I am an Indane LPG Customer and my Customer No. 10011 from M/S Ravichandra Gas Agency. Every time I am facing the problem, booking the LPG Refill and the personnel attending the phone call are very much un-friendly in taking the booking. Since my residential area doesn't fall into their services of providing the Home Delivery of LPG Refills, every time I had to collect the same.To avoid this problem, I asked them to change the Agency to M/S Jai Gurudatta Gas Agency.I was asked to consult M/S Jai Gurudatta Gas Agency. On contacting the Jai Gurudatta Gas Agency, they were keep on postponing the date to take my application/representation. Before last month i.e; in february' 2010 on inquiring from the Ravichandra Gas Agency, I was informed that the Godown is going to be shifted to our near by area and hence we will be getting the Home Delivery of LPG Refills.
But to my dismay, again when I had booked for LPG Refill on 26 April' 2010 vide my Booking No. 8329 and waited till date, expecting to get a Home Delivery, today on inquiring from the Ravichandra Gas Agency personnel, I was asked to visit the agency and collect the Refill in person.On asking the reason, I got an un-friendly answer, stating that they don't know the reason and if I need it, i should collect it in person.Request, inquire into the matter and ensure the timely Home Delivery to the consumers and see that their unfriendly behaviour towards towards customers is stopped henceforth.

indane LPG cylinders — non delivery of cylinders + sale in black
SirMy consumer no. is R6474 which is in the name of Mr. Shankar Lal Agarwal. The name of your affiliated agency where i m registered is "Rajendra Gas Agency" in Ambabari, Jaipur
As per your norms, the cylinder should have been delivered in 2 days. But its a normal practice of the agency to deliver the cylinder in 7-8 days. However, this time the cylinders are being dispatched after 15 days from the date of booking to all consumers. The reason given by the agency incharge is that their is a shortage of supply in cylinders from your part.
However, i have noticed through the newspapers that you have clarified that there is no short supply from your part.
On 20 November, 2007 i booked for a LPG cylinder. The booking no. is 87297. As per the agency, the due date for supply of cylinder is 6 december, 2007. But i havnt received my cylinder till today (7 December,2007 i.e. after 17 days from the date of booking). When asked from the agency incharge no satisfactory reply was given.
I have also observed many irregularities committd by the agency.
Many times while booking i have noticed that the person booking the cylinders use to keep the phones hold. It creates problems for the people who cant get the booking done by coming to the place of agency because of any reason. Also, it creates problems if any person have any query n want to contact through phone.
Also, no one answers on the customer care no. provided in the refil slip. So there is no place to file complaints against the agency.
I have even noticed that the agency do not give the booking no. to the customers on their own will. The booking no. is given only when asked by the customer. In case, the customer forgets to ask the no., the cylinder booked is sold out in black & when asked by customer later, he is told that the cylinder was not booked.
Yesterday i saw that a person got his cylinder booked & when he asked for the refil slip, the person booking the cylinder said that their is a power cut so they cant print the refil slip n give it to him. That person went thereafter n forgot to take the booking no. I noticed that there was no power cut at that place & the slip was generated few seconds after that person left the place.
The name of the agency have also been quoted in newspaper many times for irregularities commited.
I request you to take some serious action against the agency & please provide feedback to me otherwise i have to take legal action against you & the agency.
