I have request to refill my gas cylinder at 27th January 2011 at Om-Viom Indane agency, New panvel, Navi Mumbai. They told me that i would get delivery on saturday. When i again called them on saturdat they replied as upto evening we will get the cylinder. But we didnt get on sat and sunday. After on monday i called the agency, they replied that they havent stock of cylinder.
Daily they give execuses instead of delivery. Kindly do needful because we are suffering a lot due to this delay.

    Dear Sir,
    It is highly regretfully intimated that we, S.S. Satija & Ramesh Kumar (consumer no. RP-561 & P-15813) booked telephonically on 17.01.2011 for refilling of LPG gas cylinders on M/s Janta Gas Service, Jattal Road, Panipat. One cylinder in r/o RP-561 was delivered on 29.01.2011 but second cylinder in r/o RP-15813 is still awaited being booked simultaneously whereas LPG delivery, next to RP-15813 has been made as revealed from their record. When M/s Janta Gas Service, Jattal Road, Panipat was contacted regarding maintaining the procedure of gas delivery, he made excuses and assured for immediate delivery but no delivery in r/o R-15813 has been made till date. This kind of malpractice/delinquency has been adopted by the said gas agency holder for a long time in the past. He usually befools the consumers by pick & choose policy/ill means in gas cylinder distribution. He maintains separate bundle of delivery slips for mighty people. Ultimately, your goodself is being requested to take further action as deemed fit against M/s Janta Gas Service, Jattal Road, Panipat to pacify the impatient people.

      My Consumer No is 2973 with M/s Kitchen Best, Chittaranjan - the retailer/agent of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. for INDANE gas. I booked the Gas on[protected]. I have enquired about the availability and delivery, over phone and over the counter, but the staff as well as the partner-proprietors are very much vituperative and uncourteous in their dealing. The following are the specific complaints:
      1. Gas not supplied till today, i.e.,[protected] one month and one day.
      2. They said there was non supply of gas from Indane depot, Durgapur for labour strike for 12 days. But the strike is over for a fortnight and 2/3 truckloads of gas is coming everyday but M/s Kitchen Best, taking advantage of this small incedent, is harassing the customers for undue gain.
      3. They are asking to buy Commercial Cylinder at a hefty price'
      4. They are showing artificial crisis as I am buying gas in small cylinders @ Rs 50 per kg from outside who are supplied regularly by some middlemen.
      5. Whenever asked about the stock position, they say there were 6000 (six thousand) backlogs and sufficient supplies have not come and most of the time they say big cylinders (Commercial) have arrived.
      6. Today[protected] at about 4 p.m. they have asked me to bring the cylinder to their office/shop by tomorrow to take delivery at my own arrangement. They are taking the undue advantage of my impatient need. They have almost stopped home deliveryand forcing to take the delivery at customers' expense.
      A speedy solution would be of great help.

        a registry entry is being created by the name of debugger every time a user log in a particular computer which disables the icons from being displayed on the screen of the user .... the following is the path of the registry entry
        in the registry editor (regedit)
        1. h key local machine
        2. software
        3. microsoft
        4. windows nt
        5. current version
        6. image file execution
        7. explorer.exe
        8. dubber

        this debugger has to be deleted every day so that the user could see the icons on the computer . can we get a permanent solution 4 this so that every day entry deletion of DEBUGGER from the registry could be avoided ../

          I have filled the petrol from Deepak Motors Road No-56, Surya Nagar, Opp Vivek Vihar New Delhi 110095 on 24.1.2011 for Rs.600/- in my motorcycle. After one day, I have problem in motorcycle of missing then i am going for repair of motorcycle. The Service engineer show the motor bike check the fuel and show me that the fuel is mixing with white colour water then he empty the fuel tank of motor bike and filled thru with a water bottle after sepration of water from fuel. I am surprised that around 4 ltr white colour water is out from the petrol. Kindly arrane for compensate for this and arrage to take up this matter with IOCL higher authorties.

            Sir,

            I am a Indane LPG consumer of M/s Asal Durg Enterprises, Vaishali Nagar. My consumer number is 18256.

            On 27th Jan (about 9.30PM) I found leakage of LPG from my cylinder. I called the Agency, but as it was expected, none of the phone calls were attended. Then I called Mr. Mahendra Singh ([protected]), an employee of the Dealer, who expressed his unability to attend to my call due to cold weather, and suggested to lodge a complaint at the office next day morning at 10 A.M. On asking the contact number of the Manager or Owner of the Agency, he told me that he does not have their numbers. This statement of Mahendra Singh seems quite funny and beyond belief.... nobody would believe it.

