Myself SUSHANTA KUMAR MISHRA - Ref.- Consumer code - 16568, submitted my transfer documents including two empty lpg cylinders & one regulator at Neelkanth Gas service, RZ-C1/12, Vashist Park, Pankha Road, NEW DELHI - 110 046 on 30.03.2010 and requested the concerned person named Mr.JITENDER to send my papers and deposited money to my present address - BANSWARA, Rajasthan. Till date I am waiting for my papers and security money. Kindly suggest the concerned staff to do the needful.

I shall be highly thankful for the same.

    Gas Cylinder not supplied within the specified time
    My name is NAZEER & Gas Cosumer No. 12696, We had booked a gas cylinder on 5th Of March 2010, But the cylinder is not supplied till 21/04/2010. I had asked the agency for more than 3 times over phone and myself went to the agency personally. but she said because of insufficient load they are avoiding some routs.
    We are residing at Konchira near Kanyakulangara, Pothencode rout.and it is a main road not a byroad.

    Please help me to get the cylinder as per seniority basis not according to the place

    Indane Gas — Gas Cylinder not supply the specified time

    My name is ANIL KUMAR & Gas Cosumer No. 33382, We had booked a gas clinder on 28th March 2010, But 20.04.2010 not supply the cylinder. I had asked the agency for more than 20 times as well as Mr. Satvir Par who is the delivery man of vasundhara Area, but he said your house was closed. this is totally wrong intimation. this information was given to the agency but no action taken against him nor Cylinder supply.

    Please help me to supply the cylinder at the time.

    Indane Gas Agency — CYLINDER NOT SUPPLIED ON TIME

    Dear Sir,

    I had booked a cyllinder on 25 Aug 2010, with M/S VISHAL GAS SERVICE, 11-12 Khodiyar Shopping Centre,Opposite Civil Hospital Near Ahmedabad Gujarat India.

    My consumer number is 23180. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, they not replied me.

    I request you to please look into the issue.
    I AM CONSUMER NO: 21624 dint get the gas which we have booked long back been 23days d day we booked til update but Ur distributed is not supplying he is just postponing the dates day after day after dunno what is wrong with ur company and dutta gas agency is our distributor i think you have taken a wrong decision to take Ur company vizag hope u taken a decision and act on dis complaint even now v din get the gas .

    VISHAL GAS AGENCY - (indane) — Not Booked For Refilling gas

    i have last booked my gas refilling request on[protected] the company has delevered new refilled cylinder on[protected] than after 23 days i was going booking for refilling today the operator of agency not registered my booking he says come on[protected]. that for i didnot booked for refilling cylinder.

      I was gone in the bhiwadi gas agency at 3:30PM,16/04/2010 for booking my gas cylinder(Customer ID.NO.12438). they toled me your Gas connection was closed due to same another customer address. than i request him to open my connection.they toled me, his person visit at my Address with in one day & inspection all of nessesry document. But nobody come at my home in last four day. I am regurly contect with him But i do not get any Sufficent answer from GAS SERVICE AGENCY.

        INDEN GAS SERVICE Of (chandgad gas agency) IN MURGUD (TAL- KAGAL DIST- KOLHAPUR, MAHARASHTRA) IS VERY POOR HERE. FOR GAS BOOKING AND EMERGENCY SERVICES IT IS VERY HARD TO GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR'S TELEPHONE. MOST OF THE TIME PHONE (NUMBERS GIVEN BY THE COMPANY ) ARE OUT OF ORDER. THE DISTRIBUTOR IS NOT PROVIDING HOME DILEVERY .AGENCY NOT PROVIDED SUFFICIENT CYLINDER. THE COMPANY SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY STEPS.

