We are subscribers to Indane gas since a decade now. Recently the service of booking for gas got switched from the local supplier to a direct-phone-in via computer monitoring. Despite the fact that pressing numbers for languages etc is not easy for elderly people, this rather in-efficient system is made mandatory.
My complaint:
My gas agency supplier is Vigneshwara gas agency on double road, Mysore.

The problem:
In my area there are four people with the same house number as ours. This wasn't a problem all these years when the service was manual and direct.But the computer monitoring in the head office of Indane Gas has erroneously made our connection as 'invalid' and 'multiple-connection' and has hence blocked the supply of gas cylinder to us. This is no fault of ours, as we have been supplied gas for a decade, and the problem has arisen as the computer service seems to be inefficient and unable to sort out a similar adress data.
As a result I have been called multiple times to the agency and asked to supply documents, which we have already done a decade back, and agency holds all our records.
I see this as harassment on the part of Indane gas, and I request authorities to take action against Indane Gas for harassing its consumers. Essential services like gas as a cooking medium should not be managed in such an inefficient manner.
Hoping this will be looked into at the top level