            Then I called the Indane Emergncy Number ([protected]), and the person attending my call assured me that my complaint will be attended within next 1 hour. Soon after that, I got a call from Abid Ali ([protected]), who asked me to keep the cylinder in an open area, duly capped on. On my enquiry about attending the issue, he told me that the task of the Emergency Cell is only to maintain a record, not to provide service. Therefore, I was left with no alternative except to keep the cylinder in my balcony.

            Next day, i.e., 28th Jan I visited the Agency Office at 9.30A.M. and the person available there advised me to come back after 10 A.M. It is worthwhile to add here that a mechanic/technician was already available there, who misbehaved with me and told "humne koi theka nahi le rakha hai, complaint hai to office me register karao, dekh lenge". Since I was getting late for my office, I requested to counter man to be kind enough to look into my problem, and he assured me of it.

            Sir, by submitting these facts, I humbly request you to please get the matter enquired, so that any unfortunate event can be prevented to happen. The services of LPG Distributors have, most of the time quite unsatisfactory, and the quality of services are also reflected in the public through media very frequently.

            I would appreciate a line of confirmation and the action taken for improvement of emergency services.

            Observation: Indian Oil Company Indane Division has to change/modify their strategy/approach to
            control/educate the attitude of all distributors taking into account the safty and welfare of
            consumers of Indane Gas Cylinders.
            On 8th oct, 2012, around 9:35 PM at this petrol pump "sher khan Service Station Janak Cinema, Janak Puri, Delhi-58", I asked the attendant to fill Rs. 300/- Petrol in my Motorbyke. I was monitoring the meter it was started from 15 points and i asked the attendent to see the meter reading but it was vain. At the same time when I checked the meter when the same attendant was filling the petrol in other bike, the meter reading was starting from 8 points. i complaint the same to the Manager of the station but he denied to accept the mistake and even refuse to provide the Station owner name or address. suddenly the owner came to the spot, i complaint to him about the incident happened. i took him to the machine to check the fraud but he refused to check the machine and explained our machines are ok and there is no cheating happened. i warned him that i am going to complaint against him and his reply was "jo karna hai kar le"

            Usualy this petrol pump opened till 10:00PM at night but yesterday since the rates were going to reduced all the machines were shut down accept one and the attendant was not showing the meter reading to the customers.

            I strongly recommend to cancel the license of this type of cheater in the society so they never cheat people to their hard earned money.

              I Sri Saroj kumar Biswal At-Adam Po-kuanpal Dt-cuttack applied a gas connection on june 2010 at Dolphine indane gas which is at Alijoda,kuanpal,Cuttack.I received the connection letter on 20th jan2011.When I submit my documents and want to take the connection they charged me a sum of Rs.4200/-and pressurised me to take the gas chula positively which is very low quality .I refused to take chula but they did not agree with me .In discusion they did not forget to misbehave me.In this regard take necessary action at your end,which will enable me to take the connection at an early date.

                I had visited KALA Service station, D B Sandra, Vidhyaranyapura Main Road, Bangalore, on[protected] to fill petrol. I asked the attendant to fill for Rs.1000. He ensured zero and started filling, by then the cashier diverted my attention by asking me cash or card even when I was handing the cash to him, I suspected some thing was wrong and looked at the meter to see that the attendant filling petrol had stopped at Rs. 200 and was removing the filling gun from the car. When I told him I had asked for Rs.1000 worth of petrol, the cashier stepped in and said fill for Rs.800 more, he started to fill again with out zeroing the meter and stopped at Rs.800 and was about to remove the filling gun. I lost my cool and had to raise my voice against the attendant to fill the remaining Rs.200. Clearly the pump staff tried to cheat me and would have succeeded if I was not alert. Request the concerned authorities to please take necessary action against the concerned pump so that incidents like this don’t repeat. Petrol being so expensive it really hurts when people do such things.

