Dear sir, I am V. Raju from Chennai, last Sunday on 19th Oct 14, at about 1500hrs On my way back from pondicherry to Chennai via ECR Road, I went to DHARMA PETROL BUNK after Pondicherry university to refill the petrol, I paid 1000Rs and told the filling man to fill petrol for 1000 Rs, but he filled it for 200Rs only, on query he replied that he will fill up for another 800Rs, but he started refilling again without resetting the meter and he filled it up to 800Rs only, again on query he replied that meter will automatically reset, no need of manual reset and he filled altogether for 1000 Rs, luckily we noticed all these meter readings from the beginning, on further insistence another man went to the billing machine and found out that it was filled for 800Rs only and refilled again for another 200Rs. Sir, from the drama above it is clear that these filling mens are playing a drama since beginning to loot 800 to 200Rs from me by cheating, it also seems that both the men in the bunk are cooperating to each other, please take some stringent actions to check mate these kind of FRAUDS and please advise the owner of the bunk to maintain integrity and good will.     I booked one refill on 28 September, 2014 vide Order No.235520 with M/s Nayek Gas Agency, Kalna, Dist. Burdwan, (Ph no.[protected] which has not been delivered till date. Today, on enquiry, I came to Know that delivery has only been completed for the booking up to 21 September. Moreover, I failed today to book (on line) another refill. As a result, I am in deep trouble since I have no alternative at this age of 89 years. I am not sure whether this crisis is genuine or created. However, I would request the appropriate Indane Authority to look into the matter so that I get my delivery without further delay. ---- Shibani Bardhan Kalinagar, PO.       Sir/madam, My consumer Number with Indane Gas Agency is 406723 with AJAY GAS AGENCY in Sathuvachari-Vellore. I requested for second Cylinder as advised by agent. When I went there with all required documents (My Aadhar card, Original Gas Book, PP Size photo) they asked for original receipt of deposit amount which I had lost/misplaced, therefore I was unable to produce it. Finally the agent has scolded me with unparliamentray words in singular as I did not have deposit receipt. He was indecently behaving with me and shouted at me to get out from there saying I am a irresponsible guy. Please note, this is not only happening with me but to most of economically poor consumers as we could see them bowing in front of his chair like slave. He has never ever provided any service on a single day. For example I had gone to obtain my Gas book. They collected my card and taken 50 rupees as charge from me, they did not give any receipt. I was asked to come on next day to collect the Gas booklet. I had to visit his office again to collect the booklet. In overall, he is behaving like LICENSE RAJ. All consumers are slave in front of him. I tried to make complaint with toll free number[protected]Toll Free) available on INDANE website, I never had succeeded from my mobile phone. Please clarify, to get 2nd Cylinder, though I have original booklet, AADHAAR ID, till they ask for LIC policy copy( Which I produced to get 1st cylinder as i did not have AADHAAR at that time) with latest premium paid receipt. Since I paid my premium thro internet, the agent did not accept Online receipt, I have to produce receipt with revenue stamp from LIC office. Sir, our Honble PM is taking so much effort to eradicate LICENSE RAJ and march towards "MAKE INDIA" vision, but the ground reality is that ordinary citizen struggles to get 2nd gas Cylinder with INDANE AGENT's Slavery approach towards consumers. I can write in a single line that AJAY INDANE GAS AGENT in Vellore is still living with British Govt to treat our fellow citizens as Slaves. With a great hope I am writing this to you as admirer of our PM MODIJI. Hope you will initiate necessary disciplinary action on AJAY INDANE GAS AGENT in VELLORE.

