I had booked refill Cylinder from Indian Oil Corporation through their authorised Indane Gas Distributor Surya Gas Agencies, 45/845 A, Kochi 12, Kerala. Tel No:[protected],[protected] on 4th Sept 2014. Since I do not receive the refill till 2nd Nov, I contacted Ioc and I was told that the refill is delivered on 9th October. I was shocked by this information and so I contacted Surya Gas. They do not give me any answer and cut the line. This is not the First time it is happening. If I have to get the refill, I have to go to their office and beg for it. So I request the concerned authorities to take this complaint seriously and do the needful to get me the refill on time and not to repeat it again. Booking Date[protected] Confirmation No : 362133.     Sir, I have booked indane refill cylinder on[protected] and the booking No is..200649. But on[protected] I got a sms from them stating that your booking 200649 stands cancelled. I do not know why and what is the reason. Being a disabled Ex-Service man I am unable to go the agency many times and telephone inquiry is of no use as the telephone is always out or order.More over they do not bring the cylinder to home, instead I have to wait on the road side till they comes.I will be thankful to you in solving this problem and plz send resolution my email id-anujmehrotra.[protected]@gmail.com.     Hi, I am Ranjeet Singh and my consumer ID is 1261. I had booked a refill on 10/05/15 and today I received a message on my phone that the booking was cancelled, with reason not mentioned at all. When I went to inquire about it at their office (Sri Sadguru) I was told that the delivery boy was not able to locate my address. When they had me speak to the delivery boy, (who they say is new) had no idea where on earh I stayed. Apparently I have been staying at this address for the past 1 year, and I have not faced any issue, Now, the office staff tells my to update my address correctly. And not only that, they were quite rude to me as if it was my fault, and I was asking for something unreasonable. They alos siad that the delivery boy called me but my phone was not reachable. My office is at Bannerghatta road, the area has very good covergae and there is no way they wouldn't have got connected. So, the bottom line is, if the delivery boy is not able to find my address, that is his fault and not mine. Therefore, I should not be suffering for somebody else's fault. And, I am not upating the address just because one odd man cannot find it.

        Dear Sir/Madam, 1. Please refer to my customer No CX 7503009 and complaint No 160783 at toll free Number ie[protected]. 2. I lodged a complaint at 2120h on 02 Nov 2014 regarding gas cyl leaking, and your attendant told me that complaint will be rectified within 2-4hours. On reminding after 10h, your call centre attendant Mr Sunil replied me that technician has rectified my complaint. 3. Even lapse of 10h, neither complaint is rectified nor any technician visited at my home. 4. Sir/Madam, I request you to look into the matter and serious steps may please be taken against defaulters, so that unwanted incidents can be avoided in future.

              On Wednesday (dated:[protected] my mother- in- law went to Auto Yard filling station of 13km Mathura Road New delhi - 110041 for filling of diesel into our Eco Sport UP80 CN 2335. They filled around 50.35 ltr of diesel in a vehicle which is having a maximum capacity of 47 ltr fuel tank and the driver was driving it so it was not empty must be having atleast 8 to 10 ltr. As my mother is a dialysis patient in Apollo hospital in Delhi, she has been visiting Delhi thrice in a week for the last 10 yrs. So we are the regular Customer of this dealer and often fill our car tank at Auto Cut reason being slightly cheaper rates of deisel than in Agra. When she returned agra we found that she has been charged in excess in filling up the car tank. We immediately called up at Auto Yard's number but one number was out of service and second number is not picked up even after a long wait. This is something very disappointing. However she has taken an invoice for the same and paid it through cash. We request you to look into the matter.                 Our Grhak No is : 30275 We had booked our Gas Bottle on line for approx 15 days back and we did not get Bottle till 25.10.2014 after that our home was closed due to diwali Holidays and Bottle may come on 26.10.2014 but house was closed so services boy may return back the bottle and till date we have not got bottle when we enquire our Dealer that Radhika Gas Services they have not given any response nor giving any feedback and inform and tell that u complain online only but online complain menu does not work while calling . When We call and entry the 2 to registered the Complain phone immediately got disconnected Pl try to solve the matter as our current gas bottle will also completed within 4-5 days matter most urgent

