Respected sir,

We are residents of Vazhakulam Panchayath. We are getting Indane gas from following Gas agency.

M/s Gauri Indane Gas services( Distributor Code: 986695)
VIII/ 609 G, Sanjo Complex , Chunanganveli, Edathala . p o , Aluva – 683105, Ernakulam, Kerala.

Unfortunately we are not getting proper service from this agency. So, we lodged complaints against this agency. Last time we received cylinder on 2/02/ 2010 ( Name ; K.R.Vijayan.Customer no.1531).. afte 70 days… !!

In our personal enquiry they issued bill on 23 rd last month. But we didn’t received cylinder. Hope they sold our cylinder to black market.
We lodged a complaint to Hon. Chief Minsiter of Kerala 3 months back . After enquiry through supply officer , Perumbavoor , they agreed to avoid delay future and assured proper supply.. But the agency is continuing their irresponsibility.
We lodged complaints to concerned Field Officer Mr. Azhil Arasan ( Mo. No:[protected]. But we have received only soft advice to wait not cylinder.

We also lodged a complaint to Supply officer , Perumbavoor. But nothing happened so far.
Now we have no solution to get gas cylinder..
So we humbly request you to conduct a vigilance enquiry against this agency. This agency is 10 kms. away from our residence. We are ready to give proof. Customers under this agency are not satisfied. So, we humbly request you to take immediate action against this agency and take proper steps to distribute cylinders in future.

Indane Gas — delay in distribution

i am sindhu.c consumer no:13177, under Vasudha gas agency, Kuttippuram.Kerala.i booked on july 11th and after 40 days i started going and enquiring and still(28/8/08) i have not received cylinder.this is their usual practise.i am working as asst.Professor in engg college. I have to take one leave every month constantly persuading the distributors to get the cylinder replacement.i request you to look into the matter and take some action so that the difficulty can be avoided.
Dear Sir, I have a gas connection bearing no.17844 & it was in Alaka. They have transferred the connection to Global without inform me. My residence is neary by of Alaka godown. Request you to plese instruct Alaka to supply the
LPG gast tome and not transer the same to Global.

    Sir,
    My Consumer No. 3793 at sree ma kirupa gas agencies. Shop No. 11, R 30, " A " TNHB Complex, Spartan Nagar, Anna Nagar, western Extn., chennai - 101. My address is E-15 B, Type - II, BSNL & Postal Staff quarters, Anna Nagar, Chennai - 40. Sree MA Kirupa Gas Agencies without my knowledge they are send the cylinder on[protected] Sunday ) without booking How can I received without emty cylinder. I refused to received it at that time. After emty the cylinder I have booked the in person on[protected] Tuesday . wide W/L No. 710 dtd[protected].I have complaind to the dealer above the problems. Till date no cylinder is receivd. And also the delaer always quarely with me. Kindly arrange to take nacessary action against the dealer and also confirmed to receive th cylinderin time.

    Matter may be treated as early as possible please. Your reply is solicited.

    lindane — non supplying of l;Gas Cylinder

    I, Consumer No RIS 5142, a custemer of Royal Indane Gas Agency , Pathanamthitta booked a refill on 23 Dec 2010, my sinciere request more than 10 times the company( Royal Indane Gas Agency) not supplied the clylender so far. I facing hardship due to shortage of LPG Gas

      Sir/Madam,

      i m a consumer of your indane cooking gas thru M/s Sehaj Enterprises for last 15 around years.
      the management over there has no manner how to talk to ladies & senior citizens.
      for the last few days my brother & mother both went their to book gas refill but the staff over there were busy in doing idle work & when they are asked to work then they come with unusual type of excuses.. & also misbehaved...
      this is untorrable from our side..
      please look into the matter.

      this is ur kind information that I am the customer vide number 18916 from the dealer at Sahid Park, Balasore last 19th April, I had gone to booked the gas.That time Mr Bubu wasthe authority to booked the gas.But he misbehaved and used slang language to me.So kindly take care this matter.I[censored] will not take any action otherwise I will go for the help of consumer court.I am waiting for ur possitive response.

      When customer service smells rotten and attitude towards consumers turns hostile, it won't be long before a company and its brand get destoryed by its bad reputation.

