MY COMPLAIN:
• Non-issuance of Cylinder after Booking
• Asking for Rs. 2200 for correction.
• Neither listening any complain nor giving any receiving/stamping on complaint letter. Not picking up any phone or receiving calls.
• Not giving any information on asking. NO home Delivery.
• Very Rude Behaviour.
• Non-Maintenance of Records: asking for submission of documents again & again.
DESCRIPTION:
I want to inform you that My Gas Connection (P-9164) existed from 1994.We have taken it form one of our relative. And all the transfer process has been done 20 years back.
Know after servicing for 20 years for the same address they are currently asking me to submit documents with the old Transfer papers.
I don’t see the feasibility of tracing back the documents.
We have visited the Passi Gas Distributor clerical office many times to enquire the same. Mr Bhargava are asked to pay Rs2200.
We are very upset & dissatisfied by their services like no home delivery, no maintenance of records (again & again ask for Documents), very rude behaviour, no person to listen/check complain, never picking up of
Phones, etc.
It is a matter of regret that even after computerization these people are still in the practice of corruption, for which the general publics are suffering.
You are therefore kindly requested to take strong action to against the distributorship, so that it will be a example for others to not to indulge in such type of practices.
