NO REPOSNSE FROM THE DEALER YET ON THE REASON OR WHEN IT IS TO BE DELIVERED. CHECKING WITH DELIVERING - WE GOT ABUSIVE RESPONSE SEEK QUICK RESOLVE TO THE ISSUE AND ALSO TO TAKE CARE OF SUCH MALPRACTICES

Sir, I booked my cylinder on 26/09/2014, but till today 29/10/14, my cylinder not deliverd, When i enquired my agency(232249) they are not responding properly. previous delivery also taken 2 months after booking my cylinder itwas i myself collected from their office, They were not delivered at my door.         Respected Sir, I have booked my cylinder on 04.10.2014 and my consumer no. is Pl 30786. Booking no 859351. My Distributor name is P.L GAS SERVICE (LAKE PALLY BORAL GARIA KOLKATA 700154, WEST BENGAL). Till date i have not received my cylinder. In fact, in case of one time event i would not lodge this complaint at all but now it becomes a regular feature, every time i booked my cylinder it get delivered after 3-4 weeks, last time i booked the cylinder on 21st August 14 and after several request to my distributor delivery received on 30th September 14 . Averagely one cylinder gone 40 to 45 days for me but last cylinder has gone only 20days. No one delivery person carry weight machine with them at the time of delivery. I am sure this is not and should not be your standard delivery time. I am suspicious that something is going wrong somewhere which needs to be investigated at the earliest. This will not only built-up the confidence of your costumers but also enhance your reputation. Requesting you to arrange for delivery my booked cylinder on urgent basis, Already my family is running without gas 8 days. I, therefore request you to kindly look into the matter as early as possible and oblised. Thanking You, Subrata Sadhukhan

          We are subscribers to Indane gas since a decade now. Recently the service of booking for gas got switched from the local supplier to a direct-phone-in via computer monitoring. Despite the fact that pressing numbers for languages etc is not easy for elderly people, this rather in-efficient system is made mandatory. My complaint: My gas agency supplier is Vigneshwara gas agency on double road, Mysore. Address: 14th Main Road, Double Road, Kuvempunagar, Mysore - 570023 +[protected], 2342374 The problem: In my area there are four people with the same house number as ours. This wasn't a problem all these years when the service was manual and direct.But the computer monitoring in the head office of Indane Gas has erroneously made our connection as 'invalid' and 'multiple-connection' and has hence blocked the supply of gas cylinder to us. This is no fault of ours, as we have been supplied gas for a decade, and the problem has arisen as the computer service seems to be inefficient and unable to sort out a similar adress data. As a result I have been called multiple times to the agency and asked to supply documents, which we have already done a decade back, and agency holds all our records. I see this as harassment on the part of Indane gas, and I request authorities to take action against Indane Gas for harassing its consumers. Till date i have not received my cylinder. In fact, in case of one time event i would not lodge this complaint at all but now it becomes a regular feature, everytime i booked my cylinder it get delivered after 3-4 weeks, I am sure this is not and should not be your standard delivery time.               Sir, I have booked cylinder on 10.10.2014 of my consumer no. 14375 (New ID [protected]) of Indane company. I have on-line that the casememo is generated on 17.10.2014 and cancelled by distributor. The reason is shown by distributor that door is closed. But, the house is not closed, only I and my spouse is out of Gandhinagar for two days. I am trying to call distributor so many times, but it is not received.                       SIR, Last weak I travelled from hydrabad to Madurai via Bangalore, I fill diesel to my car at SRIRAM PETROLEUMS, NH 7 BYPASS, BANGALORE ROAD, ANANTHAPURAMU 515004 they fill for 61.75 litre's but my car (innova) diesel full capacity is 55 ltrs only and also, before filling I already had 1/4 tank of diesel I cant argue with them in telungu .i got bill from them. IOC have take necessary step to stop this fraud activity .i am sure that i have cheated[protected]rs of my hard earn money.That frauds are representing INDIAN OIL non o[censored]s known any filling station we know only by the BRAND INDIAN OIL..Please take some necessary step to stop this fraud activity, no one can drive in peace after loosing money.my no.[protected]