      Indane Gas is celebrated company that India has every reason to be proud of but the agencies / gas dealers who supply gas cylinders and are in direct contact with consumers are spoiling the reputation of Indane Gas in a very bad way. I live in Cochin with my family and have always had bad experiences with Ajoy Gas (our authorized gas agency). Either the cylinders will be delayed or the staff will be obnoxious in behaviour. I have often forgiven and forgotten many issues, simply thinking that the staff may be under a lot of pressure.

      In an effort to improve customer service, Ajoy Gas and many others have recently opted for the Phone Booking facility. This service has further created a huge mountain of problems. I had booked my second cylinder successfully through Phone Banking and even got a number confirming my booking. Even after 15 days i did not receive my cylinder so i called up the Ajoy Gas to enquire the status.

      The indecent lady who answered my call barked "What is your number?" I replied to the same. But she said, "Hey Mister, first book the gas and then enquire." I didn't like her tone of speec. Nevertheless, i said i had booked through Phone Banking 3 weeks back. Then suddenly she said that she has not received any intimation so there will be no gas for me.

      I am really sorry to say that this lady spoke in a very indecent manner which my civility does not allow me to reproduce here. The problem was that she had not received the intimation. I had booked once so the computer did not allow me to book again. Instead o[censored]nderstanding my anxiety, that lady plainly stated "NO GAS FOR YOU".

      I assume that Indane Gas is supplying these agencies or is it that the staff of Ajoy Gas are supplying gas from their own gas well at home !!! This is not the way staff should speak to customers. She may be speaking thus to her husband at home but she cannot expect the common man to be a shameless fool like her family.

      I have only one request to Indane Gas:

      1. Pls give some soft skill training to the staff deployed at your gas dealer
      2. If that is not possible, pls select good dealers who are empowered by decent, cultured and educated staff.

      As consumers, we are ready to excuse a little delay here and there but such cheap behaviour from employees is not what we expect from a company od such high stature.

      Request the authorities to please take up the issue at the earliest.

        Lpg cylinder is not delivered timely and the dealer charges Rs.10 per cylinder as delivery charges. I booked for Lpg on 14.03.10. booking No.-896. My consumer No. is-1975. But till 15.04.10 the cylinder is not provided to me when asked for the distributer not behaved properly. Such behaviour of the dealer is in fashion and he is not giving proper service.

            Sir,
            I am resident of Village Sounda, # 207, PO Ambala City. My gas connection from Indane Gas i.e. Guru Nanak Gas, Opp Nrew Grain Market Ambala City No. G-9150 Ambala City is reflected as transferred on computer records of above stated gas agency since October 2009 till date, where as all document are held with me. I have not applied for any transfer of the gas connection. I have drawn the attention of owner of gas agency towords this continuing status but it is not yet rectified. Though the agency has not denied me the gas as required by me, but the problem arises that computer does not genrate the issue voucher. It is to be made manully.
            I request your honour to rectify this wrong status, my be the problem due to malfuncioning of software etc.

            indane gas(gurunanak gas)ambala city — no delivery of gas

            my name is r.k. jain i book a gas on 17.6 .11. till today i have nor recieved gas cylender. i suffer a lot. i make many phone calls, but no proper answer. so pls help....my gas no. is 5574.
            I have got a Termination Voucher for transfer of my Indane Gas connection from Hyderabad to Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. The TV has been issued on 10/08/2012. I submitted the TV to the new Indane Gas Dealer in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal (M/s. Teesta Gas Services, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal) during the last week of September, 2012. The new dealer after searching the net intimated that my old dealer (M/s. Manikanta Gas Services, Hyderabad) has not uploaded the Termination data about my case in the net and without confirmation from the net the new dealer would not be able to provide me connection against the TV issued. My Consumer No. is 15887 of M/s. Manikanta Gas Agency, Kapra, Hyderabad. If any one helps me, particularly Indian Oil corporation to ask M/s. Manikanta Gas Service to upload the TV data in the net quickly so that I can get the connection. I am a senior citizen and a heart patient and one knows fully well as how difficult is life without gas.

              Am Sanil,doing Computer networking as a student.My Motorbike is down by the shortage of fuel near Kulanada at 2:30 PM today.That time i have only 20rs in my hand.I told my problem to the Pump manager (Rajavalsam Fuels Kulanada)
              but he does'nt give the fule he told, that as per the Indian rool the minimum rate of fuel is 40 rupees...And he does'nt give the fuel....am not the only person to face this type of incident from this pump..
              Sir, i belive u that you can take any action to this Unauthorised
              rule.sir please help me.

