पेट्रोल पंपों ने ग्राहकों का गला काटने का नया तरीका खोजा है जिसका अनुभव आज मुझे भी मिला। अभी तक आपने सुना और देखा होगा पेट्रोल पम्पों पर कम मात्रा देते हुए या मीटर के साथ छेड़छाड़ करते। अब उन्होंने नयी तरकीब ढूँढ़ी है। वो भी देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में जिसके बारे में कहा जाता है कि वहाँ अच्छी गुणवत्ता का पेट्रोल-डीजल कम दरों पर और मात्रा में पूरा मिलता है। आज मैं आनंद विहार बस स्टैंड के प्रवेशद्वार के सामने स्थित इंडियन ऑयल के पंप (Rama Service Station) पर शाम 6 बजे के आसपास अपने वाहन में पेट्रोल भरवाने गया। मुझसे पहले वाले ग्राहक ने 300 का पेट्रोल ख़रीदा था। मैंने कर्मचारी को तीन बार स्पष्ट रूप से 500 रूपये का पेट्रोल डालने को कहा लेकिन उसने अनसुना करते हुए 100 रूपये का ही तेल डाला और रोक दिया। जब मैंने उसे याद दिलाया कि मैंने 500 का पेट्रोल आर्डर किया था तो उसने फिर से मीटर में 400 फीड करके भरना शुरू कर दिया और मुझे इधर-उधर की बातों में लगा लिया जिसके कारण मैं मीटर में शून्य नहीं देख पाया। कुछ ही सेकंड बाद जब मेरी नज़र मीटर की ओर गयी तो उसमे 230 रूपये दर्ज हो चुके थे। मुझे शक हुआ कि इतनी जल्दी 230 का तेल भरना संभव नहीं है। मुझे समझते देर नहीं लगी कि उसने पहले वाले 100 रूपये के आंकड़े को साफ नहीं किया था और उसी को फिर से स्टार्ट करके 400 का तेल भर दिया था। मतलब वो मुझे 100 रुपयों का चूना लगा चूका था। लेकिन मैंने हार नहीं मानी। जब मैंने उससे पूछा कि क्या उसने पहले वाले 100 के आंकड़े को साफ करके शुन्य कर दिया था तो वह झूठमूठ की नाराज़गी जताने लगा। हालाँकि मैं sure नहीं था कि क्या उसने सचमुच मेरे साथ बेईमानी की है। मुझे तो बस शक था। फिर मैंने उससे अपने दोनों बिल माँगे तो उसने 500 रूपये का एक ही बिल लेने का आग्रह किया। अब मैं समझ गया था कि मेरा शक सही था। मैंने उससे मशीन से प्रिंटेड दोनों बिल (100+400) देने को कहा तो उसने तरह तरह से टालमटोल करने की कोशिश की। लेकिन मैं डटा रहा। इतने में दूसरे कर्मचारी ने मशीन में पिछला रिकॉर्ड देखना शुरू किया तो मैंने देखा कि 400 से पहले 300 का रिकॉर्ड दर्ज था। मतलब उसने मेरे पहले वाले 100 रूपये की रिकॉर्डिंग को साफ किये बिना ही दुबारा 400 का तेल भर दिया था। जब उसे लगा कि मैं सब कुछ समझ चूका हूँ तो उसने तुरंत जेब से 100 का नोट निकालकर मुझे थमा दिया। क्योंकि मैं बहुत जल्दी में था और वहाँ किसी से शिकायत करने से कुछ निकलने वाला नहीं था क्योंकि आमतौर पर पेट्रोल पंप मालिक भी इस लूटखसोट में कर्मचारियों के साथ मिले होते हैं, मैं वहाँ से अपने पैसे लेकर चला आया। लेकिन अब मैं इस मामले को इंडियन ऑइल के उच्च अधिकारीयों के संज्ञान में लाने जा रहा हूँ और आप लोगों को सलाह देता हूँ की पेट्रोल पंप पर पेट्रोल भरवाते समय कर्मचारियों की बातों पर ध्यान न दें और अपने मीटर पर ध्यान रखें तथा साथ ही किसी प्रकार का संदेह होने पर मामले को गंभीरता से उठायें और अपने ख़ून-पसीने की कमाई वापस लेकर ही जाएँ। जय हिन्द।

NATIONAL GAS AGENCY, KALAMASSERY, ERNAKULAM .I have done my refill booking OCT 21st 2014 Booking number 449680, but till now it is not delivered yet.In between i made telephone contact servel time with agency, they are reply deliver the same, Saturday, day after tomorrow next week etc.I condacted telephonic complaint care. But further action has been taken yet.