            This is to inform you that I , Manish Duggal have the Gas Connection of Indane Gas Service under Consumer No. BGS-20477 with the Bolina Gas services Jalandhar (Punjab). I had booked for refill my cylinder in the month of march in the above mentions distributors office. But after waiting for 10 days when my wife enquire the same by visited their place. they confirmed that it would be delivered within two days. but after waiting for a week when we hadn't received it , I personally visited their place and shocked to know that the Cylinder is delivered to me. i told them that i had n't recived it. then they told me for this you have to bring your customer card after checking if we found the cylinder is not delivered to you . then we will provide you the same. but i told them that you send your delivery boy if he found my statement correct then he would provide me cylinder because this is my third visit to get the services and every time i have to take half day leave from my office so why i should bear the harrasment for your negligence . then they said this is your concern not mine. but if you are not able to bring customer card then whenever we will get time we will send the cylinder. but all invain. again after waiting for five days i visited their place with the customer card and after checking the same they told that you will get the cylinder today. but after waiting for three days when i haven't recieved the same i visited again and when i have shown some aggression for kind of services they are providing. then the in charge of distribution centre did the drama by phoneing the delivery man that i ordered you thrice to deliver the cylinder but you hadn't did thesame so now within two hours deliver the cylinder and report me. after which we got the cylinder on that day.

            further ,I want to bring this to your kind notice that this is their regular practice by harrasing the consumer in below mentioned manners:

            a) Never pick up phone as it is always engaged.(for refilling we have to go personally at their place)

            b) Never Weigh the cylinder by delivery man.(as they claim that we dont have the equipment. if you want to weigh your cylinder then go to the distribution office.
            c) Specially in winters this is a regular practice after booking the refill when consumer didn't get the cylinder they have very simple excuse it is n't booked with us. we can book it now and you will get when your turn will come.(because they never provide you any acknowledgement against your booking).

            d) Thier treatment with consumers is very shabby as they are doing charity/favour by providing the LPG.

            i hope that you will look up the matter and check their supply and delivery so that in future consumer shouldn't be harassed by them.

            Indane Gas (LPG ) — Poor Service & Negligence

            I am a house-wife. I have seen a Gas Leakage problem since 14.04.2010 night after replacing new cylinder of LPG in my kitchen. I am trying to contact the given numbers by the agency but i can't because one number is switched off and another is diverted to such a number which is not responded.
            If any accident occurs, who will be responsible?

              As a consumer of domestic LPG Indane gas of Teesta Gas service, Jalpaiguri having consumer no.8733, I have done my booking for gas on 5th April'10 through call centre & subsequently confirmed my booking from gas supply agency. Till today(20th April'10), I did not get my gas cylinder delivery and I am following it up with the gas agency since last four days and every time it is told that it would be delivered today. In this way I have waited since last five days. And if it is delayed in delivery then I would not be eligible for further booking for next eighteen days as they usually do. Moreover, it is also very difficult to make a telephone call to gas agency's office as it sounds always busy from morning to evening. So, I expect the immediate intervention of one of the accountable officers in this regard from such a esteemed organization to resolve my complaint at the earliest.

              Dhrumin Gas Agency, Sanand, Gujarat takes 10 days in delivery of cylinder. so many times i complaint against him but till today nobody has taken steps against him.

              Domestic LPG — Non Supplying of LPG Connor-521

              I am consumer of a above connection, by last 40 years, with your dealer M/S Anand Gas Agency, Civil Road, Rohtak-124001 (Haryana), the same connection is in name of my husband Sh. V.K. Jain.

              I am leaving alone with my 45 years mentally handicapped daughter, I am also old age lady of 70 years and operated for two times for cancer. My husband leaving outside.

              Your dealer M/S Anand Gas Agency, is not supplying gas intime. They are not responded on telephone. Because of old age I can't go there to agency personally for gas booking. The agency people tell, we have to go there and take receipt from agency and get delivery from their godown. We never supply gas to your home.

              Sir, God knows how much time of my life balance. At this stage of life I am facing problems of ceeking gas.

              Kindly look into the matter.

