Governent have take action on the gas agency distributors i am on e of the customer in indane gas agency in madhapur the service of the agency was irresponsible and so delayed in cylinder delivery not respond when i am calling to the landline number cash memo is generated in before 7 days back now on wards i will not received my cylinder.so worst service plz give a msg to the distrubutor . plz take action on Agency:venkata sai gas agency land line number:[protected]

      shortage of petrol Sir, I am a businessman and I find this indane oil petrol bunk nearer so I always fill petrol here and in the last 6 months I have been facing this shortage of petrol in this outlet when ever I tell them to fill for 200rs they fill for 40(not showing 0 nor they put number on the device and then they add 160 and fill rest. i found shortage of fuel when i last time filled my petrol else where. The fuel meter raised than this outlet used to raise after filling 200 rs. and also the mileage count device showed. Kindly take an action to it and help others not to suffer Place: hp xtraa care, syndenham road near natraj theatre choolai. Chennai Regards naman

        Yesterday I went to Meer Singh filling station of Sohna Road Gurgaon for filling of diesel into my XUV 500. When the meter of the machine started it started with 5 ltrs just in one second after showing zero. When i discussed this with the person filling he said there is no problem in the machine if you want you can check it, we will take it out and confirm you the quantity. They filled around 72.5 ltr of diesel in a vehicle which is having a maximum capacity of 70 ltr fuel tank and I was driving it so it was not empty must be having atleast 2 ltr. When I told them that you take it out and I want to check the quantity, all the other filler on the station came and arguing with me that we will not take it out you have to pay for it and go. They also started misbehaving with me as I was with the family I had to pay as it was around 9:30 in the night. One of the filler was also smelling for alcohol. However I have taken a invoice for the same with the car no. mentioned by them and paid it through my credit card. Request you to look into the matter as the office of the station was closed hence i was not able to discuss this with the manager as there was no senior person available with whom I can talk.             Hi, This is Manik Chandra Sutradhar. My consumer no. 142654 with [censored]U MEMORIAL GAS AGENCY (Mokdumpur, Barowarytola Lane, Malda-732103). I have need no. of 9 cylinder per year. From last two months gas agency could not give gas in proper time. I have booked for refill cylinder on 06.10.2014 with booking reference number was 232454. My gas was finished on 21.10.2014. Now I am facing huge problem. After that I contact with dealer. But result is the same. He replied me after one week refill cylinder will be available. I think [censored]U MEMORIAL GAS AGENCY workers involved in black marketing in this area. So, please take action against gas dealer and solve our problem. I am waiting for the same. I hope consumer forum will take action against him...

              I have booked for refill cylinder on 06.10.2014 with consumer number CX5113897. Cash memo has also been generated on 08.10.2014 with cash memo No. [protected](as per SMS received). But, the refill cylinder has not been received till today (i.e 26.10.2014). Inspite of repeated persuation with distributor office, the same could not get so far.
              Sir,
              I am using Indane domestic gas of consumer no.: 4356282. I have booked refill cylinder on[protected] of ref. no.: 233406. So far I did not receive the cylinder.
              Kindly take necessary action.

                I am Nirmal Chandra Mandal LPG customer ID[protected]CX5502571) applied for transfrer of my connection from Unique Gas Service Barrackpore 24 Pgs, to Dakshin Hanumanta NagarIndane Gramin Vitarak as I settled at Village Hari Royer Chawk, P.O. Bhagwangola after my retirement.
                I have submitted my termination voucher No.[protected] dated 20/02/2015 on 24/02/2015 along with cash of Rs.3750/- and also KYC documents, passport photos etc. but the distributor returned the TV on 03/03/2015 showing the reason that TV data not found.
                I am not getting the cylinder or regulator but SMS received on 25/02/2015 that cash Memo No. [protected] generated for booking No.[protected] and LPG ID[protected].
                Therefore, I request the four of taking necessary action into the matter immediately.

                  Hi am customer of Indane, consumer number 371 from Bangalore and the agency name is sree raghavendra enterprises. I have booked a cylinder on 22nd September 2014 and the booking num which was sent to me was 251092 and the cash memo number was [protected]. I was waiting for the delivery but after one month I have received a message stating the cylinder had been delivered on 24th October 2014 where they have not delivered my booked cylinder pls do take this as a complaint and make my cylinder gets delivered.                     respected sir, i am indane lpg consumer from ravindra gas agency anayadi, alappuzha dist.from many years they are are not supply lpg cylinder properly.now they allow to supply only consumers they are booking lpg before 31 st august.the notice they stick on their office front side i attached here.so take necessary action for supply lpg properly or divide this agency 2 or 3.

                      sir i want to complaint about indian oil petrol pump KR Road . jayanagar 7th block banglore they are not filling correct amount of petrol for money and not giving exact change if we ask something the employes are behaving rude most of my friends have same complaint and they are not giving any ckcking tools like filter pepper or anything while you are giving adds check and fill every where now a days we all are going to shell petrol pumps as they are good in service and we suggest shell our known ones please take fast action they are spoiling a trusted brand all over India

                        RESPECTED SIR, i want to complaint about Indian oil petrol pump KR Road, Jayanagar 7th block Banglore they are not filling correct amount of petrol and if we ask they are showing goondaisam if we ask to fill for 100 rs he will first set for 30 and stars will after a while he will say sorry and put for 70 and fills the same experians about 8, 9 of my friends had in that we can under stand its not a accedent and its a planed trick and other fmous trick is if we give 500 and fill for 100 he will count 400 and gives onely 300 if we ask he will say i gave 400 THIS IS SAME AS ROBBERY ... if we complaint the pump manager she is behaving rude they wont give u testing tools like filter papper as indian oil says check and fill