                    I am an Indane LPG consumer always there has been abnormal delay in getting refill of Indane gas. As against delivery time of 25 to 30 days earlier the distributor namaly as L.B gas agencies is taking time of 45 to 60 days in supply of the refills. With this speed no consumer will get his quota of 12 gas cylinders in a year as announced by the Govt. Moreover consumers have to face a lot of problem as they are not getting refills in time. Necessary actions are requested to be taken by the concerned authorities to normalise the supply. My consumer no is-07067 My mobile-[protected]

                        Dear Sir, We are trying to book gas online but portal showing "service is temporary unavailable" since last month. However we has tried to called Shiva Gas Agency, firstly they are not answering the call. Really disappointing service by them, very poor service. Same I have put on complaint section under web portal, but no response at all. Kindly help to book gas for us, and look in to this matter. Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.

                          Sir, My consumer no. is JN99007. My gas agency is J N Enterprises (L.P.G. Distributor-Indane) and address is No, 98/6, 20th Main, 1st stage, Bangalore-29 and Code is 1511397. I have got cylinder on[protected] and my neighbour, she has noticed that the cylinder was licking and that time i was out of town. So she has kept the cylinders outside as she was too scared to keep it inside the home. She informed me on phone that your cylinder is licking, so we cancelled our holidays and came back home and informed agency peoples. So they came and took back the cylinder but the cylinder is not even connected and sealed. When i came back home that time only agency people has opened the seal. It was leaking away continuously due to that cylinder has got empty and has some 5-6 kg weight. So, my concerned is that, i haven't used the cylinder and problem is with the cylinder only not even in the nozzle. So, why should i pay again for the other cylinder? They have delivered leakaged cylinder and they haven't even bother to check the cylinder. They should have to give me back my money for the other cylinder. I mean this is ridiculous. The problem is with the cylinder only and why should i pay again for the other cylinder. This is my hard core money. I want my money back.So, Kindly log the complaint and do the needful.                             Hi, I have booked a cylinder on 12.09.14 ( Refill No: 836887) but till the time it is not delivered. The most disappointing part is, they not even bother to pick up ph calls. Every time I had to visit physically to know the status. Whenever I had visited and queried about the delivery schedule I was asked that cylinder will be delivered within next 2-3 days, but till the time they didn't supply the cylinder. Being a service man it is really tough to visit the distributor's office frequently, only on weekend i can do that. My father is a senior citizen and not able to visit the office as his age don't permit him to travel .                               