I had booked Indane Gas refill for consumer 58877 .My Booking reference no is 479370, for which Cash memo [protected] was generated on 5th November 2014 .But to my surprice.My booking was cancelled today with out any reason on 10th November 2014.This has been happening quiet often with Sri Rama Gas Agency, Tambu chetty palya main road.Bangalore - 560016.I strongly suspect that the Gas agency is selling to Black marketers.I request you to look into this issue and kindly take strong action aganist them.     Hi, Shivshankar Gas Agency (Porur, Chennai) is not activating my gas connection (customer id: 83475) which was under safe custody. I've visited the branch personally and submitted all necessary documents and fees on 12-Oct'14, but I didn't get the connection so far. I was informed that there is a technical challenge in re-activating my connection but I don't understand why they not able to resolve for a month now. Alternatively I was forced to take up a new connection by paying more amount... I haven't chosen this option and waiting for my connection to get activated without any clue. I would highly appreciate if you could help me resolving this sooner possible since I'm struggling for food preparation for a month... Thanks, Chinna Ganesh Kumar

      We are guided by Indane to book the GAS on [protected]. However whenever we attempt to book we got the message that we need to book the GAS on local gas agency number which is[protected]. We have called on this number several times but nobody is bother to respond us. Phone is just ringing and they are not picking the phone, if they pick then they disconnect it without listening to other side, which is really very frustrating.             I dont know whom to contact. Its been 2 weeks i have been writing emails. Hope there is someone here to listen. I am a businessman and I find this petrol bunk nearer so I always fill petrol here and in the last 6 months I have been facing this shortage of petrol in this outlet when ever I tell them to fill for 200rs they fill for 40(not showing 0 nor they put number on the device and then they add 160 and fill rest. i found shortage of fuel when i last time filled my petrol else where. The fuel meter raised than this outlet used to raise after filling 200 rs. Contact email; shreesai;[protected]@gmail.com Mobile; [protected] I am an LPG gas holder with Consumer no- 6208 and staying at Nitte. I booked for a refill cylinder in 24th September. But till this day I have not received my cylinder. In this connection I had informed the Dealer M/s Priyadarshini Gas Agency, Karkala about the refill. But they are not replying properly. Whenever I contacted them they told that it will be supplied by the next week. But the slogan "Next week" is continuing for the last 45 days. To my surprise, I found that they had supplied cylinders to all my neighbours and they have not supplied the cylinder to me. Today when I contacted them once again, they told that it will be delivered by the next week.

Her staff was recived the phone but not treat properly and not solved my problem. Every day i try to call 30 to 40 times perday. Please me to slove the problem my counsumer no. 41216

                  My name is AJOY KUMAR GOND ( Cons. No.22664) but L.B. Gas Agency, Kolkata has recorded my name as AJOY KUMAR GOUD. I have inform my distributor for correction of my surname. They advice to submit Fresh KYC duly filled in along with 3 Passport size photo, Affidavit from 1st class Magistrate. I have try to submit a written request to my Gas Distrubutor L.B. Gas Agency, Kolkata but they deny to accept and they asked to submit as they inform orally. This is inform all my Gas connection name is AJOY KUMAR GOND. Please inform what I can do.

                    Respected authority It is to bring to your notice that vasani service center having Indian oil corporation dealership(M.S.Lic No. 579) is not giving air in ttyres telling that employees have not come I am a regular person on same pump. Even more its washroom are locked and water cooler doesn't have glass with it.

                      i went to book indane gas on[protected]. i was informed by the staff that cylinder will be sent in 10-15 days. after 15 days i again went to golden gas agency on 26.10.2014 and was again informed that the cylinder will be sent on Wednesday i.e.29.10.2014 but till 09.11.2014 no cylinder was sent to my house. When approached to golden gas agency i was again informed that they are not responsible for this delay since they have not been receiving gas from gas company. They refused to write reason for delay in gas book and two ladies staff started shouting at me. one of them was wearing spectacles and she was very cruel in her action and misbehave with every customer who visit in front of me. She is a shame at the name of customer service. she is very adamant and has been using abusing language and shouted at me. Owners were not available at the sight. They are always absent and one mr mukesh and another person mr sharma were also present at the shop but not uttered a single word. All other staff members were working like puppets and only two ladies were shouting at the customers. These ladies are too cruel to be posted even at lowest public service departments. They are very rude and unpleasant in their approach towards public while other staff members are very decent but these two ladies are too arrogant to be accepted in public service.Please take action against owners as well as against these two ladies.

                        Dear Respective Sir, i am feeling very sory to inform you that your indane gas distributor in Khairthal, Alwar (Raj.) is pursuing his duty in very irresponsible manner...Sir my indane gas connection No. is 1542 and 4264447...and both the gas have booked in 16 /10/ 2014 by me ...but we do not received/supplied gas refill till date...due to this i suffering with trouble...when i goes for inquiry in indane office their response is not satisfactory and non co-operative...sir please help me urgent..and take immediate action against this indane distributor... Thank You Very Much Sir.

