Hello, Gas cylinder delivered to us on 6th June 2014 was leaking in very small proportion, as we both my husband and myself is working so we cannot able to find out its leaking in small propotion now after 2 month when i lifted that cylinder its weight is around half the time that is around 8 KG i have call ed toll free number they told me to call the respective distributor. I have called mahadev gas distirbutor from Jamnagar, Gujrat but no one is picking up the call not on general numbers not even on emergency number. I have tried a lot calling them from saturday but no one is picking up. Its really shameless for the distributor that even if he dont have that much care about their customers why such people are given such responsibility? why the emergency numbers are given if no one is there to reply?

I had launched two complaint on the no of gas refill service.([protected]). And my complaint is that my gas cylinder is leaking. It can be dangerous for my family but nobody taking action on that particular point. When I was receiving the refill cylinder then I ask so many time to delivery boy (BHAIYA LEAKAGE CHECK KAR LO) but he was saying no problem it is fine. But I feel some smell from cylinder and I checked myself, open seal and put the some water drop on nozzle top then in saw bubble was showing. WHAT IS THIS ?

I compliant given to toll free no At15.03.2015 and they says we sent mechanicer with in 2 hrs. but present to i am not salve the problem.the vinayaga gas agency is very very very worst service in sivaganga distic tamilnadu.
I am a regular customer of Indane Gas and my consumer no. is 51615 (survey park). Last week I have complained about my gas leakage to the agency and they had send someone to check, and that person advised to change the pipe and the regulator. And on the same day I bought a new cylinder from my neighbour and I found no leakage, from that day I am trying to contact their customer care no . I was connected but no one was giving respond to my call. I really pissed off.
I am sure my pipe and regulator is absolutely fine, problem is with the cylinder. Please my house and my family is in danger.

Main problem is whenever we complain about anything, these agencies always try to get money from the customer with out any reason.
I am a consumer of Indane cooking gas. Two weeks back I received a cylinder from one of your agency. I have noticed that the cylinder is having leakage and immediately informed the agency on +[protected]. But till now no one has attended this complaint and not replaced the gas cylinder. I have two small kids and i am staying in my house with fear. Currently i have disconnected cylinder and kept outside. Can you please look into the matter to solve this complaint.

    I am an Indane customer for nearly a decade now ( BAGHAJATIN GAS SERVICE, 31 BARODA AVENUE KOLKATA -700084) and i find it my duty to check the cylinder before I accept it. But today at 10.10 am a delivery boy arrived and to my utter surprise the gas was leaking. We requested him to change the cylinder as that particular one was not safe for our usage. Instead of helping us he denied to change the same and started to yell at us . He even told that he could only change the cylinder after further disturbance .But the leakage level was high. He misbehaved and started to threat the members of not delivering any gas cylinder then onwards. Immediately after the incident we, feeling helpless tried the customer helpline number of the respective dealer but none of the calls were received. so, feeling utterly helpless and agitated its my request to you to take necessary steps against the same.       Gas delivered to my residence on: 23.07.2014
      Refill voucher no. : [protected] dated 17.07.2014


      But i have received three smss all on 24.07.2014 as per details given below:

      1. Sms received at 12.47.07 pm:
      Booking for consumer no. 14466 is registered and the booking reference no. Is [protected].

      2. Sms received at 01.48.31 pm:
      Dear indan customer, against your refill booking [protected], cash memo [protected] generated. Cylinder shall be delivered shortly.

      3. Sms received at 03.41.51 pm:
      Dear indane customer, cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking [protected] with cash memo[protected].

      All the three smss are saved in my inbox.

      I neither booked the cylinder after taking the delivery on 23.07.2014 nor any cylinder has been delivered at my residence.

      Please investigate the matter and apprise me also as to who has booked the cylinder and to whom the delivery has been given.

      Please let me know how many cylinders i have been supplied in the current financial year.

I have made a booking on 13th July, 2014 against booking No. 213970 at my adjacent dealer located at "Baruipur" at the address Baruipur Railgate, P.O.+P.S.- Baruipur, Kolkata-700144, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal. When I went for an inquiry, it was informed that my gas cylinder has already been delivered on 12th August though I am yet to receive the same.           Dear SIR's,

          My-self PAMPA CHATTERJEE and my consumer number being 14113. I have booked a cylinder on 24.07.2014 under the booking reference number 673799 . On 25.07.2014 I have receive the 1st cash memo number [protected]. On 30.07.2014 I have receive an sms as cash memo number [protected] cancelled. On 09.08.2014 I have receive one another sms as cash memo number [protected] cancelled.

