I fill petrol usually in Thiruvarur INDIAN OIL petrol bunk located in sendhamangalam via (thiruvarur to mailadudhurai rote), near kangalancherry, Tamil Nadu. the petrol smell is soo different from usuall smell. i went and checked with mechnic he said the petrol that i filled contains kerosene, even i get kerosene smell clearly. and the colour of petrol is also not good. in this bunk they tried to cheat me many times by filling less amount of petrol, they usually stop the running meter at 96, 190 if the coustomers are careless without seeing the meter. many times they fill petrol in a jug and pour in the petrol tank. I kindly ask the authorities to look at this issue and rectify it as soon as possible. This type of activities spoils the name of INDIAN OIL.

    Sir, Self is a customer of IOC(Indane).Distributor name:Maruthi Indane Distributors, Chennai.Against my LPG booking for refilling, booking no.201398(date of booking:17.07.2014 consumer no.57764), cylinder not supplied so far.While verifying through on line booking portal of IOC, it is seen that booking done up to 21.07.2014 has been cleared.But against my booking dt.17.07.2014 LPG cylindeer is not yet supplied.Further it is to say that cash memo no.[protected] generated against my booking on 04.08.2014 has been cancelled by the agency on 07.08.2014 . 1)Please do the needful to deliver the cylider at the earliest, 2)To take up the matter with concerned authority so that out of turn allottment of cylinders like above should not be encouraged..       Against the consumer no 11614 refill was booked over automated booking system, booking ref no was 230315 dated 26july 2014. No information regarding the generation of cash memo. On 11 August 2014, a SMS was received stating refill booking 230315, cash memo [protected] cancelled. I wish to state that we were present at home in the above stated period ( 26july to 11aug). Our indane booking agent is "national gas agency" hassan, ph[protected] I request you to find the reason for this and arrange for refill delivery at the earliest. My telephone no is[protected], [protected], [protected]
      Against the consumer no 12428 refill was booked over automated booking system, booking ref no was 527066 dated 29 July 2014. No information regarding the generation of cash memo. On 25 August 2014, a SMS was received stating refill booking 527066, A SMS received on[protected] for cash memo genereted No. [protected] . But sylendar not received I wish to state that we were present at home in the above stated period ( 29 July 20 26 August, 2014. Please refill delivery at the earliest. My telephone no is [protected]

        Respected Sir, It is for your kind information that, the Vishal gas agency gas address Near shyam Lal College G.T. Road, Shahdara, Delhi-110032. The employee of agency misguide & misbehave with senior citizen and blackmailing of gas cylinder in the market without any fear and threaten the public if they ask don't do this which is very shameful to indane oil corporation ltd. It's delivery is very poor. They are always giving excuses that they have no stock of gas. They are doing illegal business. Dear Sir I had booked for the refilling of LPG Cylinder Many time but they not delivering right time. Therefore i requested to all the authorities to check or raid over this and if possible cancel the agency because public faced problems due to this agency holder. It is purely customer harassment. Despite all my efforts i have not been able to get the refilled cylinder. while trying to contact the agency people, they are not picking up the phone and if ever they are picking up, they are only assuring to deliver the cylinder, i have already registered complaint in this regard before few month but all fell on deaf ears. distributor is habitual Crafty Person, need here strict action. look into the matter and do the needful.             New Indane Gas Connection

            Sir,


            I applied for a new Indane Gas
            connection on 19/10/2013 but no connection has yet been provided to me
            till date. I have been called by the manager for several times during the last
            08 months and demanded Rs. 10, 000 for new single cylinder gas connection only.
            But I refused to give extra money for such connection. I already had to pay
            Rs.150 at the time of application on 19/10/2013 through Mr. Debu.


            This issue has been brought to the
            notice through a complaint to[protected] vide complaint No. 1439295
            on 14/05/2014 at 4:22 pm but in vain. However, they advised me to request again to
            you in this regard for further necessary action at their end.


            Therefore, it is requested to please
            do the needful at your end so that I can get new Indane Gas connection at an
            early date with legitimate price.

              I have gas connection with Alwar Indane. My customer no. 14352. I applied for DBC on[protected] and deposited 1890/- Rs for same but till today I don't get my DBC. Agency employees are not giving me satisfactory reply they are saying that my connection is blocked and they sent my problem to Mumbai office but there is no progress in my case. Sir I am suffering from last 5 months. Please do needful to resolve my problem.