                Dear sir,
                LPG distributor mokama "Jai Guru Indane" has supplied LPG to the consumer.
                Every consumer complain 3Kgs Shortage of gas & all cylinders supplied by that very distributor are unsealed, It is a major scam because distributor and local administrator are in a nexus.
                so i request you verify sportly and secretly without prior notice to that distributor. we are facing major problems

                  I Manish Chabba living in vpo santokhgarh , distt una (H.P). All the peoples of our village have face a big problem about the delivery of indane gas from last one year. Our supplier M/S SUGAM GAS AGENCY situated at Rakkar Colony has not able to complete the demand of our village. We have already discussed above problem with all the officials and politicians. All peoples gave dharnas, suicide attempts & Chakka jams there on the road many ntimes. But all the time the Officials and Owner said that the INDANE don't gave us the full supply so thats by we are not able to fulfill the demand of the LPG GAS and the state politicians said that it's a matter of CENTRAL GOVT.                     Dear Sir,
                    I tried to book my cylinder from Phagwara Gas Service, Industrial Area, Phagwara. Previously the phones remained busy throughout the day. After waiting for days I got the booking through Tomo Gas and got intimation of booking Vide Booking No. 2 dated 16/01/2011.
                    Today on January 27, 2011 when I made a call to Phagwara Gas Service to know about the status of my LPG refill booking. The concerned official told me that you have been provided Gas Cylinder on 6th of Jan 2011. The said booking made by Phagwara Gas Service is fictitious. The said dealer is getting the cylinders booked and black market the cylinders on my behalf whereas I have not got the delivery of said cylinder at my home.
                    Now the official says you can get the cylinder booked after 21 days. As today is the 21st day so your booking has been made today. The booking clerk in most of the cases took order of booking and don’t note down on the register and system.
                    At one stage the dealer is making black marketing on my behalf and on other stage the booking clerk is providing unnecessary instructions

                        i am a consumer of ranga reddy district. our distributor never keep the telephone in order first of all. they donot lift the phone for so many times. sir now these phones are not connecting immediately, tey donot get them repaired, if it get connected they are not lifting, to book even 1 cylinder we have to dial at least 100 times. what to do i do not know. i booked 1 cylinder on[protected], but i could not receive the same even by[protected]. so kindly solve my problem i will be very thankful to u .my consumer no. 3670. this not for the first time. it is happening frequently.

                        i am trying to book my gas on phone for last three days but your dealer shingeri enterprises sec 7 gurgaon, not pick any call.
                        Booked Indane gas using IVR on 21st June 2011. Got message confirming that it will be delivered shortly on 24th June. Have not received it till date and when checked again the booking has been cancelled. Toll free number is not working to complaint about it.

                        Regularly, It is hapenning. Last Time, I booked my Gas cylinder through SMS... After 12 day, when i went for enquiry. They said," Till date no booking had been happened".My customer id is 22287.
                        Please cheak the problem will be faced by me regularly........

                          We have indane gas cylinder at home. Since my mother was out of station we are not using the cylinder much. If we are not buying cylinder for more than 6 months gap , will our registration of our indane gas be cut???? The agency says that they will cancel our cylinder permanently. Kindly clarify this.

                            I Booked a cylinder on 10.12.2011, twenty two days after the earlier delivery with Indane Gas Agency ZIRAKPUR.My consumer No. is 10314.Till date supply has not been made, despite repeated requests and enquiries.Today on 25.01.2011 when again enquired the attendent at gas agency told that the cylinder will be delivered today as its delivery slip has been issued.But the same has not been delivered up to 6.06P.M. I fear that the gas cylinder has been sold else where.I therefor request you to intervene and get the cylinder delivered today itself.Delay is causing mental agony.

                              My consumer ID is UG 2705, Last all most one year I noticed that delay in supply domestic gas more than one month.According to the dealer's(Unique Gas)rule, they don't accept new booking within 15 days of last booking & supply the gas after 20 days of booking.So it results that we get the next supply 35 days after the last supply.
                              Having double cylinder is meaningless & wastage of money. It remains empty years after year. Over & above delivery men's dishonesty. So its a terrible situation.Hopping to draw authority's notice.

                              Indane Domestic Gas — indefinite delay in supplying cylinders

                              Dear Sir,
                              I am a customer of Cantonment Gas Supply, 38A/6, J.N.Tiwari Road, Dum Dum Cantonment, Kolkata - 700028 & my customer no. is 00607T. Every month for some reason or other the agency is not supplying cylinders within a fortnight after booking through SMS system. This month I have booked a Cylinder on the 21st of December'12, but till now even after a lapse of 27days they have not supplied any cylinder to me. They do not have any control over the supply & distribution of cylinders to consumers. Please look into the matter urgently & ensure supply within schedule time.

