Myself G. Venugopalan from Narela, Delhi. I have refill booked the cylinder of my consumer number 02570
refill booking Number[protected] on dated 2/08/12. On today 9/08/12 ,i could not get the cylinder refilled. In this regard i contact with the Agency of Narela Gas service.But they are ignore me. I got a message from your center server which noted wide cash Memo Number 1986 via the cylinder will be delivered you shortly. But today 3 days passed and could not get any response . Kindly help me for that . my both of the cylinder are empty now. my contact Number-[protected].

    we booked cylinder at RADHAKRISHNA INDANE Wanwadi, PUNE . on 27 th july delivery boy came to our residence without informing us.we were not at home .when came back we contacted the RADHAKRISHNA ,we got irritating answers.till time we are not getting cylinder and also the information of when we will get .we get answer " i dont know contact delivery boy " .
    all the time this is happening and we have to collect cylinder from the RADHAKRISHNA shop with paying extra
    Late delivery of LPG filled Cylinder
    Dear Sir,

    we wish to inform you that we are resident of House no, 1112, vasanthnagar colony, kukatpally - 500072, and user of Indian gas . In our Area sri saila Gas services is authorized for indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution.

    Recently I shifted my house from vidyanagar to kukatpally, I got tranfer certificate on 24th dec 2008 from sri saila agnecy and asked for booking replied after 2days come for booking and get booking number, Booked on 26th till date I didnt recieve. I have domestic one cylender asked many times to give 2nd cylender they even not ready to listen and give proper answer to customers.

    Expected delivery was 05.01.2009

    but regret to inform that till today (30.01.2009) we have not received .
    we request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible.

    My name is Durender Singh gas connection No.6907. I am booked the cylinder toll free No.1260 S.No.2 dated 16.4.2009 but I have not received my cyclinder today 1.5.2009. I am call today 1.5.2009 in Gulabi Bagh Gas Agency, Shastri Nagar, Delhi lady saying not booked your cylinder.

    This is very critical problem.

    So please solve the problem, this problem is every month.

      Sub : New connection of domestic Gas Cylinder without Oven.

      I like to draw your kind attention that I have applied for a domestic gas connection received a gas connection letter from your Indane Dealer Unique gas supply, Nonachandanpukur,Barrackpore on 03/08/2012.
      When I meet there, the staff members of Nonachandanpukur branch announced that without oven they will not provide me new gas connection, and I would have to afford a new oven from the dealer along with the new connection, but due to financial constrain I am unable to afford an oven now but the gas connection is very much needed to me.
      So, Sir it is my furrent request to you ,please allow me to take new connection without oven from your Unique Gas Supply (Nonachandanpukur, Barrackpore,)

          I am a resident of Deoghar District (Jharkhand). I want new LPG gas (Domestic) Connection. I went to the office of Indane LPG Gas Agency namely Kailash Gas Service, S.R. Dalmia Road, Madhupur, Deoghar with proper documents and requested to give me a new LPG connection. The Office In charge demanded Rs 6500/- (Rs. Six thousand five hundred only) for a new connection with single cylinder. When I told him that the price is too much and unjustified he told me either deposit the above said amount or go back. Please help me.

            TERMINATION VOUCHER NO.[protected] for LPG CONNECTION ISSUED BY SRI PERUMAL GAS AGENCY ARAKKONAM
            I had surrendered my gas connection to Sri Perumal Gas Agency Arakkonam for transfer to Kanchipuram. Accordingly, Sri Perumal Gas Agency Arakkonam has issued TV No. [protected]. I had approached Sri Srinivasa Gas Agency Kanchipuram for getting LPG connection against the above termination Voucher. They had informed me that connection will be given only on confirmation from Sri Perumal Gas Agency Arakkonam. On contacted, Sri Perumal Gas Agency Arakkonam has informed that there is problem in internet and they will confirm as and when the internet is O.K. I had personally experienced that the Indian Oil Corporation complaint portion is not working properly. Hope the same thing is being experienced by both the agencies. Whatever may be but I am suffering since 26.07.2012 i.e., the date of issue of TV and the date of approaching Sri Srinivasa Gas Agency Kanchipuram for issue of LPG connection against the above TV. Since 26.07.2012 I am depending upon hotel. It is pertinent to mention again here that both the agencies when requested declined to speak over phone each other which is also frustrating me ie. Being the customer. I therefore request that necessary action may kindly be taken immediately and suitable instructions be passed to both the agencies to do the needful. Thanking you. It is also to inform that if it is not possible the gas connection may kindly be cancelled basing on your inability. It is further to mention that the following telephones are not functioning or not attending when contacted since 26.07.2012:

              I am Indane consumer and my consumer No. is 337, with( Indane Gas Agency) PUNSUP GAS SERVICE, KHARAR, PIN 140301, DISTT SAS NAGAR (MOHALI) PUNJAB. I have booked my refill with the agency on dated 03/07/2012, after some day I inquire for non refiling of my cylinder then the agency delivery man whose mobile no .[protected] for my refill then he say your family members refused to refill the cylinder than I say non of my family member refused to refill the cylinder you are telling lie. Then he say that the delivery will be given to me on next day i.e. 20/07/2012, when on dated 20/07/2012 he did not supplied the gas to me than I brought this fact with the agency but same time delivery man came there and told to me that he did not locate my house at that time I say earlier some ago you say that my family member refused to refill the cylinder and now you are saying that you did not locate my house.Thereafter the agency staff told me that delivery will be absolutely available on 23/07/2012 but till date they could not refill my cylinder and the said delivery man on mobile say to me on dated 28/07/2012 GO ANY WHERE HE HAS LINK WITH GAS AGENCY AS WELL AS HIGHER AUTHORITY OF INDANE NO ONE TAKE ACTION AGAINST HIM.
              SO, it is humbly requested that necessary direction/action may kindly be taken against the agency as well as delivery man and directed to them to supply the refill of my cylinder at once.

              i am Sandeep Yadav, i am living in greater noida and a customer of indane gas(Distributor - Kasana Gas Agency)consumer no-25678.

              the gas refill is not being delivered to me from last three time, i talked to agency they said if book refill after 10 days then it will take 27 days but you book refill after 20 days refill cylinder will be delivered to you within the 4-5 working days
              i booked the refill after 20 days( 6 Nov.'12)and i got the message on 24 Nov.'12 that cash memo(18746) has been generated against my refill booking(8844) and will be delivered shortly but on 28 Nov'12 i got a message stating that my booking has been cancelled then i called to the agency but they are not picking the phone
              this is the third time continuously when my refill booking is cancelled.
              i talked with IOCL help line and asked why then they said sir we can not tell you that why your booking is cancelled then i asked if the same has been repeated next time then what i supposed to do ? the she replied that you need to ldge a complain again.

              sir should i make this monthly schedule that first book the refill and after cancellation my booking lodge a complain to IOCL Help Line

                    i am a indane gas cylinder consumer and my consumer id is 14442. my gas agency is GURU GAS AGENCY,BROADWAY. i have booked for refill cylinder on 27/06/2012 and they send me a acknowledgement for delivery on 12/07/2012. till date(26/07/2012) not yet received my refill cylinder and the gas agency is not answering properly. if asked again they are insisting us to change the agency and answering rudely that nothing can be done even if complained. please do the needful.

                    lindane — not received the refill of the gas

                    Dear Sir

                    I have a gas connection from Indian oil (indane ) and the name of the gas agency from where we get the gas is Ella gas sector -93 noida and the consumer number is 4720, I booked a gas fifteen days back and still not received the gas . I am calling the gas agency everyday and still not getting any resolution and today I called them up and without giving any information in writing they told me that my gas connection is transferred to some other agency without giving any information in writing. Would appreciate if you can help me in this regard .

                    sir my father have connection indane gas connection from 1985, at the same time my brother started new connection from 2000 by deposit scheme in same indane agency by proof of my father ration card. still my brother living with my father in same house and he not have seperate ration card. last 6 months gas agency refusing to register for refill gas. they asking my brother to surrender his gas connection because ,government of india passed a rule one family should have one gas connection.
                    sir i want fully clarification about one family have two gas connection with same ration card which gas connection got before 2000.

                      I have booked gas cylinder with my distributer M/s Banjara Gas Service on 31 jan 2009 . they told me it will reach me within 10 days of booking. But it's already 16 days and i'm yet to receive my gas cylinder.