          As per your automated booking system through registered phone no. - I have continue make try to book another booking but get refuse and again and again listen "on 24.07.2014 you have booked under the booking reference number 673799 and bla bla bla...", then I have make a complain to the toll free number[protected] and they had suggest me to contact with the distributor point.

          Personally visit to my distributor point "Sonarpur Gas Service, H C Chakraborty Sarani, Khiristitala Ndp, Sonarpur, Kolkatta-700150, West Bengal, contact number[protected] they have given the new cash memo number [protected] and confirm the delivery on the very next day with the delivery man's phone number. After that day till date I have not receive my delivery after 27 day of my booking.

          We have not able to book the new cylinder also - how we run our cooking process and live-on. How they can show these type of waste and nasty irresponsibility with this type of emergency product. We forced to pay the excess amounts of Rs. 30.00 to 50.00 as per the TIP to delivery man to receive my cylinder at my door-step. After words we have neglected to receive the delivery.

          Therefore requested to you please make a suitable system beginning from booking to delivery and bound all the distributor in this tight system and help us out from this type of serious and created crisis.

            Dear Sir i have booked the cylinder vide the reference number 218810 on 7th August 2014, and got the sms alert for the reference number that "cash memo [protected] has been generated " on 13th August 2014 but still the cylinder has not been generated. When asked with the delivery boy he told that the booking for the same has been cancelled and we have to book a new one. When called the IVRS we came to know that the cylinder has been delivered for the same on 31st July 2014.

              I am a customer of m/s Bhagavaty Gas, Aroor, consumer no. CX1898720. For the last few months I am getting the supply of gas in a very delayed manner.Recently i had booked refilling order on 09th July 2014 but till date I have not received gas cylinder.When contacted agency it has been mentioned that bill has been generated on 11th Aug 2014 .For the last five days I have been calling to agency for an update, everyday assures me that the gas will be delivered by today itself on urgent basis.

              Yesterday when I had quick chat with the Delivery boy(Ani), he smiled and told it got cancelled automatically. Since 11th August there are eye witness saying that he has delivered to our near by area.
              I also happened to hear from others that if we are ready to pay additional 500 INR he will be delivering immediately.


              Its been more than a two weeks my family is depending on hotels and this had also made me to spend some amount in hospitals due to upset stomach.
              I am writing this not only on my behalf, but representing all the people who are depending on Delivery boy Ani (facing the issue). If you could call some of the random numbers you will realize how pathetic situation, people over here are suffering due to non-deliverable of gas in time by the agency. I had also asked them to give bill directly to me, but it was mentioned due to new order gas will not be delivered directly to customer.

              I am fed up with this harassing attitude of the distributors.I request your good-self to intervene the matter and take the decision to switch over to any other company available in the market for their services, which will also pain me a lot because i am a customer of your company indane since 1990.Awaiting your early response.

                In tehsil bijoliya distt. Bhilwara local lpg dealer pathik gas agency forced to give unusual product with new lpg connection to every customer if custmer refuge to take that unusual product in that case dealer don't give new gas connection.
                Total cost of that unusual product is approx 5000/- & this is so high for customer

                    Respected Sir, This incident occurred at 8.05 am in the morning on August 13, 2014. I went there for diesel in my car. I stooped at one diesel vending unit. The salesman was attending another diesel car. When I called him, he asked me to come to that unit where he was standing. My car was already standing at the other unit. I asked him to come to my vending point but he simply refused and gestured in a very uncivilized manner. Your company claims highest standard of services but this incident suggests otherwise

                        I fill petrol usually in Thiruvarur INDIAN OIL petrol bunk located in sendhamangalam via (thiruvarur to mailadudhurai rote), near kangalancherry, Tamil Nadu. the petrol smell is soo different from usuall smell. i went and checked with mechnic he said the petrol that i filled contains kerosene, even i get kerosene smell clearly. and the colour of petrol is also not good. in this bunk they tried to cheat me many times by filling less amount of petrol, they usually stop the running meter at 96, 190 if the coustomers are careless without seeing the meter. many times they fill petrol in a jug and pour in the petrol tank. I kindly ask the authorities to look at this issue and rectify it as soon as possible. This type of activities spoils the name of INDIAN OIL.

