sir/madam,

i am consumer of indane gas.our area service provider is NAIK GAS AGENCIES ADILABAD.it is our long exprience with them that they never respond on phone.for any problem,we have to go all the way to thieir door step,quite far from our residence,and suddenly changed their office from city to outcourts.and in the present office also not kepted complaint box or there is not any mobile numberof sales officer or any staff.i am a public sector employee many time personely i went the agency for gas by availing a day leave for gas and cost of one day leave is around one thousand per day.one instance i submitted a letter on dated 20/12/2010 for change of address as well as regular booking but still i have not received the gas and today it has come my notice that after i rush their office personelly they changed the adress and rudely tell gas will come with in two days i am suffering lot from there services kindly guide me in this regard.SOHRABJI RATHOD,deputy manager BANK OF MAHARASHTRA ,GUDIHATNOOR BRANCH CONSUMER NO.10222 MOBILE[protected]

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    I am LPG consumer having Consumer No. K-3085 Registered with Kasna Indane Gas Service.
    I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 6-7 days, but I am not able to contact any of their numbers [protected],[protected]. Either the phones are ringing or busy. at last when I went to their Agency physically to book Gas Cylinder they told me that the cylinder will be delivered after fifteen days.

    Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many times.

    Dear Sir,

    I am a consumer of M/s Vasant Kunj Gas Service , Chattarpur , New Delhi. My consumer No. is VK-14719. When I reached agency to book my cylinder , I found that Indian Oil has suspended Vasant Kunj Gas services agency and there was a paper pasted on the wall mentioning that cosumer have been distributed in other gas agencies.
    Since , no. of gas agency ( new alloted) is coninuously busy , also I have booked gas on your officail booking no four days back , but till date gas has not been delivered to us.

    Pl. ask concerned gas agency to deliver our cylinder.

    Worst experience with even Staff over there !!

    I am planning for new gas agency near Vijayanagar !
    I am having Indane Gas Connection No SGC-8805 from Sharma Gas Company at Shop A-1, SSD Mandir Market, H-Block Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. The given telephone Nos. to the clients, no body is picking up the phones. Therefore, I had booked my request to Customer Control Centre No 2561_1260 on 13-01-09. I working with the office of IOCL and presently posted at PNGRB, WTC. My employee Number is 705551. Till date gas has not been delivered to us.

    Pl. ask concerned gas agency arrange to deliver cylinder in time with full weight of Cylinder and also must pick up his agency land line phones at the time of pass on our request for booking gas.

      When frequency of cylinder booking exceeds 3 or 6 months period, the agency refuse to take the booking — calls for undue procedures, site visit and adds charges in the name of 'checking and servicing.'

      On approaching IOC officials, the agency takes the booking and delivers after inordinate delay, after sufficiently traumatising the customer.

      When a customer uses less no. of cylinders — the reason, explained to the agency and the IOC officials; has not provided any relief or the process made easy to the customer. Every time, for the booking the IOC officials intervention is sought, before taking delivery of a cylinder.

        Myself Banamali Behera Having a gas connection from Indane Gas from last 20years(approx) in the name of Banamali Behera. But due of Inconvienance problem i had to get transfer from local registerd address to 56 A.C.Banerjee Road Kolkata-700057.But after transering that address My name is upload incorrect that is Instead of Banamali Bahera they upload (BANAMATI BEHERA). As informing them so many time against their mistake they neither register any complain nor they rectify their mistake. And now i am again transfer another address which is know 1,Bachaspati Para Ariadha Kolkata-700076 and recently my cunsumer number is :NS9845.And know they are saying that when i will their area and go some other distributor the name will automactically rectify. So now i want to make complaint against that Distributor "Nilsikha" And help me to solve my problem

          I just got a new Indane gas connection through Revathy Indane Gas Agency, Medavakkam. In the agency it is written that you dont have to take the gas stove along with the gas connection. I have a gas stove which meets the requirements set by Indian Oil Corporation (IOC). I told them that i have a gas stove and would not like to buy one more. They said that it is mandatory to buy the gas stove along with the new connection and asking me totally Rs 4500 for one cylinder connection. When i look in IOC website it says that it is not mandatory to by gas stove. There should be some action against them and Please let me know what to do? if i pay the amount only i will get connection seems...