        I am an Indane LPG consumer in yavatmal, maharastra. always there has been abnormal delay in getting refill of Indane gas. As against delivery time of 25 to 30 days earlier the distributor namaly as nitin gas agencies is taking time of 45 to 60 days in supply of the refills. With this speed no consumer will get his quota of 12 gas cylinders in a year as announced by the Govt. Moreover consumers have to face a lot of problem as they are not getting refills in time. Necessary actions are requested to be taken by the concerned authorities to normalise the supply.

              Dear Sir/Mam I am Gaurav Sharma R/O A-6, MP Enclave, Rani Bagh, carring a Gas connection no.19898 with the RANI BAGH GAS SERVICES. I booked a cylinder dt.13/10/14 with the reference [protected]-409916. Against this a cash memo generated [protected] dt.14/10/14 but after 4 days it was cancelled (i received SMS on my registered Mob No.+91-[protected]) no idea why. Same day a new cash memo generated against same booking ref (409916) and cylinder delivered on 22/10/2014 (delivery SMS i got) but when i checked from home, this was NOT delivered to my address. It would counted from my limited no of cylinders that i can take in a year and same way this practice surprise me if any one get opportunity on my cost. I made a certain calls against this but some time no NOT WORKING & even i tried TOLL FREE but all waste. if it is so then whts the need of AUTOMATION PROCESS. Please revert ASAP & resolve.                       I Zainabaw/oMehmood subscriber of indane gas consumer no-2575, From, Uppala Indane Agencies, nayabazar Complex nayabazar, Uppala, distributors code No;232249. Sir, I booked my cylinder on 26/09/2014, but till today 29/10/14, my cylinder not deliverd, When i enquired my agency(232249) they are not responding properly. previous delivery also taken 2 months after booking my cylinder itwas i myself collected from their office, They were not delivered at my door.                         Respected Sir, I have booked my cylinder on 04.10.2014 and my consumer no. is Pl 30786. Booking no 859351. My Distributor name is P.L GAS SERVICE (LAKE PALLY BORAL GARIA KOLKATA 700154, WEST BENGAL). Till date i have not received my cylinder. In fact, in case of one time event i would not lodge this complaint at all but now it becomes a regular feature, every time i booked my cylinder it get delivered after 3-4 weeks, last time i booked the cylinder on 21st August 14 and after several request to my distributor delivery received on 30th September 14 . Averagely one cylinder gone 40 to 45 days for me but last cylinder has gone only 20days. No one delivery person carry weight machine with them at the time of delivery. I am sure this is not and should not be your standard delivery time. I am suspicious that something is going wrong somewhere which needs to be investigated at the earliest. This will not only built-up the confidence of your costumers but also enhance your reputation. Requesting you to arrange for delivery my booked cylinder on urgent basis, Already my family is running without gas 8 days. I, therefore request you to kindly look into the matter as early as possible and oblised. Thanking You, Subrata Sadhukhan

                          We are subscribers to Indane gas since a decade now. Recently the service of booking for gas got switched from the local supplier to a direct-phone-in via computer monitoring. Despite the fact that pressing numbers for languages etc is not easy for elderly people, this rather in-efficient system is made mandatory. My complaint: My gas agency supplier is Vigneshwara gas agency on double road, Mysore. Address: 14th Main Road, Double Road, Kuvempunagar, Mysore - 570023 +[protected], 2342374 The problem: In my area there are four people with the same house number as ours. This wasn't a problem all these years when the service was manual and direct.But the computer monitoring in the head office of Indane Gas has erroneously made our connection as 'invalid' and 'multiple-connection' and has hence blocked the supply of gas cylinder to us. This is no fault of ours, as we have been supplied gas for a decade, and the problem has arisen as the computer service seems to be inefficient and unable to sort out a similar adress data. As a result I have been called multiple times to the agency and asked to supply documents, which we have already done a decade back, and agency holds all our records. I see this as harassment on the part of Indane gas, and I request authorities to take action against Indane Gas for harassing its consumers. Essential services like gas as a cooking medium should not be managed in such an inefficient manner. Hoping this will be looked into at the top level Sanjeev Pai

