I am an LPG consumer of Rashmi Gas (Indane), Kochi vide consumer No. 27969. I stay alone & use LPG very less, so whenever I book gas after 6 months, they say that the connection is dead. Last year they forced me to bring the re-activation recommendation letter from I.O.C. Head office Kochi. It is not so easy to reach & get cosumer care officer recommendation. Filled petrol worth Rs 1000/- which is about 18.22 litres but got cheated for about 6 litres as the tank which fills to the particular point in other petrol pumps when i fill the same amount did not do so..There was a difference of at least 6 litres.