            Indane Gas Connection — insisting to purchase gas stove

            Dear Sir,
            Your Sl.No:TNSO/LPG100875 WL.No:9211 Dt:18.06.08
            applicant K.V.Mohan through Guru Gas Agency, Chennai.600001
            I(.K.V.Mohan) approched the Guru Gas Agency for my new connecion
            they are insisting me to purchase the Gas Stove from them.I am already
            having new stove with me.Kindly instruct them to not buying the stove from
            them.In their inspection if the stove is not in condition i will buy new one.
            Kindly look into this matter and send me the reply at the earliest poaaible.
            Because of not knowing the e-mail address I am unable to send the copy
            of this letter to Guru Agency.

              I HAVE BOOKED FOR THE REFILE CYLINDER ON 22 NOVEMBER 2010- BUT HAVE NOT YET BEEN SUPPLIED WITH THE REFILE CYLINDER SO FAR .

              IT WAS INFORMED , ON ENQUIRY ON TUESDAY, THE 21ST DECEMBER THAT THE CYLINDER WILL BE SUPPLIED ON WEDNESDAY, THE 23RD DEC.

              BUT YOU HAD NOT DELIVERED THE REFILE CYLINDER.

              THE ASSURANCE GIVEN TO MY ENQUIREY ON 23 WAS THAT THE CYLINDER WILL BE SUPPLIED ON THAT DAY ITSELF.
              THE VERY SAME ANSWER WAS RECEIVED FOR MY QUERY ON 24TH , 25TH AND TODAY.

              DESPITE YOUR ASSURANCES THE DELIVERY OF CYLINDER HAD NOT TAKEN PLACE.

              IT MAY BE NOTED THAT MY WIFE OR SON HAD TO WAIT AT HOME POSTPONING SOME URGENT PERSONAL/ FAMILY MATTERS EXPECTING THE ARRIVAL OF 'ASSURED' SUPPLY OF GAS REFILE CYLINDER. SIR, PLS NOTE THAT THE PASSING ON THE FALSE INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMERS CREATING LOT OF HARDSHIPS.

              PLEASE INTERVENE THE MATTER AND INFORM ME THE PROBABLE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THE REFILE CYLINDER. AND ENSURE THAT NO OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BOOKED FOR REFILE CYLINDER IS DELIVERED GAS CYLINDER OVERLOOKING MY SENIORITY.

              Sir,
              I had booked for a cylinder refill at Kunnamangalam Gas Agency on November 20, 2008. My consumer number is 9825 . Inspite of various phone calls to the agency i have not got the cylinder. I had booked complaints a couple of times before too on the same grounds here .To my utter dismay the Area Manager, Calicut too did not react, inspite of telling him for the last 10 days. Please do the needful. I am a working woman and find it very difficult to cope up with, without gas.

              tried to book the second cylender on 1st week of october, but not accepted by saying that they can't book the 2nd without delivering the first.
              Presently both of my cylenders are empty.
              Today i requested for 2 cyclenders and agreed to go directly by self for picking the same.
              but not accepted and informed the 1st the requested will be met in another week.

              the saddest part is that automatically iocl has changed my previous agency to current agency and it become big headache to me.

              Indane Gas — Delay in delivery of refill cylinder

              sir,
              iam a customer of T.R gas agency ,Mattannur,Kannur (dist.), KERALA
              my consumer no is12790 .I have already booked my refill cylinder on 30/12/2009. They have told me that they will deliver the cylinder next week. Untill today ididn't get the refilled cylinder.I called there several times . On that time they told me that "we will deliver it tomarrow itself ".After that i went to their office at mattannur with the empty cylinder on 3/2/2010. At that time they inform that they will supply the cylinder only through their own vehicles.But they didnt gave the cylinder yet.So please take necessary steps to get my refilled cylinder as soon as possible .

