downloaded application forms, address proof, ID proof, photograph, etc were submitted to Vasnath Enterprises, Indira Nagar about 15 days ago. I was not provided with a receipt neither was I informed of any KYC number over phone in due course. When I try to used Indane's online portal to register a user profile, the error message says "We are not able to authenticate the Customer ID [[protected]] Please resolve the issue asap. Thank you.

                          Hi I am from Mahadevapura. I am really fed up with the delay which is happening on the delivery of gas.Usually I am receiving One cylinder for 3 months, but despite this situation, the service is bad.The response given by the agency person is very rude and negligency, where no words can be spoken on the person who is the concerned person of agency.It will spoil your company name.                                   I have a indane gas connection bearing consumer No 1225 at Ma Aloka Gramin Vitaram Indane Gas Agency, Chandkuri (Midnapur). I am away from my home for job and the agency has refuse to book gas through phone call and talking rough. Phone which are provided to all are received by them at rare case. Max time phone are not attended by them. I have applied for double connection but they refused to provide that on simple way. One representative asked money in black to do the same. Request do needful not only for me for all customer of the gas agency.

                                    This is to inform Indian Oil Corporation of the inability of your franchisee petrol bunk in Domlur Layout (Off Old Airport Road), Bangalore who filled in petrol in my Volkswagen Polo Diesel. The sheer ignorance of the bunk employee has costed me Rs 5800 to fix the fuel tank of my car. The employee did not hear me saying fill 'diesel' or bother to read on the fuel tank cap which clearly says DIESEL ONLY. He quickly filled some petrol before I double checked with him if it was diesel. The employee was apologetic and was told to stand by while the other employees tried to start filtering out the petrol from my car. They were unsuccessful (thankfully) and I called my Car helpline. A Flat bed truck was sent to me to take the car to VW Apple Auto Authorised service station who then fixed my car. This incident has caused me high inconvenience and costs. Why should I as an informed consumer and driver of many years pay Rs 5800 for Indian Oil's inability to train their franchisee employees? I would like action to be taken against this petrol bunk and receive a compensation

Not picking up any phone or receiving calls. • Not giving any information on asking. NO home Delivery. • Very Rude Behaviour. • Non-Maintenance of Records: asking for submission of documents again & again. DESCRIPTION: I want to inform you that My Gas Connection (P-9164) existed from 1994.We have taken it form one of our relative. And all the transfer process has been done 20 years back. Know after servicing for 20 years for the same address they are currently asking me to submit documents with the old Transfer papers. I don’t see the feasibility of tracing back the documents. We have visited the Passi Gas Distributor clerical office many times to enquire the same. Mr Bhargava are asked to pay Rs2200. We are very upset & dissatisfied by their services like no home delivery, no maintenance of records (again & again ask for Documents), very rude behaviour, no person to listen/check complain, never picking up of Phones, etc. It is a matter of regret that even after computerization these people are still in the practice of corruption, for which the general publics are suffering. You are therefore kindly requested to take strong action to against the distributorship, so that it will be a example for others to not to indulge in such type of practices.                                         Tremendous problem for irregular delivery of Indane Gas Distributor, Bhagajatin Gas Service. I have booked one Gas cylinder for refueling on 13/10/2014 but till the date no gas cylinder has been delivered to me till the date. My two cylinder is now empty. 28 days have gone from my online booking, We really very much upseet & hopeless against such of your poor service