                            Respected Sir, I have booked my cylinder on 11.10.2014 and my consumer no. is 009932. My Distributor name is ALADIN (169, Andul Road, Block - E, Howrah, west Bengal). Till date i have not received my cylinder. In fact, in case of one time event i would not lodge this complaint at all but now it becomes a regular feature, everytime i booked my cylinder it get delivered after 3-4 weeks, I am sure this is not and should not be your standard delivery time.                               Sir, I have booked cylinder on 10.10.2014 of my consumer no. 14375 (New ID [protected]) of Indane company. I have on-line that the casememo is generated on 17.10.2014 and cancelled by distributor. The reason is shown by distributor that door is closed. But, the house is not closed, only I and my spouse is out of Gandhinagar for two days. I am trying to call distributor so many times, but it is not received. Immediately we close the seal and inform Jaya Gas Agency Varkala. But Still now nobody will come and rectify the problem.                                   Sir I am very happy, because after complaining on 8/10/14, complain no 1596424 & 21/10/14- on website, i am not receive my gas cylinder, booking date 9/9/14, id 200575, cash memo no [protected], delivery date on 16/9/14, my consumer no 8091. I shall be very happy i[censored] give me same service in future Thanks

                                    I AM ANAND PAL SINGH RATHORE (CONSUMER NO.-11480) HAVING A GAS CONECTION OF INDANE AT RUMI GAS AGENCY (169981)RATLAM (M.P.)..I BOOKED MY SYLINDER ON 27 SEPTEMBER.BUT AGENCY NOT DELIVERED MY SYLINDER.AFTER THAT AGAIN I BOOK MY SYLINDER ON 18 OCTOBER BY SMS BUT TIL NOW AGENCY NOT DELIVERED MY SYLINDER.MY SON DIVYRAJ SINGH CONTECTED TO RUMI GAS AGENCY BUT BEHAVIEAR OF STAAF IS NOT GOOD WITH HIM.THEY MISBEHAVIED WITH MY SON DIVYARAJ SINGH.RUMI GAS AGENCY NOT DELIVERED SYLINDER AT HOME.THEY STORED AND DISTRIBUTE SYLINDER FROM A CIVILIAN AREA POINT WICH IS WERY RISKY.CONSUMER HAVE TO GO THAIR AND PICKING SYLINDER FROM THAT POINT.IT IS IN CIVIK CENTER.I HOPE YOU WILL TAKE ACTION AGAINST AGENCY AND I WILL GAT MY SYLINDER DELIVARY AT HOME AND TIME.PHOTO AND VEDIO IS NOT UPLOADED IN YOUR PORTAL IF YOU NEED IT.I WILL PROVIDE ALL PROOF OF THIS CASE. --ANAND PAL SINGH RATHORE CONSUMER NO.-11480 MOB.-[protected]

                                      SIR, Last weak I travelled from hydrabad to Madurai via Bangalore, I fill diesel to my car at SRIRAM PETROLEUMS, NH 7 BYPASS, BANGALORE ROAD, ANANTHAPURAMU 515004 they fill for 61.75 litre's but my car (innova) diesel full capacity is 55 ltrs only and also, before filling I already had 1/4 tank of diesel I cant argue with them in telungu .i got bill from them. IOC have take necessary step to stop this fraud activity .i am sure that i have cheated[protected]rs of my hard earn money.That frauds are representing INDIAN OIL non o[censored]s known any filling station we know only by the BRAND INDIAN OIL..Please take some necessary step to stop this fraud activity, no one can drive in peace after loosing money.my no.[protected]