                          Sir, Self is a customer of IOC(Indane).Distributor name:Maruthi Indane Distributors, Chennai.Against my LPG booking for refilling, booking no.201398(date of booking:17.07.2014 consumer no.57764), cylinder not supplied so far.While verifying through on line booking portal of IOC, it is seen that booking done up to 21.07.2014 has been cleared.But against my booking dt.17.07.2014 LPG cylindeer is not yet supplied.Further it is to say that cash memo no.[protected] generated against my booking on 04.08.2014 has been cancelled by the agency on 07.08.2014 . 1)Please do the needful to deliver the cylider at the earliest, 2)To take up the matter with concerned authority so that out of turn allottment of cylinders like above should not be encouraged..                             Against the consumer no 11614 refill was booked over automated booking system, booking ref no was 230315 dated 26july 2014. No information regarding the generation of cash memo. On 11 August 2014, a SMS was received stating refill booking 230315, cash memo [protected] cancelled. I wish to state that we were present at home in the above stated period ( 26july to 11aug). Our indane booking agent is "national gas agency" hassan, ph[protected] I request you to find the reason for this and arrange for refill delivery at the earliest.                             Against the consumer no 12428 refill was booked over automated booking system, booking ref no was 527066 dated 29 July 2014. No information regarding the generation of cash memo. On 25 August 2014, a SMS was received stating refill booking 527066, A SMS received on[protected] for cash memo genereted No. [protected] . But sylendar not received I wish to state that we were present at home in the above stated period ( 29 July 20 26 August, 2014. Please refill delivery at the earliest. My telephone no is [protected]

                              Respected Sir, It is for your kind information that, the Vishal gas agency gas address Near shyam Lal College G.T. Road, Shahdara, Delhi-110032. The employee of agency misguide & misbehave with senior citizen and blackmailing of gas cylinder in the market without any fear and threaten the public if they ask don't do this which is very shameful to indane oil corporation ltd. It's delivery is very poor. They are always giving excuses that they have no stock of gas. They are doing illegal business. Dear Sir I had booked for the refilling of LPG Cylinder Many time but they not delivering right time. Therefore i requested to all the authorities to check or raid over this and if possible cancel the agency because public faced problems due to this agency holder. It is purely customer harassment.                                   I applied for a new Indane Gas
                                  connection on 19/10/2013 but no connection has yet been provided to me
                                  till date. I have been called by the manager for several times during the last
                                  08 months and demanded Rs. 10, 000 for new single cylinder gas connection only.
                                  But I refused to give extra money for such connection. I already had to pay
                                  Rs.150 at the time of application on 19/10/2013 through Mr. Debu.


                                  This issue has been brought to the
                                  notice through a complaint to[protected] vide complaint No. 1439295
                                  on 14/05/2014 at 4:22 pm but in vain. However, they advised me to request again to
                                  you in this regard for further necessary action at their end.


                                  Therefore, it is requested to please
                                  do the needful at your end so that I can get new Indane Gas connection at an
                                  early date with legitimate price.

                                    I have gas connection with Alwar Indane. My customer no. 14352. I applied for DBC on[protected] and deposited 1890/- Rs for same but till today I don't get my DBC. Agency employees are not giving me satisfactory reply they are saying that my connection is blocked and they sent my problem to Mumbai office but there is no progress in my case. Sir I am suffering from last 5 months. Please do needful to resolve my problem.

                                      Myself is a consumer of Indane having customer no. 25803 under Howrah Gas Service, 11/1/4, Bhagaban Chatterjee Lane, Kadamtala, Howrah-711101. Last week surprisingly my LPG cylinder got exhausted within 5 days which was delivered to me under sealed condition. When reported to the dealer, response was "They cannot do anything on this, rather they can deliver another cylinder immediately on the next day which was scheduled to be delivered after 10 days". My request is to look into the matter & take appropriate action so that, customer like us, do not have to face such harassment in future. Regards, Souvik Roy Chowdhury

                                        Location/place: Sindri Dhanbad (Jharkhand) Name of company/service: Vinod Gas Sindri Indian Gas - Vinod Gas Agency Sindri, Dhanbad (Jharkhand) I had booked for the refilling of lpg cylinder with consumer no. 31484 in the name of Sanjay Kr. Mishra on dt 20/07/2014 but till today on 08/08/2014, I have not received the cylinder. I have been calling to Vinod Gas agencies, Sindri, Dhanbad- 828122 (jharkhand) since 08/08/2014 onwards, but their Land line phone number is[protected] but their phones are going busy or out of service or no responce and if responding then saying there is no such booking. This is not the first time, It is their regular response I am getting from the agency. They are not delivering on right time, it’s very difficult for my family.