                I'm a LPG consumer with M/S Shivneel Gas Sales, No 1 &2, R.K. Complex, Shariff Street, Chikmaglur...The Company has given the following land line nos. 232422 / 234606 / 234608 for booking gas refill. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 5 - 6 days. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no as well as the helpline nos are also not responding.The agent who takes the booking is very rude on the call... Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days.
                It is their rule/practice that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practice ,we book accordningly.It is very unfortunate to note that that a fresh cylinder will come after 42 days.Some times they have delivered after 45 days or more…I do not know how a family can manage its cooking by a cylinder for 45 or more days. I want to bring this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter.
                If Indian oil is concerned over customer satisfaction they better do something about issues least I request them to educate their staff on how they need to address the customer problems.

                I hope company will take immediate action in this regard, so that customer will not face such problem
                in future…

                lindane — problem in contacting the agent

                Dear sir,

                I am having indane gas connection with M/s. Saba Gas, Guindy, Chennai. My consumer number is 4858. I am trying to book for refilling my cylinder for the past one month. Whenever I try their phone number, recorded voice says that the number is busy. In the last two days itself i have tried hundred of times.

                lindane — Non delivery at customer's site.

                Dear Sir,
                I am a 68 years old widow staying with my son at Perumbavoor, Cochin. Our house is located along the state highway (Alwaye- Munnar Road), only 5Km from the gas agency. The complaint is that the agency's van will pass through our road only 2 times in a month and I have to be there in front of my gate with my empty cylinder, waiting indefinitely to get a refill. They will not come and deliver the refill as done by other agencies. Several times I missed the vehicle by few minutes.

                Please make arrangements for delivering the refill at my premises, since it is not always possible for me to wait for long durations due to poor health condition. All other Indane customers in our locality are having the same complaint, but they are afraid to complain, fearing of any adverse reaction from the agency people.

                Please find a solution to this complaint.

                I am Gov servant and having connection of Indane at Jivan Jyoti Ahmedabad Gujarat. since long i have been trying his phone but it is either engage or no one lift it. what to do now? at last i used on 24 hrs booking on telephone service for that but still i am not sure that the refill is booked it or not? I tried ahmedabad reg office but those persons are not giving proper answer. i am doing this compaint third time but no one take any action against, so i kindly request to you to change my connection from indane to bharat.

                  This is complaint about the misbehaviour & irregular delivery of the gas cylinder in our near gas agency whose name is MAMTA INDANE & owner is Smt. Babita Kumari in the above given address.
                  There is no proper delivery of gas cylinders and most of the consumer face lots of problems and also black marketing occur in the above mentioned gas agency.
                  Last time I complained about this problem in the zonal office of INDANE but they didn't take any action.I am Ex-serviceman and have some health problems.so I can't visit again and again to the agency.I and my wife only live in the village and all my sons,doing their job.So we are fully dependent on the LPG for our daily needs.Under consideration of above mentioned problem it is kind request to you to send a team to see the worst condition of this agency.You can contact me at [protected] for further inquiry.

                  Indance Cylinder — Regualrly irrgular in Delivery

                  Customer Gas Card No 13094 Delivery Station Tarabai Park Kolhapur Mob No [protected]

                  Have booked cylinder on 06th Nov. Delivery was scheduled 8 days after booking. However till date there is no delivery.

                  Now the Delivery Station says I have to collect the cylinder myself as the vehicle driver is not on duty.


                  This is a state of Tarabai Park Kolhapur delivery station. Always poor in quality, lackluster conduct in customer service.

                  Now do we call you an Indian Company with Careless Cusotmer Service OR GOOD FOR NOTHING.