                Myself is a consumer of Indane having customer no. 25803 under Howrah Gas Service, 11/1/4, Bhagaban Chatterjee Lane, Kadamtala, Howrah-711101. Last week surprisingly my LPG cylinder got exhausted within 5 days which was delivered to me under sealed condition. When reported to the dealer, response was "They cannot do anything on this, rather they can deliver another cylinder immediately on the next day which was scheduled to be delivered after 10 days". My request is to look into the matter & take appropriate action so that, customer like us, do not have to face such harassment in future. Regards, Souvik Roy Chowdhury

This is not the first time, It is their regular response I am getting from the agency. They are not delivering on right time, it’s very difficult for my family.                     Sir, I am Central Govt employee transferred from bangalore to Tiptur Town which is in Tumkur dist KA, Am a customer of HPCL in bangalore. But no HP Gas distributor in this locality. Therefore I approach to the Indane Gas distirutor Named Rangsons Enterprises. Manager awaited last 3 days and finally the proprietor refuses my request for issue of new connection against TV. It is very sad to say their attitude. If any customer asking for new connection they immediately give for more money. He was only a dominant distributor to this locality since last 28 years. Please taken necessary step for this type of attitude towards other company customer.

                      dear sir/madam we are customers of indane gas. this complaint against local agency angad enterprises adarsh nagar delhi. agency issued booking slip after 15 to days of booking and said to people collecting slip at agency door . when customers go to agency to get their booking slip. staff of local agency (angad enterprises) misbehave with customers and used abusing language. delivery man not delivered cylinder at customer door. pls consider at our complaint and take action on it as soon as possible thank & regards gaurav [protected]

                        I am 65 years old citizen of india(Address- at-taranagar, post-chas, dist-bokaro steel city, state-jharkhand pin no.-827013, have use indane lpg gas cylinder for last 21 years, earlier they are providing home delivery(Cylinder), but now they totally stop to deliver, . I am old person and not able to manage for refilling, distributor name - subh laxmi gas distributor chas jharkhand.
                        Please arrange home delivery service, as it is every part of country, but not for our, it's serious problem for each and every old citizen .

                          Dear sir, It is very painful to me to complaint against a company standing in the list of fortune 500 list but for the incidence could not be hide out. The incident too place around 08:15 when i went to the SINGH PETROL PUMP Rukanpura, Patna. I told the filling staff for fuel of quantity equal to Rs.210.00 and with the full nozzal open condition but he refused and filled with the nozal half open. I asked for the complain book but the dealer named Ajit Kr. Singh started misbehaving me and giving threatening " do what so ever you can". I give. Five ( 5) lacs rupee every month to the IOCL officers. Sir, i am shocked. I may also share that when ever i fill my car at this filling station mileage drastically drops. The working of the filling station may please be examined and any out come of the step take against this complaint may be intimated to me at my mail [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no.[protected].                           Worst experience of my life filling fuel at IOC Petrol pump

                          Dear sir,
                          It is very painful to me to complaint against a company standing in the list of fortune 500 list but for the incidence could not be hide out.

                            Sir/Mam, My consumer number is S124331, I have booked cylinder on 26th Jul 2014 by phone, booking number is 681261, but cylinder not received, I have received sms of delivered on 28th Jul 2014. Again I have booked and got booking number 685473 on 1st Aug 2014, but this time again I received sms of cylinder delivered on 2nd Aug but still not receive any cylinder. I requesting you please look into this matter urgently, many time I have faces this type of issues, mostly every time when I book gas cylinder. I want to know to whom they delivered cylinder and also want to know who gave receiving them of our cylinder.

                              My consumer no. is 16405. Refill has been booked with Reference No.865536 thru 24x7 phone call system has been registered on 22.7.2014. I received a message saying cash memo generated against this on 6-8-2014 at 12.07 p.m. in [protected]. On the same day at 6.40 p.m., I got a message saying cash memo cancelled. No reasons have been indicated. This is the second incident of similar nature. Atleast, it is their minimum duty to let us know the reasons if any so that precautions can be taken next time. On calling up on toll free complaint no., they asked us to contact the local gas agency which never picks up the call. new refill booking is also not being allowed saying your cash memo cancelled. Please look up the matter

                                good afternoon sir, I Mr Iranna s Umarani residing at chikodi of belgaum dist karnataka Sir, Iam booking a refill cylinder on 21 st of july but still today iam not getting the cylinder when i ask the staff of that agency they told me that after 10 days from now that is 16 th aug the cylinder will be delivered to u . the problem is i had only one cylinder how can i cook for next 10 days .please kindly adjust the cylinder as early as possible.                                   Gas is never booked on telephone or directly at gas agency. You can check my gas book there is no mentioned any refill order number up to till date. There is only two methods of delivery of gas cylinder one is you can wait at road side till the gas vehicle reach there. Second method is you pay fifty rupees extra to road side shop keeper then you can get refill cylinder.                                     We have received an underweight gas cylinder which did not even last for one day. When tried to contact the distributor regarding this problem, no body responded/ attended the call. This kind of misconduct is compelling me to go for another brand of gas cylinder

                                        I, Md. Mainul Islam, a customer of IOC Ltd, India, bearing Domestic Consumer No-6654 under Patharkandi Gas Agency, (Code-160804), would like to inform you that the above mentioned Gas Agency does not providing any Home Delivery Service to us at Moina Gram (7 Km. away from the Agency adjacent to the NH 44). The Agency has engaged some sales agents for their own monetary benefits. One such sales agent is there at Kanaibazar (5 Km. away from the Agency), who always demands Rs.570.00 P/C against which no money receipt is given. Besides, no weight-facility is there at such sales point for which ver often we are given cylinder of less weight. But the most noticeable matter is that the so-called agent keeps our Consumer Book months after months in his custody. Hence, this complaint is lodged at your door for early redress.