              Hi Sanil,
              The incident should not have happened to you. OK, dear there is no point in putting petrol less than a litre or Rs.50 for any vehicle. I understand you were short of money. You could have used polite words to get your work done. When other customers see you filling for Rs.20 (they don't know about your problem) then they will also demand Rs.20 petrol. This will lead to lot many problems for a petrol sellers. You should understand this. May be in future you yourself will demand Rs.20 petrol giving a 1000 rupee note. The note should be inspected. Balance amount 980 is to be given. You will return one of the 100 rupee notes and give me another one...To serve you better as a customer you should also cooperate. All the best

                I am a Yadu (Indane) Gas Service, Sahibabad consumer (55296) for last three years. What I have experienced during these days that these guys are veiled dictators, in a way. They really do not give a damn to consumers' problems. They do not know how to behave and simply do not care to answer a phone call, no matter how many hours and days you keep trying.

                During the last week (April 5-14), I tried at least 100 times to get a gas booked. Believe me, at least on 50 ocassions their phones ranged, but no one even bothered to pick up the phone. Worse, after every one or two sucessive ringing of the phone, I noticed they just put the receiver down, so that it was busy. But again after sometime (say, 10 minutes), when I called and the phone was ringing, no one was picking up the phone.

                There is widespread knowing in this area (Indirapuram, Vaishali, Vasundhara) that these guys do not deliver gas in full and their gas cylinders weigh lesser than what is proper. Despite all this their monopoly continues just beause consumers do not have choices. From local administration to the Indian Oil Corporation, who has provided these rascals franchise to sell gas, every one is doing their duty -- DOING NOTHING.

                  I have made a request for supply of gas (cooking) cylinder on the toll-free-number 1260 on the 3rd of april 2010 (service number 2). I did not receive the cylinder till date. I am registered with Murali Enterprises (Indane Gas Distributer- Code 593521/ Bangalore Code 981), who supply Indane Gas to my household.

                  On enquiry I was answered by this rude service-(gas supply)-provider, Murali Enterprises, that she had sent her man for Inspection and I did not pay Inspection fee of Rs.70/. That is the reason she has not supplied gas cylinder to my household. Whereas, the fact is that we did not have any person doing gas-inspection at our premises anytime during the last 6 months. It is a clear case of cheating customers in order to collect Rs.70 as Inspection Fee.

                  Further, she said that she does not take booking of cylinder on the toll-free-number. If that is the case, I am asking "why is the service of a toll-free-number provided for the customers?

                  Indane Gas — Non supply of Gas Cylinder even after 28 days of booking

                  Sir/Madam,

                  I am a customer of LPG with M/s Yadu Gas Services, Ghaziabad with Consumer Number :33450.
                  I had booked for refilling of LPG cylinder on 23/12/2007. I was told that refilling may take 4-5 days. But even after laps of about a month I have not received the cylinder. During last one week I have made a numerous calls at [protected] for reminder. Every time I am told that delivery would be made by evening or so....
                  but no effect so far. Today the concerned person it not even picking up the phone.
                  Moreover this agency has not provided the book on which date of booking and delivery of cylinder is marked with sign. On asking about this they only gave me the tel numbers on which booking can be made.
                  I am not sure when will i get the cylinder.
                  I am not sure what can be done to set these black-marketer right in this country..................

                  Indane Gas — gas cylinder not delivered after 12 days of booking

                  We have booked gas ( agency : Navratna Enterprises, MG Rd)by phone & today is 12th day, its still not delivered.Our consumer no is:17326

                  Indane Cooking Gas — booking not registered

                  I've booked one cyllinder of coocking gas on09/05/2009 over telephone no 1260 with serial no 02, but till 28/05/2009 the gas did not reached my address &on inquiry at distributor's office I came to know that there was no record of booking through 1260. again they have booked the gas with same serial no 02, which also did not reach the destinationtill date.
                  My contention is what is the dependability on 24 hrs bookin system.& when gas cyllinders are deliverred with in 10 days at present why my booking has not served with priority taking the booking date as 09/05/2009.& who will be responsible for my inconvenience?

                  Indane Gas — gas cylinder not supplied since 12 days of booking.