                  Indane Gas / Cylinder — delay in the refilling the cylinder

                  Iam a L P G consumer with Shankar krupa gas enterprises, no 157/A, L272/A, Hamasaraja lane, Halladekeri Main Road, Mahaveernagar, Mysore, Karnataka. My customer number is 25854 (Syed Tanveer Ahmed). i book gas every month on time (25 days after the delivery of the refilled cylinder)
                  the agency supplies the cylinder only after 10 to 12 days where as they are suppose to issue within a week. this month (january 2010) the agency did not supply the gas for 13 days and on the 14th day the delivery boy brings the cylinder with out the receipt, on demand for it he takes excuse by saying that he was informed to deliver the cylinder on phone by the agency and he had come directly from the godown and on a stressful demand for the receipt he threatens to take back the cylinder. this is the case almost every month which is causing us a great inconvenience. we request you to look in to the matterand take a effective action against the agency and do the needful.

                  But last 2 month i have seen your services is so bad, i had booked my cylidner 20 march 2011 but still cylinder not delivered at my home. I had contact to your customer care, they told i have to contact

                  to my nearest branch. When ever i contact to our nearest branch they told me your cyclider will be delievred with in 2 days but still not delivered. I have no complaint for your indian gas services but your workers are not working properly.

                  Every delievred person doing froud with all customers. I want that please take action with your branch manager who hadnling all the delivered boys. If you take any action i am really gratefull to you.

                  i am to make a complaint regarding booking of cylinder through net. i have book my cylinder on 04.08.2011 at 07.50 P.M through net. Reference no. is 9964139 booking date was 06.08.2011. booking no. 3964. But today morning at about 09.50 A.M. i checked my status. i was surprise to see that it shows that my cylinder was delivered on 12.08.2011. but in fact till today that is 16.08.2011 at 11.55 A.M. i have not been delivered the cylinder. I have approach to my area Nodal Officer Mr. Malik at about 9.50 A.M. then he has assured me that please call me after half an hour. when after half an hour i approach to him he again told me that call me after half an hour. again After half an hour i am approaching to him, now he is not lifting the phone. i also want to inform you that last to last month i.e. on 03.06.2011 when delivery boy came to home to deliver the cylinder. after weighing the cylinder i found that 1.700 Kg was less then i have already written with red ink on the receipt of mine which was to be handed over to the Sheharawat Gas Agency, Sangam Vihar. But this nodal officer has done nothing.
                  Now, i think that there is mutual understanding with the Nodal Officer and the Gas Agency.

                  There is no proper delivery of gas cylinders and most of the consumer face lots of problems and also black marketing occur in the above mentioned gas agency.
                  Last time I complained about this problem in the zonal office of INDANE but they didn't take any action.I am serviceman and have some health problems.so I can't visit again and again to the agency.I and my wife only live in the Home and all my sons, doing their job.So we are fully dependent on the LPG for our daily needs.Under consideration of above mentioned problem it is kind request to you to send a team to see the worst condition of this agency.You can contact me at [protected] for further inquiry.

                  From 15days my only duty in morning is calling Indane gas to replace the cylinder. First they supplied a LPG cylinder which didnt have vacher/rubber to get inserted with regulator and it started to leak, on complaining they replaced it after 5days giving some or other reason where we managed to eat food for 5days from outside and got effect on health. And last weekend they have replaced our empty extra cylinder and wonder to see that it is also leaking and though informed and calling from last 3days they are not replacing it. I see no effect complaining about it to Indance gas agency. There is no answer for the question I asked them, who will be responsible in case of any fire accident at my home for their negligence. Please take some action against such buggers and punish well to teach them good lesson.

                            Expired cylinder and misbehavior

                            My consumer no.71554 and I am a resident of T1, Shri Balaji Apartments, 7/9, Sanakarapuram First Street, Choolaimedu, Chennai - 94 (My cell No. is [protected]) M/s Bashyam Gas Service, Kodambakkam, Chennai (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. I have booked for a cylinder 25 days ago. At that time they told me within 15days it will come. Today (22/12/2010) one guy came with an expired cylinder (It was marked as C10, means already expired). When my wife told him to change the cylinder, he is not willing to change and he is compelling my wife to take the expired cylinder. Since it is an expired cylinder she denied to take the cylinder. He started scolding and went off with the cylinder. When I am trying to contact Bashyam Gas to complaint about this they are not picking up the phone.