              Domestic LPG — Delivery of Gas

              The local Bharat Gas dealer " Inder Gas Service "at Panchkula haryana, distributor code 541826 does not give a booking number when the gas is booked. on booking by phone we r told that it will take 10 to 15 days. the exact date/ day is not known. when checked after about 15 days the reply is that the delivery man had gone and the house was locked.no message is left by the delivery man. u are also told that the booking has been cancelled and u have to rebook and it will take another 10 to 15 days. even i[censored] check every day when the gas will be delivered , there is no date or time given. there is no confirmation that the delivery man actually came and the the individual cannot go out of the house indefinitely since one does not when the gas may arrive. this is leading to lot of inconvenience and harrasment to the individuals.

              Domestic LPG — Charging extra without authority

              The local HP gas dealer is charging Rs 150 if the serial number of the cylinder does not match with that mentioned in the blue book. Is the dealer right in charging the amount? Are the customer bound the return the same cylinder by the serial number. if so where to find the relevant rules on this subject. also, if the dealer is wrong, what is the remedy?

              Indane Gas (domestic) — Delay in Delivery of Gas Cylinder

              Hi,

              I had raised a complaint (#152481) on 26th July on delay in the delivery of LPG Gas Cylinder on the Indane. This was for a LPG cylinder I had raised a request for on 13th July, 2011 and for which I was given a booking number of 3968. There has been no action yet on this. Can you please help in the delivery of the cylinder as the one in use is almost over.

              Dear all pls do the needful because of dhrumin gas agency at sanand, Ahmedabad has very poor condition of delivery cylinder and not picked up the call for noted our complain, we goes at office how we can visiting agency everyday for wasting our time. We visited 4 time from 2-3 kilometer for getting our cylinder.
              Please do something to the change the goverment system and resolve the our problem.

                We are employees of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sidhi (M.P.). we have taken Indane Gas connection fiver year before but never we got the gas smoothly. the agency is located at 30 Km away in Churhat. At present the agency owner is missing for last one year. In this condition we are facing a lot of problems every day. for cooking the food we are using Bhart Gas arranged by our friends anyway. Now I am transfered from K V Sidhi to K V Rewa but I do not know how the documents can be transfered without agency owener. We have also got the information that agency ceased due to some reason.
                Therefore once again I request you for giving the information regarding the transfer of gas from Churhat Sidhi to Rewa.Also tell us under this condition what are the other alternatives by which gas connection can be transfer

                  Due to distance/delivery problems of Distributor : Vindhyabasini Gas Service of Mirzapur had taken over my SV and issued a TV asking me to submit it to Padmashree Gas Service of Ganeshgunj, Mirzapur. I approached with all documents as well as said TV for submission to Padmashree Gas Service but they did not receive any instead said that after the verification of residence it would be done. One Mr.Dinesh Chowraqsia visited my house at Vill: Bandhawa Mahabir, Vindhyachal and checked all my documents etc and advised to submit its copies. I accordingly had to sent authenticated copies of documents by registered post on 03/04/2010 as they declined to receive by hand. It is ridiculous to be harassed of an existing consumer of same city/area by your said distributor. This harassment and inaction in the name of verification of residence of an existing consumer is most unexpected. May I request you to look into the misbehavior and inaction of Padmashree Gas Service, Mirzapur so as to stop repeatation to other consumers. Please confirm action.

                  IOC-Area Office, Allahabad reluctant to take action on corrupted Indane Distributors of Mirzapur.
                  I have tranfered from Gujrat-bharuch to Orissa- rayagada. At Gujrat as there was gas line connection so the distributor does not give me any bottle connection to me though I had the transferd paper from Panipat- Haryana to gujrat. But when I have transferd from gujrat to Orissa, the distributor at orissa are not agree to give me any connection based on the transferd paper which I had with me from panipat to gujrat.

                  Please suggest me how I will get the connection?