                                Indane Gas Station — Stealing Petrol

                                Hi
                                I am an IT employee. I fill petrol in my bike on daily basis or alternate days and whenever i go to this petrol pump and ask them to fill petrol of Rs 50, they give petrol of Rs 49.49 paise. They are stealing 51 paise petrol on almost all customers that come to the station, although they have the facility of filling petrol using digital metres, but they prefer not. On demanding also, they force not to fill complete amount petrol. As the petrol prices are going high, these people are earning so much by stealing 50 paise or odd from each customer that comes to their pump. This is not lawful and they are earning this illegally.
                                This petrol pump is near shaikpet nala, Tolichowki, Hyderabad, India.
                                Please forward this complaint to assigned authorities.

                                sir, recently all the consumers from Bharath Traders, Dindigul to Mohan Agencies, Athoor, Dindigul without our knowledge. In this connection, i am very sorry to inform that the Mohan Agencies, Athoor is unable to satisfy the requirements in time. Even after 25 days after registration they took another one month to supply cylinders. They are not attending any calls. They advised to get the cylinder in person. We the people are from Gandhigram Dindigul Dt. nearly 30 kms. from our place. This is very often delaying the supply. Kindly look into this or change the dealership. Please treat this as very urgent.

                                  I am a consumer of Indane Gas and my agent is M/s Natraj Agencies, Yelahanka Satellite Town. My consumer no. is 5821 in the name of my husband R.V.Narasimhachar. We have two cylinders and the whole idea of having double cylinder facility was to have a continuous service. Now, according to the latest rules, we cannot book a refill until 30 days from the date of supply of a cylinder. This rule is very inconvenient because sometimes when due to high consumption, we exhaust a cylinder within 20-25 days, we end up using the second cylinder for nearly 15 days thereafter, until we can book a refill and then get the supply, as after booking the agency takes nearly 7-10 days for supplying. Recently, we had a wedding in the family and we have exhausted both the cylinders thus and the agency supplied one cylinder after seven days that is on 13th January, against our booking on 5th. We could not book before 5th because of the above rule. We are unable to book the second cylinder until 13th Feb. now. Once again, we may end up exhausting both the cylinders at a time. We are small time domestic consumers and from our track record you can see we are not doing any business or black deals. Why enforce such a rule on us and put us into this difficulty? Because we use gas, we are not given any kerosene supply too. What are we to do in such circumstances? I request you to kindly change this rule at least for domestic users as otherwise, the whole purpose of double cylinder facility will be defeated and consumers will be put to untold misery. These days, electric supply too is not dependable. What should families where both the spouses go out to work do without fuel to cook early in the morning? My attempts to get through the Customer Service Centre of IOC failed. I ended up wasting nearly 2 hours trying those nos.

                                  Yes I am absolutly agree with this . I am pradeep nayak, i am having connection in Vikas distributor New town kolkata vide my consumer no 19740.

                                  Last 25th september i have requested for refilling the cylinder through on line system . in this regards i have complained through online vide reference no 198005.on 10/10 2011. but still now i have not get any cylinder from Vikas distributor. when i enquiry about this just simply get replied, your request not come to us. burt i am getting mail that your request has been send to distributor.

                                  second incidence i have booked DBC on the above gas agency . although i have summitted all paper and deposited money but still now I am not receiving any 2nd cylinder from distributor.
                                  sever day i have the visit to the Distributor and asked about that, simple get answer this has been not updated in your system

                                  i cant understand these are the necessary comodity for day to day life . and if the distributors are harrasing in this manner then what acommon peole can do.

                                  Request to take necessary action against Distributors.

                                    I had booked Domestic Gas filled cylinder(Consumer no.16191) from Indane gas agency, Rudrapur on 04.01.11 but delivery has not been made till date 4.01.11. No response is received at their phone no.16191. They have system to get the gas booked after 21 days of delivery which is strictly followed by them but they fail in their commintment of delivery within 01 week drastically. I can desperately hope for resolution of my issue out of hopeless distribution system.

                                    my name is shan i belong to district badaun which is in up my complaint is that singh distributer is supplyin gas directly to non authorised people.and they are hiring much money than cost from customers .they have the agency of indane.please take some action .it is really big problem for all the people of pur city.

                                        sir i am a paramilitary force member. i have availed gas connection in 2000 through our department. i am using it in past 11 years. but gas agency nearer to my house refused to continue connection, actually i am living with my father, i am not seperated from my father house, but i and my wife cooking food separately, my father has also a gas connection . gas agency told that two connection are not permitted in a house. but my family and my father are cooking food seperately, as a jawan it created several problem to my wife. how can i complaint about it to district level ioc officer, kannur. please give suggestionin this regard .what can i do to continue my connection.