                            Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to give a valid cylinder, and have some system to ensure only valid cylinders are distributed to end users.

                            Indane Gas — corruption & misbehaviour

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have a lpg connection in "Indian Gas Services Shukla Ganj Unnao".

                            Sir here are 1st day give the stamp in consumer book in after 6 days

                            after 6 days in agency a large number of people stand in 6:00 am to take parchi

                            after takeing parchi agency man told to me that cylender delivery will be in after 2 days


                            in all process peoples loss there three days work, stamping in consumer book people stand in 7:00 am
                            then 10 or 10:30 he get stamp, and the date of takeing parchi go agency in 6:00am staff come in 9:30 or 9:45 there are standing a large nos. of people but person who take the 50 or 70 Rs. Extra sold the cylender in retail dirictly enter in office and deposit the 10 or 12 books and normal person stand in line
                            and tolerate office staff missbehave . Normal person take parchi in 12:30 pm .

                            and the day of takeing cylender the truck load come at 8:45 A.M. but the distribution staff come at 10 AM and the person who take 50 Rs. extra go directly and take 3-4 cylender once a time and normal person see them but nothing do i stand 292 cylender back the first load fully empty and i forward only 30 cylender . i stand there 7:30 am and i got cylender 12:30 am.

                            so i request to you please see the matter & change the some rules

                              Hi ,

                              This is to report that i was cheated by the Petrol Bunk staff in IOC petrol bunk located between Kudlu Gate and Hosa Road junction. I paid a sum of Rs-200 for filling up petrol and while tendering the money the Staff quickly pulled out the nozzle saying that petrol was indeed filled for Rs200.

                              I am quite sure that they have not not even dispensed Petrol for Rs100.
                              However i was short of evidence and hence i am resorting to this complaint. I am quite sure that my complaint won't reimburse my money. I only wish action is taken to curtail such mailpractices in future si that the common man is devoid of being fooled again.

                              Hope there will be some action on the erring staff.

                              Petrol — cheating

                              On 16.02.09, I had tried to fill petrol in Sugan Service Station, J C Nagar, Bangalore 560006. I had clearly mentioned that I wanted petrol for Rs.100. As a man was filling the petrol, the cashier came and stated to talk about petrol card. I told him I was not interested. This took about 2-3 seconds. And I noticed that the man filling the petrol had filled the petrol and brought the meter to zero and the man moved awat. I asked the cashier how much petrol was put, he said for Rs.100. I was surprised. When I saw the fuel guage, only one liter of petrol was filled. When I told the cashier that only around 1 litre of petrol was filled, he called the other man and he said he had put only 1 liter of petrol and volunteered to put another liter of petrol. I went to their office to talk to the manager, but manager was not available and the cashier said that the manager will come next day only. I asked for the bill and was given a bill for Rs.49/-. when I said why this was so when ordinary petrol was put, he said sorry and gave me back Rs.3 and the gave me a bill for 46.28. Bill no. 11220 dt. 16.02.09. I have been trying to contact them over phone to talk to the manager on phone nos mentioned in the bill 2338869 and 23632678, but no one picks up the phone. I would like the right authority to take action against the petrol bunk owners and the employees who must be cheating public to the tune of thousands of rupees everyday. If this is not the right forum to make a complaint, can you post the right forum in your website please. I do not want the public to be cheated by these people.

                                We have registered with Rajesh gas Madhavaram(Indane) for refill on 19th July 2011. Consumer no:35249/Ranjan & No.14005/Somu. Till today (4th August 2011) we have not received the gas.
                                They are ensuring that the phone is always engaged from 09.00 am to 5.00 pm.

                                Since [protected] is not registering the booking of refill, we booked refill by mail with IOC (consumer No:39093 S. Jayalakshmi) on 5.3.14 and sent a reminder on 12.3.14 after the dealer informed us that no booking is seen done. So I called IOC office Anna Salai, Chennai who in turn asked me to contact 24339236 and I am not at all getting that number and it is always engaged(dont know whether it is actually continuously engaged or there is any foul play) So I again sent a complaint to IOC online on 13.3.2014 and still I await reply. Who will help us if the cylinder now in use is exhausted? I am really puzzled to know that no channel provided by the company to show that they extend excellent customer service is working and what about the fate of middle class people like us. Better to leave the things with God, the Almighty.