                    I am a consumer of Indane Gas with M/s Shalimar Gas with Regn No. SG-380 at Shalimar Bagh Delhi. It has been my experience that this agency always supplies the gas cyclinders very late for which it has been booked many times. Presently, I have booked the gas on the systems on 08/04/2010 but it has not been delivered to me till 1945 Hrs on19.04.2010. I think, though the Indane has introduced the new system but there seems to be no checks on the agencies and no action is being on the agencies. In the recent past the same agency was initiated some action but it has again been restored. Can any agency take remedial action against the agency?

                      I live in noida .Somtimes I go to patparganj to my uncle and get petrol from M/s Kapur Auto Service Station (Indian Iol petrol Pump), Patparganj socity, Delhi-110092.
                      They never have normal petrol .they always insist you to buy xtra premium. Today on 18th april 2010 i asked
                      them to fill for 200 Rs the other person started diverting me buy asking unnecesary questions about pin of my
                      debit card etc and the person filling petrol started filling from 100 rs .Due to my alertness i warned him and
                      took the petrol for 200Rs but this way they cheat everybody. And people keep complaining.but i guess
                      nothing is happining with this complaints.because i can see so many complaint for the last two years and
                      they r doing the same thing till today.
                      this way they must be cheating so many customers daily and dont get caught.
                      i request the government to take serious action against this petrol pump.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I am a consumer of Indane having consumer no. 41251 and my LPG connection was with M/s Fancy Cook, 3/1, Sadhan Hari Mukherjee Road, James Long Sarani, Kolkata (code of the distributor - 140407). suddenly the distributor stop functioning and it has been informed by a list pasted on the door of the above mentioned distributor that my connection has been transferred to either M/s Flame Craft, New Alipore, Kolkata or M/s Gas & Gadget, Manton Super Market, Behala, Kolakta. upon enquiry it has been observed that my LPG connection have not been submitted to either of the distributors. It caused me tremendous anxity for one week.

                        Sir, as LPG is the essential commodity for livlyhood of a family, I request you to kindly advise me the name of the distributor where my LPG connection have been shifted at the earliest.

                          indanegas — non supply of cooking gas

                          Dear Sir,

                          Our Gas Agency is Malliyakkal Gas Agency, Thalikulam Kerala their delivery is very poor in this area. They take a long period for delivery after booking when we compare with other agencies in Thrissur. Now We booked on 14/08/2008, still they have not delivered. Now when we enquired our neighbours they said they got gas only after 69 days. It seems very difficult for office going ladies to prepare food in the morning.

                            Filled petrol worth Rs 1000/- which is about 18.22 litres but got cheated for about 6 litres as the tank which fills to the particular point in other petrol pumps when i fill the same amount did not do so..There was a difference of at least 6 litres.

                            I do not know the price of petrol in Bangalore. But, I do know what a shrewd customer at petrol pump should do. Please get down from the car first. Make sure that your amount is (say Rs.1000) set by operator. As soon as the nozzle is lifted meter shows 00000 zeroes. Once the delivery starts readings will start changing. The delivery will stop exactly at Rs.1000. If it is 999.99 or 1000.01 it is wrong which means Rs.1000 is not set first.
                            It is very very very difficult stop manually that to exactly at Rs.1000. Never ever go by your fuel indicator. Petrol pump meter is for the customers like you to watch. In case, your tank gets filled before reaching Rs.1000 say at Rs.800, the operator can feel from the nozzle(from the sensor)and he stops the delivery. If that sensor is not working through torch light only he can fill up your tank.
                            He keeps the nozzle back in position. Even now the reading will show your filling qty only.
                            If you have any problem talk to the dealer first. Not satisfied, take down the number of the IOC sales officer from petrol pump itself (displayed normally) and call him for your grievance.
                            What happened to Aruna also happened to me at the same petrol bunkl. They are the . They cheat us directly despite watching at the meeter. They do it at the time of signing on the card reciept.