                  I am a consumer of INDANE since last 22 years. Presently I am having my consumer No.13736 with NEEL GAS, Rampur Chowk, Narbada Road, Jabalpur. I have booked for a gas cylinder on 18/09/09 and reminded the dealer over phone/mobile for 09 times. They assured for delivery on next day. The cylinder is not delivered ason 29/09/09 by 10.0a.m.

                  Due to the false assurances non-of my family member can moved out of the house even to see & perform puja during Dussera festival which is disgusting! On earlier occassion also I lodged a complaint with IOC, Mumbai which seems to be redressed without any valid reasons. The IOC should look into the matter and see the reason of deficencies in service by the dealer. No body should be allowed to play joke in an irresponsible manner may it be the dealer or INDANE.

                  My customer No. is 00155676 and address is B-326 Lajpat Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh Pin 201005.

                  Following problems at United Gas Company Sec 4 Rajendra Nagar Sahibabad Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh Pin 201005.

                  Problem we faced this time is

                  We did not get the filled cylinder after booking of 12 days and they asked to come after 15 days. Since this delivery gets delay by more then 10 days, we will again face the problem as they do not accept the next booking before 21 days of booking. Ours is a big family two brothers family and parents. Please let us know how and where I can complaint.

                  I booked gas on April 1 2010 from CITIZEN GAS ENTERPRISES, J- 26 MINI MRKT, ALAKNANDA, NEW DELHI. Customer Number - 11371. I repeatedly followed on the delivery of the gas and made several request to do the the same however the concerned people are not at all cooperating also they are not providing the booking number so that we can lodged a complaint. It is almost 15 days over the booking has been made. This is extremely unacceptable.
                  MY CUSTOMER ID iS 12120 BUT BUT PAST 12 DAYS I AM TRYING TO BOOK A CYLINDER ON PHONE BUT NO BODY IS LIFTING THE PHONE AND MOST OF THE TIME FULL DAY THE PHONE IS ENGAGE.

                  Indane Cooking Gas — Not supplying the cylinder after booking

                  My consumer no. is 3428-G. And name is subey singh. I live in sector - 17A, house no.641. I have booked a cyclinder on 23rd december 2011. But till now I have not received my cylinder from Mata Sheetla Gas Agency, Opp. Sector- 14 gurgaon. Either they will not pickup the phone or if they will pickup. they will give a whole lot of excuses. and everytime they do the same thing. I am totally fed up with these things. there is nothing where we can complaint against these people.they just make the people fool. there is 1 lady sitting on the counter if she will pickup the phone she will give only excuses, nothing else. now it's almost 20 days that I didn't get the cyclinder. then if i will book the cyclinder they will say that they will book it after 21 days. If in 2 months i will get only 1 cyclinder how will I manage. They say that there is no supply from company side. When company cannot deliever the cyclinder why they are giving new connections to people. just to make people fool. are we . why don't you take any action against these people. or they will just make the people life miserable like this only.

                    sir i am residing in varanasi .i have booked a cylinder in indian oil corp.(ioc). the dealer is vaishnav gas agency. and the trolly man is ARVIND he gave me the below weight cylinder.i asked him then he told me that ioc is supplying this only. in varanasi every trolly man is doing this malpractise. and the dealer is telling that ioc is giving a trolly man rs.5/- only so he is liabel to this for his living hood . i want to ask what can a consumer do. in dealers office they are displaying unserviceble telephone no. where a consumer can complain it.

                    indian oil/ lpg gas — Late and less weighted Delivery of Cylinders

                    I am Resident of Lucknow U.P. of Jankipuram Area, I am consumer of Indian Oil Corporation. My consumer No. is 19847. My problem is that my Gas Agency M/s Domestic Gas Service delivers 5 to 7 days after the booking mostly the cylenders are containing Less that 30 Kg. weight sometimes it is as low as 26Kg.                     Respected sir,
                    I am resident of Sarita Vihar, Near Appollo Hospital, New Delhi - 110025 lay down the following few lines for your information and an early action,
                    That sir, the distributors of Indian Oil Corporation and Hindustan Petroleum in this area are supplied the cylinders to sub dealers (shop keepers who are selling gas in retail rate) as and when they receiving stocks. The sub dealers breaking the seals and removing gases 4 to 5 kgs from each cylinder and then they supplied to the homes.
                    In this are more than hundred of shops (in some shops/houses they are keeping 10 to 25 cylinders for this purpose) for filling the gas from domestic cylinder to small gas cylinder with a capacity of 3 to 4 kgs and into industrial cylinders for a rate of RS. 80 to 85 per kg to poor labours i.e., one domestic cylinder with the capacity of 14 kg is being retailed by Rs. 1, 120 to 1, 190/-
                    It is therefore, you are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action to stop the foul play.