                                    There is no system of delivery of LPG cylinder.After booking the cylinder we always inform them about maturity date.They do not give responce even after 3 -4 recalls.recently we booked our cylinder on 26.10.10 ( cosumer no.- 23662 / Vivek Pandit)and we waited up to 14.12.10 but we did not get the cylinder.Then we recalled them 5 times but till today( 20.12.10 / 0730 pm ) result is same.I am in a private job and it is very difficult for me to do this repeatedly. so please do needful.

My last supply of the cylinder was on 8/9/08. After 21 days as stipulated by I have booked for a cylinder on 29th September on phone. Again I reminded on 35th day, ie: on 13/10/08. The person in charge informed that the cylinder would be supplied on 18th. Again, I called on 17th. Replied to have supply on next day. As nobody came here, I again called on 28th October. Then your good agency told that it will be supplied same day. But nobody came here. So, I contacted on 31st, then they refused me of all previous bookings, but on 28th October. Its a talk of the town that your agency people do sell cylinder in 'BLACK' for Rs.500/. If I offered Rs. 500/ I would have got many cylinders by this time. Its a pity that genuine customers are harassed like this. Repeated reminders are always a story of your agency for normal supply. Sir, give us an idea as to what can be the normal route to get justice from your agency in Angamaly. Am a practising doctor in a suburban area, and such unhealthy practices do affect my professional work to a large extent. please help me and give me a reply as to what should be done.                                     I am Subrmaniam .M from Tirupur. This is to bring to your kind notice the poor and unbearable service offered to me at Revathy Gas Agency, Medavakkam, Chennai. I had transferred my gas connection from tirupur to medavakkam (Owing to my medical treatment i have to reside at chennai ) after my medical things, I am shifting to tirupur, I came from tiurpur for getting my Gas connection transferred.

                                    Unfortunately No one at Revathy gas agency knew how to treat the customers . Considering the age and medical issues i was asked by the clerks to bring so many documents and made me unbearable with running behind notaries and xerox shops and stamp vendors and some of the doc i am not even aware of ( I didnt understand whther i need to pay any bribe for the same ? )
                                    I have ringed to the agency the day morning and asked for the doucment which i need to carry alosng with my pass book and cylinders . They replied Nothing required except the passbook and the cylinders.

                                    The employees of Revathy gas agencies do not register gas requests on time and make the customer wait for a month or longer for a cylinder of gas. They also give wrong information and that too do not wait to listen to what the customers have to say. THEY ARE EXTREMELY BAD AND VERY VERY RUDE to the customers. This is not the kind of way they should treat their customers. They expect the customers to arrange a vehicle and collect the gas directly from the godown or the agency if they require the gas on time. How can an elderly person do that? Will they ask their own wife, sister, mother or daughter to do this?

                                    There have been so many complaints but there is absolutely no action taken till now and that's why the problem is still continuing.

This has lead to a real harassment as its really difficult for a middle class family to survive for long time period without a gas cylinder.

                                    Indane Gas Services — Not get gas cylinder in time

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    This is for your kind information that I am consumer of Indane gas service, service by ASHA gas services, Deoria for several years. From last few months I am facing great problem in getting gas cylinder in time, when complaint for 2 - 3 times then after I got gas cylinder. Gas available at ASHA gas services anytime in Rs. 550 to 600/- per cylinder (i.e, in black) but for normal customer their is crises of gas from Indane Gas Services. Time between one filled cylinder to another filled cylinder is near about 2 month. Do Indane gas services think for a customer to manage 2 month in one cylinder. When asked to Hawker for delay in gas, he reply "asked from ASHA gas owner". Kindly do the needful action against this agency or I have to take help from customer forum services.

                                    Now, after booking the cylinder the delivery is made after 15 days or longer.
                                    I believe the delivery should be made within 7 days of booking.