        I Munmun Sarkar, residing at 28/11, barisha purba para road.kolkata-63, under Shaw Indane Gas dealer(consumer no:cx1161248).We are facing gas leakage problem fromtoday morning, we've called so many times at kolkata emergency indane gas service[protected].but everytime they said within 2hrs they'll come, but now at 3pm no response from there side.I called up at 4pm they said that mechanic called up my husbands no([protected])& the no is not responding, which is not true.now they said that they will not send any mechanic.we can do whatever we want.I have a 3yrs old child.from morning till now we are facing tooo much problem.If you please look after this matter then I, ll be very gratefull to you.           Hi I am Rajendraprasad Vishwanath, residing at C1/4, Kendriya Vihar, Velappan Chavadi, Poonamallee High Road, Chennai 77. Contact No [protected], My Indane Gas Cylinder Distributor is Anbu Gas Agencies, No[protected], Since this morning we are facing the Gas Leakage issue and i have called all the numbers (Agency Number, Toll Free Number etc..) Finally the Agency has responded and given a contact number of a person ([protected]), when we called that persons number, he asked us to contact him again at 10:30hrs, when we called him again at 10:30 Hrs he responded that he is at the mechanic shop to attend his two wheeler issue and to call him again at 13:30 hrs. Mean while i tried to reach the agency again and they are not answering my call. Due to this we are unable to cook and carry out the routine task, Morning there was a huge leak and some how i was able to seal the cylinder with the lid.I have opened all the windows for ventilation and advised my wife and kids not to switch on any lights for some time. When i call the emergency toll free number am getting a voice response that it will function from evening 17:00hrs to Morning 09:00 hrs. My question is if Gas leakage happen in any of the house are they expecting a major accident or some one to die. Is there no defined SLA for this?, I was totally fed up.               Ref. : Consumer no. 20801, Distributor: SHANKAR GAS SERVICE, Madhyamgram, West Bengal A faulty cylinder was delivered against the booking no. [protected] on 16.10.14. After opening the seal Leakage detected. On 20.10.14 I tried several times to contact the distributor, but telephone was not attended. Again on 21.10.14 after several attempts I contacted them and requested to replace the defective cylinder, they agreed to do so immediately. Till now it was not replaced. And they are not responding over telephone.

                Just because of being a customer to the Indane Gas, we are not able to cook. Indane gas people don't have sufficient technicians to attend complaints, and more over they suggest the customers to rectify problems their self. We got deliver a refil on morning at 8.30 on 10th September, and found that refil has leaking when the deliver boy opened the nozzle cap was making a sound. The deliver boy replied that due to transport its making sound as we raised question why its making sound. I kept it outside and made a complaint on toll free number by 9 am, based on complaint same delivery boy with another person, (both are not technicians) came to home by around 1.30 pm, and started shouting as I made a complaint. After I that they said that that refill doesn't have leakage by pouring water on the tip of the refill, and they left. As ours double cylinder connection I again heard the same sound when I tried to open the nozzil cap, as the delivery boy said it sounds like that not to worry, I tried to connect with regulator. when I tried to connect the regulator the pressure is pulling up the regulator and gas coming out. I disconnected the regulator and called to Indane gas agency. Agency people not at all having time to listen customers. when I was complaining about this simply they are asking account number and saying message us your account number and disconnected call. This all happened on 21st October. On 22nd October morning I visited agency and explained everything to the manager. Then the manager gave me a rubber voucher and told me that there will a voucher in the refill you please change that, then your problem will be over. I requested that how can I change as I don't know about that, and asked could you assign someone to do it, then manager said ask the delivery boy and gave his number, I called him three times, he didn't attend my call, then I said the manager, he called to delivery boy and made him to speak with me, he said that he is in line to delivery, he will come. Its already 2 pm cannot prepared lunch at home. Again I called delivery boy, after he remembered as I complaint on him last month again he disconnect the call, after some time I called him again then he replied he is at nearby village while going to agency he will come to attend the problem. And now the time 4.53 pm no one came yet to fix the problem. What can I do, please help me out. Thanks.