                      Refile booked on[protected] thru net.Not delivered till[protected].When approached ditributor Gruha Laxmi Enterprises,I was tol that I have to contact Sambhavi Indane.I went to them and shown the details of net booking.The satff told me that they do not have net facilty and promised to deliver the cylinder same day i.e[protected].This did not hapeen and they have not given new no. which is alloted to me.IOC has not sent any communication when we booked refil.Can any one at IOC help me in sorting out this and advising Sambhavi Indane to deliver refils.

                        my cosumer no is 19576 and agency is madhavi gas agency, sheikhpet, hyderabad.i booked my gas on 6th august but till date not delivered to me after repeated request.i got fedup with the attitude of agency.agency may supply to hotel everyday but not to genuine consumer.why srong stepts are not taken by the govt.it is important to mention that gas are booked after 22 days of delivery and delivered after 15 or 20days after date of booking .it means one get the gas after a gap of 37 or 42 days but gas is over in a normal house after 30 or 35 days if parents are staying with us. so how can we manage for other days.i humbly request you to do some fruitful things to get rid off this problem.

I had booked my gas on 7th January 2010, the delivery of which is yet to be made. Booking No. 4230. The Said agency does not even respond to any query over phone properly.

                        my gas agency ask to book the gas after 22 days of delivery which is normal rule i agree but the agency suuply the gas after 12-15 days of booking. in normal case gas finish in 30days. i always face hardship to manage the gas with my neighbour or some time get food from hotel. i am BP patient and get tense during that period. please please do some thing to get rid of this problem.pl issue instruction to the agency to deliver the gas within week after booking. i will be very much thankful to you and pray for you.pl oblige me.

                        popular gas agency of rewa is not supplying cylinders well in time in spite of booking for a long time and after going at the agency to get the delivery of lpg its always the same reply of having shortage of supply at their end,but surprsingly the same cylinders are available in black after paying high cost for the same.

                        Indian Oil Indane LPG — Late supply of cylinder

                        I am a consumer of Indane Gas. I am registered with Golden Gas Service, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon-122017.
                        My Registration/Cust. No. is 852828.
                        I find that the supply of cylinder is always totally erratic. Once the demand is registered, it takes three to four weeks to get fresh supply and it is never delivered till I visit the outlet two three times. Every time I went there, I was told that the suppy from company was late. They always assured that the cylinder wiould be delivered the next day. But it did not happen. Delivery was always delyed by several days
                        As an example, I registered my demand on 30th Dec 2011. Till yesterday (21.1.2012), when the cylinder was not delivered, I went to the office of Golden Gas Service and enquired. Again they told me the same thing that supply was delyaed. Then they told me that the same would be delivered by today (i.e. on 22.1.2012).
                        I am writing this mail at 7.30 PM on 22.1.2012. Today too the cylinder has not reached us.

                          Indane Gas — Not supplying the cooking gas in time

                          Good morning.

                          I, Mr Uma kanta Rath, a resident of Burla, Sambalpur, Orissa, 768017, here by submitting the complain against the distributer. On 10 Aug 09, I booked the cooking gas for my personal home use. In between more then 20 days passed. till today the distributer has not delivered the gas at my home. After that many people has booked. The distributer has delivered the gas. This no way better for a common person. These people are doing partiality to person to person. Kindly take the matter seriously and do the need ful with out delay.

                            I have a LPG connection from Indane.I am served by M/s K 2 International, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi (South Delhi). Though I booked a refill on 19.02.2010 & 15.03.2010. I have not received both booking the cylinder uo tp till date, though other consumers who booked their cylinder on 8.04.2010 were supplied today.

                            The firm M/s K 2 International,Sarita Vihar, New Delhi do not any answer the telephone promptly.Their phones are either engaged or no body answers. After about 15 minutes they say that the cylinder will be delivered tomorrow.

                              I have the similar problems today, we replace the gas cylinder yesterday and it started leaking today we have tried to contact Gasdealer as usual his phone was busy. we tried calling Customer care failed to get the line even after somany times.