                            There are so many complaints like this on short filling at petrol bunks. But no action by the government. This is India. subkuch Chaltha hai

                            Today at 11:15 AM I went to Hi-Tech Auto Services petrol pump to buy petrol for my car. I usually go there since it is close to my house. I asked the vendor to fill petrol worth Rs.1000 and gave my credit card to the cashier. As I was watching the meter running on the machine, the cashier was back with my card and copy to be signed. For a moment I took my eyes off the meter and proceeded to sign the receipt when the vendor operating the machine pressed a button on the console. My wife sitting next to me caught him doing it and noticed that the meter which was showing Rs. 832 was suddenly showing Rs. 1000. She brought it to my notice and I got down to talk to the staff asking for clarification. The vendor apologized and fed Rs. 168 on the machine and started filling the petrol. I immediately went to the proprietor who came out with me and asked the vendor for an explanation. Instead of appearing to be scared, all the staff was pretty cool about it while the proprietor was scolding them. He apologized to me but added that it was partly my fault that I was not paying attention to the meter. He said that they had fired 3 boys in the last month for attempting similar acts. I demanded that this guy be fired too, to which he agreed. Since we were in a hurry to get somewhere, we decided to leave it at that and left the place. The proprietor and everyone in the staff did not appear to take the incident seriously despite being caught red-handed which gave me an impression that the entire petrol bunk staff is hand in glove with this scam. I have decided never to go to this petrol pump ever again and urge everyone else reading this to do the same.

                            This is my earnest appeal to everyone who does not opt for filling the full tank, to be very careful and if possible get off the car(do ensure your valuables are locked) to monitor if the process is being correctly carried out.

                            Indian Oil — reading of vending machine not visible

                            Dear Sir /Madam,

                            The gas station(10/C Govt Indl Estate, Ganesh Ngr Charkop, kandivali west, Mumbai - 400067) provide petrol with a machine on which the reading of the amount and quantity is not visible,as the glass on the vending machine is faulty,which sometimes leads to the arguments between the staff and the customers.Please see that the above mentioned fault is corrected immediately to avoid discomfort to the customers and any future untoward incident.

                              i'm an indane gas customer having consumer no.17270.I want to transfer my connection from Haryana ("Abhinabv gas service",karnal)to Howrah.I conducted with " Sarenga inden gas" on 12.04.2010 which is nearest to may resident;But they are not ready to transfer my connection because there is no distributor'sstamp in my termination voucher(sr. no.[protected])given from karnal.

                              Due to my transferable type service, tomorrow i will go to mumbai and my family will stay in howrah . According to the indane gas distributor (sarenga) it is not possible to transfer gas connection without my signature.

                              Under the circumstances what will I do to get gas connection.

                              The transfer of your connection can be attended at the gas agency, only when you sign the Subscription Voucher in person at the office. However, in case you have to leave the city, you can request the dealer to attend the transfer urgently without waiting for the confirmation by post. The urgent alternative to confirmation by post is the confirmation via internet, which can be done to confirm that you transfer documents are genuine and once that is done the dealer should not have any problems in attending the transfer and issuing agas to you.
                              However, many of the dealers in smaller cities prefer the longer process as they dont have enough information about the internet confirmation. But you can give it a try.
                              Another thing that you can do is calling the sales officer for the area for assistance and explain your situation to him. The number of the sales officer is mentioned on the mandatory board, which must be on display at the gas agency.

                                I am a consumer of indane gas bearing consumer number D6711 from 2005 onwards. My gas agency is Sudha Indane gas agency,Attingal in Trivandrum District. I had booked for a gas cylinder in the month of February 2010 and my booking number is 777. Even after repeated requests till now the agency had not issued me one. As per my booking date the agency ought to have given me one last month itself. The staff at agency says that on 4/3/2010 they have bought the cylinder at my home. But that is not true my mother was present at home and even the neighbours had not seen any one with the cylinder.
                                This is the usual practise of the agency that they make great delay in issuing the cylinder. I have got only one connection and i find it very difficult to manage. Even if i'm ready to take the cylinder from the godown they do not allow me to do and tell me that they will bring it directly to my home address. I doubt they are issuing my cylinder to somebody else and taking extra money from them. Usually i take cylinders once in two months. Even then i have to wait for one more month for obtaining one.
                                So i humbly request the appropriate authorities to take necesary action against the agency and redress my grievance at the earliest.