                      Hi,

                      I have applied for Gas connection long back and after 2 months or so the I got a letter saying the connection got approved. After that they are not giving connection giving some invalid reasons. It's almost 6 months now and still they have not come for Gas Stove verification even after several calls adn personal visists.

                        We are 2 senior citizens and do are own cooking .J.K.Gas Services refuses to weigh the gas cylinder in front o[censored]s the last cylinder lasted us only 10 days. It was delivered on 18/5/2012 and not weighed. I wrote on their slip that the cylinders has not been weighed. We are also threatened that if we do not pay 15rupees more they will not deliver the gas. I also spoke to the owner Mr. Nandi on his mobile [protected] and he has not done anything. Please do the needful.

                              My case is as follows:-
                              I am living in Laxman Vihar, Gurgaon, Haryana. I am very fed up with the gas cylinder agencies like INDANE and HP. I am trying to take the connection from last four months but they always say that connection is not available, apply next month. But their next month never comes, Whenever I reach there, they say’s connection is still not open. I am talking about “Anand Enterprise Indian OIL” located at new railway road gurgaon-122001
                              Even I tried to call the customer support number’s given at the office but no one even pick up the call. Either the number mentioned there are out of service or do not respond. I have tried on following list of numbers:-

                              [protected],
                              [protected](Mentioned there as senior’s number but still not working)
                              [protected].

                              Can we imagine, even after having so many numbers, still no one is there to support or hear your problem. Is this department is under government?, The person sitting there are doing corruption openly, even I have seen someone giving some bribe to some senior person for just having a new connection.
                              Even I have tried for the same in HP too, but they also respond very badly, they say try in Indane, and Indane people say try in HP. They never ready to help and are very ill mannered people.
                              What kind of country has become an India? Is there any way of justice? Can’t I have a simple connection even though I have all the documents? Can’t anything be done against them, are they really free to do anything and any corruption. Can’t we make them learn lesson? Why we have left this department so immature and ill-mannered.
                              Please help me to provide the justice and guidance. Please take serious action against such people who are doing so much corruption on basic necessity of people.

                                The credit card which is Indian Oil and citibank- sponsered is useless at some of the Indian Oil outlets in NOIDA and Gaziabad and may be in many other districts.However more surperising is the difficulty in redemption of 'earned' TURBO POINTS.The citibank doesn't redeem when the bill is being paid NOR it will take responsibility of the earned TURBO POINTS.The other day the Indian Oil outlet at in Sector 41 ( Old Dadri Rd) did not entertain card and one m/s DOLLY MOTORS when enquired if it could fill up petrol in lieu of Turbo Points I had on the card , the attendant went and enquired from inside and confirmed in affirmative. Now I am surprised to have a bill of 2000/ on the date 29/6/2012 -ref no. [protected].On 8/7/2012 one fellow at Suman Petrolium Gaziabad sitting in the office of the Petrol Pump took the card and declined to entertain with the pretext that they do not have citibank a/c and they have a/c of some other bank!!!! When I asked for the manager of the pump he was not to be found.This is the state of affairs.The two so called giants 'Indian Oil' and the 'citibank' are cheating and fooling the public.

                                I am staying at Miyapur, Hyderabad. Our nearest fuel station si Jubilee Auto Services. Whenver I am going to fill the fuel, they are telling that Citi Bank machine is not working and swiping from other banks machines. Please look into this one.

                                  dear sir,
                                  this is skv,this is not a complaint,one of the idea as a gas customer.we are having no idea about when will come the gas load,and that is not enough to all.so some people are facing many problem,so every gas stations could have a propper communication facility.and also this is better idea of inform to whoever had got empty them slinders making a registration to ur website,phone no,sms..and you give conformation and fixed date for getting gas.we are making a good facility and interactive between the customer, din't say never,no one can make a complaint,some reduced some problems. ok boy .

                                    one month back i have shifted my house from lingampalli, Hyderabad to tolichowki. lingampalli distributor b.r. gas agency, i faced no problem, but after transferred to madhavi gas, one month later also i am unable to get a refill. after 15 days continuous follow up they simply cancelled my refill booking, by saying that there was a lock on the door, that's why we are unable to deliver. again i booked 6 days back, with continuous follow-up, they were telling daily we will deliver tomorrow. i don't know what to do now. my consumer no. is 108065 at madhavi gas agency.