                              Very true. It is indeed unbelievable that a company like IOL is so unresponsive towards customers. The agents like Southend Gas Service at Garia should be put behand bars and their licence cancelled.

                              Something similar happened with me too I called for mechanic from my gas company, Gurgaon Gas Service, gurgaon and he came completed the job and left the gas connection loose, now gas is spreading all over, and I am trying to contact them on all possible numbers given but no response. In a big mess gas is not working and they are not taking the call. Don't know what to do.
                              Suravi Gas Service(Indane), Durgapur delivered me one lekage LPG Cylinder to me i have complained over phone no.[protected] on 09.11.2012. But on body attend my complain. Further today (10.11.12) i have submitted a written complained to Suravi Gas Service. But till now (10.11.12 03.21PM) they have not taken any action in this regards.

                                sir/madam ,gas cylinder was leaking. gas was everywhere in house and hospital. gas agency informed. nobody came to help. i am regular customer of hardev gas agency jalandhar cantt. we were told by the manager that he has no help in form of boys who distribute cylinder. he attended phone after several calls. then we contacted the owner who was annoyed why we rang her and disturbed her.In the evening a man came from the agency and said that cylinder is leaking and has to be changed. it will be changed in the morning and till then he will tie some plastic bag. seeing the irresponsible behaviour of herdev agency and its representative we were shocked. now i have kept the leaking cylinder onroof and waiting for the morning. why not the indane company should fix the responsibility of service provider. why not the dealership shud be cancelled for such irresponsible behaviorof hardev gas agency.                                   yes i agree there will be no response one example the delivery boy of rambagh attapur area delivers the cylinder after 15days of getting message of delivery in mobile he is simply selling the gas cylinder to the roadside vendors and telling us it will be late. swapna gas agency is a very bad service and no authorities are taking necessary measures to prevent this fraud all the officials are simply enjoying. they dont know the poor people problems whom to complaint about this because if we complaint in agency they all are all of one school and the delivery boy also demands for 20 to 30 rs. extra on delivery and if we not give next our cylinder comes one month late

                                    Our gas supplier CHITTOORAPPAN AGENCIES CHITTOR supplied a gas cylinder to us two weeks ago. On 6.4.2010 we tried to fit the cylinder with stove and noticed leakage.Now the cylinder was kept in an isolated place and it seems that small leaking is there from the cylinder. On this day onwards I am calling the agency to rectify the defect or take away the cylider. My consumer number is 13554. Still today no body attended from the agency. IF THIS IS THE SAFETY ASPECTS YOUR AGENCY IS FOLLOWING, IT WILL LEAD TO SERIOUS DISASTERS. WHY, YOUR EYE WILL OPEN ONLY AFTER THAT.

                                    I wanna take indane gas cunection. I take applicataon form. i have a form sending by you. & distibuter wanna take 40000rs for cunnection. my regd no.2969.
                                    It is very disheartening to note that this Indane Gas dealer - Chittoorappan Indane Services - is creating a bad name for the Indane brand itself.

                                    I have been staying with my family at Cochin for the past 30 years and have been booking gas cylinders through Indane dealers. We recently moved to Elamakkara and transferred our connection to Chittoorappan and since then we have been having innumerable problems. Whenever, the delivery guy delivers our cylinder, he demands to be paid Rs.500/- extra for door-to-door delivery. After we complained about this to the agency, they started taking their own sweet time to deliver our cylinder after booking it almost 3 months back.

                                    May I also bring to the attention of the authorities, that Chittoorappan agency is selling the cylinder in the black market. One morning, we received an unexpected call from the delivery man that he is bringing our gas. When we said that our gas is not over and we haven't booked yet, he said there is an extra cylinder in the godown so he can give it to us in black if we are ready to pay him an extra fee of Rs.2500/-

                                    We refused and said we will complain to the authorities. A few hours later, my neighbour informed me that the same delivery guy called and asked him if he may be interested in getting a cylinder on the black.

                                    Kindly take note of this because the owner of Chittoorappan insists that Indane is not supplying enough cylinders but the truth is Mr. Shaji and his workers are selling the cylinders on the black which is why it is not available for the common man.

                                    Request your intervention in this regard, otherwise the name of Indane will be brandished because of the unethical dealings by third-rate gas agencies such as Chittoorappan.