                              Hi, I have applied for a new domestic gas connection at J N Enterprises, No.98/6, 20th Main Road, 1st Stage, BTM Layout, Bangalore - 560076. NC Date - 10th April 2014 Application no- 5125450/[protected] I have the gas stove. Needed inspection to be done and new gas cylinder to be provided. I have been to the office for 6-7 times now and always heard the response that "You are not the only customer who is applying. It will take some time". I have not still got the connection till date.                                 Dear sir, I am V. Raju from Chennai, last Sunday on 19th Oct 14, at about 1500hrs On my way back from pondicherry to Chennai via ECR Road, I went to DHARMA PETROL BUNK after Pondicherry university to refill the petrol, I paid 1000Rs and told the filling man to fill petrol for 1000 Rs, but he filled it for 200Rs only, on query he replied that he will fill up for another 800Rs, but he started refilling again without resetting the meter and he filled it up to 800Rs only, again on query he replied that meter will automatically reset, no need of manual reset and he filled altogether for 1000 Rs, luckily we noticed all these meter readings from the beginning, on further insistence another man went to the billing machine and found out that it was filled for 800Rs only and refilled again for another 200Rs. Sir, from the drama above it is clear that these filling mens are playing a drama since beginning to loot 800 to 200Rs from me by cheating, it also seems that both the men in the bunk are cooperating to each other, please take some stringent actions to check mate these kind of FRAUDS and please advise the owner of the bunk to maintain integrity and good will.                                   I booked one refill on 28 September, 2014 vide Order No.235520 with M/s Nayek Gas Agency, Kalna, Dist. Burdwan, (Ph no.[protected] which has not been delivered till date. Today, on enquiry, I came to Know that delivery has only been completed for the booking up to 21 September. Moreover, I failed today to book (on line) another refill. As a result, I am in deep trouble since I have no alternative at this age of 89 years. I am not sure whether this crisis is genuine or created.                                     Sir/madam, My consumer Number with Indane Gas Agency is 406723 with AJAY GAS AGENCY in Sathuvachari-Vellore. I requested for second Cylinder as advised by agent. When I went there with all required documents (My Aadhar card, Original Gas Book, PP Size photo) they asked for original receipt of deposit amount which I had lost/misplaced, therefore I was unable to produce it. Finally the agent has scolded me with unparliamentray words in singular as I did not have deposit receipt. He was indecently behaving with me and shouted at me to get out from there saying I am a irresponsible guy. Please note, this is not only happening with me but to most of economically poor consumers as we could see them bowing in front of his chair like slave. He has never ever provided any service on a single day. For example I had gone to obtain my Gas book. They collected my card and taken 50 rupees as charge from me, they did not give any receipt. I was asked to come on next day to collect the Gas booklet. I had to visit his office again to collect the booklet. In overall, he is behaving like LICENSE RAJ. All consumers are slave in front of him. I tried to make complaint with toll free number[protected]Toll Free) available on INDANE website, I never had succeeded from my mobile phone. Please clarify, to get 2nd Cylinder, though I have original booklet, AADHAAR ID, till they ask for LIC policy copy( Which I produced to get 1st cylinder as i did not have AADHAAR at that time) with latest premium paid receipt. Since I paid my premium thro internet, the agent did not accept Online receipt, I have to produce receipt with revenue stamp from LIC office. Sir, our Honble PM is taking so much effort to eradicate LICENSE RAJ and march towards "MAKE INDIA" vision, but the ground reality is that ordinary citizen struggles to get 2nd gas Cylinder with INDANE AGENT's Slavery approach towards consumers. I can write in a single line that AJAY INDANE GAS AGENT in Vellore is still living with British Govt to treat our fellow citizens as Slaves. With a great hope I am writing this to you as admirer of our PM MODIJI. Hope you will initiate necessary disciplinary action on AJAY INDANE GAS AGENT in VELLORE.

                                      I Munmun Sarkar, residing at 28/11, barisha purba para road.kolkata-63, under Shaw Indane Gas dealer(consumer no:cx1161248).We are facing gas leakage problem fromtoday morning, we've called so many times at kolkata emergency indane gas service[protected].but everytime they said within 2hrs they'll come, but now at 3pm no response from there side.I called up at 4pm they said that mechanic called up my husbands no([protected])& the no is not responding, which is not true.now they said that they will not send any mechanic.we can do whatever we want.I have a 3yrs old child.from morning till now we are facing tooo much problem.If you please look after this matter then I, ll be very gratefull to you.                                         Hi I am Rajendraprasad Vishwanath, residing at C1/4, Kendriya Vihar, Velappan Chavadi, Poonamallee High Road, Chennai 77. Contact No [protected], My Indane Gas Cylinder Distributor is Anbu Gas Agencies, No[protected], Since this morning we are facing the Gas Leakage issue and i have called all the numbers (Agency Number, Toll Free Number etc..) Finally the Agency has responded and given a contact number of a person ([protected]), when we called that persons number, he asked us to contact him again at 10:30hrs, when we called him again at 10:30 Hrs he responded that he is at the mechanic shop to attend his two wheeler issue and to call him again at 13:30 hrs. Mean while i tried to reach the agency again and they are not answering my call. Due to this we are unable to cook and carry out the routine task, Morning there was a huge leak and some how i was able to seal the cylinder with the lid.I have opened all the windows for ventilation and advised my wife and kids not to switch on any lights for some time. When i call the emergency toll free number am getting a voice response that it will function from evening 17:00hrs to Morning 09:00 hrs. My question is if Gas leakage happen in any of the house are they expecting a major accident or some one to die. Is there no defined SLA for this?, I was totally fed up.