                  I have requested for refill booking (579592) for my consumer id - 47242 and the cash memo generated was [protected] and later changed to [protected]. The request has been placed on 2nd September 2014 and for the past two weeks i am following it up with the delivery guy as i cant reach out the agency as usual. Till today he said the same reason that the he haven't got the load hence he cant deliver the cylinder. I don't know why it takes more than 50 days as usually it never use to and not sure why the cash memo got changed in between. The delivery guy still need additional money to carry the gas cylinder to home (we pay as we are really depend on these guys). But the main issue which i need to highlight is that i got a msg on 21st September 2014 stating that cylinder got delivery against your refill booking. I called the delivery guy and he told he haven't got the load (1st suspect) but when i told about the msg he told that it might have got delivered in the factory/agency (2nd suspect). Usually i use to get the msg once after i receive the cylinder and i believe this should be the practice. I'm not sure whether anyone is doing double business here (agency or delivery guy) but i dont have any option rather than raise this concern here as agency doesnt coperate for anything and its located far my place(one year before the current agency pulled my account from previous agency which was located near by)

                  mera consumer no-6210 hai, meri gas agency ka naam gandhi nagar gas service hai maine apna refill[protected] ko book kiya tha but abhi tak mera refill nahi aaya hai jab main agency gaya to vo keh rahe hai abhi ek hafta aur lagega main kya karu plz help

                  Its been 14 days that refill has not been delivered. My Gas Agency - Alok Gas, Model Town, Delhi - they never pick up their phones. Even Indane hotline does not work.
                  I was getting LPG subsidy in my account when it had started last year, so there is problem with ADHAAR linkage either. Its getting very inconvenient. Please help

                    on viom indane gas, situated in panvel.very very very bad service of indane gas. staff never amswers phone.always delays in gas supply.if luckily phone answered they give one fake promises. i request everyone please do cancel your connection through this company.they are only wasting our time, makes frustrateto us.

                        This is being repeated every month which is very disgusting. Sorry to tell but Indane gas has a very poor service. Consumer number is CX4013782. We booked a cylinder on14/10/2014. We got a message with registration number 368504. After a week we even got a delivery messageON 18/10/2014. But the cyclinder is not yet delivered at our door. they also make my fake signature on cash memo slip . Who is responsible for this? Does this mean the cyclinder is being sold by the auto driver or we got a fake message? If action is not being taken then will have to call media to telecast and open a eye to the public what is going on and how Indane gas agency people. thanks and regards -deepak gupta ph -[protected]

Pms state -GUJARAT MY INFORMATION - PARMAR KOYABHAI PUNJABHAI AT -NINDAKA TA. KADANA CONSUMER NO. 30523 Booking ref. no. 207577 today rifilled bottle diliverer by above gas agency, but bottel is leaking and gas agency did not cash memo.