                          Dear Sir, This is notified you that I Abhishek Bhattacharya live in konnagar (WB) had applied for a new LPG connection in December 2013 last year, and till date that I haven't received the same. I went to Konnagar Gas office several times during this period and every time office staffs told me that they don't have stock in their hand now and issuance of new connection is stopped after November 2013 last year and will remain until new stock available. On 22nd October again I went to office to know the current status then one of office staff gave me a contact number of Some Amarnath Babu (called as area manager of this area ) for taking clarification.But he also answered the same thing "New connections are issued based on availability of equipment. Presently issuance of new connection is suspended till further advice." Now I am in a very helpless position and not knowing what to do. This is very unfortunate that over 10 months have been passed and I had not received any single communication from their end. I shall be highly obliged if you take the matter at your custodian for doing needful at earliest.                             Today I filled petrol fuel from indian oil pump in Bhiwadi(Alwar), Rajasthan.I gave 100 rs. to operator but he filled fuel of only 99.76 rs. When I told him to fill complete fuel of 100 rs. then he did misbehave with me. please take strict action against that operator.I am also attaching the bill of that petrol pump.                                 I am the consumer of ORAON GAS DISTRIBUTOR, Ranchi Jharkhand. My Consumer No. is OGD/17655. I have booked for Cylinder refill vide booking reference no. 318349 on dated 24.10.2014. I have requested to Vendors on telephony several times and even I physically met to him and request to supply `the gas Cylinder. But they didn't sup[ply till today i.e. 08.11.2014. it's not the first time it happens. In past several times I've faced the same problem. NOW I BECAME TOTALLY FED UP. PLZ PLZ HELP ME to sort out my problem...

                                  I booked a cylinder in vizag indane gas agency on 20/10/14.Then they gave me my booking no.19371 and reference no.470261.But after 20 days nobody has come to deliver the cylinder.Then again on 20th day I complained, then they gave me the booking no.470261 and they wrote that the cylinder will be shortly delivered. But after 6 or 7 days nobody came.Some or the other day we can see him delivering cylinder but if we call he says that he will come when he has time.Everytime while delivering he takes 30 rupees from all but we only give 10 rupees to him and he tells that he will see us next time. This is the first state i am seeing like this, i have lived is 4 to 5 states but never saw like this.I request u to fix this problem very soon.

                                    I Ramesh Bhat K(consumer no.-14830) customer of M/s.Salian Gas Agency, 4-75/4(6), Shree vittal Building, opp Post office, Surathkal-575014.We had online booked the cylinder on 6th October 2014, the booking no. Is 223283. We have received a reply about the information regarding the booking of the cylinder that our cash memo no. Is [protected] on 31st October 2014.Still we haven't received the cylinder yet and we are facing the problem as our both cylinders are empty.This problem is a frequent one and we have not received any sort of solutions.In reply we received the below responses. 1. System is imperfect in receiving the booking after 21 days. 2. Load hasn't come. 3. Any delay in the supply, no response through phone. We had to receive cylinder dated 8th November 2014, but was postponed to 10th November 2014 on enqiure.As a result we have stopped receiving the cash memo and we are replied that we had already received the cylinder dated 7th October 2014.PLEASE SEE TO IT THAT OUR PROBLEM IS SOLVED SOON.

My distributor NORTH HOWRAH GAS DISTRIBUTOR has given only 5 refills so far as against my quota of 7 cylinders upto the last month. The delivery period has been increased to 45-50 days Pl. let me know how I shall get 12 cylinders in this year as my entitlement with 5 months left for the year..

                                        Dear Sir, I have booked the cylinder on Saturday 01, Nov and ref number is 836050. As I have only one cylinder and since I have not received 2nd one which have booked another 10 months back, I need this cylinder urgently. I visited the Belendur location 3 times. On Satruday 01 Nov it was closed. On Sunday 02 Nov as it was sunday it was closed. On Mnday 03 Nov my wife visited and forgotten to carry the Book, the concerned person refused to give the cylinder and told her to come on Tuesday between 11.00am to 7.00pm. On Tuesday 04 Nov my wife visited at 6.00PM and the person refused to give the cylinder. My wife literally requested him many times for almost 30 mins. The official timings are mentioned as 11-7, but he was still not willing to give the cylinder. He asked her to come on 05, Nov around 12.30PM. I would request you to reply me what is going to make us come again and again. Sir, We are citizens of India and have the right to take our share of the natural resources which the government has allotted us. If you see my history I take less than 6 cylinders per year. In case of emergency when we go to your outlet why are we treated in this manner? The person in-charge is not even ready to speak to us. I made several calls to the number printed in the office but it was never picked-up. Also the person in-charge gives a deaf ear for what you are requesting for. This makes us feel as a beggar even though we are a proud citizens of India and a prompt taxpayer too. Kindly reply my email and help to continue support my family with daily cooked food as without your good service we will starve not having cooked food. Regards, Rajendra.