                          Governent have take action on the gas agency distributors i am on e of the customer in indane gas agency in madhapur the service of the agency was irresponsible and so delayed in cylinder delivery not respond when i am calling to the landline number cash memo is generated in before 7 days back now on wards i will not received my cylinder.so worst service plz give a msg to the distrubutor . plz take action on Agency:venkata sai gas agency land line number:[protected]

                              shortage of petrol Sir, I am a businessman and I find this indane oil petrol bunk nearer so I always fill petrol here and in the last 6 months I have been facing this shortage of petrol in this outlet when ever I tell them to fill for 200rs they fill for 40(not showing 0 nor they put number on the device and then they add 160 and fill rest. i found shortage of fuel when i last time filled my petrol else where. The fuel meter raised than this outlet used to raise after filling 200 rs. and also the mileage count device showed. Kindly take an action to it and help others not to suffer Place: hp xtraa care, syndenham road near natraj theatre choolai. Chennai Regards naman

                                Yesterday I went to Meer Singh filling station of Sohna Road Gurgaon for filling of diesel into my XUV 500. When the meter of the machine started it started with 5 ltrs just in one second after showing zero. When i discussed this with the person filling he said there is no problem in the machine if you want you can check it, we will take it out and confirm you the quantity. They filled around 72.5 ltr of diesel in a vehicle which is having a maximum capacity of 70 ltr fuel tank and I was driving it so it was not empty must be having atleast 2 ltr. When I told them that you take it out and I want to check the quantity, all the other filler on the station came and arguing with me that we will not take it out you have to pay for it and go. They also started misbehaving with me as I was with the family I had to pay as it was around 9:30 in the night. One of the filler was also smelling for alcohol. However I have taken a invoice for the same with the car no. mentioned by them and paid it through my credit card. Request you to look into the matter as the office of the station was closed hence i was not able to discuss this with the manager as there was no senior person available with whom I can talk.                                     Hi, This is Manik Chandra Sutradhar. My consumer no. 142654 with [censored]U MEMORIAL GAS AGENCY (Mokdumpur, Barowarytola Lane, Malda-732103). I have need no. of 9 cylinder per year. From last two months gas agency could not give gas in proper time. I have booked for refill cylinder on 06.10.2014 with booking reference number was 232454. My gas was finished on 21.10.2014. Now I am facing huge problem. After that I contact with dealer. But result is the same. He replied me after one week refill cylinder will be available. I think [censored]U MEMORIAL GAS AGENCY workers involved in black marketing in this area. So, please take action against gas dealer and solve our problem. I am waiting for the same. I hope consumer forum will take action against him...

                                      I have booked for refill cylinder on 06.10.2014 with consumer number CX5113897. Cash memo has also been generated on 08.10.2014 with cash memo No. [protected](as per SMS received). But, the refill cylinder has not been received till today (i.e 26.10.2014). Inspite of repeated persuation with distributor office, the same could not get so far.
                                      Sir,
                                      I am using Indane domestic gas of consumer no.: 4356282. I have booked refill cylinder on[protected] of ref. no.: 233406. So far I did not receive the cylinder.
                                      Kindly take necessary action.

                                        * They assured the cylinder will be delivered tomorrow i.e. 05/02/0215.
                                        * Till now the cylinder is not delivered

                                        I am Nirmal Chandra Mandal LPG customer ID[protected]CX5502571) applied for transfrer of my connection from Unique Gas Service Barrackpore 24 Pgs, to Dakshin Hanumanta NagarIndane Gramin Vitarak as I settled at Village Hari Royer Chawk, P.O. Bhagwangola after my retirement.
                                        I have submitted my termination voucher No.[protected] dated 20/02/2015 on 24/02/2015 along with cash of Rs.3750/- and also KYC documents, passport photos etc. but the distributor returned the TV on 03/03/2015 showing the reason that TV data not found.
                                        I am not getting the cylinder or regulator but SMS received on 25/02/2015 that cash Memo No. [protected] generated for booking No.[protected] and LPG ID[protected].
                                        Therefore, I request the four of taking necessary action into the matter immediately.

                                        Sir/Madam, My consumer no. is 40359 & Distributors Name is Pal gas Service. I booked for Gas Ref.316299 dated 07.04.2015, Cancelled of my Booking on dt. 27.04.2015. After that I have called to agency so many times but no response received. I have not received cylinder till Date 04.05.15. I have to face many problems, so plz short out my problem. Thanks.