                              Dear Sir, I am (T Kunjan), staying at Navukkode, Pattancherry PO, Palakkad Dt. My Customer No. is 17092, I have received last cylinder on 16/08/2014 and on the same day booked for next cylinder (and I received Booking No: 217325) because, as you are aware that more than 45 days required to deliver a cylinder after booking. I was waiting for the gas cylinder till to date but there were no response at all from the agent. When I reached to the agent and asked for the reason not delivering the cylinder, they stated that:- " this is your mistake that you have booked on the delivery day.. so now you can book" From today onward I have to wait for minimum 45 days more..!!! Therefore, I would like to know that:- 1. Approximately, how many days required to deliver the cylinder after booking..? 2. Can I book for the next cylinder receiving day..? Is there any notification/instructions to customers for booking..? If so where it is mentioned..? 3. If the conditions are there, why the system accepted my booking and issued the booking number...?                                 साहेब, मेरा नाम सचिन शर्मा है और मैं इलाहाबाद (उ.प्र) में रहता हूं। 25 सितंबर को मैंने इलाहाबाद के एक आईओसी पेट्रोल पंप के खिलाफ आपकी कन्ज्यूमर सेवा पर टेलीफोनिक कंपेन्ट दर्ज करवाई थी। (शिकायत नंबर 158016) यह पेट्रोल पंप मेसर्स गुलाब सिंह एंड संस, धोबीघाट इलाहाबाद में स्थित है। इस पेट्रोल पंप पर मैंने 3-4 बार पेट्रोल भरवाया और प्रत्येक बार इस पंप ने मेरी कार में कम पेट्रोल भरा। आखिरकार आजिज आकर मैंने इलाहाबाद के ही एचपीसीएल कंपनी के पेट्रोल पंप से पेट्रोल भरवाना शुरू कर दिया जहां मेरी आशा के अनुरूप बिल्कुल सही पेट्रोल भरा जा रहा है। लेकिन एक जागरुक उपभोक्ता होने के नाते मैंने इसकी शिकायत आपकी कंपनी को की। मुझे अपने पिछले कई अनुभवों से ज्ञात है कि आपकी कंपनी शिकायतों को काफी गंभीरता से लेती है और तत्काल एक्शन करती है। इस बार भी ऐसा ही हुआ और आपकी कंपनी ने मेरी शिकायत पर तत्काल कार्रवाई की और एक स्थानीय जांच अधिकारी प्रतुल कुमार को मेरी शिकायत का निवारण करने का जिम्मा सौंपा। लेकिन मुझे अफसोस के साथ कहना पड़ रहा है कि प्रतुल कुमार पहले दिन से ही उस पेट्रोल पंप के पक्ष में बोल रहे हैं। मुझे वो पेट्रोल पंप पर आने की पहले दिन से ही कह रहे हैं जबकि मेरा अभी तक का अनुभव है कि आपकी एस्टीम्ड कंपनी शिकायतकर्ता के पास उस व्यक्ति को भेजती है जिसकी शिकायत की गई होती है। मैं पेट्रोल पंप जाकर न्यूसेंस में क्यों पड़ूंगा। मैंने प्रतुल कुमार जी से कहा कि वे एक बार मेरे पास आकर मेरा पक्ष सुन लें लेकिन उनका कहना था कि उनके पास समय नहीं है और मैं ही पेट्रोल पंप पहुंच जाऊं। आखिरकार मेरा प्रतुल कुमार के ऊपर से विश्वास उठ गया और फिर मैंने उनकी कोई बात नहीं सुनी। कुछ दिन पहले प्रतुल कुमार का एक पत्र मुझे दफ्तर में प्राप्त हुआ जिसमें उन्होंने संबंधित पेट्रोल पंप को क्लीन चिट देते हुए इस शिकायत को बंद करने की घोषणा कर दी। इस पत्र की स्कैन कॉपी मैं इस मेल के साथ भेज रहा हूं। मेरी शिकायत का निवारण अभी तक नहीं हुआ है। कृपया एक समक्ष और निष्पक्ष जांच अधिकारी की नियुक्ति कर मेरी शिकायत का निवारण करवाएं। मेरा फोन नंबर [protected] है। मेरा मेल आईडी k.sachin.[protected]@gmail.com है। इन दोनों पर मुझसे कभी भी संपर्क किया जा सकता है।

                                  This is being repeated every month which is very disgusting. Sorry to tell but Indane gas has a very poor service. Consumer number is 37293. We booked a cylinder last month. We got a message with registration number. After a week we even got a delivery message. But the cyclinder is not yet delivered at our door. Who is responsible for this? Does this mean the cyclinder is being sold by the auto driver or we got a fake message? If action is not being taken then will have to call media to telecast and open a eye to the public what is going on and how Indane gas agency people are making a fool of public.

                                    Myself Jay Mathew Varghese customer of Baby Gas Agency Adoor, Pathanamthitta Dist, Kerala. I'm a widow. My Husband died for past 5 years.Our consumer No: is 51726.I'm very sorry to inform you that the service of this gas agency is extremely poor. I have booked for a refill on 25/09/2014.But the same has not been delivered till now. Whenever he delivers the cylinder, he didn't gave any receipt for the proof.The agency phone is always busy or the call is not answered. I regret to inform that this agency never takes phone and I am made to go there in person to book a cylinder. This is not a recent problem.