पेट्रोल पंपों ने ग्राहकों का गला काटने का नया तरीका खोजा है जिसका अनुभव आज मुझे भी मिला। अभी तक आपने सुना और देखा होगा पेट्रोल पम्पों पर कम मात्रा देते हुए या मीटर के साथ छेड़छाड़ करते। अब उन्होंने नयी तरकीब ढूँढ़ी है। वो भी देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में जिसके बारे में कहा जाता है कि वहाँ अच्छी गुणवत्ता का पेट्रोल-डीजल कम दरों पर और मात्रा में पूरा मिलता है। आज मैं आनंद विहार बस स्टैंड के प्रवेशद्वार के सामने स्थित इंडियन ऑयल के पंप (Rama Service Station) पर शाम 6 बजे के आसपास अपने वाहन में पेट्रोल भरवाने गया। मुझसे पहले वाले ग्राहक ने 300 का पेट्रोल ख़रीदा था। मैंने कर्मचारी को तीन बार स्पष्ट रूप से 500 रूपये का पेट्रोल डालने को कहा लेकिन उसने अनसुना करते हुए 100 रूपये का ही तेल डाला और रोक दिया। जब मैंने उसे याद दिलाया कि मैंने 500 का पेट्रोल आर्डर किया था तो उसने फिर से मीटर में 400 फीड करके भरना शुरू कर दिया और मुझे इधर-उधर की बातों में लगा लिया जिसके कारण मैं मीटर में शून्य नहीं देख पाया। कुछ ही सेकंड बाद जब मेरी नज़र मीटर की ओर गयी तो उसमे 230 रूपये दर्ज हो चुके थे। मुझे शक हुआ कि इतनी जल्दी 230 का तेल भरना संभव नहीं है। मुझे समझते देर नहीं लगी कि उसने पहले वाले 100 रूपये के आंकड़े को साफ नहीं किया था और उसी को फिर से स्टार्ट करके 400 का तेल भर दिया था। मतलब वो मुझे 100 रुपयों का चूना लगा चूका था। लेकिन मैंने हार नहीं मानी। जब मैंने उससे पूछा कि क्या उसने पहले वाले 100 के आंकड़े को साफ करके शुन्य कर दिया था तो वह झूठमूठकी नाराज़गी जताने लगा। हालाँकि मैं sure नहीं था कि क्या उसने सचमुच मेरे साथ बेईमानी की है। मुझे तो बस शक था। फिर मैंने उससे अपने दोनों बिल माँगे तो उसने 500 रूपये का एक ही बिल लेने का आग्रह किया। अब मैं समझ गया था कि मेरा शक सही था। मैंने उससे मशीन से प्रिंटेड दोनों बिल (100+400) देने को कहा तो उसने तरह तरह से टालमटोल करने की कोशिश की। लेकिन मैं डटा रहा। इतने में दूसरे कर्मचारी ने मशीन में पिछला रिकॉर्ड देखना शुरू किया तो मैंने देखा कि 400 से पहले 300 का रिकॉर्ड दर्ज था। मतलब उसने मेरे पहले वाले 100 रूपये की रिकॉर्डिंग को साफ किये बिना ही दुबारा 400 का तेल भर दिया था। जब उसे लगा कि मैं सब कुछ समझ चूका हूँ तो उसने तुरंत जेब से 100 का नोट निकालकर मुझे थमा दिया। क्योंकि मैं बहुत जल्दी में था और वहाँ किसी से शिकायत करने से कुछ निकलने वाला नहीं था क्योंकि आमतौर पर पेट्रोल पंप मालिक भी इस लूटखसोट में कर्मचारियों के साथ मिले होते हैं, मैं वहाँ से अपने पैसे लेकर चला आया। लेकिन अब मैं इस मामले को इंडियन ऑइल के उच्च अधिकारीयों के संज्ञान में लाने जा रहा हूँ और आप लोगों को सलाह देता हूँ की पेट्रोल पंप पर पेट्रोल भरवाते समय कर्मचारियों की बातों पर ध्यान न दें और अपने मीटर पर ध्यान रखें तथा साथ ही किसी प्रकार का संदेह होने पर मामले को गंभीरता से उठायें और अपने ख़ून-पसीने की कमाई वापस लेकर ही जाएँ। जय हिन्द।

NATIONAL GAS AGENCY, KALAMASSERY, ERNAKULAM .I have done my refill booking OCT 21st 2014 Booking number 449680, but till now it is not delivered yet.In between i made telephone contact servel time with agency, they are reply deliver the same, Saturday, day after tomorrow next week etc.I condacted telephonic complaint care. But further action has been taken yet.

                                    I am an Indane LPG consumer in yavatmal, maharastra. always there has been abnormal delay in getting refill of Indane gas. As against delivery time of 25 to 30 days earlier the distributor namaly as nitin gas agencies is taking time of 45 to 60 days in supply of the refills. With this speed no consumer will get his quota of 12 gas cylinders in a year as announced by the Govt. Moreover consumers have to face a lot of problem as they are not getting refills in time. Necessary actions are requested to be taken by the concerned authorities to normalise the supply.

                                        I am an Indane LPG consumer in Howrah, West Bengal. Recently for the last 2-3 months there has been abnormal delay in getting refill of Indane gas. As against delivery time of 25 to 30 days earlier the distributor is taking time of 45 to 60 days in supply of the refills.