                                I have booked Gas Cylinder on[protected] vide my Connection No.PGW-68404 in the name of Gurmail Singh and told me to deliver the same with in two or three days.But till date i.e.[protected] the Gas Cylinder not deliver to me inspite repeat reminder on phone every day.No reason told behind non deliver of gas cylinder.

                                  we have booked gas from tirumala gas agency located at gajuwaka visakhapatnam, these people dont lift calls even in emergency. they delivered a leaking cylinder we have logged complaint and asked them to immediately change the cylinder but they have failed to respond.since 3 days i am calling these people but

                                    i had booked a refill on iam 26 thmarch 2010.after 6th april i had approached the gas agency of this area,MV ENTERPRISES,NM ROAD AVADI 600054.after this i contacted the staff repeatedly.a lady staff told me that i would be sent it today in such an assuring manner.this drama continued till today16-04-10.the last supply i received was on 04-03-10.iam mentally upset because of the irresponsiblity of the agency as the authority is bothered about the public.it is a regular thing here,i had sent a telegram to them today.we the public are helpless i donot understand why the supply is regulated promptly?i have to beg neighbours for managing my home for gas.iam 62 years.i am tired of the gas people's behaviour.we can see only arrogance.so i request that the agency may be adviced atleast hereafter to be honest in supply and relieve the mental agony of all.

                                        Hello,
                                        I would like to bring into your notice about the activities at the Indian Oil Fuel Station at Bellandur, Bangalore. I have been using this pump for my fuel needs and I am sure they use adulterated fuel. I have been listening to many people saying the same thing. But, there is no way to know. The service is extremely poor. They are not bothered about customers. They are more interested in lining their pockets. They start filling the fuel before one gets off the car and, thus, dupe us for some litres of fuel. On questioning, they deny it. I am sure there are others who feel the same, but, they feel helpless. The staff here doesn't care. They let anyone jump queues. They never wait for the customer to check the zero reading whenever there is a chance. I feel there is some corrupt activities going on here.
                                        I am hoping something is done by Indian Oil. The quality of the staff is poor. I travel to different locations to test. I get better mileage and better service.
                                        This is a complaint from a concerned citizen. I request immediate and strict action be taken against such fuel stations.

                                        Dear Vishal,
                                        I have some inputs for you whenever you are filling your vehicle. Tell the amount/Qty. See that the amount/Qty is set by the operator. Say your amount amount is Rs.500. It should be set first. As soon as the nozzle is lifted the reading is 0000. The reading will start to change as soon as the delivery starts. The delivery will be stopped at 500. Say if it is 499.99 or 500.01 you can clearly say the operator has not set the amount/qty you wanted to fill. It is almost (manually) impossible to stop exactly at your figure, say Rs 500 or 5.85 liters. You have to watch the initial 0000 and the closing meter reading. Regarding bad services, I would say the dealer has to show personal interest in pump activities. The truth is now-a-days getting boys for petrol pump work is very difficult as no one from cities/towns like this job. Boys have to brought from villages. Their attitude change is a huge task.
                                        Regarding the adulteration complaint pl. read my other comments
                                        You can check the quality of the petrol by yourself at the petrol station. Ask them to show the density of the petrol and also check the density from your fuel tank. If there is no relation at all then you have to blame someone( or yourself) else and not the petrol pump you are mentioning. There is nothing wrong in finding out truth but without sufficient knowledge please do not jump into conclusions.