                                    I am a customer of Indane for past 20 years and my consumer no is 11347. The ageny supplying gas for my domestic use is 'M/s:Gosaka Gas Agencies, Neyveli Township, Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu'. I have got 2 gas cylinders.
                                    My problem is that my cylinder lasts for 26 to 30 days only as we are a 6 member family with aged parents living with me. My agency says that
                                    1. New registration for a fresh clinder can be done only after 21 days of delivery of previous cylinder.
                                    2. More or less, it takes anything from 7 to 12 days to get a refill from the date of registration for fresh cylinder.
                                    3. The agency claims that billing time between two cylinders is 25 days, which is in built in hte billing system as per IOC rules.
                                    4. Between date of billing and delivery of cylinder, by and large there is a gap of 4 to 5 days.

                                    Can I get hte followimg details

                                    1. Is there is any limitation on number of LPG bottles to be issued to a customer in a month if it is purely for domestic use only?
                                    2. Is there is minimum billing time between two cylinders?
                                    3. Minimum 21 days booking time-Between 2 bookingsw or from date of delivery?
                                    4. Can I get a third cylinder for domestic use only?
                                    5. Can I get a nother connection say of HPCL or any other Oil PSU?
                                    6. If neither 3rd cylindr is permitted nor another connection, can my wife get a new connection in hte same address?
                                    Please give an answer to above questions and look in to the complaint of delayed supplies.

                                        I am residing at Medavakkam, Chennai - 100. Oflate I am facing lot of problems with the gas agency, supplying cylinder for domestic purpose. My Costumer ID is 41350. The supplier is Rose Gas Agencies (Indane Distributors), 73, Medavakkam Main Road, Adambakkam, Chennai - 600 088.

                                        After 9-9-2010, I had booked cylinder on[protected] over phone for which they had alloted waiting list No.5542 and informed that the cylinder will be supllied within 20 days. But again when I enquired on[protected] and followed up with them continuously on[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], they gave the same type of reply stating that the cylinder will be supplied within 2 days. Finally, I received the cylinder only on[protected].

                                        For your information, there was a gap of nearly 3 and half months between the supply of cylinder i.e. the last one was supplied on 9-9-2010 and now the cylinder was supplied on[protected] which is more than 3 months. How do you expect the consumer to lead his family?

                                        At the first instance, all the phone number of Rose Gas Agencies are always lying dead. Even if we get the line once in blue moon, proper response is not given by the agency. Though I have lodged the booking on[protected] the date mentioned in the bill was[protected]. I don't understand the logic behind it.

                                        On the one hand Indian Oil Corporation is boasting that consumer need not wait for 21 days to book the cylinder but on the other hand people have to wait for months together which is quite atrocious. We deserve reply from the Corporation for this. Kindly initiate remedial action and avoid inordinate delay in supply of gas agencies. Also I request you to instruct the gas agencies to behave in a responsible manner with the costumers.

                                        IOC — Inordinate delay in suppy of gas

                                        Consumer No 11796 presently being servised by Coastal Gas.
                                        I had telephoned for a gas refill, on 23rd April 09.
                                        Had not received the refill, till date.
                                        When I called Coastal Gas, they have come up with several excuses.
                                        I had to take leave, and go to the gas agency personally, and only on
                                        insisting on getting the gas, they have given the cylinder to me.
                                        this has put me to lot of hardship, and expense, including a day's
                                        leave.
                                        Pls look into the matter and advise Coastal Gas agency they are a
                                        Service company, not a money making racket.

                                        I have received sms on my mobile of wining of award of 3 milion USD BUT NO MORE INFORMATION IS EEIVED FROM THEM

                                        My consumer no is AG4873 Mr. T. T. Mathew, of Arjun Gas Kozhencherry, Kerala.
                                        I have booked my gas cylinder on dated 13/09/2011 and my booking no is 96 as per IVRS. but my cylinder is not yet delivered at my home till this date. So I request IOCL.to check what is the status/ why the delay in delivery of cylinder.& take the necessary action.
